Google
the milk tea is good but the 2 times that i went to the location on E Speedway a short boy with short black hair and a beanie had the nastiest attitude.. the first time he didn’t greet me was very rushy, and didn’t even look me in the eye when i ordered.. (it was empty) that i didn’t take personally cause everyone has their bad days😭 but today on October 18 around 4:10pm i go in and im not greeted once again and just stared at me until i reach him and he just stared at me until i spoke…. i start to just say my order and right after i said my order i mention how i got a text message about a free size up and he IMMEDIATELY cuts me off before i could even finish and says “put your phone number in and you can see your rewards” that threw me off a bit and i just quietly put my number in and i asked to get extra black boba with my order. then i see him put the black boba into a regular cup and i speak up and say that i thought it should be in a large sized cup. he then tells me that it is one or the other so i had to choose between extra boba or a larger cup. i mention that i didn’t see that part so I’ll take the larger cup and he gets so angry and grabs the larger cup and looks at the other girl working there with a condense ding and annoyed look as he dramatically pours the boba into the large cup. then to add on once i see him about to place the drink on the counter, i stand up and he practically shoved the drink and the straw onto the counter and just walks away… no thank you no have a good day… hopefully this behavior gets addressed because I’m not a confrontational person but i imagine in the future someone who is will come in and not tolerate the that type of blatant disrespect. the tea was good tho…💓

Google
Ding’s always makes the BEST Thai tea! Love coming here to get my fix! Definitely recommend going!

Jayme R.

Google
The hubs favorite treat spot to take the family. We all got the monster crème brûlée. Lots of flavors that anyone can enjoy, highly recommend to stop and get yourself a treat.

Google
A most refreshing break for delish Boba was found here! We ordered 2 Matcha Slushes and a Thai Milk Tea. Above bar customer service. Considering a return trip next time we're in Tucson!

Google
I always recommend this place to my friends, this morning I came in with my friends and I got my drinks within like 6 minutes. I prefer this location to the others because it’s not as busy but I’m thankful it’s near my work. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Google
The BEST boba tea in Tucson! They are always so packed! The only bad side to this place is that it is so small, parking is horrible and for a sit-down cafe, there are no restrooms. They are a bit slow though, especially when they have a couple of people waiting for their orders. They went through a slight remodel which brought better seating areas but the place seems so cramped. The Strawberry Milk Tea is 10/10, the famous Monster Boba tea on the other hand is very strong and isn't for everyone.

Google
If I could give them 10 stars I would! Love this place

Naitik S.

Google
A good place to have boba lattes. My fav is monster boba latte. All time fav.

Yelp
I haven't been here in a while and I was in the area so I popped in. I was a little disappointed. I went to order the brown sugar milk tea, and they were out of that and a few other flavors. I ended up ordering a large Thai milk tea. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I wanted. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful with the menu. They have a lot of light colored furniture, which probably wasn't a great choice with the in and out of customers. They have blankets on top of the sofa cushions that had visible stains and it just looks unclean and unkempt (I didn't sit on any of the furniture, I stood and waited on my drink in the corner.) They have a game area where you can sit and enjoy your drink.

Yelp
Been going to Ding Tea in Tucson for years and they never disappoint! This charming boba shop is very conveniently located and has beautiful interior decoration. It has a modern, light cafe ambience and is a great traditional boba shop. There are lots of seats available for catching up with people or studying/work. They also have board games available! The staff are always very kind and helpful and the boba balls are always warm, soft, and chewy. My favorite order is their matcha slush (low sweetness) with boba but they also have a variety of Asian-inspired flavors such as ube, yakult, honeydew, etc.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that the tea was delicious - I ordered the taro milk tea - and the service was excellent. I do wish my drink would have had more ice, though. And I was really looking forward to trying the golden boba, but those are now only offered on weekends. But overall, good experience!

Joe B.

Yelp
Ordered a larger order (45 servings) for a UofA club campus event. Came in the evening before to place the order for pickup the next eventing, approx 24 hours later, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Was BLOWN away by service. The staff were extremely helpful, prompt, and friendly. They were patient in taking down the details and diligent in carrying out the order. The next day all 45 (plus 4 extras) were ready to go at the exact time I requested in a large carrying tote filled with ice to keep the drinks cold. Drinks were a HUGE hit at our club event. Diligent service, amicable employees, high quality product. What more could you ask for?

