Distill - A Local Bar - Centennial

We were traveling in the area and found this place. Sat in the bar area, which was a little smokey smelling. It wasn't overpowering, but definitely noticeable. We got there during a happy hour, so we ordered the chips and salsa that were on special for $3! The chips were homemade and very good. Salsa was also very good. The waitress was very sweet and helpful with food suggestions. We had the grilled chicken sandwich and a turkey club sandwich, both were very good. Onion rings and tater tots for sides, again very good. We had the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for dessert. While it was slightly overcooked, it was still very good. The waitress said it was a new dessert and they are still trying to perfect the cooking time. I would recommend this place.

Probably the best pub in the area! Lovely, well-kept location and we REALLY appreciate the separation of the dining room from the bar/casino! I know some people still like to smell smokers while they eat, but we don't. The staff was friendly and quick with refills and recommendations, but weren't overly intrusive. The fish and chips was excellent as was the Philly cheese-steak. Also, the French onion soup was delicious! We'll definitely be back.

Overall a low end place to go. Placed out card with the bartender to open a tab and then went a sat with friends. After which we were told that it will now all be on one check with 18% fee. When I asked the waitress she stated we would be taking up her seating if we wanted separate checks. Sounds like a poor excuse to make one big check with a guaranteed percentage tip. Order the food with ranch but never got it even after asking twice. As a place the a lot of folks push to after work the staff seem more focused on themselves then actually helping the customers. Sat for 30 minutes without drink refills or even offers. Overall, not going to recommend folks come here for after work pushes as there are better options, with better service and more logical approaches to how the bill will be built. It feels like the wait staff has established the 18% so they then don't have to provide attention. The facility is mostly empty so there is no excuse. Tried to g The grilled cheeseburger sandwich was delicious thoough so only reason it is 2 versus just 1 star.

Food is very tasty, with some inventive options, especially for a sports bar. Service is great! I highly recommend the fried bread pudding if you can save room for it.

The bar wasn’t very busy tonight so a bit slow which matched the service this evening. The first server we had just put everyone on the same check to get the automatic 18% tip included. This would have been nice to know or be communicated to us. Then the second server who took over after the first one cashed us out to go home did do our checks separately. This was a nice option the first one should have given us. The drink refills and new orders took forever because she rarely came by and then forgot my drink THREE times. The awesome thing is when the bill came she charged me for the two that never came. I brought this to her attention but she told me that I was wrong and it gets added at the bar when drinks are made. Funny thing is at the end of the night one of our party didn’t get their bill until they asked for it and she had to go back to make one. Shouldn’t that “system” she told me about produce that without having to be asked?! I will not return here as there are many bars in the area and have had much better service.

The food is good. The service is great! I've come here plenty times and never had a bad experience.

Nice outside appearance, with plenty of parking. Lively and welcoming interior. Food was pretty slow coming out but was very good. The servers were great so I can’t complain to much. I will visit more.

The grilled cheese cheeseburger is soooooo good!! The onion rings are great too it’s the only thing I’ve ever ate there lol nice place.

Stopped by here for a quick drink and some food and was not disappointed. The atmosphere was really nice and chill! Wasn't too loud but also wasn't too quiet. Enjoyed the local feel. Staff were super chill and everything on their menu was pretty good pricing. Food was super delicious! Would come back again to try more on their menu. The bread pudding is a must try! Hits that sweet tooth craving!

Distill has been one of our favorite neighborhood haunts since we moved to Centennial Hills in 2018. The stellar service, chill environment, food quality, and rotating food and drink menus keep us coming back. It has been a bit of a ritual for us to pop in on weekends, and Haley always takes care of us. Something I love about this location is that the food quality does not suffer if you order takeout or delivery. New and tasty menu items are regularly added so you never get bored, though they have menu staples. The breakfast offerings are always solid. Though they are 24/7, safety first, so don't forget to smile for the camera and be patient for someone to buzz you in if you pop in super early. Solid 5 stars, every time.

