Distill - A Local Bar

Came in on a whim after doing a little shopping nearby. It was around 9 am, and I thought they were closed when I walked in since everything was dark, and there was a guy mopping the floor. But, they were open, and the waitress had me seated. She was very attentive and friendly, and I got my order in fairly quickly. I wanted to try a bunch of stuff, and I got the Appetizer Platter and the Smashed Animal Cheeseburger. The platter had onion rings, chicken tenders, sliders, and these deep fried balls of some kind. The burger was cooked as specified, and I got steak fries as my side (you can get the daily soup, a salad, or a type of fries). The meal was great - the burger was juicy, and all the apps and sides were crunchy and flavorful. I'd definitely come back to try other things if I'm ever in the area again.

I really wasn't expecting much since this was a business trip and my colleague told me about this place for the food I got which I ordered the Jalepeno Popper Burger and a Margarita surprisingly pretty affordable if you dont get the margarita the burger was only about $15 which honestly these days ain't that bad. The service was phenomenal Victoria was great. If I lived in the area I'd definitely come back. It was definitely moderately loud, but then again it is a bar style restaurant, they were prepping for an event.

Had lunch at Distill - A Local Bar and it seriously hit the spot. Tried the pulled pork sliders with sweet potato fries—so good! The pork was juicy and flavorful, and those fries were crispy and just the right kind of sweet. Washed it down with a margarita (because, why not?) and it was chef’s kiss — super refreshing without being too sweet. Chill vibe, great food, solid drinks. Definitely coming back.

I paid $74 and got this delivered just now. You gotta be kidding me!!!!!! $20 for the Tuna tartar and no avocado or sauce or wonton chips!!!!! Just some raw tuna. It was supposed to be a tuna tower! Soggy hash browns, overcooked scrambled eggs, missed half the bacon I paid extra for, missed half the bread but gave me butter (thanks Iike are you serious?!) Unbelievably incompetent people making the food there!

I've come in here twice or three times a week for the entire year. I order the exact same breakfast which is ~$10, and tip $5-10 every single time as a courtesy because I want to support the waitstaff. I hope that this is somehow a misunderstanding, but when I walked in today, I was greeted by (the usually friendly, who I happen to think is a nice person) female bartender who starts loudly stating to the entire bar that I walked out on my previous check (I have tipped this same bartender 50-100% - or $5 to $10 dollars on my order, at least 20 times this year). I do not drink. I am completely confused by this, as I would never do so intentionally - she tells me that she will not serve me. She tells me that I essentially stole the food - I ask if I can pay, because if I somehow did so, then it was unintentional. I have very high-functioning Asperger's, and honor/truth is incredibly important to me. The bartender would not allow me to, so I then go pay for a breakfast order with a server. But tell them not to make it (I cannot stand the idea that someone states I did not pay). The female bartender who greeted me angrily told everyone I did not tip her, so I go take cash out of an ATM, and come back with $100, a short note that says Merry Christmas, and tell her I am deeply sorry if somehow this happened. I slide the $100 over to her, and she literally throws it back at me - and loudly tells everyone again that I did not tip her previously. She responds by saying that she is going to call the cops if I do not leave, and she does not want my tip. This bothers me, because I have had 100 nice interactions with her all year, and this feels like a personal vendetta. I am absolutely dumbfounded that this bartender would not give me the benefit of the doubt on this situation (if it happened like she claims), with loud attacks on my character, when I have tipped her and other staff members 50-100% on every order the entire year. (I have probably eaten here over 100 times this year.)

This place is very smokey and the food and drink prices are expensive. I came here for happy hour and got four wings for $8 Two sliders and fries for $12. Happy hour beers of coors or budlight. I guess I was expecting to get a better deal on happy hour. Unfortunately, even though this location is almost walking distance, I will not be back

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty dead. Most people sit at the bar, smoke, and gamble. We took a table and while the service was super slow at first, the waitress ended up being great. The food was SO good and big portions. The drink was $12 and maybe too sweet, but okay. Highly recommend the smash burger and moco loco. I did think it was a bit petty to charge extra $ for some mayonnaise- it’s a condiment?? 21+ only, even for the restaurant

Anna Banana was the most amazing server I’ve ever had. I’ve been in the industry for 40 years never had a server who was so on top of a 25+ person party. she’s on the spot, friendly, lovable, and I would come here a million more times just for her to be my server. Thank you!

