Google
Dippin dots is so fun. A great twist on ice cream that is like little ice bubbles popping and melting in your mouth. Very easy to eat and enjoy, the texture is so amusing. They have a nice selection of different flavors. The cookies and cream one was very delicious and sweet. Great spot for a quick dessert after eating.

Google
I love Dippin’ Dots!! It’s clean and easy to eat and so tasty! I chose the most popular flavor Banana Split and loved it 😋😋 My friend got the cookies n cream and it was good as well! Medium size is best 👍🏼

Google
Ice cream tastes okay. The price is too expensive for a little dip size I got. Not much I could say about this place. Service is standard.

Google
Went on international ice cream day and got a small cup of cheese cake dots. Really refreshing on a hot day. Server was nice. Interesting how they melt in your mouth. The rest of the group got different flavors, chocolate brownie batter, mixed.

Google
Dippin dots is always a good treat. Didn't know they had their own store until encountering this one. Worker/owner? didn't seem too enthusiastic, tho. What happen to service with a smile...? 🤔

Google
Customer Service is horrendous! My son called them on National Ice Cream day to see if they were offering free ice cream. A gentlemen told him yes between 12-2pm. The time was 1:30pm and we thought since we were headed in that direction we would stop by. When we final got there it was around 1:45pm. The man behind the counter, who looked to be the owner and/or manager, told us they they ran out of sleeves. We explained to him that we had called and he said that they had only 4 sleeves left and that it was a busy day. It would have been nice if they had told us that over the phone. Furthermore, I think they could have still offered a discount, a spoon sample or something but nothing, not even a sorry. My kids left very disappointed. They lost a customer for life. They shouldn’t be in business if they can’t even use this marketing opportunity to make a customer.

Google
Best ice cream ever..must try..brings out my childhood memories..the prices are cheaper than an amusement park which is excellent I get to enjoy a large cup of 4 flavors for the price of a small which I would have spent at an amusement park..a small at an amusement park is estimated at 6 dollars and here at Dippin dots at santa Anita location, a large is 6 dollars which is convenient. I will be coming here often....

Google
Arlene is super helpful! My husband works in the mall so I'm always in the mall with our daughter. Arlene is always super friendly to her. She is the most friendly one there. I dont think I'd go there as much if it wasn't for her. Thank you Arlene!

Yelp
Always reliably in the mall and has withstood the test of time, even when other dessert places have come and go, the Dippin' Dots will be there for you. They have some bottled and canned drinks, regular ice cream scoops, and you can get your dots in float format. I love their tiny liminal room which is only used to hang the Dippin' Dots decor from the ceiling. Hilarious thing I noticed. I got to try some of my friend's banana split and Cookie Monster flavor (this one came with chocolate chunks and chips, which is a nice chocolatey touch and extra texture to your dots). Solid and fun dessert !

Yelp
Craving cookies and cream dippin' dots. Delicious as always! Quick service by kind staff. The location was clean.

Yelp
Dippin' Dots at the mall brings back so much nostalgia for me. It's probably one of the oldest units there, reminding me of when my mom would buy me a cup during our shopping trips when I was a little girl. The process is very quick and easy--you pick your flavors, they scoop it up, and you're all set to pay. When I visited, it wasn't busy at all, and the place was empty. This might be due to the fact that most desserts and sweet treats average around $7. I opted for a medium, and it was honestly pretty filling. I could have gone for a small, but it felt like a nice treat for myself. This is the only location I know of, and I really hope they don't close down!
google avatar

Yelp
The dipping dots are frozen and sticks to your tongue. That's kinda why I like it, haha. Service was fast but didn't get a great welcome greeting. It's inside the mall so it's loud and next to the kids play area. Quick to get something cold, but it's about $6 for a small cup.
google avatar

Yelp
I absolutely love the Banana Split flavor. Reminds me of nostalgic childhood memories of summertime visits at water park Raging Waters eating Dippin' Dots always this flavor. The prices are a little pricey for this unique style ice cream but so worth it if you love the Banana Split flavor!

Yelp
Wonderful service!!! I definitely will come back over there again to buy more Dippin' Dots in Arcadia, California when I get the chance to!! Five stars is exactly my total rating!!! Thank you guys so much for everything!! Love always!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
There's not many actual Dippin' Dots locations anymore so finding this at the mall was a nice surprise. The spot is small but what do you expect from an ice cream type of spot in a mall. The service was good as the worker there, was super nice and welcoming when I visited. I always get the cookies and cream flavor from here. I haven't really tried any other flavors besides vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. It's just so good and different to have on a hot day and/or a "treat yourself" type of day. If you have never tried it yet, I definitely recommend that you try some Dippin' Dots from an actual spot!