TVs everywhere--blaring sports, video poker, the kind of background noise that lets you tune in or tune out at will. Huge high-back lounge chairs that swallow you in comfort, and yeah, there's a whole non-smoking lounge setup if that's your scene. It's like they actually thought about what people might want, and then just...did it. Pool tables? Check. Jukebox? Yup. And the kind of energy that feels lived-in, like a spot people actually hang out in--not just pose for Instagram and bounce. The staff? Total rockstars. Friendly without being fake, on top of their game, and somehow managing to make you feel like a regular even if it's your first time. The prices? Let's just say your wallet leaves as happy as your stomach. Distill doesn't try to reinvent the wheel. It just builds a damn comfortable lounge around it, adds some killer eats, and lets you breathe. Whether you're dropping in for a bite, staying for the game, or just letting the night unfold--it's the kind of place you come back to without needing a reason. And yeah--I'll absolutely be back baby!

Saturday night stopped in for a drank and some dessert. Our server was very sweet. W head a great time and our desserts were so good.

Ok. After walking out I'd Born and raised. This is a great change. Welcomed when I sat down. Asked what I can get you and served me. The staff is friendly and the usual bartenders were there. The music is not blasting and annoying. Plenty of TVs and game. The food is just standard bar food. But good. Come see Erin and Rachel the bartenders. Good place.

You gotta stop by Distill and CHILL! I stopped in Sunday afternoon around 2 o'clock to meet up with a friend and catch up a bit. I had been here before a long time ago, and honestly, I have no idea why I have not been back sooner and more often! I know there are several Distill - A Local Bar locations throughout the valley, but this is the only one I've been too. My friend said he's been to one by his house but it wasn't as nice as this one. As you walk in, there is a depart dining room off to the side and closed off from the main bar area for a quieter or more secluded place to sit and eat. The main area has a large square bar with lots of seating and gaming machines and a large area with plenty of seating options. They have high top tables, and also nice high back chairs and tables lower to the ground. The servers and staff are all super friendly and helpful and we never had to wait long for anything. They have a fantastic menu that I believe changes every so often and it really makes it difficult when trying to choose what to order. I went with the buffalo chicken egg rolls, and my friend had the chicken fingers and fries. My eggrolls were delicious and hit the spot and my friends. Chicken fingers were plentiful, large, perfectly fried and smothered in delicious buffalo sauce. Everything on the menu looks incredible, I will definitely be back more frequently for sure! And of course a great selection of cold beer and a full bar as well! They also have a DAILY Happy Hour from 2-6 every day with special menu items and drinks! Yea...you gotta go chill at Distill!

Distill is a 24/7 sports bar, gaming, and restaurant type place that also offers all sorts of foods and breakfast with a few locations in Vegas. The North Durango Drive location also offers a separate dining area that is away from the bar and gaming. The dining area is a mix of traditional tables and booths. (our booth was very worn and slightly uncomfortable) We came at happy hour and indulged in happy hour $5. glasses of wine that were generous in size and was pretty darn decent. We also shared the buffalo cauliflower. It had a crispy batter and was fried to perfection and came with creamy blue cheese dressing. It will be great for most people. I am unusually sensitive and the buffalo sauce contains too much acidic acid or too much condensed vinegar for my unusual palate. Most people out there will enjoy the buffalo cauliflower here. For my main I had the Chili Lime Salad with added Salmon. The Salmon arrived slashed open so everyone could see that it was prepared with a moist center and it also came with nice grill marks. It was a generous portion and the salad was different and tasty. My husband enjoyed his build your own burger because they actually prepared the burger medium - rare as he asked for and they also prepared the bacon nicely so that it wasn't over cooked. He also liked the tots. Our server was very nice and pleasant but seemed a little overloaded between the bar and the dining room. Everything was reasonably good and the prices were also reasonable. A good casual choice.