Yelp
Always a great boba option!! I've ordered tons of green teas (passion fruit, strawberry, mango) which have all been refreshing! Everything is pretty customizable such as sweetness and ice levels and there are various toppings available like pearl boba or fruit poppers. Recently tried the taro milk tea which became my favorite as it's super rich and creamy! The service is quick and the tables are clean. They have some card game options which are fun.
google avatar

Liliana S.

Yelp
One of my favorite things to do when I travel is try new boba places- all boba places are different and never offer the same drinks, desserts, or fruit teas! I ordered a peach black tea with lychee & my friend ordered the Hokkaido black milk tea. Both were delicious- my fruit tea didn't have an overwhelming peach flavor like some drinks do & my friend's drink was sweet and savory with the tapioca pearls and regular sugar level. As always, this place has a cute seating area & nice atmospheric music.
google avatar

Rommie C.

Yelp
I ordered four drinks, but unfortunately two were made incorrectly. The service also came across with some attitude and wasn't very friendly, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the shop has a very cute ambience with a nice atmosphere that makes it an enjoyable place to sit and spend time. However, it's frustrating that the phone number listed doesn't work--I wasn't able to call about getting my drinks remade or receiving a refund. For reference, none of the numbers for their three Tucson locations seem to be in service.
google avatar

Pira K.

Yelp
Went to Ding Tea on a Saturday night and trying to find parking was a struggle it was my first time and I didn't realize they had more parking in the back, but thankfully I got a spot out front! The shop is really cute with surprisingly a lot of seating with how small the space is. I ordered a Hokkaido Milk Tea with boba and it was pretty good! Only downside is that the boba was too soft and kind mushy. But flavor of the tea was good!
google avatar

Kira A.

Yelp
Love this place so much!! But for some reason, I had a different experience tonight! I ordered my occasional strawberry milk tea. Usually get it just the same. With less ice 25% and 75% sweetness. For some reason it was full 100% sweet (taste) and full ice (I'm not usually a big cold drink consumer) I wasn't able to assess the drink before I got it this time and had it delivered instead. Unfortunately it's too late to fix it by now, but I hope the crew will understand that drinks should come out consistently, and adjust the levels of sweetness accordingly; I'm sad my drink did not come out as I anticipated! (Last few times were quite the same!). I would love to try ordering again in person so that if there's any adjustments needed to be made, I would be able to communicate it.
google avatar

Bella A.

Yelp
Pretty good boba place! I ordered a mango green fruit tea with traditional boba, 50% sweet. It was still a good sweetness for being 50%. The boba itself was decent! I think for the price, this is a pretty good place! There's space to study inside which is nice too! Service was really quick!
google avatar

Tawnee H.

Yelp
This spot is beautiful. The inside is modern, clean, and would be a great place to meetup with a friend or wrap up a little work. I wasn't sure what to order so I looked to Yelp for recommendations. The kumquat lemon iced tea at 0% sweetness was still perfectly sweet and tart. I'm so glad I didn't add any sweetness. My husband and 4 year old couldn't stop drinking it; they loved it too. My only regret was that I put in the golden boba because I wanted more tea! Don't get me wrong, the golden boba was perfectly cooked, sweet, and chewy. But the tea was the real star. I will definitely be back for more tea concoctions even though it was a little on the pricey side.
google avatar

Jillian W.

Yelp
The fruit teas are good! I have not tried the milk based teas. My go to is the wintermelon green tea with golden boba. It's hard to find this flavor of fruit tea at other places in town. The space is cute but small and without a restroom so we've only done take out. Definitely recommend trying it out !
google avatar

Marianne F.

Yelp
Cute decor, quick help with ordering and paying. My drink was delicious! Love that there are games to play.. And my daughter thought this place had fun/cute things!
google avatar

Charis W.

Yelp
Always difficult to write a review on a place based off of one drink! I ordered the mashed taro burnt cream milk, tea, basically a jasmine green tea drink with milk and mashed taro, topped with a blow torched cream foam. Overall really tasty, but I don't get much taro flavor except with the actual taro bits. It's very creamy and tastes more like dessert than a milk tea. The menu at Ding tea is very extensive, though, and I would be willing to try other drinks.
google avatar

Holly A.

Yelp
I like going here, but the prices are honestly kind of high for drinks that are consistently mostly ice. I also mostly enjoy the decor, but I'm really not a fan of the weird covers that they have on top of their couches.
google avatar

Paul L.

