A Rare Find – Elegant, Intimate, and Incredibly Warm
We almost didn’t book Dimora Santagata because it had fewer than 100 reviews—and I was hesitant to take a chance on something so new. But the glowing feedback convinced me to go for it, and I’m so glad we did. What an absolute gem.
This is, without exaggeration, one of the most delightful small hotels we’ve ever stayed in—and we usually seek out exceptional, design-forward properties. Dimora Santagata isn’t a large luxury hotel, and that’s exactly its charm. It feels more like being welcomed into a beautifully designed private home, where every detail has been carefully chosen to create a sense of calm, style, and ease. The rooms are spotless, serene, and thoughtfully appointed, and the overall atmosphere is one of understated elegance and warmth.
What truly makes this place special is Alessandra. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like valued guests—gracious, incredibly helpful, and always available with thoughtful suggestions and heartfelt hospitality. Her generosity and personal touch made all the difference.
If you're hesitating because of the number of reviews—don’t. This is a standout small hotel, filled with heart and beauty. We feel incredibly lucky to have found it and can’t wait to return.