I come to Dstill  all the time, and Kimberly  is a big reason why. They always make me feel welcome friendly, attentive, and just genuinely good at what they do. It's clear they care about the customers and the experience. Even when it's busy, they handle everything with a smile and great energy. People like Kimberly  make dining out feel special. She's definitely my favorite!!!

Went during happy hour on a Saturday. Not too busy, clean atmosphere. Drinks and food were good. My wife complimented how good the dirty martini was.

Distill in Centennial Hills has been my "go to " bar for quite sometime. Breakfast, Lunch or dinner usually during the weekend and I've always had good service, usually from Erin or Hailey, both of which are attentive and hard working as well as the wait staff. Today, Sunday, July 13 was a total different story. New bartender for me, Courtney, nice enough but unattentive. Whilst gaming, I put in a food order. Fish and chips with salad......The waitress sort of just came....not with salad 1st, as usual, both with everything....slams it down. No utensils, no condiment rack...like she's in a rush to get me out. Literally only 9 people at the bar.Bad enough Courtney said only two words to me, but then I get this " rush you out " kinda thing, when all I really wanted to do was spend my $$$ gaming, watch some tv, and eat. Since I felt they wanted me gone, I ate the fish, left everything else, and left. How do you work in the service industry, without showing any care to customers? I do not like being rushed or mistreated. I literally had only 1 full beer, before all this and was generally well behaved, so I don't understand how they didn't want my business. This is not the way it usually is, but I was/am very disappointed at how I was treated, mostly by the wait staff. Thank you

Been here several times and have always left satisfied. The food is amazing, the staff is kind, good music. What more can you want from a local bar?

We've always had good service at Distill and enjoy their food. It's close to our place which is always a plus.

For a late-night dinner, Diane and I came here for the first time. We were generally pleased with what we found. For starters, a Bowl of Clam Chowder was a superior rendition that contained bacon and several clams and chunks of potato. And, Asada Tacos with Carne Asada, Corn and Cojita Cheese were good. Then Diane was favorably impressed with her Beer Battered Fish & Chips, and a Bowl of Chili for me was good and cheesy. The restaurant was out of Cornbread, so I was given a slice of Garlic Toast instead, which was just okay--and crackers, which I liked. There was a long break between our first course and our second. Otherwise, service was very good, and the experience enjoyable sitting in a booth and listening to piped in music with a beat in the dining room that is glassed off from the bar area.

Got a few margaritas with tajin on the rim and pretzel bites with cheese and mustard. The margaritas were good. The pretzels were decent but the cheese wasn't the best. Typical bar food I kinda expected. The bartenders were friendly and great though!

1st time here , and service was good n ordered some burgers n there were cooked perfect med n some pink n juice coming out of them - will definitely come back

If you visit, order the stuffed sourdough cracked bread with spinach cheese dip. It was so freaking delish, my friend and i couldn't stop eating eat it *drool* We sat in the dining area which was almost full. The service was super slow and not very attentive, but i think our server had to jump between rooms. Seems like there was 1-2 people tending to the dining area. I wouldn't say service was horrible but we did have to wait a while, regardless we had a good time and the bread and drinks were worth it.

Ordered french toast with bacon and the beef sliders (with bacon). In both cases the bacon was undercooked Not good.

Came to Distill a few nights ago with some friends. We were seated in a booth away from the bar area which was nice, because it can be so loud in there. Nothing wrong with that, but it was a nice change. My friends were raving about the Mashed Potato Bites, but unfortunately they were out of them when we went. We were so sad. But it ended up being okay, because the rest of our food was delicious. We shared the Pretzel Bites and each got our own entrees. I loved the mustard sauce that came with the pretzels. For entrees I got the Chicken Fingers and fries with the Medium sauce and carrots. There was a generous amount of sauce that came with the chicken and it was super crispy. My boyfriend got the Cuban Dip and he loved it. He said the bread was really crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle and the dip was really flavorful. Service was good, we were checked on often. I would definitely come back for some late night bites.

