I love this restaurant! Their food is immaculate! Although it lacks ambiance, the food makes up for it. Along with how friendly the staff are! Would give a 100/5 stars if possible! They also gave us free pastries that were amazing! Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Amazing experience at Dim Sum house. You MUST try the BEEF ROLL, it’s hands down the best thing on the menu and absolutely perfect in every way. The shrimp dumplings and shu mai are very large generous filling portions with a lot of meat! The egg yolk bao pastry thing was SO GOOD, you have to try it. It has a delicious crust and gooey and sweet filling. The fried bao dumpling and xiao long bao were good, but lacked a little bit of flavor so I would pass. However, nothing we had was overly salty which I personally think is definitely a plus. The atmosphere definitely gave a traditional Chinese place in the US, it’s the holiday season so only one waiter was in charge of everything and he was really busy but really friendly and hardworking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

So, based on the reviews, figured I’d give this place a shot since I love dim sum, and was raised on it pretty much in New York City. The first thing that struck me was how unfriendly the one gentleman that I saw running the place was to me. After reading a few reviews about how friendly the staff is- was kind of stunned, that he abruptly kind of tossed a menu at me and dropped a pen on it. Apparently he can’t be bothered with Caucasians who don’t speak Chinese. I asked him a few polite questions about the different items, but since he’s limited in his English, we didn’t get far. Also, confused by reviews that say this is the only dim sum place in West LA – in case you weren’t aware, a few blocks away closer to UCLA is a really really amazing dim sum house that has larger portions, and the prices are close to half of what these prices are. I ordered one dish just to get an idea of quality, and I have to say it was mediocre. All I can think is that all these great reviews must be from people who either weren’t raised on dim sum or have lost context for what really great dim sum is supposed to be. But at close to $10 for for a little bit of 4 shrimp dumplings …?? Try IXLB Literally just down the street. You’ll be glad that you did.

The only dim sum place I can find in West LA! Big portions and average prices. The congee was a bit much! Lots of table! Came here for lunch and wasn’t busy. Liked the shrimp rice rolls. I would say the foods were okay! Not too bad!

The service was super nice and we were immediately seated (there wasn’t that many people there). Pretty good prices + they have bathrooms. They don’t have a drink section on the menu but if you ask the owner he brings anything out for you. My favorites were the shrimp dumplings and the soup ones as well. Definitely come by to try! (Try the delicious egg tarts as dessert!)

Feel like eating some dim sum and ordered online from this place. I'm so surprised, the dim sums were amazing. Arrived still hot as I stay nearby. It's so good that we couldn't stop eating before I realized I haven't taken pictures 😅 And oh wow the portions are so big. Will order again.

Hands down, this is one of the best Asian dishes I've had! The garlic green beans are crispy perfection, the Mongolian beef is tender and savory, ~and~ the orange chicken is out of this world. And let's not forget the potstickers and dumplings - they're absolutely addictive! The flavors, textures, and presentation all come together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Highly, highly recommend! Food is hot! And service is super friendly and everything came out super quick.

I’m sick and all i want is 皮蛋瘦肉粥 so I ordered from this place. Great porridge, you only get a handful of Chinese places on the westside and I like the porridge here the best. However, what prompted me to leave a review was their 流沙包 It’s probably the best custard bun I’ve had?!? It’s a little salty, sweet, albeit messier than i’m used to, it left me wanting to try everything else from this place

Came by here about a month ago. Had the beef chow fun, was decent. The bao was good and so were the dumplings, and the wonton soup. The restaurant is a decent size and they have a lot of to go orders. Downside is that there is only one waiter! He takes care of everyone inside the restaurant and everyone who is picking and placing orders. The food is pumped out pretty quick so i did like that. The way you order is by marking it on the paper menu with red marker which is odd but it's their system lol. Will be back for more.

