DiNapoli Pizza

Been ordering from here for years and overall it's been good experiences. This review is for the most recent order as it had a variety of items from the menu... Got one of the specials and the price for everything was pretty good considering I got a ton of food for close to $40 with delivery included. Some of the freshest and well seasoned french fries I've gotten from this spot. They were also crunchy and not under cooked and soggy like most pizzeria spots so that was great touch to the meal. The cheesesteak was actually pretty good too, it wasn't the typical cheesesteaks you see around the city trying to be fancy but it was good in flavor. Was a bit on the smaller size as the fillings were stuffed over the top but that could be a good thing as the bread was soft with a nice toast that held it together nicely. Once the lady said they had mango haberno I instantly had to go with it and honestly it didn't disappoint but wish the wings had a bit more sauce so it covered both sides of the wings well. Had a an overcook wing and some that were a little soggy in the batch but overall the wings had a good size. Now the pizza was just a complete miss and was super undercooked for my liking. Guess the driver hit a hard turn cause the cheese was basically falling off the pie when I opened the box and the amount of pepperonis was just not enough for a large. Overall a solid spot that'll I just change a few things when I order, like asking the pizza to be done well, that make everything hit the spot perfectly. I'll definitely be ordering again.

This is our family favorite place hands down!! This place deserves more then a 3 star rating! The pizza is absolutely delicious 10/10 the staff are super friendly! The food is always hot. Every time we order it’s always an amazing experience! Best Pizza In North Philadelphia Hands down!!! Everything they serve is made with love and taste delicious!

Idk why they are only rate a 3.8 or whatever it is because they have good food the pizza isn’t a 10 but it’s good they literally have some of the best buffalo wings I’ve had in the city I’ve lived in Philly my whole life. I’ve lived in the neighborhood around the pizzeria my whole life. The wings aren’t small. They get done crispy when you ask for them to get done crispy the pizza is good. The only thing I wish was different was that the crust was a little bigger and that they would burn it more when they make it they might not have a brick oven but everything else is good. I would rate it a 4.5.

Order a Chicken Cheese Steak. The Chicken they used is process not real chicken breast. Other pizzeria uses real chicken breast. The chicken Cheese steak was very unflavorful.

⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! ⚠️ I just had an AWFUL experience. I ordered my food around 9pm on Grubhub and it told me it would arrive in approximately 40-50 mins. It arrived 1hr10mins later. Upon opening my food I noticed the styrofoam was melted. When I picked up the food inside I noticed it was cold and soggy. The fries were wet and so were the chicken fingers. You can see the beads of water in the pictures. The mozzarella sticks were also wet, cold and the cheese inside was hard. I ordered a diet ginger ale and they delivered a regular ginger ale without asking if it was okay to substitute. So I call the restaurant to see what they can do about my order. The first time, they answered and hung up. So I called again, this time I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. At this point I’m fuming. The girl answers the phone and asks for the name on the order. I tell her my name, she then proceeds to talk to a co-worker about it as I hear laugher in the background. She asks what was wrong with the order, so I tell her it was cold and soggy. SHE ONCE AGAIN LAUGHS WITH THE CO-WORKER. After this I think she realized I wasn’t on hold and puts me back on hold. I found this all to be extremely unprofessional. After all of this she tell me they will only be able to send a new order to my house; but, I would have to repackage the old order and return it to the driver. I am beyond angry right now because with the way the girl and her friend were behaving on the phone I would not put it past them to spit in my food. Also, I work tomorrow at 5am and what should have been a quick meal has now turned into a 2hr+ ordeal. I will say with confidence that I will NEVER order from this place ever again. Please take this review as a warning if you’re thinking about ordering from here. For $20 dollars it’s not worth it.

The clerk is rude 2:00 pm. Take cc number for purchase and I had to ask for a total (had to call back). Asked how much I wanted to tip. I should have read the reviews before I ordered, I didn’t. I hope the food is worth it. Kinda turned off already.

