Dino's Burgers

I went through the drive thru and the lady at the window was so rude and so nosy she was more worried about how my car smelled them giving me my food ! She said a rude comment about how my car smelled which is none of her dang business ! I was so upset when I left I didn’t even want my food ! Very wide and unprofessional . Please teach your coworkers to mind the business that pays them and not be worried about how someone’s car smells I was very offended !

I will say best burgers ever French fries little parking but there is indoor mall in the back lots of parking..ONLY thing didn't like about dino I wanted extra condiments she didn't add in my bag for amount money I paid...everything has gone up they need to be able to do that if needed by customers.

Ordered chicken sandwich. Got a chicken tender sandwich. Absolutely dry chicken. Can't even eat it

Came to this location just today, the burgers I ordered didn’t have grill onion as I asked for , and she charged us for avocado and didn’t give us avocado in our burgers at all , the girls service wasn’t the greatest either she seemed like she was having a bad day and reflecting it on us . Used to come here all the time , choosing a different joint at this point..

My family brought my brother and suster when we were kids and even today as we are grown up we still come to eat and remember good times

I just paid $16 for a steak breakfast burrito. That's wild. I definitely won't come back for that price. And the burrito was extremely bland. They didn't use any salt or anything. The steak taste like it was boiled in water. Make sure the burrito is at least good if you're gonna charge $16. Disrespectful price for a tasteless burrito

Came here for the first time a couple of weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of burger. Friendly service, good tasty cheeseburgers, and it has a drink-thru ! Good spot if you're craving a char-broiled burger for sure 💯

I've been coming to this place since I was a kid. Food is great! And I love it when you can pour your own soda from the machine only if you order inside or eat there. I also give a thumbs up on how they modernized it's look!

Overall, I enjoyed my Saturday morning breakfast eating a hamburger combo. The hamburger tastes well, fries are at right temperature and taste really good with Ketchup, and soda tastes like soda haha. Overall, great family restaurant. Prices are expensive. Be ready!

Today i decided to go to Dino's for a Pastrami Burger. I have to say that this is the only thing i've had here. Great tasting burger. You have to come by and try it out for yourself. Always cooked well, great flavor and good in size.

If you gonna order to go, be ready to eat whatever they give u . Orders are always wrong. But I'm serious... Always! They Never add the condiments u ask but they charge for it.

Don't eat here you will get sick!! Been here a couple of times but this will be my last time. A female employee dropped fried zucchini in a bag and grabbed it BARE HANDS and tried to serve it back to me and I said no. That is how people get sick. Now I am questioning whether they even have their food handler's permit. Like that's a basic thing / skill to prevent people from getting sick. Like wtf?!?!? Go somewhere else because you don't want your food contaminated.

Definitely addicted to the Chili Cheese Fries (they're damn good!) Other than that, it's a nice restaurant that's generally a guilty pleasure of mine. But yeah #ChiliCheeseFriesSupremacy

Great charbroiled burgers. Whatever you want they have it. I've been coming here since I was 6. As long as Dino's is here so will I. The service is very good. They will gladly get you what you need. After 47 years...it still has the same layout. It brings back many great memories Maybe it's nostalgia or great food that keeps me going to Dino's

Was really not happy with the service. I ordered a crispy chicken burger and they gave me a grilled burger with no flavor and I asked for Dr Pepper and they gave me a Pepsi. I guess he just need to be a little bit more organized service is fast, but the food is not that great.

Went thru the drive thru and I repeatedly told the girl with the blonde hair I asked for two chicken dinners and one chicken strip order, That gave me the wrong order They gave me Two chicken strips combos I had my husband called Some guy answer he clearly didn't help and avoided the situation and ask who helped u and then transfer the call over to the girl that had helped me thru drive thru Then we mentioned the situation to the girl and she wants to argue that she had the order right and that she repeated the order !!!!!! Why argue with the customer ..... I was willing to return my whole order back so they can make it right !!!!! But no the girl just wanted to argue back and tell me she was right ...... clearly she needs to learn more customer service....instead of trying to say that she was right .....

I've visited, this fast food place two days ago. My expectation was low at the beginning, and what I receive was low quality. Just like how I was expecting. 1. The food is not so great. It's like an average 5/10 2. This place is outdated. The menus, the chairs, the tables and don't get me started with the bathrooms. Dirty and graffiti everywhere. It's like if the owner gave up on this place and doesn't give it enough energy to rebuild it. Or restore it 3. In the other hand, the staff is friendly.

