"Andrés Reisinger, who exhibited at Faena Forum last year, is back this year in the Design District. We don’t have a ton of details about this one—the illusive announcement says the public installation will “radiate Miami with a pink-hued creative energy, bridging the digital with the tangible.” Sounds interesting. So walk by 178 NE 38th St if you’re already in the area. " - ryan pfeffer, kelli cross

Dior Café in Miami is absolutely incredible! From the stunning ambiance to the exceptional service, every detail was perfect. Our waiter was not only attentive but made the experience truly special. And Lou, the phenomenal manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was flawless. A must-visit for an unforgettable experience!

Our time at Dior was fabulous! Great spot for expresso and quality time. Service was excellent :) I didn’t reserve an appointment and had no issue being seated right away (during the week though). The moment my friends and I entered the cafe, we were treated with great care as a gentleman opened the door and walked us over to our table. Our server Javier was extremely polite, charming and professional. Thank you to Violet for asking me to write a review! Dior cafe 10/10 ☕️

Google
Omg I went here for my birthday and it was perfect! The atmosphere was amazing and so was the music and whole aesthetic! Elkin was our server and he was so attentive and quick! Also, Louis helped show us to our seats and went above and beyond! Not only did he offer to take the most amazing video and content for us he ensured I had a wonderful birthday treat and was so hospitable and gave top tier service! I definitely will be back!!!

Google
Fantastic experience! Our waitress Rafaela was exceptional. Very attentive and friendly. Louie the host sat us quickly and took amazing photos for us. The food was delicious. The price was higher than I’d prefer for Miami but the experience made it worth the visit.

Google
Beautiful cafe. Pricey but worth it especially to sit in a lovely atmosphere with the sweetest people. Gretel provided us with the best service, and Louis was the sweetest greeter who took our pictures for us. Definitely a lovely experience.

Google
I think customer service was amazing! As a solo traveler I had experience getting ignored and dismissed in regular restaurants for no reason maybe because I am quiet. But this was not the case in this place they were super nice and I really appreciate that. Now I am going to be honest it’s pricey but it’s attainable if u are good administrating your money. I think it’s a fun place to go with friends. Lastly I think it would make it 5 starts if food was more tasty like I order 1 dessert to try and the ice cream was super difficult to eat and had spicy flavors inside which disappointed me a bit but hey overall a great experience. If you are looking to spend time with friends and like fashion this is the place for u

Finally trying Dior cafe which is located inside the Dior store (Terrace) at Miami Design District. We ordered drinks : Cappuccino and hot chocolate. Hot chocolate being the expensive drink was rich and creamy. Cappuccino was good nothing different. I liked the Star Design they made on the Cappuccino. We clicked lots of pictures 📸, one of the staff helped us with some great shots. It's a one time experience I believe.

Google
Wonderful experience! This place is definitely worth visiting. Food and drinks are highlighted by the superb service. Our server Raffaella was exceptional. As soon as you get off the elevator, you are drawn to the tastefully decorated patio. The music in the background is very relaxing and it creates an atmosphere where you are able to enjoy the views and a nice conversation.

Lenni L.

Yelp
Food is great!! Had the avocado toast and loved it! Service is top notch but wait time is not. The mimosa was delicious too! The atmosphere is relax and inviting! Make reservations a few weeks ahead. It gets packed quickly!

Ingrid O.

Yelp
A regular terrace with overpriced food. $120 for 3 non alcoholic beverages and one dessert. Regular beverages that you can get at a Starbucks over expensive plates and glasses. The dessert was average, def. not worth ~$40. Wait time was around 10 minutes.

Sharika M.