Yelp
I'm a taro bubble tea addict. This place is too conveniently located for me too manage that addiction. Considering that the parking spaces in front are often filled, I'm not the only one who needs an addiction specialist.
google avatar

Kirsten D.

Yelp
I'm not a boba fan but a small human that I'm close too is. And she gives this place 2 thumbs up. She did a black milk tea with golden boba and half sweet. She said it was delish. And better than the black boba she gets at another spot. So I'm gonna say this is a win!
google avatar

Ava G.

Yelp
SO AESTHETIC! I loved the ambiance inside here. Lots of cute decor and lighting, so Instagram worthy. They have a large menu and lots of options, so be sure to be prepared to order! The 16oz size is a great amount for me. I love that they have coffee jelly here, as not every boba place does. They put A LOT of jelly in my drink, I had a lot extra at the end. I really enjoyed my hazelnut milk tea, it wasn't too sweet. I'll be back!

Nicole T.

Yelp
Disappointed sadly. It seems like everytime I go there's a "new" aesthetic about the place? The tv that usually shows drinks wasn't there and so we asked if they had this type of drink that me and my mom usually get when she's in town. The guy said yes but what we got was definitely not what we have gotten before and it was actually the monster brûlée latte that we were trying to order. it was wierd bc the guys asked us what type of tea we wanted and that it doesn't come with boba? I'm confused on why he didn't help guide us to the correct drink when I mentioned we have never had to pick a tea to go in it and the boba came with it? My mom ended up getting the drink he told us we were talking about. It ended up being a Thai Brûlée with only condense milk and maybe caramel? Idk I don't think I'll be back. It's like a downhill of service and vibes everytime I go.
google avatar

Anthony C.

Yelp
I really do enjoy ding tea. They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from and I will say this is the best boba in town
google avatar

James T.

Yelp
Always excited to see new boba spots open in town. Went with my family and met up with some friends there. Overall we had a great time. My daughter loved the decor and my son drooled over all the drink options. The staff was friendly and helpful. They really have a good system down for getting the drinks done relatively quickly. It was decently busy so we probably waited 10 mins in line and another 10 mins for our drinks. Our group got two house milk teas, two fruit slush, Thai tea and taro tea. All the drinks were solid and I appreciate the variety of toppings and ability to customize sweetness and ice. Something that I struggled with was the strong smell of industrial cleaner when I first walked in. Not sure if it's like that all the time or if my nose was just being sensitive. As one of the better boba shops in town we'll definitely come back and try more at Ding's.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
Ordered online and picked up in store! Very speedy and tasty. Tried the signature milk tea with boba and oolong milk tea, the oolong could have been stronger.

Carlene A.

Yelp
Delicious I get the Brown Sugar milk tea, creamy sweet but not too sweet really enjoy it
google avatar

sian t.

Yelp
Pros: Good service, delicious drinks, clean place, free wifi, some games Cons: Small parking space, no restroom
google avatar

Megan M.

Yelp
*PHOTO OP* central. This place is so freaking cute! Be sure to dress cute in case you want to take pictures! I fell in love the moment I walked in. It's beautifully decorated but, let's also talk about the tea! I ordered a strawberry milk tea with golden boba - delish! Also got a Lychee Oolong tea with star fruit jelly and let me tell you, that is my new favorite order. The perfect amount of sweetness but also very refreshing! This place is super easy to find since it's next to Reed's compounding pharmacy. The staff is super friendly and have great drink recommendations!
google avatar

Johnny W.

Yelp
Friendly staff and quick service! This place has your usual boba drinks, coffee, and more. I have been to a California location that served food, and would love to see them bring food choices to our Tucson location in the future. We ordered Vietnamese coffee, mango slush and the Chocolate slush. The Chocolate slush was a hit with the kids. Cheers!

Summer J.

Yelp
Definitely my favorite boba place in town! Their milk teas are a lot more flavorful in comparison to other shops in town. I do feel like drinks and service are always consistent. Their golden boba is great as well! I go pretty often and staff is always friendly, quick, and personable. I do hope they eventually add the crème brûlée topping to this location's online ordering for convenience. Other than that it's a definite must-try!
google avatar

Stephanie O.

Yelp
My new favorite! I love it so much I got it 2 days in a row! 50% sweet was perfect. I can't wait to go back and try other flavors.
google avatar

Nhu C.