This was our first time coming and wow! Gained 2 customers! You walk in and it is so clean and the lighting is perfect. The outside patio seating is really cool and they even have fireplaces. Their micheladas are amazing, and Victoria took great care of us. She has a great attitude, checks in often, and makes sure you have everything you need. The biscuits and gravy are a must-try. The biscuits are buttery, crispy, and you get a generous portion (three biscuits, halved). Plenty of gravy, and you can even ask for extra. My husband ordered the country fried steak and he was impressed. The portion is huge, you can add extra eggs, and he even said it's better than Cracker Barrel's... which is saying something. I ordered the sweet & spicy chicken sliders and they were so good. The spicy honey on top, plus the slaw balanced everything out perfectly. I upgraded my side salad to a Caesar, totally worth it. I decided on tots and got them animal style... they were bigger and better than expected. Overall, delicious food, great service, and definitely worth coming back. Highly recommend!

Distill looked promising from the outside, but inside it felt a little dated. Luckily, it was a perfect day and the open patio doors gave the place a breezy, inviting feel. The bar is impressive in size, and had an open two level setup with patio seating. Unfortunately, it was completely undermined by being badly understaffed. We sat ourselves near the bar and watched as a group that arrived after us got served first. Just as we were about to leave, our server finally appeared. To her credit, she was a rockstar, but there was no way she could reasonably keep up with the number of patrons. The food was carelessly plated but still tasted good. The drink menu had solid options, though waiting an additional ten minutes for a beer tested my patience. Video poker appeared to line all the bar seats, but the bar was packed so I did not get a closer look. Overall, this visit fell short in too many areas. I will give them another chance, but round one was not impressive.

My husband and I love coming here. We've had the pleasure of being in Anna's section outside. She's the best! We've had her twice. The first time she was super friendly, asked us appropriate, personal questions that way we could all talk and have fun other, she was super attentive, and she never let my water go empty--without me asking for more (that's a big deal for me when I go out). This second time, last night, we met up with friends and she was serving our section again. I was super happy and she seemed happy to see me too! She remembered our convo about Love Island (shoutout to Hannah Banana!). I was feeling nauseous and she brought me ginger ale because she figured that would help. It's the thoughtfulness for me. It's the sweet girl for me! Anyway, love her vibes. She takes care of us by cultivating a fun environment and good time. It's hard to find good servers at bars, and this Distill location is super blessed to have this woman!

We just had 1/2 a Smash Burger and half a Rueben at our Favorite place to go before and after we go shopping Distilled on Charleston WE had a NEW fantastic Waitress Noe! Happy Holiday's Noe! We enjoyed our lunch with you .

Was not a great experience as I work in the industry myself as a bartender & server so I see both sides... walked in the bar was full it was football Monday. My wife found a machine but since it was busy I sat in the chairs behind her. I got a drink from the bar since my Wife was already sitting there, but while sitting in the chairs I was asked if I needed a drink or wanted a menu. I declined as we were waiting for friends. About 6:30p lastnight I got us a table & 3 servers passed me didn't say a word even though my Shirley temple glass was empty. 6:45p comes around still haven't been talked to but been passed 5 or 6 times more since sitting at the tables. Our friends arrived at 7:00pm it was just 4 of us we sat at the tables waiting for my wife to leave the bar area and again 7:15 rolls by and nobody still has taken the time to talk to me/or us. I had to get another Shirley from the bar before my Wife cashed out which is crazy... as the restaurant party itself wasn't busy and other tables were being tended to. 7:30pm now and finally a girl brings 1 menu for us to look at, then 10 mins later a girl with glasses comes over asks us about beer & we order 3 beers in total and a new Shirley temple. Then she circles around we order food. Granted no waters were brought or offered but our extra plates and silverware were brought. Then our food starts coming & we still haven't even received our first beers. 3/4 of us ordered food and all had our food, we took our first bite & then our first round of beers showed up and mind you 2 bartenders & the bar was no longer crazy. We continued to eat but weren't checked on again. We finish our waitress grabs some but not all of our empty plates but does not ask about fresh beers or drinks even though 2/3 beers were clearly empty 1 had 1 sip and my Shirley was gone. We waited so long with empty drinks I got up and went to the bar then magically our server appears just to let us know we can't open a tab up with the bar. Like at this point is this a joke you don't come around to offer drinks but can appear to tell us we can't order from the bar even though our drinks have been empty... I offered us another round but we could tell she was frustrated with us like it's our fault??? Then we get our bill & while the bill itself wasn't bad the service itself we will never be back, so disappointed as this was our first time.

