Distill - A Local Bar

Had lunch at Distill - A Local Bar and it seriously hit the spot. Tried the pulled pork sliders with sweet potato fries—so good! The pork was juicy and flavorful, and those fries were crispy and just the right kind of sweet. Washed it down with a margarita (because, why not?) and it was chef’s kiss — super refreshing without being too sweet. Chill vibe, great food, solid drinks. Definitely coming back.

This place is very smokey and the food and drink prices are expensive. I came here for happy hour and got four wings for $8 Two sliders and fries for $12. Happy hour beers of coors or budlight. I guess I was expecting to get a better deal on happy hour. Unfortunately, even though this location is almost walking distance, I will not be back

I went after work with a few coworkers and the place was awesome. Nice atmosphere, relaxed. Food and drinks were great especially their chips and dip. The guy bar tender, I think he was the main guy in charge was attentive and made sure we were taken care of by the waitresses. Waitresses were awesome and beautiful women. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind and relax after a days work.

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty dead. Most people sit at the bar, smoke, and gamble. We took a table and while the service was super slow at first, the waitress ended up being great. The food was SO good and big portions. The drink was $12 and maybe too sweet, but okay. Highly recommend the smash burger and moco loco. I did think it was a bit petty to charge extra $ for some mayonnaise- it’s a condiment?? 21+ only, even for the restaurant

I’ve always had a great experience at Distill. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel welcome. A special shoutout to Anna—she’s hands-down my favorite server. She’s always upbeat, remembers my usual, and brings such a positive energy to the place. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it’s clear they care about providing great service. Definitely one of my favorite local spots.

I had a great lunch here. It was great to be able to sit outside, even in December (heating lamps were on). Service was top notch. I liked the decor with all the plants and colors. My tacos were great. I appreciated that the had drafts and a diverse drink menu. Parking was easy. Restrooms were clean and well maintained. For me, even though this is sort of a “chain” (there is more than one “Distill” in Summerlin), this place felt cozy and like a local, charming pub. It was the excellent service that motivated me to give fixe stars here.

I have been coming to Distill for over 12 years. I came first as a visitor and now as a local. I have always had amazing service and great food!! It has a nice local vibe. The bartenders Amber ,Nicole and Niall all treat you like family . The manager Ryan is hands on and is always making sure you are taken care of. I can play video poker anywhere but my loyalty is to Distill. The people who work here make the difference and the loyalty program is great. I highly recommend this Distill!!!

AMAZING. 2 pool tables that you could eat off of - they are made in America and incredibly tight. Service was outstanding. Definitely a local spot that I'll return to to.e and time again. If you are new to Vegas (SummerLin), this might just be your local watering hole. Didnt get a chance to try out the food, but only because it was uber late, but everyone was raving about it. I'll circle back for certain. 10 's because it was recommended to me by locals and I'm new to town. Cannot wait to return - I should have taken photos, but I was having to much fun! Lastly, I didn't get over-served, but when I was leaving the awesome young lady made sure I had a bottled water that was ice . Drank it religiously on the way home such that I am up early and feel like a million dollars (okay 1/2 a mil (I'm old)) this morning. Top Shelf indeed...

We visited the bar on the night of 6/29 at around 2:30 AM and were immediately met with hostility from the bartender. Instead of providing service, he chose to mock us openly in front of other patrons--who appeared to be his friends--creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment. Our group initially arrived as a party of four and was soon joined by friends, totaling ten people, all of whom were ordering both food and drinks. As each person arrived, they independently asked if anyone else had experienced the same rude behavior from the bartender, which clearly indicates a consistent issue. Most concerning was his treatment of our 21-year-old sister. Watching a grown man attempt to publicly humiliate her in front of others was disturbing and unacceptable. All of us work in the service industry--bartending and food service -- we will be sharing our experience with others in the community and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone

Went here last night after a run. They weren't busy, my husband for the quesadilla and really enjoyed it. We did have pretty slow service from our server... it seemed that high noon seltzers in cans would take forever to get to the table (as opposed to a draft beer!). Our server wasnt very attentive; we kept having to flag her down. The food is food though and they have some pool tables in the back which is nice.

