Staff was friendly, but a bit overwhelmed by our group of six people. My goal here is not to trash the place, but hope that the business takes the reviews and change things. It is true that the portions are small for the price, and the quality of the food isn't much different than a high quality product you could buy from the freezer section of your grocery store. The main issue, however, is that the way things are done here, is nothing like an actual dim sum restaurant. They should think of renaming the place, or possibly hiring a consultant to get things on track.
Cannot recommend in a city full of amazing Chinese restaurants...at least in its current state