Looks nice, horrible service, in my experience it was the worst service from the workers in any place I've been since I've lived in Vegas.

Admittedly my first time here was tragically, tragically awful. I did decide, however to give this place a second, third, fourth, fifth chance and I am glad I did. I do love the outside area with the Moroccan lanterns and chimeras and the little cloisters of seating areas. The food has also improved immensely of course I do stay away from everything I had the first time around. I came here with a group of people and we had Anna as a server-she was great.

Our Thanksgiving could not have been more delicious than the 3 holiday dinners we orders from Distill! The turkey dark and white meat was melt in our mouth,the colored sautéed carrots was wonderful touch to amazing turkey dinner. I'm not a bi fan of pumpkin pie but this pie was light and creamy not heavy like store bought pie! We had soup or slawith the meal and dessert $19 is very reasonable and highly recommend Distill as 5 star place! Come and enjoy

I'm not going to give this location any more business. Their customer service is horrible. On multiple occasions I've come to pick up orders and I'm never greeted by waitresses or bartender. I have to go out of my way to get their attention. Then I get attitude and rudeness from the waitress today. It's truly a shame because their food is always a hit but their customer service ruins it for this location.

Always an outstanding and delicious menu, efficient staff, superb drink menu, perfect venue! Outdoor ambiance at Distill is perfection! Distill's indoor venue offers many different dining sections, including an oversized bar, pool table area as well as comfy, cozy seat groupings all to fit everyone's preference. Our server, Victoria, was a delight! Distilled is the perfect neighborhood bar to view sporting events, enjoy a happy hour, enjoy a beer or cocktail in a relaxed setting!! Kiddos to GM Allison, and her team, for making Distill our "neighborhood bar" that feels like home.

Nile is extremely efficient for being the only bartender on the floor at 215 am. I came in for coffee and breakfast before work and even with a full bar managed to get to me almost immediately. He acknowledged my presence which is uncommon in food service these days for some reason. I ordered the moco loco which was very good. Could've used some more gravy on it but other than that it was made to order. Outdoor patio environment is the way to go early in the morning.

My fiance got the chicken scallopini and loved it!! Bruce the bartender was very good at what he does! We will be back because of the great service and food (-: good happy hour too

I love this place everytime i come here everyone is so kind my favorite server is anna she's so attentive and makes sure everyone is having a good time. Went here last night after a run. They weren't busy, my husband for the quesadilla and really enjoyed it. We did have pretty slow service from our server... it seemed that high noon seltzers in cans would take forever to get to the table (as opposed to a draft beer!). Our server wasnt very attentive; we kept having to flag her down. The food is food though and they have some pool tables in the back which is nice.

We usually always eat here since it's a mile away from our house and we really like the food here. I usually order the chicken tenders for my daughter and she received over cooked chicken tenders. I tried it and they were so hard to eat. Service can be good when the workers don't have attitude.