Yelp
The staff here is beyond exceptional - shoutout to Louise. The café is located on the third floor of the store. We were quickly seated on patio seating. Although the menu prices are steep, the ambience and service made up for it. The staff checked in with us and made some jokes. They also took our pictures behind two back drops and provided direction on how to pose. The staff also didn't make us feel crappy for not ordering too many things. Frappuccino - the chocolate used tasted premier 5/5 Lemonade - there was fresh lemon pulp used, it wasn't too sweet 3/5 Pistachio croissant - the filling wasn't much and the pastry itself tasted almost like a savory phyllo dough. It wasn't a typical pistachio croissant you would get at a random café 2/5

Yelp
This rooftop terrace is sooo overhyped and overpriced. I came here on a Sunday only because I was part of a bachelorette party and the bride to be wanted to come here. They open at noon on Sunday and we came 30 minutes before opening and there was already a long line. The line was filled with influencers hoping to capture the perfect picture. The furniture and decor is cute upstairs. Food and drinks options are limited and definitely overpriced. I ordered an iced matcha and tuna tartare. They were both good but not worth $70. Service was also spotty. Save your time and money. There are way better rooftop brunch spots in Miami.

Kathy Z.

Yelp
So pretty and memorable! The Dior Cafe is located upstairs and outside. I came before the crowd, so I sat in a gorgeous spot by the iconic DIOR sign. Prices are absolutely outlandish here - ~$20 for an iced matcha is crazy. The matcha was good, not stellar. I liked the design on top of the milk foam. The rest of the food and drinks menu was equally rich, but it's to be expected to experience the vibes and ambiance here. Service was fine. They were pleasant, polite and efficient. I heard a server offering recommendations to the table next to us, which was nice of him. As a note, though, the restroom stall was not good at all. First of all, it didn't lock. There was a line. Plus, by the time I got inside, it was beyond gross and filthy. I had to tell the staff upon exiting that it needed maintenance.

Janet D.

Yelp
Delish croissants and coffee. Service was top notch. So kind and took hella pictures for us. Such a fun time and super fun!

Suzanne E.

Yelp
The ambiance was nice. I thought this place would be bigger but it was cute and cozy. The croissant was worth every penny.

Simona H.

Yelp
We ordered a few beverages and Dior Chocolate Royal for dessert. Everything tastes average with Dior Cafe Miami being the best item from taste perspective (blended frozen coffee drink). Service was prompt and our orders came out quickly being that we were one of the first customers there when the cafe opens (at 11am). Overall, good vibe though make sure you come on a nice day since there are only outdoor seatings. We arrived 5 minutes before open and shortly after, a long line forms after us so come early if you do not want to wait long.

Jamie L.

Yelp
Yes, it's a charming and aesthetically pleasing spot with plenty of great photo opportunities. The outdoor seating is especially lovely. However, the prices are quite steep, and the service is slow, which detracts from the overall experience.

Artem M.

Yelp
Every review that you read on this Yelp page is basically what you see there. Overpriced drinks, food and whatever service. It's the place where you just come to take a picture. The staff really doesn't care if you are there or not.

Nikhita T.

Yelp
We visited Dior Café in the Miami Design District on a Saturday afternoon. Since it was a weekend, there was a 20-25 minute wait, but we added our names to the waitlist and explored the Design District in the meantime. The café is beautiful, set on the rooftop with a stunning Dior sign in the center. We ordered a butter croissant, Dior Café Miami, and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. The food and drinks were great, and the service was quick, though it was a bit on the pricey side--but that's to be expected at a Dior Café. The items were served in elegant Dior-branded cups, and the seating was comfy with branded cushions. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Parvathi M.

Yelp
We had the café latte, pistachio croissant, and the royal chocolate dessert, and every item was a masterpiece--perfectly crafted and absolutely delicious. Very nice ambiance. Louis and Massam truly elevated our experience with their impeccable service, suggesting the best options based on our preferences and even helping us capture some stunning photos. Their attention to detail made our visit truly unforgettable!

Lan T.

Yelp
It is a nice little cafe on the roof top of the Dior building in Miami Designer district. It was so beautifully decorate that it is every girl's dream to stop by here. The service was good! And the price was decent! I will definitely come back to Miami just to go to this cafe! I love my latte so much, as well as mango mousse. However, the chocolate croissant was just okay. There was no line to get to the cafe as we went off hours.

Darrylon E.

Yelp
Ambiance: 10,000 Food: Chefs kiss Service: Imoecsbke!!!! This place is such a vibe and the quality of the food is amazing! We tried the lobster ravioli, a berry bowl, mimosas and the Dior Musimi Cafe. Not to mention the shopping that's downstairs!