Yelp
I appreciate the owner response. The problem was the employees kept lying saying the beans were temporarily out and being ordered. I flat out asked if it was discontinued but they insisted no. I kept coming back several times hoping they were in. After couple months, I knew this was a lie. The owner did messaged me and was sincere to explain and offered to bring back the beans topping. I very much appreciate the effort and consideration and hope to visit again soon.
google avatar

Sachi C.

Yelp
This place is amazing! Decor is by far the most inviting tea place I've been to in Tucson. The staff is amazing the service they provide was beyond and have such great descriptions of tea flavor I was highly impressed. Overall it's such an amazing place and boba is so soft and fresh. Wish they had northwest location but it's definitely worth the drive! I will definitely make this my new go to spot!
google avatar

James B.

Yelp
I had a Monster Boba Latte ($6.25) here yesterday. It was delicious. The place is small and was crowded, but we managed to find a place to sit. They serve no food, just drinks. Not really a place to linger long, but good for a quick cold drink to take the edge off the summer heat.
google avatar

Alyssa D.

Yelp
So far in Tucson, this is the best boba I have tried. I've visited about 5 times and have tried their signature Monster Boba Latte, Taro Mash (limited time unfortunately), Peach Yakult, and Kumquat-Lemon Ice Tea. Each drink has been exceptional and I would recommend everyone to visit this place for a refreshing drink. The black and golden boba are so chewy and delicious every single time. If you're not into boba they have plenty other of toppings such as star jelly, egg pudding, cheese cream, and this list goes on and on. They also give you the freedom to customize your sugar level which I think is nice. They only have two sizes the regular and large, and the regular cup is so cute and great for an aesthetic photo op. Parking is limited in the front and they have additional parking in the rear. This place has been very busy each time and they will still have your order out in a timely manner. The staff is very nice and will give delicious recommendations if you're having trouble deciding off of their vast menu. The have a giant television playing kpop videos that match the ambiance of the cute interior where you can hang out and play card games that they provide on a bookshelf by the door. Along with playing games it's also a great place for students to study as I've seen multiple people on their laptops and due to it's close location to the UA campus.
google avatar

Ely C.

Yelp
Can not say enough good things about this place. I wish I could say that I have tried more of their teas but their Kumquat Lemon iced tea is so good I get it almost every time I go. This time we decided to try a peach tea with aloe and monster boba both were very good. I still think the Kumquat lemon iced tea with aloe is my favorite but everything I have tried has been good. A nice option that Dings offers is being able to say how sweet you would like your drink. I recommend 50% sugar on the Kumquat lemon iced tea! The staff is also very kind and always provides great recommendations.
google avatar

Cristel N.

Yelp
Great Taro! The black boba goes just great with it! Also their matcha is good, it's a nice spot
google avatar

Michelle D.

Yelp
I love boba and this place did not disappoint. They have a lot of variety of flavors to choose from. The staff was great in recommending drinks and which ones were vegan. The atmosphere is cool with a good vibe. I really like the too they use for your drinks to-go.
google avatar

Katharina F.

Yelp
Amazing boba! I had the strawberry yakult drink with classic boba and it was great! The service was very friendly.
google avatar

Robert N.

Yelp
Boba tea lovers, Ding tea is another gem. There is no shortage of boba shops in Tucson, but if you have visited some of them you know that the quality can vary greatly. Ding tea sits in the top tier. They probably have the most expansive menu out of any of the tea shops in town. With unique flavors like blueberry milk tea, or green apple milk tea (spoiler alert- both flavors are amazing) and fresh cooked boba that is soft and chewy. Mother service is fantastic and friendly and always willing to make suggestions if you feel overwhelmed by the many choices. Two things keep them from a 5 star review. First, it is always insanely busy here. It is near the college campus so between being used as a study hall, and meeting place for friends finding a seat can be a challenge if you aren't planning on take out. Second, the parking is atrocious. Not only is the parking lot tiny, it is so tight that is is hard to set in and out of. Park down a side street and walk a half block. TL:DR - huge menu, great service, bad parking worth trying for pick up.
google avatar

Aine B.

Yelp
Quick, friendly service and decent tea. I got the chocolate milk tea with no ice (there's an upcharge for no ice) and it was pretty good, just a little too much chocolate powder. I took it to go, but the place looked clean and cozy.
google avatar

Laura B.