We visited the bar on the night of 6/29 at around 2:30 AM and were immediately met with hostility from the bartender. Instead of providing service, he chose to mock us openly in front of other patrons--who appeared to be his friends--creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment. Our group initially arrived as a party of four and was soon joined by friends, totaling ten people, all of whom were ordering both food and drinks. As each person arrived, they independently asked if anyone else had experienced the same rude behavior from the bartender, which clearly indicates a consistent issue. Most concerning was his treatment of our 21-year-old sister. Watching a grown man attempt to publicly humiliate her in front of others was disturbing and unacceptable. All of us work in the service industry--bartending and food service -- we will be sharing our experience with others in the community and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone

The manager there is a professional & comes to greet us personally every time. The poke stack is my go to ! I promise you that you wont be disappointed & i am picky with raw anything. Service is fast. Ozzie likes the Mango Cart beer & they are on special during game time.

My friend & I came in here on 02/09/2024 to meet our married friends. We were hungry & wanted a couple of drinks. It didn't take long to get seated. It wasn't very busy for a Friday night, we arrived probably around 9pm or so. Our waitress, Christi started out great but then went down hill. She wasn't completely knowledgable about some of the items on the menu & had to go find out, she was nice & friendly though. We sat @ a high top table. Chairs weren't all that comfy. I had ordered Truly to drink & Christi didn't know what flavors they had so I gave her a couple of choices that I would drink when she had to go & find out what they had. My friend got a Mango Cart beer & I tasted it and it was very tasty. I don't drink beer much these days. I got the chicken fingers that were tasty & replaced the fries with onion rings for an extra $1.00 substitution charge. They weren't good @ all. They didn't taste homemade & just were blah. I started off with a cup of chili that was good but the best part was their cornbread patties. OMG to die for!! I had asked Christi if I could order some to go & she had to go and ask someone this. Luckily I was able to and two come in one order so I got two orders that cost me $4.00 total for 4 pieces. We sat for a long time with our dirty plates in front of us after we were done eating. I actually put some of our dirty dishes on the clean table next to us, which I hated to do but I was sick of them being in front of me & in my way. This is were the service went down hill. Like I mentioned Christi started off great, we hadn't waited long for her to come greet us but after we got out food it was like she went home or something? And of course the longer we were here the less busy it was, so its not like there was a bunch of customers in here that she may have been waiting on a table(s) not in view of us. We had no idea what happened to her. Then when we wanted to get our bills we had to wait even longer for them. We were a little bummed how the service started out so great but then went to poop. This won't prevent me from coming back to give this place another try especially so I can get some more cornbread....yum!! The ladies bathroom was freezing cold when my friend & I went to use it. OMG it was like they had the AC on high blast in there and the night we were there it had been raining outside so it wasn't like it was a hot night. I did notice a pool table near us that some people were playing pool @. Not sure what other games they had up in that separate area?

Solid local bar. Friendly service, good place to grab a drink and hang out. It was our first time stopping in and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Come here whenever I am in town visiting. Anna was our waitress and I must say, she was the BEST. Anna is personable, efficient, and such an all around GREAT waitress. Distill is blessed to have an employee like Anna. Great job ANNA !

Just left your restaurant with no service. Sat there about 8 minutes with no acknowledgement that we were there. 2 Bartenders were behind the bar and 1 server walking around. The restaurant was not busy. I don't know why we try and come here because it's the same result every time. You can remodel all you want, but with terrible service you will not survive. We will not be back! Ever!

My friend comes to visit two to three times a year and going to Distill is a must! Best bloody Marys and breakfast. Service quick n friendly

My husband and I just absolutely adore Anna! Absolutely the best service I've ever had from any bartender or waitress, she was so kind and made us feel so at home when we got in from our flight to town. She's absolutely the nicest most attentive and wonderful soul. I'm grateful to have had her service! She also gave us updates on the food as it came out and poured me some great drinks.