Nikki M.

Yelp
The Dior Café was an absolutely chic experience. As soon as I entered, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The café's design is impeccably stylish, reflecting the iconic Dior brand, making it a dream setting for anyone who loves a touch of luxury. The coffee at the Dior Café is exceptional - it's rich, aromatic, and expertly brewed. Every item on the menu is crafted to perfection, making it a true indulgence for the senses. What makes the Dior Café stand out is the entire luxurious experience. The chic ambiance combined with top-notch coffee and Instagram-worthy settings makes this café a must-visit. It's a place where style meets substance, and every visit feels like a special occasion. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the finer things in life!

Kaizamar F.

Yelp
They do not accept reservations. Check in and go shopping they call back after about :45 minutes. We stopped by to grab coffee and check out the cafe. Price point is steep and it's not a noteworthy experience. The Dior sign is there without the animals. The iced latte was okay. Not a lot of seating outside and they want you in and out here as well. Servers checked in multiple times.

Brenda A.

Yelp
I actually loved my overpriced pistachio croissant and matcha latte. They run a tight ship up there. Check in downstairs and get an estimated time to be upstairs. And no to go boxes.

Marharyta K.

Yelp
I really wanted to go to the Dior cafe and was extremely excited about it, but the terrible experience crushed my expectations. First of all, the greeting. We were standing in line to the store, and the host asked everyone about their purpose of visit, but us, so when it was our turn to come in, they guided us to a store consultant. When we asked him how we could get to a cafe, he answered irritably and arrogantly that it was not his job and we needed to ask the host. So we went back outside, and they added us to a wait list. The waiting time was 30 minutes. When we got to a café, we were greeted pretty warmly and had a table in front of the photo zone. I expected the price to be pretty high, but 14$ for a cappuccino and 25$ per Dior coffee was shocking. Cappuccino was the most basic one (but with a logo), and you can get better coffee in a small coffee shop. The Dior coffee was even worse... It tasted just like Starbucks cold coffee, and the chocolate for decorations wasn't even real (it was like compound chocolate). At first, we wanted to order desserts there, but we saw other people having them, and they looked terrible. The croissants looked store-bought for a steep $14, and the Dior Bee dessert lacked the expected layers for its $25 price tag. We decided not to disappoint ourselves more with their food. When the waitress asked us if we liked our coffee and we said no, she replied "Well, okay". I don't understand why this café still exists with such low-quality food and service; it destroys the brand reputation! I would not recommend coming here even for pictures.

Liliana S.

Yelp
Super cute but expected more! You're definitely paying for the experience! The patio is on the rooftop so if you plan on going definitely dress according to the weather! They don't take reservations just waitlist! You check in at the front of Dior and they can text you when they are ready for you. The rooftop patio was VERY tiny! So if it's a busy day expect to wait. The ambiance was cute and staff super friendly and professional! The menu was pretty simple. We got the Dior Amour Gelato - DELICIOUS! The coffee was mediocre but like I said you're definitely paying for the experience because the menu is nothing to rave about. Overall had a good time!

Sarah N.

Yelp
I did get some cute photos in front of the "Dior" wall, but other than that this place was nothing special. The drinks were overpriced, of course, in the name of Dior and the little pieces of chocolate on top of the drinks. I did enjoy it, but I didn't think it was worth the price especially when I finished it in 5 minutes. There's also a wait time so be prepared to spend some time in the area until they text you because they only give you 5 minutes to come back and claim your spot.

Shweta S.

Yelp
Let's be honest, people only come here for the experience of being at a dior cafe. The food is not that great for the pricing. I did enjoy their pear sauce/cheese ravioli. Service was good. But they asked for a tip on top of a service charge. I didn't know that was a thing. Place overall was a bit smaller than I expected.

Trendy D.

