"TASCHEN makes books big and heavy enough that they could be used to kill a small puma. Good thing that big cat attacks are few and far between in NYC. A better use would be to liter your coffee table, studios, and minds with the stunning pages burst from everything that comes out of TASCHEN. Get your fix here." - Visualized

Very bad experience with the Soho men boutique. I tried to call the store several times to follow up with my drop-offed bag, left two voice messages. No one contacted me back. I had to call customers service three times to ask them to contact the store to follow up with me. They finallly called back after the third time since the customer service’s manager was cc’ed in the email. I am very disappointed with how Dior is turning into. I used to have very good feeling for Dior shopping experience. Now the team from Soho and the quality of the bag have made me changed my mind completely. There are defects on the canvas Saddle crossbody bag, but the team said, it is just a normal discoloration due to the sun. I do not think the sun can focus only along the stiching area and not entire bag. The discoloration is very evenly at the damaged area. They stated this damage is due to storage directly under sun issue, without the dist bag, and said they will not be responsible for the damage or provide any accommodation for this. I hope Dior can stay longer in the luxury industry with this type of customer service and products quality.

I felt the same way ordered some shoes online since the sizing is UK sizes I asked the agent for help, ordered the shoes was too small sent them back and stated they was not going to accept my return. Dior is the worse high end store to work with and customer service is beyond horrible. I will be filing a claim and using my platform to make others aware

I recently ordered a pair of Dior B101 calfskin sneakers through this boutique as the shoe was out of stock online. This was one my first pair of Dior sneakers and I was somewhat uncertain about my size being 42 or 43. Upon receiving the shoes I tried them on in my dining room which has hardwood floors. After realizing they did not fit I returned them almost immediately. I then received a text from my sales associate Carlton telling me they received the shoes back and they appeared "worn" and would not accept my return. I had since ordered multiple pairs of Dior's all size 43. They sent me photos and the bottom of the shoes are a cream/white color where there was slight dust from the hardwoods and trying them on. There was a tiny dark scuff mark on the side as well. All of this easily could be wiped off with a paper towel as the shoes were clearly never worn. Now they are telling me they won't accept the return and are shipping the shoes back. This is the absolute worst retail store I have ever delt with. There is a large Dior tag on the shoe that is still attached. Its obvious the shoes have a small bit of dust on the bottom from my floors being dusty which could easily be resolved. I will never shop at this boutique and want to warn anyone from every ordering from here or trying on shoes anywhere but a clean surface without risk from this happening. Absolutely worst experience of buying a product and I'm absolutely livid.

Beware! The middle aged Hispanic lady who works here as a manager or an associate is rude and racist to the Asians and others. I went in here looking for a new bag. I've never had a problem in Dior at Hudson Yards or the flagship location. This is so far the rudest and the most unclean dior location I've ever went to. When I walked in immediately I see a whole mess in the front counter with clothes hanging around unorganized. I just ignored and kept browsing because I'm here for the bag not the store. The middle aged Hispanic Lady who works here as a manager or associate needs to be checked by Dior corporate. When I was browsing and looked at the Dior's newest collection Dior Tears, she snatched the bag out of my hand yelling if I needed any help. I didn't even answer her because I was so baffled by her attitude. She kept saying something being racist thinking I don't understand English. Mumbled something about the Chinese. First of all I am not even Chinese. Plus without the Chinese or Asians, you wouldn't be working here, who is paying you? I left shortly after she acted in such a lowly way. I can't wait to tell the Chinese and the Asian community about this. I ended up getting a Loewe piece instead of the Dior. This is a luxury store not the ghetto. I'm giving one more star because most of the other employees were nice. Plus she was going all around huffing and puffing ruining the whole ambience of the store. I feel bad for the other coworkers putting up with her garbage attitude.

When walking in a Dior Homme store, you'd expect to find the entire Dior men fragrance and cosmetics line. But no. The deodorant is missing. So is the face repair Dior Dermo System, which is at the heart of this product line. Staff is super nice and friendly but sends you to Sephora and Bloomingdales to find Dior products...where Dermo System is not carried at all... Clearly cologne and cosmetics are not a priority of this store's management. That's too bad because these products are such a great introduction to Dior's exceptional quality.

Yelp
Had a lovely experience at the Dior Soho men's shop. Andrew and everyone I interacted with were super personable and down-to-earth. Granted, I'm a low maintenance customer and only purchased boots, but I had a good experience and would happily repeat my business.