Distill - A Local Bar has an outdoor patio that's so lovely and spacious! And I will only dine-in at this area. You'll find them on Charleston and Pavilion, located across from World Famous Chicken & Waffles, and adjacent to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse. There's plenty of parking available. The venue has a marvelous stone arch entrance where the place feels like a hidden escape with all the greenery, trees, and stacked barrels. Inside is a completely different vibe, the entire space feels kind of dark and smokey like Medieval times. They do have ample seating for a table, booth, lounge, and by the bar. There's also an area to play pool. I attended a networking event that was hosted in the outdoor patio and the space feels good, it's bright and inviting, so nice! They have cozy furnishing with comfy seating, and a really cool fireplace. Atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing with good upbeat music, definitely an ideal place to gather for spring and summer. Menu offers a great selection of starters, local favorites, soup and salad, sliders, build-your-own burgers, a variety of sandwiches, entree plates, breakfast, desserts and drinks, they have it all and are open 24 hours. I had Avocado Egg Rolls ($9.95) which are very tasty! It's housemade rolls filled with fresh avocado, sun dried tomatoes, red onions, yummy cream cheese of herbs and spices, served with a zesty tangy sauce, so good! A nice beverage to pair the food with is Grapefruit Juice ($3) which is not too sweet, and the citrus complements beautifully with foods that have cheese. For desserts, they have bread pudding and deep fried oreos. I opted for Chocolate Brownie Sundae ($7.95) which is delightful! It's a huge portion of house baked brownie served with vanilla ice cream and drizzles of chocolate and caramel sauce, yum! Service from Ryan, Amanda, and Olivia is wonderful, attentive, and friendly. The staff members are very kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing. Overall, a great place to connect with people, enjoy good food, refreshing drinks, and get to know the locals, I love Vegas!

For a chill neighborhood bar, this place checked all the boxes last night! I went for a Meetup with a pretty large group. I used to go to Distill (mostly Rainbow location) pretty frequently a few years back and stopped mostly in favor of bars with less frequent smoking. Glad to see the vibe is still good here and the smoke wasn't too bad. I remember I used to enjoy their food quite a bit and while I didn't order anything this time, all the food my friends got looked great. The GM came over, introduced himself, and had to corral us a bit because we were inadvertently spilling out into a walkway, but he was friendly about it! Our server was also great, I forgot her name, but she was a young blonde woman and had a tattoo on her forearm. She was very organized and made checks a breeze. Lastly, my drinks. I went with two of their cherry limeade cocktails which used vodka. Super tasty and fruity. Sweet but not overly so. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their drinks as well with no problem getting service. Definitely recommend this place!

Ordered on UberEats and they forgot my toast (ordered the whole meal because I really wanted the toast) which I registered on the app. Then a few days later I try and order again but they canceled my order twice. I called them directly and the lady asked me what I was trying to order and she hung up on me the second I said my order. Called back twice and no answer. Literally what is up with this? Is this really your level of customer service because it seems like it's personal and that is incredibly strange. Adding additional information for you to look into. My original order with missing item was on the 10th at 11:59pm. My attempt to order again was the 13th at 9:44 & 9:47pm. I called location at 9:56pm last night Jan 13th. I would love to continue ordering from your restaurant as I have for many years but what I am sharing here is that for some unknown reason I have been refused service and I am unable to order. The reason I called directly is so I could know how to adjust my order if you were out of something but again was hung up on and calls where then unanswered. I appreciate you looking into this.

AMAZING. 2 pool tables that you could eat off of - they are made in America and incredibly tight. Service was outstanding. Definitely a local spot that I'll return to to.e and time again. If you are new to Vegas (SummerLin), this might just be your local watering hole. Didnt get a chance to try out the food, but only because it was uber late, but everyone was raving about it. I'll circle back for certain. 10 's because it was recommended to me by locals and I'm new to town. Cannot wait to return - I should have taken photos, but I was having to much fun! Lastly, I didn't get over-served, but when I was leaving the awesome young lady made sure I had a bottled water that was ice . Drank it religiously on the way home such that I am up early and feel like a million dollars (okay 1/2 a mil (I'm old)) this morning. Top Shelf indeed...