Yelp
j'aime dior alors dior moi! Hahahha honestly this is the second time I've come and I feel like they have definitely improved in some ways. However, it's the same old same and of course it's still super expensive. I've gotten my Dior fill - for the cafe. I probably won't come back unless they add something super cool or new. I did notice they change the cafe drink back to "Dior" rather than "CD" but they raised the price on it I think. The decor is a tad updated with more shades which are of course Dior, the plates/mugs now have the dior design, and the seat cushions. The croissant was my favorite. The Dior hot cafe drink is the only one that actually has "Dior"'written out. The matcha was super good and the chocolate drink was great. The service was actually better than the last time I came so I'm happy about that ! In addition, the wait wasn't as long. When I first came here I had to wait 2 hours this time we only had to wait 45 minutes. It's first come first serve they don't have reservations. It's right above the actual Dior store in fashion district. When you arrive get in line if there is one and put your name on the wait list. I put the total bill amount in one of my pictures

Roselin O.

Yelp
1 hour wait and you have to be back within 5 mins of them texting you. Super over priced, cafe Miami was 25$ acai bowl was 16$ Very cute place to take photos if you love Dior. Staff doesn't really care how long you're there for or what u do.

Aurora G.

Yelp
Delicious coffee and beautiful outdoor seating. There are few enough chairs that the service is very quick. Our waitress was super nice. Today was a perfect day for it - the weather was so nice!

Hailey V.

Yelp
Beautiful cafe with very outdoor comfortable seating. Nice staff, they all are so kind and will take photos for you! Highly recommend the croissants and lemonade!

Nadiia Y.

Yelp
Nice place. Recommend it. My daughter was happy to see it. Great cafe for taking pictures.

Lizbeth F.

Yelp
I was very excited to come here! It was OKAY! I think is overrated! The entrance is beautiful, decoration beautiful, amazing place to take pictures and perfect for Instagram BUT the quality is not great! Very over priced! I guess you pay for the experience of Dior more than the actual quality of food and drinks. The service was BAD!!! Didn't give us that much of a service is was more like we ordered and never saw the waitress again. It was 4 of us! We ordered 3 Dior coffees, a croissant, a yogurt with granola, macaroons, a hot chocolate and another croissant. For everything including 20% tip was 190 that was insane. This is a one time experience but no more. There's better places.

Tina D.

Yelp
I went to Dior with a group of 5. Small little roof top patio. Need to walk to the back of the downstairs elevator to up. Greeted by a friendly host. I ordered the Frappuccino. Kinda chocolatey and mocha ish, milky. Drinks were very basic; $20 something for the drinks there. I also tried the tuna tartare with avocado mash and some thin flat bread with some yuzu ponzu soy sauce ($50 kinda expensive for the cheap quality of tuna). Employees were nice and helpful. This was a one time experience kinda thing.

Alex K.

Yelp
Located on the top of the Dior store in the Miami Design District, the Dior Café was a fun experience with surprisingly good food.   To get into the cafe you must join the waitlist at the door as they do not take reservations. Fortunately, the wait time when I went was only 15 minutes. Once in the store, you are directed to an elevator that takes you to the cafe which is a small area on an outdoor roof patio.   The menu was packed with coffee and pastry options. While every item is quite a bit more expensive than you would find at your average cafe, every item that I tried was great both in presentation and taste.   The Dior Café was a fun experience but if you are strictly looking for coffee and food there may be better options due to the prices and varied wait times of getting if. However, I highly recommend checking out the Dior Café if you are looking for a unique experience and have some time to enjoy it.

Alejandra R.

Yelp
The ambience was extremely beautiful. Tiny space but beautiful. The service was a 6.5/10 I wish that the server was more attentive, especially for the price we are paying at this café. Lastly, unfortunately, my friends and I never had a problem paying for food or drinks ever but for two Bellini's being $95 is unheard of....It was not the best cocktail in the world so I was a little disappointed. I would go back if things changed a bit. total experience 6.5/10

Francine L.

Yelp
When in Miami everyone seems to take photos of this iconic Dior Cafe. It is located inside the Dior store on the second floor. But you will need to have reservations Nd usually will have to come back when they send you a text message. Came here literally during the afternoon and had not taken punch yet. We were all starving but decided to get on the list first. We waited maybe around 20 minutes and then got sat down. Ordered some drinks and different desserts. Super cute inside and out and if you are a Dior fan you will enjoy this place. It is super sunny since the entire cafe is outdoors. They do have some share but still, the sun in Miami is super hot.