This review was way over do. The people that work here specially the son's owner have the worst customer service. They make mistakes in orders and don't take accountability or even apologized for their mistakes. Just now I order a salad by drive thru and had to go down in person and told them they had done my order wrong which I had clearly asked for extra pickles, the son's owner throws 4 pickles yo my salad with an attitude and no one even said sorry or apologized for the error. I've had many issues in the past for not adding ketchup or syrup to breakfast purchases and they always seemed to give attitude. I will rather go to other places from now on then dealing with this type of service.

I tired for the first time today honestly the bacon cheeseburger is mid I did get food poisoning but am not mad because the workers are cute and I got my food in under 1 minute

OLD SCHOOL JOINT IN SANTA ANA This place here has been here for years and it's for a reason. The food is good and fast they're ranch is handmade and has a great flavor. The workers there are always ready to help and I rarely wait for orders. The prices have increased a bit just it's expected just as anywhere else. I see lots of people complaining about the look of this place and ambience but if you're not from the area or city then it's not gonna be for you.

I live so close to this place and I never stop to eat, so I went over and order the sourdough bacon cheese burger with avocado and fries. Great burger love the crunchy of the bread and great taste.

I would literally give zero stars if I can, but in order to leave a review, I have to select a star. here are extremely rude. If the owner is paying these people to work he should definitely be keeping an eye on them because the service is disgusting.

I ordered a fish dinner without salad & all I got were fries & 3 pieces of fish! Wth! What a stingy company. I said remove my salad not my onion rings and zucchini!! I hope the owner stops being cheap. I deserve a whole refund and free food!

If I could leave zero stars I would due to discrimination. This place treated our disabled and students with special needs group disgustingly and then told us to leave because we were making them uncomfortable only AFTER everyone had paid for food and that we were scaring away customers. Keep in mind it was dead, just us and the flies. The manager, an old white guy kept coming over to stare (glare) and snatched away a newspaper a student was reading away from him. To make it worse he had his abled customers cut in front of us to take their orders first and then proceeded to be impatient when we finally got to order. If he was going to be a pos and ask us to leave, he could've at least done it before we ordered but he waited until every one of our students had spent money to start acting like a douche. Disgusting behavior.

Terrible service to people of special needs. Claims they are a bother to "Normal People" such a shame a business exists like this. Nobody should ever come here. Waste of a location, hopefully they go out of business and someone a lot better comes by and replaces it and provides a welcoming business.

Very poor service towards those with special needs. Restaurant Staff was rude to us telling us to move so their regular customers could be served first even though we were in line before them. We were told that a reservation was needed when the restaurant only had a handful of other parties and there was plenty of space. Manager mentioned that we turned his regulars away because we were taking a while ordering french fries. Then, the manager proceeded to take a newspaper away from one of the students who was reading it. We were told all of this after they already took our order and served the fries that the students paid for. While the students were eating, the manager just watched us. If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Honestly so sad to see a business turn away paying customers and so rudely discriminate against those with special needs.

Tips on ways to better your customer service as a team overall :) 1. Repeat the order back to the customer 2. Always give or at least offer a receipt 3. Repeat back the change that is due so the customer is able to know what to expect 4. Count the change back that way there's no confusion and limited to no mistakes 5. Once the order is ready repeat the order being given so again there's no confusion 6. Thank the customer for their business because during times like this that business are closing you as an employee and a business have the opportunity to show your gratitude 7. If there's a mistake(s) like there was with our order tonight apologize and correct 8. Refer back to this list if you've forgotten what to do if these situations arise. Had the food not been good as it usually is the rating would have been lower. And to the lady who didn't apologize for her 4 mistakes tonight we forgive you and believe you can learn from this. Thank you and you are welcome

I was looking for places that sold chili cheese burgers and this place came up. Stopped by the drive thru and saw it wasnt on the display menu so i asked and comfirmed they do sell a chili cheese burger. I was excited cus i handt ate a chili cheese burger since carls je carried it back in the day. Did not disappoint. Generous size, juicy, warm and affordable. $10.37 for the combo that comes with a medium drink and fries. Fries are the thick kind fyi. Will definitely be going back fosho im doing that fosho ya hurrd me