Distill is great. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is exactly what you want in a neighborhood bar. Abby the assistant manager is also great-- the kind of person every good bar needs. Distill has always been a place I keep coming back to -- for the drinks, good food, and even better treatment. Never disappoints

I am so glad! We tried this place. The Food was absolutely fantastic! Especially the burger. I had a western bacon cheeseburger and it was one of the best burgers I have ever! Had and that's saying a lot because I'm sort of a burger snob.. lol friend had a Philly and we had mashed potatoe balls, they was both great! friend also had the happy hour lobster roll which was basically two slider rolls with lobster and house made chips for $9 they said it was amazing. We shared a bread pudding and it was very good. But that burger was fantastic I cannot stress enough it had a barbecue type of flavor and I can't wait to go back and try the steak. Place was nice and looked fun inside typical bar venue clean and the service was good. Happy hour is from 2 to 6 PM also this location does not allow children inside, just a heads up. But oh! such a wonderful joint! I think they are open 24 hours

The service is impeccable and the drinks and food are exceptional but unless I'm sitting outside, I won't come here again because the cigarette smoke is AWFUL! Truly unbearable. I didn't think smoking was allowed inside anymore, you had to go outside!

The place is spacious with lots of tables in segregated areas. There's a couple of pool tables & bar games on one side. There is also a very nice outdoor dining area as well. On this Friday night, the atmosphere has a typical bar vibe, with customers in their late 20s to 30s, who seem like hardworking folks who want to enjoy a Friday night. I wasn't able to interact with the bartenders, but I'll sit at the bar next time I visit. Our server at our table, Amanda was really friendly. We didn't order any food, but I will next time. For drinks, I ordered the Tanqueray Rose Maritni which was nicely made. Also had a Seattle based brew called Space Dust IPA. It's a cool spot to hang and meet up with friends.

I'm not sure how someone sees burnt to a crisp food item and just packs it up and hands it to a customer. My husband ordered the mash potato bites to go and I got burnt food. He unfortunately didn't check the food at all. Couldn't eat most of them. Managed to have 2 pieces before chucking the rest into the trash. Do not recommend this place if this is what type of food they provide

Where to start? It's hard to believe that you can have such a terrible experience in Summerlin. What I should say is NO experience! After spending an amazing night on the strip we came home and decided to check it out for a nightcap. It was about 11 pm on Saturday August 24 at Distill across from Red Rock casino. My husband and I are dressed up in cocktail attire and decide to sit outside on a beautiful night. So seated and relaxing not rushed... server serves table next to us and takes order for other table next to us while ignoring us completely. This happens several times. My honey does the "over here" polite hand wave and she sees us. Walks away. We wait a couple more minutes. She's back and starts a lengthy chat with the table across from us. She leaves. We decide to leave. Looks like college kids are servers. Probably should learn that you shouldn't ignore people who actually tip well. We just wanted a drink. Jeez. Too bad we won't be back it's nicely decorated and has music. My husband wanted to speak to the manager and I told him not to bother...why would that make a difference since clearly things aren't being managed at all. Plus I couldn't take him getting upset at this hour of the night. Guess they have too much business...minus ours!

Distill really surprised me with how great the ambience, the cleanliness and overall how great our experience was. Stopped in at around 11 last night, and were able to snag some seats at the bar top, where Matt took care of us. He continuously circled around and asked if we needed anything multiple times throughout the night. He even bought my group a round, which was super nice of him! We eventually moved to a table and we were able to talk without the music or other people around us being too loud. Usually, when we go out to bars, it's a struggle to find a place quiet enough to talk. They also have a huge selection of seating options. We played pool for awhile and had a great time! At this point the bar started to get packed, which was awesome to see on a Monday night. Distill is definitely a better bar experience compared to a lot of local bars in town, the inside is extremely nice and decorated and every spot in the bar/ restaurant was really clean too. Excited to visit again!

Wonderful find when we were in town! Brother and I checked out a late dinner and were we happy. The menu has some unique options, such as the Fried Mashed Potato bites. Yum. The burger was handmade and delicious. The inside is large with a lot of seating. We were at the bar. Other guests were clearly enjoying their experience as well. Service was just right with attention and letting us just talk and catch up.