Josiane S.

Yelp
I went on a weekday so I didn't have to wait in line, I was well attended to by everyone I paid 36 dollars for an acai in a common establishment I would think it was overpriced but from experience I believe it is worth it but it's expensive

Sheraz K.

Yelp
Friendly staff. We were greeted by Louie, and then Javier was our server who was very polite and took good care of us. We asked Louie to be seated at a different table and he made it happen with no issues.

Brian K.

Yelp
I really wanted to hate the coffee so I could complain about the taste and the price, but I didn't. HA. The coffee was actually pretty good. The Dior Cafe Miami drink and the Dior latte were both really good. A really nice sweet flavor from the latte and a creamy mocha flavor from the cold Dior cafe. We also got the Dior Bee and the Dior Amour Gelato. The gelato had a nice flavor but the bee was not super tasty. Both were visually stunning though and made for some nice pictures. Definitely an overpriced ($115 for two coffees and two desserts) Instagram spot, but the coffee was actually good so it wasn't like you're throwing that much money away on stuff that tastes bad. And heck, it's Dior so it's not going to be cheap. Waitress was friendly but I'd recommend going about 15 mins before opening if you don't want to wait in line. Around opening time the line was already starting to get long.

Sabrina ..

Yelp
Elkin was an amazing server. He made accommodations and recommendations for my party that made our experience exceed our expectations. The atmosphere was elegant and staff was welcoming. We attended the cafe on a wednesday in august around 6:00pm and walked right in! 10/10 experience. Thank you Elkin!

Cassandra B.

Yelp
This is a lavish rooftop cafe. The beverages were good. I also enjoyed a croissant and the chocolate dessert. Very decadent and rich. It's a good spot to take pictures for your social media and enjoy a quick bite to eat before shopping.

Sarah P.

Yelp
Worthy of a photo op, if for no other reason. I visited today to gather a look for maybe a future trip. It was pleasant and had a nice vibe to it. To be noted there was no one else there. Having looked at their menu - it seems very expensive.

Elena K.

Yelp
Finally went to see Dior Caffe. I give 3 star experience, I expected more. Nothing special. disappointed the place is very small and coffee is ok. One visit enough. Not going back.

Dolores D.

Yelp
This is definitely an experience. You need to put your name on the list and they will text you. When the table is ready to take the stairs or elevator upstairs. Not many seats upstairs. Definitely a spot for photos. Got an Italian coffee that costed $25. It tasted like an ice cream. It was good. Maybe I will come again with a friend.

Christine C.

Yelp
While the concept is cute, and the restaurant itself is adorable and a great photo op spot. I thought the service, menu items, and prices of everything fell short. I was not a fan of the Bellini, tuna tartare or the gelato. The dior cafe miami was good but it's essentially a milkshake/Frappuccino. The tuna tartare was super disappointing it was all avocado and the avocado tasted like it was grocery store refrigerated avocado spread. The service was also really slow and everything took forever to come out. Overall it was a cool experience and the cafe was cute. But I would not be back, it's one of those things where you experience it once and that's it. Bellini 1/5 Tuna tartare 1/5 Gelato 1/5 Dior cafe miami 3.5/5

Thuy Dan T.

Yelp
A very aesthetic rooftop lounge cafe that screams Dior (of course). The china is fancy, the blue/white dior pattern all over is so beautiful. It's a place to see but I wouldn't expect any ground breaking coffee/treats and you're paying the designed price point so set your expectations before going. We got to the Dior store, asked to go to the cafe and then they'll call to check the capacity before guiding you to the elevator to head on up. It's quite sunny up there with some shaded umbrellas. Lots of greenery as well. I ordered the cappuccino and the chocolate dessert. Very average but added some umph with those Dior logos. Wouldn't say I would go again, but a tourist attraction to check out once (if you like Dior).

Sandy L.