Yelp
It's a wonder Dippin' Dots aren't more popular because they're a delicious and innovative take on ice cream. I got the birthday cake flavor to celebrate my birthday reward and it was very easy to redeem. Remember to bring your birthday voucher since they need a hardcopy with your signature since there is an expiration date. The owner was nice to offer a substitute voucher even though I had one already. The ice cream itself melts in your mouth after a few seconds as a solid ice ball. It's like eating creamy dry ice, which is a very unusual yet satisfying experience. Eventually, the ice cream does melt but it takes at least half an hour so no need to worry about any mess. I would definitely come back and try more flavors if there was a location nearby since this Arcadia location is a bit far away.

Yelp
The BEST customer service ever! Delicious treats! Edgar was so incredibly kind and knowledgeable and made our experience a 10/10. Drove over an hour to come to this store and it made it well worth while. Thank you Edgar for making our day with incredible customer service, we really enjoyed talking to you!

Yelp
This store is located inside the Santa Anita mall. The store has been around for years but I don't know...just trying it now. I used to think ice cream in the form of tiny tiny dots likely wouldn't be decadent enough to hit the spot. Boy was I wrong! Got a float. Soda poured on the bottom and dots poured on top. It was root beer soda. Not all the soda filled the cup so he also gave the can :) Then cookies n cream dots. It was delicious! I have been missing out all these years.
google avatar

Yelp
You know you've always wanted to try these Dots when you seen them at fairs and amusement parks - but never wanted to over pay for this weird "ice cream of the future" stuff that you weren't sure you'd even like. Well, now you can get it, and even taste test it, at the mall. The retail associate was super friendly and offered tastes of any number of the flavors. While the caramel version was very subtle, the cookies 'n cream version was quite interesting (so much so I went back to get a small cup). These Dots have an interesting texture and are definitely super cold. Try 'em.

Yelp
I LOVE dippin dots so much! I've ordered online for takeout for dessert and it's always so good!

Yelp
My family loves Dippin Dots especially my kids. We are trying all the flavors. My daughter said Yummy but the best is her favorite strawberry ice. Will be back for more! We go there every time we visit Westfield Mall.
google avatar

Yelp
Located inside the mall, first time I've ever seen a Dippin' Dots that isn't a cart or a machine. We asked for samples and the guy was really chill about it. She tried the Pumpkin spice and I tried their black cherry. We anonymously just chose the Banana Split. Classic flavor, best flavor. Small size, $3+some change. Good service, great dots.
google avatar

Sergio Z.

Yelp
At the Westfield mall we saw a Dippin Dots store my wife love the their Dippin Dots, we went in and order two root beer floats with Vanilla Dippin Dots. The Root Beer they use is A&W good root beer. I couldn't wait including my wife she was drewing for the root beer float. I never though adding Root Beer in the dippin dots add a different taste and texture that's blow my mind away including my wife I think she felt in love it. I was wondering if you add Coke that's need to be explore and what other sodas you can to dippin dots. .

Yelp
Very friendly owner. Yummy ice cream my daughter always went to buy when we shop at Arcadia mall. Recommended

Yelp
Who doesn't love Ice cream? I surely do!!! I went for pricing on party packages and the woman in charge was so nice and helpful. My family first ordered dippin dots then she was able to answer all my questions. It's inside the Santa Anita Mall, so you can imagine how busy they get. Anyways, It was going to be $80 for fifty mini cups, any flavor. Which is a PLUS!!! They also deliver but if you decide to pick-up they will put it in a cooler with dried ice. Thisis a very unique dessert to have at any party. We actually pre-ordered ahead for Father's Day party that we are hosting!

Yelp
I love Dippin' Dots! When I saw this place in the Arcadia mall, I knew I had to get some. After all, it's not every day you see a dippin' dots store. It had been forever since my last, and I was quite excited. Tried this location about a month or two ago for my first time, and fortunately, it tasted just how I remembered! I always go with the rainbow ice flavor. It is a blend of strawberry, orange, lemon, lime, and blue raspberry. You really can't go wrong. The taste is on point. I love when it starts to melt a little. There's really not much else to say other than if you haven't tried it, you really are missing out. This ice cream snack is truly hard to beat. It's unique, flavorful, and priced appropriately. Go ahead and give this place a try.

Yelp
I'm so used to getting dippin dots only at amusement parks that I was so pleasantly surprised to see them at the mall here. Not only that- they have a whole lot of flavors (even mint chocolate which has been discontinued at my six flags location up in NorCal!) to choose from. The best part of it all is the price is affordable. I got TWO for less than what I usually pay for. I'm definitely coming back!
google avatar

Ai S.