Ordered delivery as of yesterday night 12/24/24 and paid 24.49 for a small sausage pizza and chicken fingers for delivery. I never received it. I need a refund back asap! I will be calling Christmas if you are opened or will be there Thursday in person. Best believe I will speaking to the manager about a refund back on my debit card. I need this rectified. Very unprofessional from your staff waited two hours and never received nothing! Just took my payment and never got my food. They lost me as a customer.

First time ordering. Ordered a xcheese pizza, it was great, delivered hot, good price. Next time I'll try stk sandwich! I would totally recommend this place

THIS PLACE IS SO ASS !!! The customer service is so rude , they got young people with low energy and always seem to have a attitude... everytime I ask for a request it's never made and that very disappointing , I get a cheesesteak and it barely meat and cheese like whatttttt? DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR IN THE AREA ... 1/5 stars

Im really iffy when it comes to getting salads from pizza spots but this one really surprised me. I got the garden salad with croutons and parm added. The lady on the phone was nice and had patience with me, i couldn't decide what add ima I wanted. Veggies were all fresh and good. Planning on getting another one today! :)

For a lunchtime delivery, this place was very legit. On the menu, I thought the meatball roll would be a pocket of dough, but it was actually a really tasty sandwich. That was the only mix up on my part. The panzerotti and stromboli were both really great, although the panzerotti wasn't really crispy or deep fried texture. Still, all the flavors were good and I would love to eat from here again.

They don't give you everything included with your order. I ordered Ravioli with Meatballs which include a salad and garlic bread but when my order was delivered, the garlic bread and salad was not in the bag. I called back and Armani said they probably forgot to bring it. I asked to have them bring it but she said the delivery people are out on the street and she will tell them but can't say they would bring the salad and garlic bread. I will never order from them again as the meatballs were not cooked all the way and not tasty at all. Find a better place to order your food from, unprofessional and over priced.

I ordered buffalo wings & a chicken & broccoli Alfredo at 8:30 yesterday , Wednesday 3/25/20, an hour passed & my delivery still hadn't arrived, so i decided to call , i called about 10 times & no answer , i was so upset i nearly went up there to see what was going on with my order. As I'm getting in the car the delivery driver finally pulled up at 9:50 ! Not only did it Take an hour and 20 mins for my food to arrive but when it did, it was missing things that i ordered on the side that I PAID FOR AND my food looked like they had opened it AFTER closing it as if somebody took food from inside it. This was just a horrible experience over all , i am disgusted & very upset I would not recommend anybody order from here at all !! Side note - The attached picture is literally how my food arrived to me !!

If i could give 0 stars i would. They are totally unprofessional and there food is crap. They messed up my order yet again. I called and they argued that the sandwich was fine. Do yourself a favor and don't order here.

NO NO NO NO OMG. Everything was wrong. I happen to take my sandwich apart and found a dead fly in there and my other item was sad as well because it was missing things. The prices was good at least, i ordered based off of the stores available in my zip, though I never been and never will! The food was nasty too even before noticing the fly. ill stick to what i know...

2 WORDS : RICOTTA CHEESE ! This is the main reason why I had to put out a review on them . They are the ONLY pizza place in the area that carries ricotta cheese ! I literally sat on the phone and dialed everyone until they finally came through with what I needed . They didn't play no games , & although they were busy , I got my pizza in exactly 30 min ! It was done perfectly to my liking (not soggy but not hard af) & they put a good amount of toppings ! I am very pleased with the way they make THIS SPECIFIC PIZZA . Idk how anything else comes out ‍ but I would definitely try other things . SN : they charge $1 if you use your card .

This very tasty Stromboli was one of the best I had ever ate! It was juicy & flavorful to the point I thought, it was me just being hungry! So I ordered it 3 times before I wrote this review... Nothing changed!