Yelp
My bougie self wanted to try out the Dior cafe while in town that I paid $65 for a glass of iced espresso and a tiny pastry. Cute but not worth it. There were several rude patrons next to me I couldn't care for. One was pissed because she wanted better seats for her and her family. The space only had like 8 tables to sit at. Like, where you wanna go, lady? When I waited for the bathroom, some old lady said she wanted to wash her hands and tried to cut everyone. The security guard and janitor told her there's only one restroom. She angrily shook her hands that she only wanted to wash them. Well someone was already in the bathroom and you ain't cutting us. She stomped off angrily. So entitled. Came for the experience and photos. If this is what you wanna do then this is the spot for you. I literally left in 15 minutes. I couldn't stand the vibes. You can be bougie and be respectful.

Tomitra M.

Yelp
Experience was great, the drinks are just ok, but it's a cute cozy area to visit. Service was prompt and the waitress remained attentive

Marija P.

Yelp
I was soooo excited to visit this cafe , and has been on my to-go list for quite some time. So while I was visiting Miami, had to make a stop, and made it in, after being on a 2h waitlist. I have to say it is not worth the hype at all, and I kind of knew it, that I was complete victim of marketing. Overpriced for what it is, average service and food quality. Only good thing was being served in Dior plates and cups, but other than that nothing special.

Alyssa E.

Yelp
I roll my eyes at myself knowing I went out of my way to sit here with a pool of influencers to take photos of the outdoor Dior display and pay $14 for a latte with CD, for Christian Dior, marked on it. I walked into the Dior store to browse the Bobby bag & Lady Dior, but haven't had my morning coffee yet so I figured, why not stop in. I was by myself so I was quickly escorted to the elevator and could select any seat. Note that they don't take reservations so you may wait a bit depending on the time and day. I ordered the Dior latte and wow, it was very bad, I know you come here for the Instagram photo op but I thought the coffee would at least be palatable. Most reviews say the same thing, so if you plan to come here for photos, don't come hungry!

Carmen V.

Yelp
Great vibes and the ambiance is worth the wait if you want to relax with a cup of coffee and have light bites. I preferred the Dior Miami Cafe which was cold :) Our waitress Rafaela was really cool and was very easy to talk to.

John L.

Yelp
Great service. Great atmosphere. Mediocre tasting cappuccinos. Average tasting Matcha. After tasting the coffee and matcha, the Pain Au Chocolat was surprisingly good. It had a citrus undertone and exceptionally flaky. The acai bowl was very tasty, but not exceptional. Very touristy place. Would not come again by myself, but if I was trying to impress someone this would be somewhere I would consider.

Demi A.

Yelp
A bit overrated for my taste, but it's well worth appreciating that the outside cafe area is adorable. The coffee is priced outrageously, but it's Dior. I did admire the fact that there were fans in every corner, no matter where you sat, you were provided some breeze lol. We ordered a bottle of champagne - definitely expect to pay $250+ People visit this place for the experience and the nice pics... and for me personally... there isn't anything unique about it - it's a one and done. Most likely won't be back. I'm giving it 4 stars because the girls that work there were so sweet, the place was nice, and we did have a good time. My friends use the phrase "instagramable" so if that's what you are looking for then this is the place for you.

Annalisa P.

Yelp
If you're into luxury designers, Dior Cafe in the Miami design district is definitely for you! I wanted to come for the experience and beautiful brunch photo ops since I normally wouldn't pay $25+ for an açaí bowl. They don't take reservations, but You can see the hostess at the entrance of the Dior building to get added to a wait list. She said it would be about 20 minutes, so we walked around the design district to see what was there. The wait was shorter, and we got in about 15 minutes. The wait probably wasn't long because it was so hot on the rooftop. You get escorted through the shop to the elevators that take you to the rooftop. Fancy wall paper, wooden floors, and safari animal sculptures welcome you as you enter. The tables are small and covered with umbrellas, which is pretty much all of Miami eateries. I ordered the Dior latte, and it had the iconic CD initials dusted on top. Strong but can be sweetened. My friend had the lemonade and cold Cafe Dior Miami drink, which was like a nutty, coffee smoothie. That was delicious! My friend had the Greek yogurt with berries, which can be sweetened with honey. I had the açaí bowl, which was so fresh. They only accept contactless payments. I recommend coming back in the colder months or dress light in the summer. Everyone is respectful and takes turns taking photos around the cafe.