Yelp
Bad customer service. It just isn't for me. I probably won't be back. The drink was not good compared to the other boba places.
google avatar

Roland W.

Yelp
The boba wave is going strong in Tucson; Ding's is another excellent addition to the boba scene. Ding's has your classic boba tea flavors and many other unique offerings to distinguish itself from other boba tea shops. I've been here several times, and the texture of the boba has been consistently chewy and fresh. One great option here is the ability to customize your ice and sweetness level. My favorite combo so far is the taro milk tea with golden boba adjusted with 30% ice and 50% sweetness. Overall, Ding's has a great location, cute interior, reasonable prices, and efficient service. The boba tea is fantastic, and I look forward to trying more of Ding's tea!
google avatar

Andrew C.

Yelp
My name is Andrew and I'm a bobaholic. Of the three or four other bubble tea shops (if you know, you know) in Tucson, I must say Ding's fruit tea is the best flavored. I don't know how to describe the tea other than it tastes more herbal. It's potent and packs a good punch. My favorites include the kumquat-lemon iced tead and wintermelon green tea. There are a number of non-dairy milk substitutes and vegan options such as my favorites. Ding's offers about 15 toppings but I will say that my boba was overcooked. It was not the soft yet chewy texture that I'm accustomed to at other shops in town. That being said, I'll give Ding's the benefit of the doubt because of their fruit tea alone. I'm curious to try the crystal boba. Any recommendations? Much like the parking lot situation, the indoor space is small and crammed. It's too bad because the space is inviting and has games to play. Ding's is more of a grab and go or mobile order bubble tea shop rather than a hangout spot. Elite tip - sign up for their rewards program. A free topping or size upgrade is given soon after registration and there's also a birthday reward.
google avatar

Jenny B.

Yelp
Was so thrilled to see this new tea shop open up in town. Right away you get the sense that they care a lot about the product, they are professional, and prompt in service. I ordered the Jasmine milk tea with the golden boba and sea cream foam. It was legit. Pearls were soft and sweet, the tea had a nice blend of death and lightness, and the seafoam cream added a wonderful salty quality to the drink. Ding Tea is definitely on par with some of the better Boba shops in town; I will be back!
google avatar

Kassi K.

Yelp
Not to be dramatic, but I think this was the best boba I've ever had. I got the jasmine tea oat milk latte with boba and aloe and no extra sweetener. It was amazing. Not overly sweet, nice and creamy, and fun textures. But besides being good boba, this place was already a win for me with the service. The guy there really took his time to help me figure out what would be the right order for me and was extremely thoughtful. Everyone was super nice. The vibe was great and we had such a good time drinking our drinks and playing uno outside!
google avatar

Christine C.

Yelp
With the ever-growing number of boba shops now popping up in Tucson, Ding Tea usually provides solid boba teas, slushes and fruit teas. I tried the Monster latte and Hokkaido black milk tea. Both drinks both had a few boba balls that were a little hard and maybe out for too long, but nonetheless the teas themselves tasted great. The interior decor is really pretty and clean, and there are a few board games and card games to enjoy during your visit.
google avatar

Dewayne P.

Yelp
I like the way they decorated the place. It's very modern and stylish decorative shelves and plants everywhere. The menu is on two gigantic TVs and I can tell it was well put together. I ordered a blueberry something tea with lemon and boba. It's pretty good. I particularly like how the boba has no problem moving through the straw. At some other places sometimes the boba gets caught up in the straw so you have to suck suck with all your might to get it out. I found out about this place because someone from Noodleholics recommended it. Will come back again for sure!
google avatar

Christina Z.

Yelp
Pretty good boba! We've been here twice and have been satisfied with the drinks overall. You can adjust sweetness and ice level, but the drinks that we've tried have tended to be on the sweeter side even with adjustments. I've had the signature milk tea and the taro milk tea. I prefer the taro and found the signature milk tea to be pretty standard. My husband has had the taro slush which he has enjoyed but also found pretty average. Service is super quick, staff is nice, and lots of photo ops in the designed space as other reviews have mentioned.

Rachel S.

Yelp
Awesome tea shop, it's like the only place in the city to get real tea. If they had a drive through I would go here every day. You get to pick your sweetness which is really important to me. Thanks for opening.
google avatar

Liz D.

Yelp
Great service, Great boba, and in a timely manor as well, you're never waiting long. It's worth the try, especially the winter melon!