K. So I bought a medium white, chicken & mushroom pizza, and Oreo cookie cheesecake #1. They used canned mushrooms-with the texture of a sponge and a sickly gray-green color #2. I had 2 slices of pizza and had to spit out chicken gristle 3 times. News flash: I didn't pay 2have inedible items placed on my food. I paid 2B able to eat. Everything. #3. They sent me chocolate cheesecake instead of the Oreo cookie cheesecake. It had the consistency of pudding. I was not happy with my food

Food was cheaper than most places and tasted pretty good, but I found multiple small pieces of sharp plastic in my penne vodka with chicken. I'll give them another chance because I know mistakes happen in a restaurant and I enjoyed the meal, but if something like this happens again I will not be back. Milkshake and sampler platter was a good bang for the buck.

I don't understand how there are so many poor reviews, this is the best pizza shop in North Philly. Food is flavorful, and yummy. I highly recommend their teriyaki chicken salad (the best salad I have ever tasted) and their paninis and wraps. I'm addicted!

I can't select a rating because I had the most horrible experience with the service and food from this restaurant. I ordered lunch from this red today 98/19/2021 and nothing was correct about the order: it was not prepared the way I ordered and some of my order was missing. When I called to mention that order was incorrect, the lady on the phone spoke with a rude tone to her voice. She was very augmentative and disrespectful. She all but accused me off lying and kept challenging me on what I said. Also the food was not prepared the way I/We ordered it.This lady was very unprofessional and needs to either be trained or retrainEd in customer service. I Will NOT recommend this restaurant to you friends and family. As of today they will NOT be ordering from this restaurant again. This isNIT the first time I had to deal with this kind of service but it is DEFINITELY my /friends/family LAST time. I DID NOT WANT TO GIVE IT ANY STARS

We order from there at work sometimes because there isn't much around. The food is mediocre, not bad if you're hungry and stuck at work. But they literally, EVERY TIME, screw up the order. If you dare to call them about it, they are extremely hostile, yelling and saying you have the order wrong, not them. (Even though the order is clearly written on the receipt). Next time I'm desperate for food at work I'd rather just starve than to give them anymore business.

Well i ordered a pizza with the works and it came with no sausage like 5 pepperonis and with the cheese all to the side, so I called and they blamed the Uber driver so I told them ok is the Uber driver fault about the cheese but what about not having sausage at all and only a few pepperonis and they just kept putting me on hold and laughing about it every time I called back!! To be honest this never happened before. I been ordering for more than 6 years but never again since they didn't handle the situation correctly being all ghetto about it!!! 0 stars

My parents would order here alot even though at first the phone lady was really rude. After that my parents still kept ordering there but last week for some reason they said we complained about an order that was messed up? Which we didn't. And I guess how they deal with complainers is by not delivering to our address anymore. They didn't even try to see if we didn't actually complain or anything while we were trying to tell them it must of been a mistake.

Ordered a steak strombli with extra cheese and 12 wings and also a pizza....the only thing was good is the wings people....the wings...they didn't give me enough steak to be satisfied and pizza wasn't good at all....only order the wings I want to help you guys save money the wing's are the thing here....I had to cook the Stromboli more because it was under cooked to me. Only order wings with the blue cheese which is good...never again will I order anything else. They have a new cook the old cook from 5 year's back was better

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is the absolute fucking worst!!!! I ordered a cheese steak and fries before my lunch break and it took them more than an hour and a half to get to me and I was only 14 mins away. The woman I spoke to was extremely rude and had the nerve to sound annoyed. The cheese steak tasted like shit and the roll wasn't even toasted. The fries were extremely soggy and had a tiny patch of ketchup on it. Do not order from here , they all around suck.

Never in my life have I seen an Italian sub made with only bologna, and I hope I never will again. Okay for a fast, cheap option, but cheesesteaks without cheese and Italian subs that are 60% lettuce sort of break the deal. Pizza was good, though

dont order online from there website. I ordered from the location in philadelphia on Front st., they dont get the orders, and the when you call to see about the order the manger Juanita was totally rude about it, when it was their system that made the mistake. Told her she was being rude and asked to speak with owner she said its my husband Juan, nothing will change! Will never order from there again because of the poor customer service!