We were craving dim sum on the way to a museum and this restaurant was on the way. The parking lot was small, compact spaces only, and completely full, so we payed meter to park on the curb. We arrived around 1:45 for lunch. There was only one other table. It is a nice sized restaurant with a lot of seating. Appeared clean and recently remodeled. The gentleman that sat us, took our order, and brought our food was very nice and quick. He gave our little 3-year-old extra fortune cookies! Shumai: larger than your average dumpling. Seemed freshly made, with lots of ground pork and shrimp. A little bland, but still okay. Har gow: also larger. Maybe 3 large shrimps in one dumpling. Very good! Cooked perfectly. Peking pork chops: I always order at dim sum because it was my late grandma's favorite and I want to share it with my girls. The dish was yummy. Tender pork chops, crispy, with flavorful sweet/sour sauce. "Baked Egg Custard Bun" and "Egg Custard Bun": I think supposed to be bo lo bao and nai wong bao. Just ok. The filling was too yolky and runny for my taste, but my kids like it. Steamed chicken feet: I did not try, but my daughter liked it. My cousin said too much white pepper. Sautéed baby bok choy with garlic: overall good dish. My only problem with it is the cost, $16.99! We also got egg tarts and beef chow fun. Solid dishes. No complaints. Overall, my family of 6 had a good lunch here and would come back if we are in the area again.

Overall: ingredients taste fresh and food is flavorful! Food: 5/5 Stir fried noodles had super tender beef and a nice wok flavor. Dim sum had PLUMP shrimp and were nicely dressed in sauces. Fried green beans were crisp and tender. Service: 4/5 Food came out super quick. I wish they asked more about refilling waters. Ambiance: 3/5 On par for most strip malls. You come here mainly for the food and price.

We love this place! It's so close to us so we literally just walk over. Their dimsum is always fresh and delicious! We have also tried their other dishes such as the sweet and sour chicken, fried whole fish, and the beef with Chinese broccoli and they were all really good!

I came to this place for a post graduation lunch. The food was pretty average. We ordered dimsum as well as some kitchen dishes. Something that really stood out were the prices! The food was very overpriced compared to other places i've been to. For example, our 4 pieces of shu mai was about $7. The service was okay, there seemed to only be one server who was running the whole show. We did see some kitchen staff come in and out. The server did try his best but it lagged at times since it got busy and we had to wait on him. The ambiance is a bit awkward but tolerable. It was pretty quiet besides other tables and my table talking. The place is also pretty bare.

Excellent Dim Sum!!!! We had the pork, shrimp and spinach, egg, purple potato, cucumber salad and beef roll! WOW! Get it all! The beef roll is definitely beyond delicious! The dumplings are PERFECT! Our server is amazing and remembered us from last week. My Dad is terminally ill and this is his favorite food that he can actually handle. The server was so kind to him and greeted him with a smile and always gives him extra to take home. Not only are the dumplings FANTASTIC-- the service is great. Genuine people serving authentic Dim Sum. This is the place. Don't pass it up!

Not fancy inside...very kitchen-ey feel.... NICEST employee that works there ..,I don't know his name but he's so friendly and in a good mood both times I've been there! Very authentic won tons (unlike my old fave restaurant that started using frozen won tons) ...great experience and THEY OPEN AT 9am!!'

As I have said about 100 times, Chinese food on the west side is so hard to find thats is good and authentic. This place is SUPER authentic and for the most part delicious. We ordered Rice Roll with Pork, Beef roles and turnip cake from the dim sum menu. Rice roll: decent, there was a lack of sauce and was a bit gelatinous and way too chewy. Beef Rolls: super delicious, good beef to vege ratio. Intense and good crunch on the outside. Turnip Cake: flavors were amazing, the only one small gripe I had was not enough crunch on the outside.