Best bar food and customer service in town. Luckily they have 9 locations! This one is my favorite though

Recently visited this place for a quick lunch going solo. The restaurant and the bar have separate entrances. However, on this day, the restaurant entrance was locked so I went into the bar entrance around the corner. Employee said she didn't have server in the restaurant, so door was locked. "Are you still serving food in bar?" "Yeah, I guess so." A sign would have been nice. I ordered a glass of wine at the bar and took a seat. Employee seemed miffed that she had to walk around and take my lunch order. I ordered the Greek protein bowl which was REALLY good and went well with a glass of white wine. The pita bread was toasted which I've never had, and the hummus was delicious. I'd definitely order it, again. Why three stars instead of five? I pay a lot of attention to customer service and just a friendly smile. I understand that the employee was watching over the bar and whoever could make their way to the restaurant, however, there were only two other customers at the time, and they were satisfied at the bar. Like I said, I would order the salad, again. I don't know if I would return to this bar, again. There are SOOO many other restaurant establishments in the area to try, especially if the service is better than here. Was it because I was solo? I totally understand that it may have just been a bad day and for that, I would consider returning but likely a "one and done."

Service was so slow and ineffective we end up canceling our orders and leaving early. It does not take over an hour to get simple bar food. I don't care what their excuses were. Made the manager aware the situation and he showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue or to make us happy with our service

My last review seems a bit sassy, post-covid me would kill for a $10 cocktail, HA. Anyways I came here for breakfast yesterday with my husband and parents and had a great time. It was quiet, which I really value. Our server was nice, my mom and I ordered the hangover tacos and they were great. We added avocado, which made it even better. The portions on those are a bit smaller so if you're really hungry I would go for an omelette or something else but it was great for me. My husband ordered the custom omelette and my dad got the country fried steak (it was huge!). We were all happy with our meals. I'd recommend for a chill breakfast!

Nice little brewery to grab a quick drink at. They have all the basic beers and drinks you'd want and some bar bites. It's always lit!

Great service, great food, comped my beer when I used the gaming machine. Overall a good experience. The bartender was able to put the game on for me at the place I was sitting. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

We waited for 50 minutes for food that never arrived because when we asked to see a manager and asked for a discount, they thought we said just to stop our order. We used to come here all the time, but lately we've been going to Born and Raised because this place either can't get it together in the kitchen or with their servers. No matter how good their food is, it's just not worth the aggravation for us any longer.

Please please in inspirada, I know I'm on Durangos location, do KARAOKE out here. Sun City is starving for it. I would personally do it for 3 hours one night during the week for free if you buy the equipment. You guys would make money off of good, drinks, and gambling. I HOPE you see this. Thank you

Bartender.. quality and variety of drinks and Food presentation.. no friendly greeting

We love the Distill on Cheyenne, and I wanted to give this location a shot since it looked bigger. My husband and I visited on a Friday night and it was unusually empty. Plenty of seating. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Strips, he ordered the Orange Chicken Sandwich (a usual favorite at a different location), and the Ahi Poke Stack for the table. I also had 2 long islands. When the first long island was brought out, I'd thought maybe my order was mistaken for someone else's. There definitely wasn't any cola or soda in it, and it just tasted like lemonade. I made my husband try it just to confirm it wasn't a long island. I'm not one to say anything, so I still drank away. The food was subpar. The tenders were nothing special. The orange chicken sandwich was not at all what my husband has had at their Cheyenne location. He said it didn't even taste like orange chicken. It was my mistake for ordering the Ahi Poke Stack... I should know better than to order poke at a pub. No good. Anyway, I ordered a second drink, my waitress confirming I wanted another long island. And the same thing... it was a lemonade. Our waitress was pretty nice, but rarely checked up on us. We saw her chatting up another table up for 15(!!!) minutes while we waited for her so we could get another sauce. Will not be back.