Came here Thursday night with my dad. The food was good but I ended up getting really sick and so did my dad from the salad because that's the only thing we shared. I ended up in the ER sick all day. Just be careful ordering a salad . Service was really good. The burgers was good and the place is cute.. but it sucks that the salad made me really sick for 24 hours . All I ask is throw out the lettuce and get new lettuce or make sure you wash it really good. 21+over establishment!! (No kids allowed). Local lively bar with high ceilings. Happy Hour Daily: 2pm-6pm, or reverse HH 2am-6am with $3-$5 drinks, and $4-$8 food. Demographics is a mix but she wise seems to be 20s-mid 40s. Smoking allowed. Only 1 young person smoking cigarettes on a Wednesday 10pm. I said young, because it's surprising to me if I ever see someone under 40s smoking a cigarette when most have converted or even tricked to vaping. Seating: Booths viewing the bar, cozy couch area, back pool area with booth seating to watch sport games. Wayyy better than expected vs their other location with no windows, no food, and horrible condition. Happy Hour Daily: 2pm-6pm, 2am-6am. $5 cocktails, $4 spirits, $5 wine, $3+ beer. $4 fried artichoke, $5 kettle chips, $6 tots or p&j, $7 biscuits or wings, $8 lobster rolls. We came for a non-happy hour time for a late night snack and drink. Between cheeseburger slides and BLT, was recommended the BLT. We ordered a $11.95 BLT which included a huge side salad!! Additional $1 more, and we ordered onion rings! What a deal! $10 cocktails - Skeleton Key: Is like a Kentucky mule. Tasty. - Old Fashioned: Better than expected for a local non-mixologist bar. Better than dive bar quality, which most ppl know never to order a drink with more than the 2 ingredients. Came on a Thursday 9amish and the place was lively compare to most bars. Ppl playing pool/billard, with the bar with poker video actually almost all taken up, with 40% of the inner circle of dining seating taken up. Activities: 1 pool table, 1 touch tunes, bar video poker. Ask for Tyler!! He'll make sure your drink is on par if not just strong! And your custom orders are done right. Tyler's tips: + Cocktails can vary per bartender. But he'll make sure it's at least decent, or strong. And between which food is better at this establishment. + Happy Hour and 2am actually has a good crowd. If we come back, it'll be lively but still be able to find a seat.

The food was great. Anna was very attentive and quick with service. overall Quality of everything is the reason I keep coming back here.

Eh this place is either going down hill or just caught on a very slow afternoon. Boyfriend and I were 2 of 15 people in the building. The waitress took a bit before getting to us but whatever, she was the only one working it seemed other than the bartender, no big deal. Honestly it was the food that went downhill, so bland. BLT nothing special. The pretzel bites are still good. Caesar salad was okay. Taquitos has an interesting spin on them, looked like mini egg rolls, tasted fine, nothing special. The "lobster roll" haha laughable. It's mostly crab meat, not going to fool two east coasters, sorry. Way too much breading on the onion rings and on the fish and chips. I dont know was just a disappointment from previous visit, I don't mind over paying for food if it's worth it, in this case it was not. Edible yes, tastw just meh.

Great place for a relaxing drink or a fun night out. Have always had great service and experiences. The staff does a good job making sure you're taken care of. Had great interactions with management. The assistant manager goes above and beyond. Overall 10/10

Always a go to bar for us. Great service, food is fresh and yummy. We love to play pool and the staff is always so nice, great ambiance!

Great experience here, came here with my family and Anna was our server she was so friendly and happy to answer all of our questions as she was super knowledgeable about all food and drinks. We stayed for a few hours and Anna was always checking on us and making sure everything was perfect! Coming back soon!

I've always had a great experience at Distill. The staff is friendly, attentive, and really makes you feel welcome. A special shoutout to Anna--she's hands-down my favorite server. She's always upbeat, remembers my usual, and brings such a positive energy to the place. The atmosphere is relaxed, and it's clear they care about providing great service. Definitely one of my favorite local spots.