Always an outstanding and delicious menu, efficient staff, superb drink menu, perfect venue! Outdoor ambiance at Distill is perfection! Distill's indoor venue offers many different dining sections, including an oversized bar, pool table area as well as comfy, cozy seat groupings all to fit everyone's preference. Our server, Victoria, was a delight! Distilled is the perfect neighborhood bar to view sporting events, enjoy a happy hour, enjoy a beer or cocktail in a relaxed setting!! Kiddos to GM Allison, and her team, for making Distill our "neighborhood bar" that feels like home.

Matt is the best !!! He is so kind and attentive. Nicole is also wonderful. I love Distill off Charleston.

I went in and was pleased to find my old friends Tavga and Nichole working! Nichole is an asset to every bar she's been at! I didn't eat, so I can't comment on the food, but each location has been pretty consistent. The decor was cool. It made me feel like I was in a cabin in the woods. I will definitely be back to see Nicole!

The manager there is a professional & comes to greet us personally every time. The poke stack is my go to ! I promise you that you wont be disappointed & i am picky with raw anything. Service is fast. Ozzie likes the Mango Cart beer & they are on special during game time.

Come here whenever I am in town visiting. Anna was our waitress and I must say, she was the BEST. Anna is personable, efficient, and such an all around GREAT waitress. Distill is blessed to have an employee like Anna. Great job ANNA !

My friend & I came in here on 02/09/2024 to meet our married friends. We were hungry & wanted a couple of drinks. It didn't take long to get seated. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, we arrived probably around 9pm or so. Our waitress, Christi started out great but then went down hill. She wasn't completely knowledgable about some of the items on the menu & had to go find out, she was nice & friendly though. We sat @ a high top table. Chairs weren't all that comfy. I had ordered Truly to drink & Christi didn't know what flavors they had so I gave her a couple of choices that I would drink when she had to go & find out what they had. My friend got a Mango Cart beer & I tasted it and it was very tasty. I don't drink beer much these days. I got the chicken fingers that were tasty & replaced the fries with onion rings for an extra $1.00 substitution charge. They weren't good @ all. They didn't taste homemade & just were blah. I started off with a cup of chili that was good but the best part was their cornbread patties. OMG to die for!! I had asked Christi if I could order some to go & she had to go and ask someone this. Luckily I was able to and two come in one order so I got two orders that cost me $4.00 total for 4 pieces. We sat for a long time with our dirty plates in front of us after we were done eating. I actually put some of our dirty dishes on the clean table next to us, which I hated to do but I was sick of them being in front of me & in my way. This is were the service went down hill. Like I mentioned Christi started off great, we hadn't waited long for her to come greet us but after we got out food it was like she went home or something? And of course the longer we were here the less busy it was, so its not like there was a bunch of customers in here that she may have been waiting on a table(s) not in view of us. We had no idea what happened to her. Then when we wanted to get our bills we had to wait even longer for them. We were a little bummed how the service started out so great but then went to poop. This won't prevent me from coming back to give this place another try especially so I can get some more cornbread....yum!! The ladies bathroom was freezing cold when my friend & I went to use it. OMG it was like they had the AC on high blast in there and the night we were there it had been raining outside so it wasn't like it was a hot night. I did notice a pool table near us that some people were playing pool @. Not sure what other games they had up in that separate area?

My friend comes to visit two to three times a year and going to Distill is a must! Best bloody Marys and breakfast. Service quick n friendly

Just left your restaurant with no service. Sat there about 8 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were there. 2 Bartenders were behind the bar and 1 server walking around. The restaurant was not busy. I don't know why we try and come here because it's the same result every time. You can remodel all you want, but with terrible service you will not survive. We will not be back! Ever!

The service is impeccable and the drinks and food are exceptional but unless I'm sitting outside, I won't come here again because the cigarette smoke is AWFUL! Truly unbearable. I didn't think smoking was allowed inside anymore, you had to go outside!

