5 stars – Exceptional Customer Service I had a wonderful experience at Diptyque Atlanta while purchasing my first room spray. The staff offered exceptional consulting, patiently introducing me to the different product lines, including room sprays, candles, diffusers, and perfumes, and explaining the unique characteristics and scents of each. What impressed me the most was their thoughtfulness. Knowing that I travel frequently for work, they generously provided a variety of travel-friendly samples that are allowed on flights. Thanks to their kind gesture, I was able to try different scents at my own pace, and I already know which one I’d love to purchase next. The entire experience was welcoming, informative, and personal. I highly recommend this store not just for the quality products, but especially for the outstanding customer service.

5 stars – Exceptional Customer Service I had a wonderful experience at Diptyque Atlanta while purchasing today. Lauren was super helpful and kind during my visit. I want a different particular sample that was not available that moment but she was kind enough to made for me.

Furthering the echo chamber that this store is rude and discourages purchases. I am a repeat customer of diptyque candles, but had some questions about their fragrances. The staff was helpful enough but gave the vibe that they did not care to help. Even though I spent over $200, it still felt off. We were at Le Labo right before (which is right next door) and they were SO friendly and helpful even though we didn't spend a lot of money there.

I’ve never had a great experience at the Atlanta and unfortunately it’s the only location here. My husband wanted to stop in today after lunch. I’ve gifted him a couple perfumes and other body products from there but he’s never been to the store. We walked in and the lady behind the register greeted us. The store manager was there but didn’t say anything. After a customer returned to have her parking validated, the female sales person entered the back room. The manager remained in the front hunched over the register. He never asked us if we were looking for something in particular. My husband wanted to buy a couple solid perfumes and I told him “let’s wait”. The energy was so off and I was ready to leave. As we headed to the exit, the manager didn’t say not one word. Not a “have a good evening” or “thank you for stopping in”. Nothing. They are just not pleasant and make the shopping experience just uncomfortable. Update: Neiman Marcus has a Dyptique counter and the associate is much more pleasant. Go there instead

Real character is shown when there is a challenge and I'm happy to write that Joe really showed up for me. I was drawn to specific product for my situation that the Atlanta store was actually out of. Long story short, he not only connected me with the Houston store (shout out to them too btw) who shipped said product to Atlanta, but followed through with me every step of the way all the way until the purchase was sign, sealed, delivered and bagged. This whole situation could have gone left, but thanks to Joe everything worked out.

I went there this evening to check out the candles and scents. When I asked the guy with the Afro whether the scents in the center were perfumes or cologne, he pretentiously said the light colored bottles vs the dark colored bottles in their foreign names without distinguishing. When I politely told him my foreign language wasn’t up to speed and I asked him to tell me the difference in English. He proceeded to repeat himself by distinguishing the differences in the foreign language to let me know 1) he had no intention on helping and 2) I had no business in his store. Based on the previous reviews, it seems this is a normal thing. Not the type of store I’d ever go to again and I’ll make sure that others know to save them the bad experience.

Discovering this shop was entirely thanks to a friend who raved about it while we were in Osaka, Japan. I must say, their reputation precedes them. Their lingering aftertaste is quite remarkable and definitely worth experiencing. Highly recommended for purchase!

I always read reviews!! I went into Nordstrom at Somerset Mall the other day but didn’t have time to make a purchase note didn’t want to bring back on the plane, so now I look online to establish where I get it from locally…. And nope if I was to encounter such foolish behavior it would be an unpleasant fete and cause me to never patronize the Brand. Please retrain your staff these reviews are tasteless

I love perfume. I have a fragrance addiction. After having brunch at Southern Gentlemen, I walked around Buckhead Village. I noticed the diptyque storefront and had to go in! They had all of their fragrances, as well as personal scented items (i.e. lotions, creams, etc) and they're candle line. I was able to sniff many scents and I asked lots of questions regarding notes. The salesperson asked if I would like samples and they provided them, free of charge. I will be back.

Recently I bought a few Diptyque items from Neiman Marcus. I have never visit the stand alone store at Shops at Buckhead. I was in the area getting lunch and decided to pop in the store to check it out. Upon entering, the staff Jeda greeted me. She was very friendly. She asked if I have something in mind, I told her I was just browsing. Then I asked her some questions about candles and a few other products. She also showed me this Eau Sens fragrance. It smells so good. Like I told my sis this morning, the diptyque softening hand wash I been using for a while smells so heavenly. And If heaven smells like that, I must really behave and be good so I can go there eventually. I guess that hand wash has me hooked onto other diptyque products in recent times. Jeda is definitely knowledgeable and she showed me some products. Everything smells so nice in here. I decided to pick up a tube of Eau Rose hand cream and concluded my little tour at this Diptyque store. Jeda packed my purchase so nicely and gave me a few samples to try. So here's a big Thank you to Jeda for the amazing service!! I will see you soon :D

Diptyque is one of my favorite stores. I love the Baies candle. It's amazing. I can't speak highly enough of the sales team they are always so nice especially Lindsey Dugan. She made my shopping experience so special today. She was friendly, listened to my needs...amazingly so customer focused. I found the perfect gift to myself for my birthday! Thank you Lindsey!

