"Dinette, Echo Park. This unexpected sidewalk cafe framed in a deep blue, sparkles amidst the adjacent storefronts on this bustling stretch of Sunset Blvd. Metal chairs and tables are sprinkled beneath the storefront’s awning. The pretty French and American pastries displayed in the walk-up window will no doubt tempt your sweet tooth. If you’re in a savory mood, the eggs on toast, mini quiches, and avocado toast are just a few of the gems on the menu. If you’re feeling somewhere in-between, go for the waffles which are topped with bacon and a poached egg, or choose from a fun selection of sandwiches and salads. Fancy espresso and coffee to boot."

"Echo Park’s diminutive walk-up spot Dinette is about to get a whole lot bigger. The casual sidewalk cafe — which was apparently one of the original Orange Julius locations in Los Angeles back in the day — is expanding into the long-gone E*Pack Family Clothing Store space, and judging by the look of things the space could be functional as soon as next month." - Farley Elliott

A friend and i were in the area and looking for some good food. We checked this place out based on reviews and were so pleased to have walked in here. The food, absolutely delicious. Good tea options, vegetarian options, and coffee options. The staff was super friendly and i enjoyed the patio seating a lot. A tucked away treasure for sure. Can't wait for my next visit.

We were looking for a nice lil breakfast/brunch spot and couldn't have stumbled upon a better place. Good outdoor seating in the shade to enjoy the food. Oh, and the food, soooo good! If you've never had a breakfast pizza (we hadn't) then you must add this to your places to visit!

This is one well executed, albeit expensive, waffle. But would totally come back for it. The poached egg mixes so well with the thick cut bacon and the sweet maple syrup. The pastry was good too!

Great food and coffee! Only outdoor seating though!

Been eating here almost weekly since moving in round the corner and it still makes me effusive and a little weepy how good my breakfast is—everything is excellent but the sleeper hit is the Breakfast Buddy. I’ve never been to a restaurant that could fry an egg this consistently flawless week after week. Doesn’t hurt that the folks who work here are friendly and efficient and the music is reliably good vibes.

What you get for the price is nothing good. Coffee was horrid for four bucks. Pastries were tasteless like eating paper. Lukewarm food wasn't to my liking for this hole in a wall with unrine smelling tables. On a side note, witnessed on multiple occasions, the owner being racially disgusting towards long time residents and passerbys -- that's just unacceptable in our diverse neighbourhood.

The best almond milk lattes! Also waffles to die for. And the breakfast buddy hits the spot every time. I love the casual setup and good tunes they always have playing.

Coffee is great. I think the food is overpiced. Lots of Yeezy's and overpriced sneakers and people who look like they just escaped a very expensive skandinavian insane asylum. SO THE USUAL HERE PEOPLE. coffee is good as hell, though.