I really like Dim Sum House as it's hard to find good dim sum on the Westside. I usually go to the SGV but heard about the third-anniversary promotion where they are offering 50% off dim sum throughout the month of September, so I decided to check it out. I called on the phone and asked about the promotion, but decided to come in person to order the dim sum. The lady seem confused and said it was only for dine in, but there was so much signage everywhere and flyers that said, "dine in, store, online order, and phone order." We were literally in the store, so I don't know if i had to call again to place the order to get the 50% off. Just doesn't make any sense. She said she had to ask the manager and the manager said it was fine to get 50% off. So I was kinda irked because they were pretending like it wasn't a thing when the storefront had a huge sign and the table was literally covered in flyers. I felt like we had to get fake "approval" from the manager. So we ordered a bunch of stuff and there were so many people coming in after ordering the dim sum and they clearly didn't have an issue getting the 50% off. So it was a bit annoying where they clearly have a promotion, so I don't know why there are pretending LOLOL! I don't get it. In any case, we ordered a lot of dimsum and it was all made quite fresh. It was a bit of a wait, but not terrible. Everything was quite tasty and comparable to the quality in the SGV. Overall, for the 50% off, I thought the prices were reasonable and on par with other options in the San Gabriel Valley. For this promo, I would recommend the place!

Food was authentic and tasty but it was over price. It was good serving size but average dim sum plate was $8 plus.

Decent selection of options and the prices are big too! Good and tasty and left me really full. Parking is easy with a shared lot. You order and mark on the menu so it's easy as there are photos so you'll know what you get. Everything was great and it's a pretty casual place with lots of seating. The only negative was that it was really slow and I think that just had to do with kitchen. They take a lot of take out orders too and I'm sure they're short staffed. They tried their best so that's really nice. Also they're having a special until end of September where dim sum is half off so it was super worth it even the wait!!

Dropped in this morning because my kid wanted xiao long bao at 10am. The food is good and they have a parking lot. Nothing fancy but we liked the food and the service. They are running a half of dim sum deal this month too ** came back again and it's truly a great value right now Highly recommend the beef roll

Delicious. Lots of variety including specialities like running egg yolky bun (lao sa bao), Mochi pan fried red bean, yam bun even though I prefer the custard buns more, coconut cocktail bun, Cheung fun, porridge, Lo mai gai lotus wrapped sticky rice, egg tart. Finesse wise, sometimes the items were a bit lacking (Eg. Thick hagao skin, thick cheong fun wrapper). Still highly enjoyable and hits the spot. A bit pricey Eg $8.99 for 3 pieces of hagao. Huge parking lot in front of restaurant. I'd come back because of west LA proximity To my home, variety and decent quality. Capital seafood dimsum in Beverly Hills has slightly higher quality but less variety so I would still prefer this spot.

One of the best selections for dim sum I've seen on the west side! The har gow and BBQ pork buns were delicious. Prices were fair too especially for this area. Also appreciate that they have jook (congee/rice porridge) on the menu.

Ordered dim sum from the restaurant's website and selected 11:00-11:15am time range for pick-up. I get a text saying 11:15am pick-up but the order wasn't ready until 11:55am, when I asked them to cancel my order after they repeatedly told me it would be ready in a "few minutes" and seeing many other orders coming out except mine. And another couple who also ordered off of the website was waiting for a while as well. I am guessing that the restaurant is prioritizing orders off of delivery apps vs their own website and making people coming in to pick up the food wait. While I waited, I saw this box in front from Wei-Chuan, and a Google search showed that this company sells frozen foods to restaurants including dim sum. With this type of wait and service, you are better off buying frozen dim sum from the store and having them from the comforts of your home. I had decided to order from here despite low ratings due to the 50% off promotion but that's not even worth it at this point. I also observed how people dining in had to get their own water, come ask for sauce, etc. Not the usual efficient dim sum service you experience in SGV. Quick update: After all this, I got home to find that one item--steamed pork ribs--was missing from the order. I can't believe I have to call and see if I can get a refund after all this. Update 2: When I called the phone number to restaurant, 310-441-9651, I get an automated message saying this number is not taking messages because the mail is hasn't been set up yet. What a joke.

