A Rare Find – Elegant, Intimate, and Incredibly Warm We almost didn’t book Dimora Santagata because it had fewer than 100 reviews—and I was hesitant to take a chance on something so new. But the glowing feedback convinced me to go for it, and I’m so glad we did. What an absolute gem. This is, without exaggeration, one of the most delightful small hotels we’ve ever stayed in—and we usually seek out exceptional, design-forward properties. Dimora Santagata isn’t a large luxury hotel, and that’s exactly its charm. It feels more like being welcomed into a beautifully designed private home, where every detail has been carefully chosen to create a sense of calm, style, and ease. The rooms are spotless, serene, and thoughtfully appointed, and the overall atmosphere is one of understated elegance and warmth. What truly makes this place special is Alessandra. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like valued guests—gracious, incredibly helpful, and always available with thoughtful suggestions and heartfelt hospitality. Her generosity and personal touch made all the difference. If you're hesitating because of the number of reviews—don’t. This is a standout small hotel, filled with heart and beauty. We feel incredibly lucky to have found it and can’t wait to return.

The most perfect week at Dimora Santagatha during the Noto flower festival. It felt like staying at a lovely friend’s house. Alessandra is the most perfect host, her recommendations and advice made my stay even more special. The whole experience is one of simple elegance and attention to detail.

Lovely hotel that is an incredibly hospitable and comfortable stay. Sleek and simplistic, the rooms and common areas are gorgeous, with incredibly friendly staff, great hosts and an amazing location in the heart of Noto! If staying here, also be sure to visit their concept/ design store only a 2 min walk away. Stefano, the owner, does a great job making you feel welcome.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed with the most amazing interiors and perfect location. Every detail of the interiors is very chic and extremely comfortable. I felt like I was staying in a beautiful private home. The location is perfect and very quiet, but yet five minutes to the center of the city The courtyard for breakfast is very charming and the food is absolutely incredible I cannot wait to come back and stay here again and would highly recommend this beautiful and special

Where to even begin with this gorgeous hotel! We have just had the most unbelievable stay here and we cannot wait to return and recommend it to everyone we know. Firstly the interiors and rooms are just perfection. Every single detail has been thought of and it has been lovingly designed and styled to look like it has come straight out of architectural digest magazine! The rooms are large, beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is served in a beautiful area outside with an adorable menu that sets you up perfectly for the day. The location is incredible being just 5 minutes from all the best restaurants in noto and you can easily find parking near by. The most incredible thing about this hotel are the people who work here. Every single person is so lovely, attentive and makes you feel right at home. Alessandra was the most incredible host and again made us feel so welcome from the moment we turned up. Alessandra helped with brilliant advice on what to do each day and even helped with reservations at the best restaurants and always made an effort to chat to us daily. This is something we have never experienced before! We even were able to go to a beach bar near by and as they had a connection we were given the best beach bed totally free. Honestly we cannot recommend this place highly enough.. it is a little gem that we feel so fortunate to have enjoyed and we wish we were staying longer. Unbelievable value for money.. book here you won’t regret it!

This is without doubt the best small boutique and luxury hotel we have stayed at. We were looking to stay in a small intimate and beautiful hotel on this trip to Sicily. I’m glad I came across this when looking for places to stay in Noto. I got to admit I was sold when I saw the website, the description and the pictures. It is as the pictures depict, superbly designed, stylish and chic. You can tell that there was a high attention to the interior detail of the shared spaces, the breakfast terrace, the rooms. The rooms are tastefully furnished, clean, there is this sense of serenity when you are in the hotel and the whole place gives of a vibe of elegance and warmth. The service is excellent, it’s genuine, it’s warm and you are made to feel welcome and special. The hostess, Alessandra, deserves 7-stars and is equally why a stay at this hotel and the service is so good. She made great recommendations not just in Noto but also when we went on a day trip to Modica and Ragusa, and assisted with reservations. She communicates proactively and checks in regularly to make sure things are going well. The staff - there were two other ladies there whose names I don’t think I will get right, that were super nice, always had a smile on their face, when they served us breakfast. And yes, don’t bother having breakfast anywhere else if you stay here. It’s that good and perfect way to start your day. If we go back to Noto, I don’t think I would want to stay anywhere else.

An elegant, supremely tasteful and incredibly welcoming base in Noto. Large rooms, beautifully decorated, a gorgeous breakfast terrace with delicious food each morning and a wonderful welcome from Alessandra and her team. It feels like visiting family as soon as you arrive. Alessandra was so helpful and made an excellent recommendation for a wine tasting for us which proved to be one of the highlights of our trip.

One of the best designed hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s minimalist, but with a distinctive Sicilian accent. The public areas—sitting room, outdoor/indoor eating spaces— had a zen vibe. In fact, everything felt zen. And the breakfast was delicious and aesthetically served. Highly recommend.