Distill - A Local Bar has an outdoor patio that's so lovely and spacious! And I will only dine-in at this area. You'll find them on Charleston and Pavilion, located across from World Famous Chicken & Waffles, and adjacent to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse. There's plenty of parking available. The venue has a marvelous stone arch entrance where the place feels like a hidden escape with all the greenery, trees, and stacked barrels. Inside is a completely different vibe, the entire space feels kind of dark and smokey like Medieval times. They do have ample seating for a table, booth, lounge, and by the bar. There's also an area to play pool. I attended a networking event that was hosted in the outdoor patio and the space feels good, it's bright and inviting, so nice! They have cozy furnishing with comfy seating, and a really cool fireplace. Atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing with good upbeat music, definitely an ideal place to gather for spring and summer. Menu offers a great selection of starters, local favorites, soup and salad, sliders, build-your-own burgers, a variety of sandwiches, entree plates, breakfast, desserts and drinks, they have it all and are open 24 hours. I had Avocado Egg Rolls ($9.95) which are very tasty! It's housemade rolls filled with fresh avocado, sun dried tomatoes, red onions, yummy cream cheese of herbs and spices, served with a zesty tangy sauce, so good! A nice beverage to pair the food with is Grapefruit Juice ($3) which is not too sweet, and the citrus complements beautifully with foods that have cheese. For desserts, they have bread pudding and deep fried oreos. I opted for Chocolate Brownie Sundae ($7.95) which is delightful! It's a huge portion of house baked brownie served with vanilla ice cream and drizzles of chocolate and caramel sauce, yum! Service from Ryan, Amanda, and Olivia is wonderful, attentive, and friendly. The staff members are very kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. Overall, a great place to connect with people, enjoy good food, refreshing drinks, and get to know the locals, I love Vegas!

For a chill neighborhood bar, this place checked all the boxes last night! I went for a Meetup with a pretty large group. I used to go to Distill (mostly Rainbow location) pretty frequently a few years back and stopped mostly in favor of bars with less frequent smoking. Glad to see the vibe is still good here and the smoke wasn't too bad. I remember I used to enjoy their food quite a bit and while I didn't order anything this time, all the food my friends got looked great. The GM came over, introduced himself, and had to corral us a bit because we were inadvertently spilling out into a walkway, but he was friendly about it! Our server was also great, I forgot her name, but she was a young blonde woman and had a tattoo on her forearm. She was very organized and made checks a breeze. Lastly, my drinks. I went with two of their cherry limeade cocktails which used vodka. Super tasty and fruity. Sweet but not overly so. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their drinks as well with no problem getting service. Definitely recommend this place!

Ordered on UberEats and they forgot my toast (ordered the whole meal because I really wanted the toast) which I registered on the app. Then a few days later I try and order again but they canceled my order twice. I called them directly and the lady asked me what I was trying to order and she hung up on me the second I said my order. Called back twice and no answer. Literally what is up with this? Is this really your level of customer service because it seems like it's personal and that is incredibly strange. Adding additional information for you to look into. My original order with missing item was on the 10th at 11:59pm. My attempt to order again was the 13th at 9:44 & 9:47pm. I called location at 9:56pm last night Jan 13th. I would love to continue ordering from your restaurant as I have for many years but what I am sharing here is that for some unknown reason I have been refused service and I am unable to order. The reason I called directly is so I could know how to adjust my order if you were out of something but again was hung up on and calls where then unanswered. I appreciate you looking into this.

I am so glad! We tried this place. The Food was absolutely fantastic! Especially the burger. I had a western bacon cheeseburger and it was one of the best burgers I have ever! Had and that's saying a lot because I'm sort of a burger snob.. lol friend had a Philly and we had mashed potatoe balls, they was both great! friend also had the happy hour lobster roll which was basically two slider rolls with lobster and house made chips for $9 they said it was amazing. We shared a bread pudding and it was very good. But that burger was fantastic I cannot stress enough it had a barbecue type of flavor and I can't wait to go back and try the steak. Place was nice and looked fun inside typical bar venue clean and the service was good. Happy hour is from 2 to 6 PM also this location does not allow children inside, just a heads up. But oh! such a wonderful joint! I think they are open 24 hours

Anna and Lindy are top notch waitresses. Great personalities, very engaging, and good looking to boot. The vibe was real and the food was really good. I highly recommend this Distill for anyone looking to have a good time with great people. Once again, Anna and Lindy, you ladies were wonderful!