Best candles and customer service. Covid friendly and luxurious! Definitely not for the price conscious but you deserve the best! I have so many of their scents Baies is still my favorite!!

Stopped in a couple of days ago to purchase a gift for a friend. Had never been to a stand-alone Diptyque store. Super helpful rep there--Alvin--so appreciated his time, patience and expertise in explaining the product range; Lovely experience.

Love this store! Was thinking of buying their candles for awhile now but didn't want to buy them online. I was thrilled to see there's a store in the city. The staff is very nice and know a lot about the product. It is pricey but totally worth it. I ended up buying a candle and an interior fragrance. The best part of spending over $100 is that you are getting a lot of free testers so you can start thinking of your next choice:)

When I was in the shoppes at Buckhead I nearly had forgotten I stopped into this place. The salesclerk was knowledgable and helpful. They basically sell perfumes and candles. Some of the fragrances come with atomizers to give it that bottle of perfume look. He told me they are located in some higher end shoppes but there are a few stand alone stores. I ended up buying a nice fragrance here and he gave me some samples along with a small candle to go with it. Expect to pay a bit more in these types of shoppes for fragrances. Candles are nice but too overpriced if the function is to just burn them and then throw them away. There are many other candle shoppes where you can get a lot more bang for your buck.

I absolutely love candles and fragrances! Diptyque does not disappoint. There are a few place around town that sells their candles, but this is the only place that has the full line! It is a small and very beautiful store! You should be able to find something for anyone, they have a broad range of scents for all tastes!

I stopped in yesterday afternoon and was met with friendly service and assistance. The sales team here is readily helpful, and i will definitely be back!

I love the products and the friendly service here. Came here with my dad (his treat!) to look at perfumes. The ladies at the counter are so friendly and very helpful to find the perfect scent for you. I decided on the "34 boulevard saint germain." It a grown-up scent on the spicy/woody side. I have tons of floral and fruity scents so I wanted to try something completely opposite. One or two sprays will get you through a few hours, but doesn't last all day. I got the 50ml which is $100, similar to most fragrances you'll find at Sephora. I love the packaging and can't wait to come back to try another perfume or one of their famous candles!

Love this place! Been in twice so far and each time had a great experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and do not pressure you to buy. The scents are amazing!

I love candles, and I love perfume. I have an abundance of different brands, and scents, as most women do. After going in this store, and experiencing all the different products and scents with the help of Maui (sp?), I am likely to be loyal to this brand and neglect all the others. Maui was so enthusiastic and knowledgable, and my daughter and I had a great experience with her. I bought my first two candles, and thanks to the samples she shared with us, I'm headed back next week for some perfumes and lotions! The scents are unlike any other! So happy to have this in Atlanta!

My visit to the Buckhead Diptyque Boutique was an outright pleasure. The staff was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. The product presentation is top notch and the interior of the store is immaculate. The store manager, Trisha, is a gem. She was so polite and you could tell from her extensive knowledge of the products that she has been with the company for quite some time. The pricing of their products is well worth it for the quality of goods you will receive. I cannot recommend a visit to the Diptyque boutique enough. I am now a repeat customer and my home smells like a summer breeze blowing in from the coast of France. Diptyque is a great place to find lots of holiday gift ideas. A must visit in Atlanta.

I visited this store for the first time and the scents were overwhelming. I couldn't tell the difference between all of the scents and it may have been because the store was too small. All of the scents were really nice and rich. I left out thinking it was okay but when I got in my and and at home is when I realized how rich and deep the scents really were. I didn't spray or rub any of the scents on me, what I was smelling was just from touching and holding the candles. The scents stayed on my hands for several hours just from touching the candles and bottles. I was really interested in purchasing some items for myself and wife until I looked at the prices! These items aren't for the faint at heart but the scents are very rich and deep and will last. Candles $30-$60, scented ovals to hang or place in your drawer $50. Room spray $60-$135. I guess I'll have to save one an entire weeks paychecks before I can buy something for me and the wife. Make sure you are assisted by the sales associate Maui, she provides outstanding service!