Yelp
We walked in today and had a wonderful time with Oshin. She was very helpful, gave great suggestions, not pushy, and listened to our needs. My friends both bought purses and are happy with their purchases. Staff is pleasant and we were helped immediately!

Yelp
Didn't like what I experience. Security name Joe didn't let people in after 5:40 pm when store closing at 6pm. Meanwhile he was letting prior in who was VIP. Nonsense

Yelp
Zero customer service and worst attitude for a customer that's trying to spend money. Never stepping a foot in that store ever. Business hours stating 11-6 on sundays and they said that's not correct. What a joke of a

Yelp
We went for a chocker necklace but they are sold out. We went to this store twice, first time there was someone super rich, secret or famous in the store so the doorman didn't let us in , he said come back another 10-20 minutes, lol. It was so funny how I have to have this experience with crazy rich people. My friend really wants to get tgat chocker so we went back the second time but like I said at the beginning they was sold out so we went to the store a second time for nothing.

Yelp
I made a purchase over two months ago that was to be shipped to my home and the never received the items. No tracking number was provided and no refund or replacement was issued! It's been over two months dealing with the representative Austance Rogers and manager Alex Martinez and no resolution. They basically still have my money and have yet to refund me or provide a replacement!

Yelp
I purchased a tux on March 1st and left it at the store for a quick turnaround on alterations. I was informed it would take a couple days for it to be done. March 6th I had heard nothing from Dior and I contacted them to see if it was completed because I had an event that weekend. They said I could come by and get it. The tailor was the sales person and not an actual tailor. This I was very worried about after buying suits at Valentino and Etro. March 6th around 4pm I arrived at Dior and tried on the Tux to find out that screwed up the alternations making one leg shorter than the other. Rick (Sales Associate) assured me they would have it fixed and ready in a day. I heard nothing from them all weekend and my event came and went and I wore a different tux. "Worst experience with a luxury brand" March 13th I called Dior to see what ever happened to my tux. They forgot to check on it and called their tailor to see if it was done. At this point it was 13 days after purchase. I told them that I have never been treated with such poor customer service and have never experience this type of service from Prada, Etro and Valentino all of which have tailored a suit in 4-12 hours from purchase. I told Rick that I was refusing the suit and they could return it since it missed my deadline of having it and since I never received it they could credit it back to my account. March 14th My assistant started handling the situation via email to Brian (Brian BenfieldBoutique Manager Christian Dior Couture | bbenfield@us.christiandior.com) and explained again why I was not excepting their merchandise and they could issue a refund. I have been trying to resolve this issue since March with no refund. 1. As of June 23rd, 2015 I have never received any merchandise from Dior for the transaction March 1st. 2. The quality of the service was below quality than I have ever received at other luxury designers 3. There was no tailor that took measurements and instead a sales person 4. The fit and tailoring was the worst I have ever seen for spending 4k on a tux. a. Etro & Prado have done same day alterations within 3hrs of purchase on suits costing $4,000+ b. Valentino has done 48 hour turn around on tuxedos for me costing over $5,500+ Overall all I would suggest to anyone wanting a tux or a suit to go to Valentino, Etro, Barneys, Prada and skip Dior.

Yelp
This Dior store is the best place to visit in Soho. while it is only mens cloths in this location it is still fun to go in and look. all the sales men and friendly and good looking i told them that i was a fashion student in New York and was not there to shop and they were still friendly and liked talking to me. They were interested to hear my opinion of the brand after the head of house had been switched form Galliona to simons and were not snobby or mean like the sales people at the Dior up town. They allowed me to look at and handle the cloths even though they knew i was not there to shop. I was really impressed the wide range of clothes they had and how professional they were. I can say with confidence that I will be returning to this Dior location and i highly recommend that you don't go to the Dior location between fifth and Madison.

Yelp
I came here just to see the Robert Montgomery piece that Dior Homme has in their boutique. I did not shopping just came out to see this piece of art by an artist who I admire.. Nonetheless, it's Dior so it's awesome. If you like poetry or street art then check out Robert's work. There will be a book released soon on his work// "Echos of Voices in High Towers" http://www.robertmontgomery.org/robertmontgomery.org/ROBERT_MONTGOMERY.html http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1996064095/robert-montgomery-echoes-of-voices-in-the-high-tow