This place was good. We loved every dish! Our favorite was the football-looking dish. The service is good as well.

I tried their spicy shrimp wonton. If you're limited on money and don't have the time to drive down to San Gabriel Valley then this is the one item under $12 I'd recommend if you had to choose only one. Wontons were savory, shrimp was perfect, comes with 8 wontons. I'm always looking to find shrimp wontons that can compare to ding tai fung's savory and sweet shrimp wontons as theirs are likely one of the best. Dim Sum house has egg wrappers while din tai fung has rice paper ones with a very nice umami sauce. While these wontons aren't as good, I'd rank them still high perhaps the next best so far of other places I've tried. While ordering one item doesn't give the full dim sum experience, it still satisfied my hunger until the next dim sum meal. If anyone else has other places to suggest with good shrimp wontons let me know.

Amazing deal for September 2023 with 50% off dim sum! Favorites here were shrimp dumplings, pork buns, chicken feet, and pork shumai. Shrimp dumplings had large plump shrimp with hints of white pepper. Pork buns were soft, fluffy, and tender but could do without the corn syrup topping. Service was fast and all the food was hot! The ambiance is your typical older Chinese restaurant, cozy

Meh. It was overall bland and blobby. We liked the thinly sliced steak rolled in a flakey pancake. But that was about it. Everything else either lacked flavor (e.g. soup dumpling with its too thick pasta and poorly flavored meat) or was overcooked/needed searing (shrimp wontons). Also despite being one of the only few tables that were full, it felt like no one was paying attention to us at times. Disappointing.

So good. As usual, the soup dumplings, shumai, and fried rice were perfection. I order about once a month. I've gone in-person too and the family is always very gracious.

The food is so delicious and it's a very fair price! It's not too far from UCLA (a short bus ride) and the owner is so silly! You can tell he cares about his customers and making sure they enjoy their experience. It also wasn't a long wait for the food seeing as there isn't many people here. Overall, I would come back again! Some of my favorites were the shrimp dumplings, egg tarts, shiu mai, and juicy pork dumplings

Writing this review while still at the restaurant as I believe this place deserves everything and more. The customer service is wonderful - you're greeted by a sweet man who genuinely cares about his customers - the restaurant is clean, and the dim sum is PLUMP, juicy and fresh. I ordered: shumai (huge pieces), soup dumplings (could use more soup), crispy shrimp balls (not oily, huge pieces, perfectly crunchy), shrimp rice noodle rolls (huge pieces of shrimp, you could taste how fresh they were), steamed pork ribs (fall off the bone!), vegetable buns (perfect, tasted nostalgic like Korean vegetable mandoo) These are some of the largest dim sum pieces that I've ever seen and all the shrimp dishes came with big, high quality shrimp with absolutely no fishiness to them. This place is just as good, if not better, than any "legendary" dim sum spot in Downtown LA and the SGV. Yes, it is a bit on the pricier end, but it's convenient and the quality is definitely there. The only downside is that the soup dumplings hardly have any soup inside, but the remaining dishes were so delicious that I'm willing to overlook this. This place is a 10/10 for me, I'll definitely be back!

I left the Getty museum and was looking for a dim sum place. This was close and easy to get to. It is off of Westwood Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard. It has its own tiny little parking lot. Is in a strip mall It was after lunch, so the place was not crowded. We ordered several types of dumplings, and. Bao. Everything was delicious and fresh. My girlfriend was so impressed that she took a few orders home to share with her family. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Pretty darn good dim sum in WLA!! We needed a quick bite while in the area and saw Dim Sum House. We walked in and easily got a seat. The menu is a paper menu with pictures of most items and you check off what you want. It has all your typical items. We order out faves: scallion pancake, egg fried rice, shrimp and pork dumplings and pork bao. The only thing I didn't get was egg tarts. But I saw them across the way and they looked amazing. We arrived starving and left stuffed. The food was surprisingly good definitely a home style taste especially the dumplings. Plan on heading back!!