I'm not sure how someone sees burnt to a crisp food item and just packs it up and hands it to a customer. My husband ordered the mash potato bites to go and I got burnt food. He unfortunately didn't check the food at all. Couldn't eat most of them. Managed to have 2 pieces before chucking the rest into the trash. Do not recommend this place if this is what type of food they provide

Where to start? It's hard to believe that you can have such a terrible experience in Summerlin. What I should say is NO experience! After spending an amazing night on the strip we came home and decided to check it out for a nightcap. It was about 11 pm on Saturday August 24 at Distill across from Red Rock casino. My husband and I are dressed up in cocktail attire and decide to sit outside on a beautiful night. So seated and relaxing not rushed... server serves table next to us and takes order for other table next to us while ignoring us completely. This happens several times. My honey does the "over here" polite hand wave and she sees us. Walks away. We wait a couple more minutes. She's back and starts a lengthy chat with the table across from us. She leaves. We decide to leave. Looks like college kids are servers. Probably should learn that you shouldn't ignore people who actually tip well. We just wanted a drink. Jeez. Too bad we won't be back it's nicely decorated and has music. My husband wanted to speak to the manager and I told him not to bother...why would that make a difference since clearly things aren't being managed at all. Plus I couldn't take him getting upset at this hour of the night. Guess they have too much business...minus ours!

Wonderful find when we were in town! Brother and I checked out a late dinner and were we happy. The menu has some unique options, such as the Fried Mashed Potato bites. Yum. The burger was handmade and delicious. The inside is large with a lot of seating. We were at the bar. Other guests were clearly enjoying their experience as well. Service was just right with attention and letting us just talk and catch up.

Came here Thursday night with my dad. The food was good but I ended up getting really sick and so did my dad from the salad because that's the only thing we shared. I ended up in the ER sick all day. Just be careful ordering a salad . Service was really good. The burgers was good and the place is cute.. but it sucks that the salad made me really sick for 24 hours . All I ask is throw out the lettuce and get new lettuce or make sure you wash it really good. My dad noticed the salad at the bottom was slimy, so it must of been old but I had already ate mine who salad

The place is spacious with lots of tables in segregated areas. There's a couple of pool tables & bar games on one side. There is also a very nice outdoor dining area as well. On this Friday night, the atmosphere has a typical bar vibe, with customers in their late 20s to 30s, who seem like hardworking folks who want to enjoy a Friday night. I wasn't able to interact with the bartenders, but I'll sit at the bar next time I visit. Our server at our table, Amanda was really friendly. We didn't order any food, but I will next time. For drinks, I ordered the Tanqueray Rose Maritni which was nicely made. Also had a Seattle based brew called Space Dust IPA. It's a cool spot to hang and meet up with friends.

Great place for happy hour, we were staying at Red Rock Casino and wanted to see what the neighborhood had. What a pleasant surprise! The service was great. Food and drinks were delicious

Distill really surprised me with how great the ambience, the cleanliness and overall how great our experience was. Stopped in at around 11 last night, and were able to snag some seats at the bar top, where Matt took care of us. He continuously circled around and asked if we needed anything multiple times throughout the night. He even bought my group a round, which was super nice of him! We eventually moved to a table and we were able to talk without the music or other people around us being too loud. Usually, when we go out to bars, it's a struggle to find a place quiet enough to talk. They also have a huge selection of seating options. We played pool for awhile and had a great time! At this point the bar started to get packed, which was awesome to see on a Monday night. Distill is definitely a better bar experience compared to a lot of local bars in town, the inside is extremely nice and decorated and every spot in the bar/ restaurant was really clean too. Excited to visit again!