I used to love the food here especially their Cajun chicken Alfredo. I heard that they got new cooks and it shows. I've never had this dish be bad before until tonight. My Cajun chicken Alfredo has no flavor at all just spice and way too much. I want the old cooks back. Only reason I'm not giving one star is becuase I used to love this place.

The servers and managers are rude. service is slow and the food is substandard. I had dinner the other night there and got sick, never again.

Came here with my cousin. Your normal bar with a decent menu. The service was quick. Seating was ok. I got the ahi tuna stack. Tuna was fresh but definitely could have been more seasoned. I had one of my cousins girlfriends wings. They were actually very good. Nothing special about this place just seems reliable. We did have a great time catching up though.

It's a pretty chill chain restaurant. They have festive decorations right now! They're 24 hours so it's good for late night munchies. I got the fish and chips, which was great but pretty pricey at $21.

The worst service ever.it took 45min on happy hour to get a beer and a margarita. I have been 1 hour and 30 min and still haven't gotten my food which was bacon and eggs and a burrito. I would never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

The service was great the food is always on point and freshly made it's a great neighborhood bar.

The bread and Cajun pasta was top tier, definitely exceeded my expectations. The hummus was kind of plain, but the pita bread was delicious and crispy :) I had 4 bowls of albóndigas, 10/10 would highly recommend. Can never go wrong with french fries, I didn't get to try the sandwich because I was too full, but it looked good!

Came in on graveyard after a long day at work for some food and drink. Cary was bartending (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), super friendly guy. Easy to talk to, great service. Was very timely and anticipated my needs as a guest. Food was excellent as always. Overall great experience.

Came here late night. It was probably midnight. They are open 24 hours. In this location was truly amazing our waiter was great being that it was our first time the atmosphere and the whole vibe was super fun! they have TVs and a bar. We sat on a little Couch area because there was a group of four of us. They have a pretty decent menu 2 of us went with the ahi tuna Poké stack. Someone in the group got wings and fries and we all ordered drinks. Everything came out so fresh and hot. The presentation of all our food was great. The wings were big, fries were hot definitely will come back after a long night on the strip or just craving and wanting a drink or food. The vibe is so fun and they have music playing. You can't even hear anything from outside nor expect it to look the way it does on the inside from the outside cool 10/10 recommend& will come back!

Times are tough we all get it. Everybody's hurting right now. So you know what you shouldn't do you shouldn't tighten the machines so damn hard that $100 can go in seconds and the bartender gets you one thing drink! One drink this is why I come here once a year to remind myself how awful this place is run and how greedy it is, and the food has dropped completely subpar, this is an awful place and an awful business.

I've been to a few bars in Vegas, but this is the first local kind of American bar that I've been to. Overall good experience! A bit more relaxed unlike the ones that I frequent but it's great if you want some great food and a quick drink. They don't have a huge selection of drinks, but I'm sure that they could probably make you something if you requested it not on the menu. I went for the watermelon margarita. Also got the chicken chipotle nachos and that was great. One of my friends brought me here since you knew one of the staff. Reyna was super sweet and a great server! I appreciate her friendly service and efficiency. Pretty laid-back and chill environment if you just want a quick bite to eat and a drink. There's also lots of parking, which is a plus. We plan to come back, this is probably the best location out of all the Distills in Vegas.

The food is ALWAYS great. Quality chef back there forsure. Service is quick and always nice. Place is never empty. Always some people there until it gets popping!

Great casual meeting place for 2 or 20+ people! Neat varied places to sit; lounge, bar area, high tops or booths (typical restaurant style) depending on what you prefer. Plenty of tv screens to watch your favorite games. Nice pool table/gaming area with a jukebox too. Food was amazing here. The hot sourdough bread with cheese dip was a really great starter. Burger was so fresh it melted in my mouth. My sister had a nice bowl of chicken tortilla soup and also had the chicken sliders. Very nice presentation of food, waitress Hackie was super friendly and checked on us often to replenish beverages. Definitely would go back to try other items on the menu.