Ordered 3 of my favorite dishes through Doordash. Quick delivery and well-packaged meal, no leaks! :) -Steamed Chicken Feet (6/10) This was much saltier than what I'm used to with this dish. Texture was good, warm, and gelatinous. Just too salty. -Beef Roll (7/10) This is one of my favorite dishes to-go from any dim sum restaurant. I would say the flavor was good, nothing striking but the size of the beef roll was a little underwhelming. Crispiness was good and on point. 2 rolls cut into a total of 6 pieces. -Sticky Rice in Lotus Leaf (8/10) This was my favorite of the 3- it came with 2 large sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf. The rice was sticky and flavorful and the meat inside was perfectly flavored and delicious. Overall, I would recommend the sticky rice in lotus leaf if you're craving something filling and the Beef roll if you don't mind a smaller than usual portion.

We had a nice first experience here. It has more tables than we expected. Ordered the shrimp Rice noodle, ham som guk (sweet deep fried rice ball with sweet ground pork), pork dumplings, beef roll which is also deep fried, plus hot and sour soup (very spicy a little too spicy for us). I would definitely return!

Although the ambiance is not great, this is a place for a quick dim sum fix with affordable price and no long waiting time. They have two large round tables for big parties and several smaller tables. Service is great. About $6.99 per dish. Must try Chow Mein!

The size of everything is double the size of normal dim sum. Their portion size is crazy be careful how much you order! Food is made to order! Comes out piping hot!! The food is 100% authentic. So delicious HUGE! Great jasmine tea. Funny and friendly staff. Clean inside. We had sooo much left overs. Plenty of seating. AC. I will definitely come back again. Again. And again.

Best Dim Sum Place in West LA at a fair price! Yes, you can get better stuff in SGV. But to be honest, for a normal weekend, that extra 1hr drive is not worth it. Besides, some of the dishes are just as good as the stuff in SGV - turnip cake, sticky rice, steam pork buns. This is now my go to place in West LA. Thanks for opening in West LA!

I've gotten takeout from here a bunch and it's one of my favorite comfort foods. Portions are generous, everything is SO delicious, and the takeout was thoughtfully, neatly packaged to make sure nothing spilled and the fried food didn't get soggy. There's a bit of a wait sometimes because they seem pretty busy, but the food is definitely worth it. My favorite dumpling place in the Westside, hands down!

If you don't want to drive to the China Town or San Gabriel Valley, this is one of the Chinese restaurants who serve dim sum in West LA. The menu is limited but they have some of the popular items. The food wasn't the best but wasn't bad either. Their fried rice was surprisingly flavorful. The dumpling skin was consistently too thick and super filling. Each item was around $8 and the fried rice was $17. They are overpriced but I guess they have to charge this much to survive. The retail rental in W LA is astronomical. The service was good. The ambiance is a hole in a wall. I have to pay those prices for dim sum, I'd go somewhere else for better food and better ambience. The strip mall parking is hard. It's one way parking lot ( the entrance on Westwood and the exit in the alley between the mall and the car wash place) and is always packed because other businesses are restaurants, too & Pete's Coffee. The parking spaces are very small. Better to park on the street.

I've heard the place to go for dim sum is SGV but...I'm honestly too lazy to get out there. Finding a solid dim sum spot until I muster up enough patience to drive to SGV has been challenging but I found a reasonably priced dim sum spot where I don't have to wait 3 hours to eat (looking at you DTF). I've dined here In person before the pandemic but now just order takeout and it satisfies my cravings. Dim Sum is more than just XLB and I'm so happy Dim Sum House has a variety of dumplings. Fast, delicious, Asians go there (validation!!). Only thing is I wish they packaged my to go order with chopsticks instead of fork/spoon but nbd.