The food was good. The ambiance is solid. The pricing doesn't make sense in a lot of ways. $8 for a small draft beer at a "locals" bar? That's a bit much, folks. Summerlin pricing, I guess.

21+over establishment!! (No kids allowed). Local lively bar with high ceilings. Happy Hour Daily: 2pm-6pm, or reverse HH 2am-6am with $3-$5 drinks, and $4-$8 food. Demographics is a mix but she wise seems to be 20s-mid 40s. Smoking allowed. Only 1 young person smoking cigarettes on a Wednesday 10pm. I said young, because it's surprising to me if I ever see someone under 40s smoking a cigarette when most have converted or even tricked to vaping. Seating: Booths viewing the bar, cozy couch area, back pool area with booth seating to watch sport games. Wayyy better than expected vs their other location with no windows, no food, and horrible condition. Happy Hour Daily: 2pm-6pm, 2am-6am. $5 cocktails, $4 spirits, $5 wine, $3+ beer. $4 fried artichoke, $5 kettle chips, $6 tots or p&j, $7 biscuits or wings, $8 lobster rolls. We came for a non-happy hour time for a late night snack and drink. Between cheeseburger slides and BLT, was recommended the BLT. We ordered a $11.95 BLT which included a huge side salad!! Additional $1 more, and we ordered onion rings! What a deal! $10 cocktails - Skeleton Key: Is like a Kentucky mule. Tasty. - Old Fashioned: Better than expected for a local non-mixologist bar. Better than dive bar quality, which most ppl know never to order a drink with more than the 2 ingredients. Came on a Thursday 9amish and the place was lively compare to most bars. Ppl playing pool/billard, with the bar with poker video actually almost all taken up, with 40% of the inner circle of dining seating taken up. Activities: 1 pool table, 1 touch tunes, bar video poker. Ask for Tyler!! He'll make sure your drink is on par if not just strong! And your custom orders are done right. Tyler's tips: + Cocktails can vary per bartender. But he'll make sure it's at least decent, or strong. And between which food is better at this establishment. + Happy Hour and 2am actually has a good crowd. If we come back, it'll be lively but still be able to find a seat.

Eh this place is either going down hill or just caught on a very slow afternoon. Boyfriend and I were 2 of 15 people in the building. The waitress took a bit before getting to us but whatever, she was the only one working it seemed other than the bartender, no big deal. Honestly it was the food that went downhill, so bland. BLT nothing special. The pretzel bites are still good. Caesar salad was okay. Taquitos has an interesting spin on them, looked like mini egg rolls, tasted fine, nothing special. The "lobster roll" haha laughable. It's mostly crab meat, not going to fool two east coasters, sorry. Way too much breading on the onion rings and on the fish and chips. I dont know was just a disappointment from previous visit, I don't mind over paying for food if it's worth it, in this case it was not. Edible yes, tastw just meh.

Don't support Trump if you want to go here! They kicked out another customer for simply having Trump items (they just got back from the rally). She wasn't doing anything but talking to other who asked about the rally and they kicked her out and told her never to return. Horrible!!!!!!

Poor and rude service for anyone not gambling. You'll wait forever to be acknowledged in an empty bar, told where you can sit, and generally treated with attitude unless you're feeding their machines your wallet. Avoid for lunch.

I have yet to visit a distill location that was bad. They are ALL so good! I love the atmosphere and the food is very good for a bar. It's really pleasant! It is also really great how late they are open and they are popping up everywhere. Keep it up Distill! Your menu is great and your locations are terrific.

Came to vagas to see my daughter she wanted to go to Distill. Food seemed good but we both got real sick. She was so sick she had to go to the emergency room and get an IV and some pian killers. The only thing we ate the same was the salad. Beware of the food please they must not disregard food that is old.

Awesome freaking time.... Absolutely love our waitress... Amanda... takes great care of us and is always on top of everything... can't ask for better service and food is top notch... delicious...

