Dissident Spirits is an amazing experience! They offer free tastings and give you an education on the science of distilling. As a group of chemists and distill designers, these guys know what they're talking about! Their ingredients are gathered locally and always changing. Oh and if you're new parents like we are, they're not a bar, so babies are welcome, extra bonus! We'll be back again and again to try the new batches. Especially the Barrel House Gin because it's aged in a wine barrel, adding fun and unique flavors. I highly recommend trying the award winning Monterey Pine gin as well.l