This is a very belated review, but I believe it needs to be said: this place is truly a hole in the wall in West LA! We found ourselves craving dumplings and this was one of the places that came up on Google. We arrived to an empty parking lot in Westwood (rare) - and walked into the restaurant at 8 pm for dinner. We were just coming in to place an order to-go, but the inside was empty. We were worried that we arrived kind of late, but the man taking our order reassured us that they could accommodate our order! The hospitality we received from him was AMAZING - he offered great recommendations and allowed for us to wait and have a seat inside (as it was cold outside). Upon sitting down, I saw that they utilized paper plates and plastic utensils for dine-in; which is a pretty unique indicator alone that this place is good. They took about 20 minutes or so to give us our order and it was hot and fresh! We also asked for some water cups while we were waiting and he was generous to give us three water bottles to go :) On to the food, we ordered the scallion pancakes, the spinach and chicken pancakes, the chicken potstickers, the baked purple yam buns, the sticky rice in louts leaves, and the juicy pork dumplings. Although everything was to go, the quality of these items were still filled with flavor - and the scallion pancakes were so crispy and savory! Would definitely come back again for the hospitality and quality of the food :)

$9.99 + tax for a small dish of marinated cucumbers? Did they grow these cucumbers in outer space or something? Cucumbers are 99 cents per pound at most supermarkets, and even cheaper wholesale. This dish doesn't even require cooking at all. Northern Cafe (Hot Pot) a few blocks away charges $4.99 for the same cucumbers, which is already a bit pricey, and this place wants to charge twice as much? Even full blown fancy upscale restaurants like Din Tai Fung currently charge $7.99 for spicy marinated cucumber and this zero decor strip mall joint wants to charge you $9.99 ? Mind you, in Asia, spicy marinated cucumber is a free complimentary appetizer at most establishments.

I came here for a quick lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. The food was fairly well made; however, the price for the quality was a bit too high. It was a little under $8 for each dim sum order. With tax and tip, the 2 items in the picture were a bit over $20. The server was friendly and serve hot tea with the food. They serve dim sum all day along with other dishes. The dim sum is prepared when you order it, so it does it a bit of time to cook. The sui mai was flavorful but was not worth $2 for each piece in my opinion.

I'm used to getting dimsum in giant buildings dedicated solely to dimsum so this place caught me off guard when I rolled up to a small restaurant. But Dim Sum House is bussin. Also, I have never seen pork and shrimp siu mai that ginormous before like how/why they so big like that. Everything is super yummy. Owner is friendly and nice and wholesome and he must be protected at all costs.

Do not trust their hours of operation listed on their website and Google . Call first or you will be disappointed. More than a dozen people waiting outside at open. All leaving.

Look. It's hard to get good dimsum in west LA ok? All the gooooood stuff is in east LA in the Monterey Park area. That being said, this place is one of the better spots in the west side. I could go to Palace but I find them to be hit or miss. Plus Dim Sum House is closer to me. The waiters here are always friendly and the food is made to order, no carts. Considering how close it is, I will continue to dine here.

The owner is super nice, I went in fifteen minutes before they closed and he was so kind, and even threw in a dessert with my takeout order. The food is great, hot and fresh and a lot of food! Recommend.

This place just opened up and it's so convenient to those of us living in the Century City- Westwood area. I never thought I'd see the day a truly authentic dim sum place so near to us. The place looks and feels exactly like the white, spacious Chinese dining halls you see in San Francisco's and Toronto's China Towns. Lots of dim sum and standard dishes, all tasting delicious and very aromatic. This is a place you must check out if you're a Chinese food aficionado.

Such great dimsum!! BBQ pork bun, ham soi gok, sesame balls, shrimp rice noodle, cucumber salad, honey walnut shrimp, egg yolk lava bun! Surprisingly all great, and from a very unassuming place with friendly staff.

