the milk tea is good but the 2 times that i went to the location on E Speedway a short boy with short black hair and a beanie had the nastiest attitude.. the first time he didn’t greet me was very rushy, and didn’t even look me in the eye when i ordered.. (it was empty) that i didn’t take personally cause everyone has their bad days😭 but today on October 18 around 4:10pm i go in and im not greeted once again and just stared at me until i reach him and he just stared at me until i spoke…. i start to just say my order and right after i said my order i mention how i got a text message about a free size up and he IMMEDIATELY cuts me off before i could even finish and says “put your phone number in and you can see your rewards” that threw me off a bit and i just quietly put my number in and i asked to get extra black boba with my order. then i see him put the black boba into a regular cup and i speak up and say that i thought it should be in a large sized cup. he then tells me that it is one or the other so i had to choose between extra boba or a larger cup. i mention that i didn’t see that part so I’ll take the larger cup and he gets so angry and grabs the larger cup and looks at the other girl working there with a condense ding and annoyed look as he dramatically pours the boba into the large cup. then to add on once i see him about to place the drink on the counter, i stand up and he practically shoved the drink and the straw onto the counter and just walks away… no thank you no have a good day… hopefully this behavior gets addressed because I’m not a confrontational person but i imagine in the future someone who is will come in and not tolerate the that type of blatant disrespect. the tea was good tho…💓

The hubs favorite treat spot to take the family. We all got the monster crème brûlée. Lots of flavors that anyone can enjoy, highly recommend to stop and get yourself a treat.

A most refreshing break for delish Boba was found here! We ordered 2 Matcha Slushes and a Thai Milk Tea. Above bar customer service. Considering a return trip next time we're in Tucson!

The BEST boba tea in Tucson! They are always so packed! The only bad side to this place is that it is so small, parking is horrible and for a sit-down cafe, there are no restrooms. They are a bit slow though, especially when they have a couple of people waiting for their orders. They went through a slight remodel which brought better seating areas but the place seems so cramped. The Strawberry Milk Tea is 10/10, the famous Monster Boba tea on the other hand is very strong and isn't for everyone.

Best boba in town. Nothing disappoints: the brown sugar milk tea, the taro, the thai milk tea, the matcha, the monster boba, etc. Its not too sweet, not too bitter, not too watery, not too artificial tasting. Its just some damn good milk tea. But above all, I am OBSESSED with the green thai milk tea. What a strangely addictive flavor. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a fan of weird drinks but dear god it has me in a chokehold. I fear they know my doordash name by now. It is so damn good. Thank you.

Ding Tea is my favorite boba tea spot in Tucson. One huge plus is their wide variety of flavors and add ins. They offer something for everyone, from cute fruity teas to more “sophisticated” or traditional flavors. Another plus: they can adjust for sweetness without compromising flavor. When I ask for 25% sweetness in most boba places in Tucson, they tell me they’ll have to add less flavor. At Ding, they’re still able to make a tasty drink and just add less sugar.

This is how boba tea is done the right way! From the aesthetic atmosphere to the friendly staff and delicious drinks, Ding Tea is my new fav boba spot in town. I got their lychee oolong tea with golden boba while my friend got the grapefruit yogurt drink with crystal boba per an employee’s recommendation and we really enjoyed them. 10/10 would recommend. They even have games available if you choose to sit in and stay awhile with a group.