This place is right around the corner from where I live grew up having this food and it's always good now and days i Love to get the chili cheese fries and chili cheese burger. French toast here is also very good. A lot of people do say that the customer service is not the highest it's always just a bunch of teenagers working there can't judge them too hard, I can never say I had a bad experience at this restaurant. When you walk in you get a old but yet modern Vibe in the restaurant still old school diner yet it looks modern if that makes sense great deals as well always have good deals for family's after church or maybe after your kids game i do recommend

Great place. They do a hamburger and fries that make McDonalds blush. The pastrami sandwich is also excellent. (Be careful to distinguish between the pastrami --sandwich-- and the pastrami --burger--. ) The tacos are street style. So no lettuce, tomato. Easy to get to, large menu, competent help, no complaints.

Soy amante de la comida de los tacos y hamburguesas. Trate este lugar por que ase años yo comí aquí. Pero haora que volví. Como que no es el mismo sazón el mismo amor con el que preparan la comida. Antes era deliciosa tenía sabor. Hoy en día es algo simple como que la asen solo por aserla simple y sin sabor. La comi por que tenía que aserlo. Los tacos de asada al verlos se ven deliciosos. Pero ya que los pruebas. Son simples y sin sabor la carne muy seca por lo menos deverian ponerle algo de sasonador para carnes. las salsas sin sabor solo es color rojo y verde pero párese agua Quiero pensar que an cambiado de dueño o trabajadores. Pienso no volver por mas tiempo y claro es mi opinión.

Ive been going to tht place for about 11 years. I went in there about 40 minutes ago. Knowing they closed at 930 . Got in there with all my family when a girl tells me its only to go. It was 830 i was like dont you guys close at 9:30? She said yes but its only take out from 830 to 930. So we left . Sucks. A whole hour left and we were refused to dine in oh well .now im at lucky guys on main. Lost a long time customer

ATT: Owners- I have come here all my life. Food is always great, that's why I give 5 stars. But their service is always HORRIBLE, Dad Owner, needs to give Son Owner classes on customer service. Who does the hiring here??? Girls are super rude all the time, closing early, giving attitude I thought maybe they didn't like me since I am a regular customer but I see reviews and I'm not the only one. But today, Cashier girl is on the phone while taking our order, smh. While I had to listening to her conversation, I get it, you don't have anyone to pick up your son. It's fine, but go to the back and take your call, I could wait. 5 minutes after ordering, she bring my food with cashier still on the phone, arguing with someone on the phone about her son. I couldn't ask her for chiles, smh, and owners didn't bother at all while seating and watching her do this. Dad owner and son owner arguing in the lobby, and being loud about how son owner has been working here since he was 15 years old, in my opinion you been here but have done nothing but made it worst! The worst part, is that one of his customers comes in to grab a refill, and son owners kicks him out all because he had a speaker with him. Customer leaves and then he starts talking all these bad words, while my family and I are eating. Someone has to do something because you will loose your business. I'm not writing this review because I want anything. All I want is for someone to step up because my family has always enjoyed their food and now my kids love the food too.

This place can really be a hit or miss. Depending on day and time. I have had some good breakfast here, good burgers, and some crappy dinners. Staff looks like its always changing. So who knows how management is but your food is a reflection on the staffs feeling's about the place.

I like this place but they never get my order right , I always ask for thousand and they give me ranch . I ask for zucchini and I get fries . This last time I went I got a grilled chicken dinner and the tortillas hard as fuck my dog wouldn't even eat them .

I absolutely love this place! This is like my 3rd review I can only say wonders of this place! As mentioned before I've been coming here since I was a child by my parents food has not changed at all same exquisite flavors. I had to post this pic today they set up dining outside for their customers . Each table has an umbrella perfect for social distance .

It's a great mom and pop restaurant will delicious food I got a the supper burger comes with two patties lettuce onions tomatoes thousand Island dressing bacon and avocado! The avocado is very fresh and the burger all around has great flavor. The staff is very friendly and the food came out in less that 10 minutes! Definitely coming back

Gotta be top 5 worst places I've eaten at. I've ordered several different meals at this place thinking maybe I was just getting bad apples, but nope, the food here is overall terrible. Fries will come out stale 1/3 times and most recently, the chicken I ordered smelled so off and was so gag inducing I couldn't even finish it. This place has definitely failed their food inspection test because the chicken always comes out like a rock because it's been left out for too long. I want people that eat here to believe they can do better and take their money elsewhere because this place just ain't it.