Excellent dim sum! I ordered with delivery service and delivered in about 1 hour. Har gow- large, shrimp filled delight - the flavor was right on target! Shui Mai - steamed pork was tender, great flavor Scallion pancakes - probably would have tasted better at the restaurant, but the dough was flakey and very good flavor Pork soup dumplings- the skin was a little thick for me, but flavor was good Vegetable dumpling / okay Egg and shredded duck congee- excellent but could have had more duck eggs Orange chicken, kung pao chicken, tofu and vegetable chow mein was tasty. The Dim sum is very authentic! Food-4 stars!

This place is my go-to for dim sum when I don't feel like paying an arm and a leg or waiting 2 hours for food. They have pretty good food for the prices. Knocked down one star because there was a hair one time in our food and some dishes are a hit or miss/inconsistent. Here's some of the best items I've tried here: - Pork and Shrimp Shiu Mai: I always get this at dim sum, very juicy and reheats well if I don't finish - Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll: The proportion of rice noodle roll is a little high for the shrimp but it's good, and I loooove the sweet soy sauce it comes with - Baked BBQ Pork Bun: I am addicted to these, sometimes I order just these for a snack if I walk by - Shrimp Dumplings: A classic, pretty good - Juicy Pork Dumplings: The wrapping is kind of dry, but the flavor is good - Molten Salted Egg Yolk Bun: These are new to me, but they really surprised me with how good they are! A must-try Here's some other items I've tried in the past but aren't pictured below: - Combo Chow Mein or Combo Fried Rice: I got these as platters for a potluck and they are a really good size for the price, exactly what you'd expect - Steamed Pork Ribs with Black Bean: I like the flavor, but the meat ratio is kind of low - BBQ Pork Bun: The steamed version, I love this - Beef Roll: Meh - Crispy Shrimp Balls: Exactly what you'd expect, pretty good Overall: Yum!

The food here is pretty good, but the prices are massively expensive and not worth the price at all. The shumai, and guotie are pretty good, but the bao isn't as good as those in the San Gabriel Valley. I liked the dim sum here, but it's far too overpriced. The majority of it's customers are UCLA students who want a quick meal nearby. You are better off making the drive to Monterey Park or Alhambra instead.

TL;DR: A great dim sum place with a parking lot. This place is amazing. It's not a fancy date spot, but if you want great food at a great price, this place is it. When we came for dinner, only half the restaurant was open for seating. Lots of people getting take out tho! Definitely recommend getting the baked pork buns, shrimp and spinach dumplings, and especially the pork shiu mai. Love the tea that comes with the meal. Will definitely be back!

Ordered delivery on a lazy evening and it was just the most perfect and delicious meal. In the spirit of honesty, I was like "the dumplings are HOW much? and you only get four of them??" when a friend recommended Dim Sun House to me, but actually the portions are very generous (and the dumplings and shu mai etc. are BIG) and super tasty, so well worth it! Everything came still steaming warm and well packaged for us to dig into and demolish. I was a little worried that we hadn't ordered enough to eat at first but was absolutely stuffed by the end. My favorites so far are the spinach chicken scallion pancakes, lotus wrapped sticky rice, marinated cucumbers (you get a TON of them) and the shrimp veggie dumplings! Shu mai and beef rolls are tasty too.

Food was fresh, once you placed an order they make it fresh, so waiting time is about 10 -15 mins , all good.

This place is pretty dope. All of the staff were nice and brought out our food pretty quickly. Tbf the food isn't as good compared to what you'll get out in Monterrey Park but it's very close, and this place is a lot more convenient than going across downtown. This place is perfect if you're looking for a decent made-to-order dimsum.

An accidentally late review, but I was looking for a fried pork bun restaurant a while ago, only to come across them. Absolutely juicy and flavorful buns, from the pork to the chicken. Especially the shrimp. 10/10!