Yelp
I've been coming here ever since elementary school (in college now) and I still love Dippin Dots! I almost always get half strawberry and half vanilla and mix them. It's simple but amazingly delicious (: Not really cheap but worth it imo. Definitely recommend if you've never had Dippin Dots.
google avatar

Bria C.

Yelp
CALLING ALL THIN MINT LOVERS: you MUST try their mint oreo dots, it's a perfect match for a thin mint!!! I was shocked at how delicious and refreshing it was! Also, the banana split was deeelicious as always. My mom loved the cold brew latte dots! There's honestly nothing like Dippin' Dots. The texture of the little dots is so fun to chew and eat! But it also melts beautifully into the ice. cream you know and love. Also, this store 100% reminds me of my childhood so I want it to stay in business forever. Come and try Dippin' Dots!!! You won't be sorry!

Yelp
If you're lucky, the staff will have the mask covering their mouth, but the nose is always hanging out. The man inside usually has his mask off and I saw him cough, in his hands, which shows no food safety training, and he did not put on gloves or wash his hands when he served customers. He proceeds to scoop ice cream and with his contaminated and hand you food covered in his germs. Pandemic or not, this is unsafe food practices and this store should not have their serv safe license. Just disgusting, Out of all the times I pass by on different days, they are always unmasked and touching their face and then touching your food without cleaning up first. Would give negative stars if I could.

Yelp
I first saw this store in TV on the Travel Channel when they had an episode of the most unique desserts... When we went to the mall today, we actually saw this store.. My wife was all excited like she was in Disneyland saying "OOO!! OOO!! I want some of that".. She was giving me that puppy dog face (I hate it when she does that, gets me every time).. We browsed the selections and they sell real ice cream also.. We picked the chocolate and banana split flavors.. The ice cream are extremely frozen pebbles shaped kinda like Nerds candy, but circular shaped http://media3.px.yelpcdn.com/bphoto/4R05c6pq_8IcP-hRXZ77Uw/l First scoop, I put it in my mouth and I felt the explosive taste of the ice cream.. Then I suddenly had a brain fart because it was really cold that numbed my tongue (it's a good thing) and melts in your mouth afterward... The medium sized cup I bought is only $4.50 which is enough for two people to share.. This invention is a great idea for kids who are messy when they eat...

Yelp
I wonder how they make this ice cream!?!!? MMMMMMMM So went there awhile ago with my gf and i told her there is a ice cream that has the texture of the pallet from a BB gun. She was like WTF?!!? LOLOL This place is located at the Santa Anita Mall (first floor, right next to this nail salon place) We went there and she was like WAAAAA howww!!?! i question the same to myself too... lol anyways we ordered teh orange flavor in the end. The orange one tasted pretty good. the ice is like bunch of rocks in your mouth but then it melts hahha interesting dessert. anyways def should try it out if you haven't tried this kind of ice cream!! Taste: 3.7 Presentation: 4.5 (how did they make it?!?!) Ambiance: 3.5 (not a lot of decor going on) Service: 3.5 Price: 3.8 (good price) ~~ Chewie's Rating: 3.8 Frozen thumb upppP!!!

Yelp
Can't go wrong with this futuristic ice cream. This location had some new flavors I haven't tried before and the prices are great. Try the banana split it's really good.
google avatar

Yelp
I remember when theme parks were the only places that had Dippin' Dots. 5 stars for just being available outside of theme parks (and so close to me!) + giving me no problems with the customer service. Mmm..
google avatar

Ash A.

Yelp
I love me some dippin' dots. I remember when they used to just have these at theme parks, but I'm glad they have them elsewhere now. I first saw them in August, Georgia before I came back to LA and google mapped them. This place is inside the Westfield Mall and they have a bigger variety than the little carts at Magic Mountain did as well as a bigger size. Or maybe I'm just old and didn't realize they had bigger sizes. Dippin' Dots is by far my favorite place to get ice cream. They have the best mint n' chip. I wish I could get gallons of that 'cause I swear, I could probably eat that. This place is great, the employees are not the friendliest, but who cares? Just gimme my damn ice cream. hahahaha
google avatar

Vi C.

Yelp
I got a mixed between strawberry yogurt and mint flavor. They both tasted good. The strawberry yogurt made you think of strawberry milk candy. I was surprised that the mint flavor tasted so good, just like the one you could get in any homemade ice cream shops. It was pretty dry when you first put it in your mouth but then it melt right away. This was a really fun way to eat ice cream.

Yelp

Yelp
The employee here, who looks like the owner, is SUCH a grouch! He literally has a permanent scowl on his face and was so stoic when we asked him a simple question. Then, he had the audacity to just lean over and stare down, as we were contemplating whether or not to get an ice cream. Geez, talk about pressure...and the "cold" shoulder - no pun intended!
google avatar

Calvin C.