I used to love coming in to grab food with the family. Lately with everything going down the place doesn't look it's best due to the way the community treats it. Prices have gone up and service has been lacking. Their cup holders don't have a good grip, they don't give you sauces, they don't talk to you just a "it's $", and the food isn't the same as before. The owner should invest in better care for the outdoor look since it's very unappetizing to look at so many trash or graffiti. Miss how it used to be.

Normally I would rate them a 3 because you can't expect more from a whole in the wall with a good burger! My father used to bring me here since I was 5!! Today I actually wanted to try their fried chicken but let me tell you that the chicken was no longer chicken it was just pieces of fried burnt bread that you can taste how long the chicken had been in the freezer and old!!! The salad that came with it was rotten from the bottom and the onion rings tasted like left overs!! Will never come back here again!!!

Absolute best burgers in town. I ordered the super burger and it was fantastic. The service was excellent as the place was busy but my order came out within a few minutes. The fries were cooked to perfection. I also ordered a strawberry shake which was BOMB!! This place has been in business for as long as I remember. I highly recommend this spot!

We love the burgers here. This was our favorite place for a quick burger when we lived in the area. We recently moved so we do not come 3 times a month like we used to :( The food is good but the prices are higher than what I think they should be and they sometimes make ordering difficult. One time you can ask for Chili Cheese fries with Extra Chili and extra Cheese and it is no problem and other time they are like WHAAAT??? We can't do that? Huh? You can't charge me 75 cents for extra cheese and a buck (for all i care) for extra Chili? Don't make it hard guys cmon' this is not rocket science.

Dinos ripped me off by charging me for a New York state breakfast but selling me a flank steak breakfast the difference is huge and I've had the New York Steak breakfast there before which is why I wanted to have it yesterday and this cook insisted that what he fixed for me was New York Steak but he is a liar.

I was if-ffy about this spot just because the location/area! Boy was I wrong!!! I absolutely love their avocado bacon cheeseburger I have yet to try their Mexican food but as for burgers they have all been very good, not over or undercooked and the right amount of flavor! Will definitely continue coming

Everything thete is mediocre. The prices are way to high for what they are throwing down on a plate. Would come here if nothing else was open. Fried chicken is excellent!!

3 orders of french toast with bacon. 1 order no eggs n the order is to go. I checked my order to go n no bacon. I did not complain to the owner bcuz i simply do not. I was upset. After placing the order, we sat at our chosen table. I did not realize i had to pick up my 4 oz of coffee cups at The waiter station, while I saw 3 women just standing there. Yeah, I'm Annoyed. The waitress said ma'am your coffee is ready. I'm thinking, I'm sitting down n she is not serving my coffee . Wth! Why?? Maybe they are not allowed. Idk. I grab my coffee n sat down, then noticed no creamer on the table. I get back up n walk to the counter, grabbed the milk as they don't have creamer. Milk is fine. Take the creamer to my table, pour it in both cups n take it back. I'm at a local joint, n I'm being a snob, i guess. I just wanted to be served! The meal was fine. The waitresses came by the table 3 times to serve coffee n milk. The eggs were too runny but i won't refuse food, as i don't believe in waisting any food. The joint was semi cleaned. Pls owner Hire a maid or janitorial crew and have all your blinds cleaned. Filthy. Your have a business n it will always judged. I guess my expectation should have NOT been high, since its on first st between raitt n fairview. But why the hell not? How can we as a coommunity make a buy from our locals and help our restaurants grow? Whatever, i believe in supporting the locals. Unfortunately, I won't go back. Sorry no tip, as you got it when i was charged to order my food. 50 cents to use my card! You have a business, don't charge your customers for equipment that YOU need to make a profit.

Was in the mood for a burger and fries the other day for lunch and just randomly selected this place based on yelp reviews/stars and location. Its pretty much just a typical burger stand. nothing outstanding but nothing bad. exactly the kind of food you would expect. Next time i get a craving for burger and fries I will try somewhere else. They do have a good deal on the 1/4lb burger combo, which is the burger, fries and a drink for under $5. That was a really good deal.