All my food was incorrect and they still never fixed it. Staff was rude and there were bugs in the food that was delivered . I will never order from them again!! Worst place ever!! I've never met a company that was so rude and the girl at the counter were laughing and joking around when trying to correct my order. Never again! And I will be calling the department of health on them.

The times that I ordered from here always got an attitude from the counter girls, they always answer the phone like if they're mad at the world but i still ordered because food was good. Yesterday I ordered a stromboli and it wasn't cooked all the way, called back and the owner said he wasn't sending another that he'll just send me the money back and for me to send the food back. Lost the $5 tip i gave the driver because he made sure he kept it but its cool. Never ordering again..

Best meatballs in New Jersey! Italian specialties and sandwiches a must try! This place is one of a kind and you can't duplicate it!

Got to work this morning and saw the menu stuck in our door, figured I'd give it a try.. Prices seemed fair and the menu had quite a selection. I submitted my order online for delivery.. I received my email confirmation for the order which stated somebody would call me for my CC info.. I got busy at work so didn't think anything of it.. After an hour passed I called them to see what was going on and to give my info.. I was informed that my order did not go through to them (in a not so friendly manner)... So how do I get a confirmation email but they get nothing?!?! hmmmm..... Worst customer service ever.. Will never "attempt" to order from them again.. I will stick with the places that actually "get the order" and fulfill it!! (and do it in a friendly manner!!!!)

Everything I ordered tasted great! Food came fast (within a half hour), food was hot, staff was polite. I will definitely be ordering from here again and would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for really tasty food in this area

If I could give it no stars I would. Tried to order over the phone. The phone was answered by a girl yelling 'HOLD!'. When she came back she nastily asked pick up or delivery and then hung up on me after saying I sounded like I was 'far away.' Most ignorant phone service I've experienced in a long time. If that's how they are on the phone I absolutely wouldn't trust the food they make.

Been ordering food from work for years here, and although orders are commonly wrong, I have kept a loyal customer because I like the food. They do well with small orders, when ordering multiple items the girl who takes the order has trouble getting it right. Tonight two of the four items delivered were completely wrong, and the woman who answers the phone refused to send the right food, began yelling saying "you are wrong, you are wrong, this is what you ordered." And told me "I order this all the time." Which is untrue as I have never ordered either of the items delivered. She refused to deliver the right food even if the wrong items were returned, and fought with me until she hung up on me. This ended up with my co worker and I getting food elsewhere and having to eat the bill.

they make some good ass pizza and cheaper than most places. shoutout to whoever was cooking this friday.

Tonight was not my first time ordering from DiNapoli, however it will be my last. Up until this point, I've been happy with DiNapoli- solid cheese pizza, inexpensive, quick delivery. Tonight though, my pizza was 45 minutes late. I called, wondering if something had gone wrong since I ordered through Grubhub. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to shout my address and "grubhub" multiple times until someone in the background acknowledged her, then only told me "it's out." I asked if there was anything more specific she could tell me since it was already so late and she just reiterated that it was out, then asked what did I want her to do and did I want the pizza or not? I said I'd still take it since there didn't seem to be anything that could be done at this point, but that it was very late and overall too long to have to wait for a pizza. She again asked what I wanted her to do about it so I hung up. About 10 minutes later the pizza arrived - delivered in a smashed box by a car *full* of people. The driver said to make sure the pizza was still intact then left - it barely was. Also, for reference, "hot peppers" apparently means warm red bell peppers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They are THIEVES! Stole my credit card information and charged my card thousands of dollars.

Horrible customer service skills!!! Ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak and received it in a pool of hot sauce and when I called to see if I could just get a regular cheesesteak instead the person in charge said no! So dispute the fact I am a paying customer who isn't satisfied with their order but they did nothing to accommodate me,either I took another soggy hotsauce chicken infused sandwich or nothing at all,no money back no nothing!! NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT WAS THE LAST 20$ I SPENT IN THAT STORE.
