ATT: Owners- I have come here all my life. Food is always great, that's why I give 5 stars. But their service is always HORRIBLE, Dad Owner, needs to give Son Owner classes on customer service. Who does the hiring here??? Girls are super rude all the time, closing early, giving attitude I thought maybe they didn't like me since I am a regular customer but I see reviews and I'm not the only one. But today, Cashier girl is on the phone while taking our order, smh. While I had to listening to her conversation, I get it, you don't have anyone to pick up your son. It's fine, but go to the back and take your call, I could wait. 5 minutes after ordering, she bring my food with cashier still on the phone, arguing with someone on the phone about her son. I couldn't ask her for chiles, smh, and owners didn't bother at all while seating and watching her do this. Dad owner and son owner arguing in the lobby, and being loud about how son owner has been working here since he was 15 years old, in my opinion you been here but have done nothing but made it worst! The worst part, is that one of his customers comes in to grab a refill, and son owners kicks him out all because he had a speaker with him. Customer leaves and then he starts talking all these bad words, while my family and I are eating. Someone has to do something because you will loose your business. I'm not writing this review because I want anything. All I want is for someone to step up because my family has always enjoyed their food and now my kids love the food too.