Yelp
Seriously? The only really good thing that this place has going for it is the really nice employees. The ice cream though are just a bunch of little balls. BALLS. I mean it tastes just like regular ice cream... just in balls. I guess the high price for the ice cream is people paying for the novelty of it all. Well, for the people trying it for the first time, it might be nice!
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
Happy to see an actual location. Wish the flavors were displayed properly. You cant see them unless you are close up

Mik A.

Yelp
Terrible customer service. Everything I asked for was a "no". If this guyJonathan stays there any longer, this business will for sure go out of business. I bought 2 medium and 1 small servings, and all three were half full. We don't fill it to the top", he said. I was overcharged and my mall employee discount wasn't even applied. I'm so disappointed at that place.
google avatar

Jase Crasin E.

Yelp
there is nothing better I love dippin dots more than anything. Banana split has been my favorite for the last 20 years and I refuse to get any other flavour because why mess with perfection? Dippin dots can do no wrong. This is heaven on earth. I wish there were more locations and kisosks as there used to be but it is worth going to arcadia for. THank you westfield, no doubt that this is your most popular business.
google avatar

Greg P.

Yelp
I think, or hope, this craze has faded. It's ice cream, plain and simple. In fact, very plain. I love ice cream, the taste of it, the smell of it, etc... The cool think about Dippin Dots is that the ice cream is frozen lil balls that you can hold in your hand, roll around, juggle, etc, whatever, then melt in your mouth. Don't get me wrong, they will melt if you play with them as well. For a few bucks, you get a mini cup of lil ice cream balls in a few flavors. The flavor isnt great, but kids love the way it looks. Knock yourself out if you haven't tried it, but I doubt an ice cream lover would pick this over the Ben n Jerry's down the aisle.
google avatar

Art K.

Yelp
On a major hunt with the girlfriend at hell ( the mall ) when I stumbled onto this place saw a long line full of kids took a closer look and saw that it's lil dots which tastes like ice cream but doesn't look like ice cream so I joined the line with the happy kids and man was I hooked so many flavors I felt like I was ten again waiting for the yellow ice cream truck to come by the neighborhood ( yes our truck was bright yellow the drivers name was mike ) the place was very clean I mean very clean a girl and guy were working great customer service they gave me so many samples I was starting to get my fix wish they had one in my area the dots once out into your mouth melt automatically and bam bAby u get this sweet cold sensation great place great staff so next time I'm asked to go to the mall I will be the most happiest 31 year old there knowing my first stop is dippin dots !!!
google avatar

Christine H.

Yelp
Most interesting and tasty ice cream! It's sorta chewy, icey, then it melts into creamy ice cream. I love it best when it's frozen AND when it's half melted. I really enjoy it and it's worth every penny. I have tried ALL their flavors.
google avatar

alina m.

Yelp
This place is greAt! Better prices than anywhere else !! Employees were very helpful and friendly and the ice cream is delicious! Never dissatisfied :-)
google avatar

Wenders B.

Yelp
I love dippin' dots! I think they should mop their floor every once in a while though.
google avatar

Emily P.

Yelp
Get the large, it comes with 4 layers of your choice for around 6 dollars. Totally worth it! I recommend rainbow, cookies and cream, and vanilla. It's great to see a local Dippin Dots in a mall since they're mostly found in amusement parks.
google avatar

Jesus G.

Yelp
Clean, greeted with a good attitude and really tasty Ice cream. Drove I don't know how many miles just for this and I would go back anytime. Give it a try. Is really good.
google avatar

Jason V.

Yelp
Great for kids, my two year old princess likes feeding herself one dip @ a time...Not your traditional type of ice cream.
google avatar

Virginia L.

Yelp
Was very excited to see a Dippin' Dots at the mall. I remember only seeing them at Knott's Berry Farm. Dippin't Dots is your average ice cream but in literal dot forms. They let you choose up to three flavors for your cup. The watermelon and banana split are my favorites. Would not come here often because its pretty pricey for just one small cup.
google avatar

Tina R.

Yelp
Wow I couldn't believe my eyes once I saw there was a dippin dots ice cream store that I could go to without having to buy a ticket to enter any amusement park. If this store was closer to me I would come here every night during the summer. Every time I get the larger size cup and I still want more haha. You never can have enough of this delicious ice cream.

Jon L.

Yelp
I can never get tired of dippin' dots! ! I'm so happy we have this in our mall, since all the other locations I knew about shut down. They have 20 different awesone flavors but I stick with my usual, banana spilt and cookies n cream. Prices are nice and affordable and the employees are very helpful and nice as well!! I'll definetly be coming back.