1st time trying this place ever and it was such a disappointment. The place is beautiful and the ambiance is amazing however the food and service is not what I expected. Ordered the fried artichokes and they were so burned that we barely could eat them. Couldn't say anything because our waitress was not tentative to the tables at all. She only stood around and talked to other employees and neglected her tables ***tip gone*** she received advice as a tip on the check on what not to do next time Ordered a Cuban and it was gross. Taste was very off and I was charged for mayo which was supposed to come with it but was charged extra. Had sweet potato fries with it and they were burned to a crisp so this meal was inedible but yet still can't say anything because poof waitress was always gone. Very disappointed in the food and experience

It's 24/7, good service, good food, good choice of drinks so it deserves a visit! We needed a late night spot and stumbled across Distill. Love the name and their line "A Local Bar" - who doesn't love supporting local. My only caution is that it was a bit smoky by the bar so we moved to the dining room area. But I suppose for late night spot in Vegas, it may be hard to find a place that wasn't so smoky? My old-fashioned and Ahi Tuna stack was a perfect snack! My partner enjoyed the BLT and tots alongside the Blue Moon pint + (very generous pour)!

Cynthia is the best!!!!! You need to have her serve you!!! It's pretty chill in here on a Saturday night. We were looking to eat at yard house but they had a 55 minute wait so we went over here and sat immediately. We got the mashed potato balls and I have to say that these are absolutely a must have when you come. Be careful because they are molten inside because they are served to you fresh so maybe cut one of them open with a knife to make sure you're not going to burn your mouth. It served with a Chipotle mayo type of sauce and ranch. They have a decent selection of beer/draft, wine, and cocktails. It's always been a good experience at any of the Distill locations.

This is my place to go for great drinks and appetizers. The service is always great and the ambiance is always fun. I haven't played at their pool table but it's always taken. The music is great especially when you can skip over someone else's bad selection.

The service was amazing, my servers name was anna. She continuously checked and made sure we were loving our drinks and food. She was sweet and personable. the food was so good, I got the steak and it was cooked perfectly. The environment was friendly and inviting. Definitely coming back

Distill is located in the Olive Garden parking lot. They have plenty of parking, outdoor seating and no reservation needed. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was really nice, came over fast and gave us beer recommendations. We ordered a pitcher and placed our order. For the appetizer, we ordered the Mashed Potato Bites (Creamy house-made mashed potato balls filled with cheddar, pepper jack and parmesan cheeses and a blend of spices lightly breaded and fried crisp. Served with chipotle sour cream and ranch). OMG, of you like potatoes, order these. They are amazing. The BF ordered the BBQ Brisket Grilled Cheese (Texas toast grilled cheese with cheddar cheese, smoked brisket and BBQ sauce) and I wanted a grilled cheese with jalapeño jack and tots. They made it no problem and it was so good. The food came out fast and was everything it should be. We loved everything and the server suggested we try the Confetti Deep Fried Oreos (Oreos dipped in our house made confetti cake batter, deep-fried golden brown to perfection served with chocolate sauce, caramel and ice cream). Yes please, it was probably 10,000 calories but totally worth it. We will definitely be back to Distill. They have lots of menu items (something for everyone).

I came in this past weekend and just got some drinks on the patio. Our server Anna recommend the watermelon margarita and it was amazing! The patio has a good atmosphere. Will be coming again!

This is truly a local bar. They have a favorable reward program and fair prices. The menu doesn't have anything specifically vegan, but the staff worked to get creative....they do have gardenia alternative chicken protein. They were able to sub in the Gardena and omit the cheese to make me a killer salad. Nice big 25oz frosty mug with beer in it is such a good feeling. Staff is super friendly, Waitress affirmed she is the facilitator of bad decisions as she brought me my blue moon.

I honestly used to think this bar was my favorite place. However I just came here and have been treated really rude along with some friends. I inquired about a bartender that I used to be a regular for, when I came here more often (I moved out of state) and was called a stalker. If you come here make sure you are not served by lyndiana. She was very unprofessional and I don't want to come back if she's going to serve here.
