Distill - A Local Bar

The best bar in town. The ambiance is so inviting and welcoming. The atmosphere is very relaxed, perfect to hang out with friends and family. Especially, now since they have remodeled the entire bar. They have two sections of the bar : smoking area and non smoking area. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have taken such a great care of us and every single customer in the restaurant, that we rarely see that GREAT customer service. Jason - the managing partner has been absolutely phenomenal that we would come back just because of his excellent customer service. The food tasted very fresh and tender, hands down THE BEST bar food that we have ever had. The menu is not too big but definitely not too small either. We had for starters: Crispy Fried Calamari straws ( perfect crunch, not chewy at all) and Pig Candy ( must have) . For the mains we had: Crispy Pork Schnitzel ( very fresh hoagie and fried pork ) and Backyard Beer Can Chicken ( perfectly cooked and delicious) . For dessert we had Distill’s Bread Pudding ( definitely a must try, so yummy 😋). We would definitely recommend this place to everyone and we will be back! Every single bar should have a set up like this !

First time here... friendly and prompt staff. I had the pinks cocktail with pink lemon aid vodka.. one word "marvelous " we had the appetizers tapas style and all was quite good. Way above common bar fryer food. We can't wait to eat through the menu here!! I'll post as we do. Easily earned #nofeardining hastag.

We hadn’t been here in quite a while since it was a Putters and I don’t care for those. Once we found out it was being changed from Putters to Distill we made sure to make it a point to come here and check it out. We were super happy to see Brooke here. She’s is one of the most personable servers/bartenders you will ever come across. The atmosphere here is great. They offer plenty of seating, a great menu, big beer selection and plenty of tv’s for us sports fans. If your ever in the neighborhood then you should check it out. Ask for Brooke, Joy or Sierra. They will def take care of you.

I’ve ate here back in December and the food was good. Ordered last night to take good home and got home and the chicken was completely under cooked. I had one piece and told the girl at the bar that they may want to check out but I still got under cooked “colossal chicken wings”. On top of that they were not wings but 1 wings and 2 drums. Not good. Now have to throw this out. I put it in a plate and thought if I microwaved it it would help, but now. I are the skin and that was as far as I could go. You can see the rawness and tendons.

I didn't come here for a long time... mainly because of the team they used to flag (Go Bucks!), and the atmosphere, but the new crew is the FIRE 🔥! Thank you Jade, Jazzy, and Makenna!! The Vibe was PERFECT, and that's what is important. I'll definitely be back! 💯❤️ Update! Sooo, 2 months after my review, THE BEST bartenders, that actually got people to come in there again, are ALL mysteriously gone !? Someone has to be an idiot, or Distill is purposely trying to sabotage their own locations. Is there a bankruptcy brewing? Hmmm.... Maybe they are Michigan Fans? Eitherway, I won't be returning. The vibe is gone, and I can't say there is any other reason for people to go. I doubt this bar makes it a year without them.

Music massively too loud for 8 am, bartender could not fix it. Next bartender restarted the iPad and reduced the volume. Food ok steak and egg! 1 egg. Ok! Bread who served the heal! The bartender said she put in over medium but handed over easy "said I put in correctly" then why serve something wrong. Just a bad experience I hope it's not always like this.

Very good quality food! We had the avocado egg rolls, mashed potato bites, chicken fried steak and poke salad. All was tasty, good and good service, full bar and beer on tap. Nice chill atmosphere also with multiple seating options

Went out for lunch at Distill and it happened to be happy hour. A big shout out to Catherine for being amazing with her service. Everything from the food to the drinks were absolutely on point , I would definitely be coming back!!!

Came here one night after work for a drink and a meal. The place was pretty full at the bar and only a few tables were open. I sat at a corner booth. The waitress came right away and took my drink order. Got my drink real fast. I ordered a burger with mushrooms. It was really good. It hit the spot. I love this local vibe and customer service. Will definitely come back again.

Time for some drinks so we decided to stop by Distill. Of course when you drink it's natural to order food. We got the wings and sliders. You can never go wrong with wings and beer. The wings were crispy and the perfect amount of sauce.

I was in the area one night, it was late, so this place is the only spot that is open. I been to few late night bars before, lot of them do not offer food, or if they do, only limited items, like wings, chicken fingers, fries. But this place actually offered full menu. Wow! I ordered the Distill Burger, it was pretty good The bar attendant was super nice, while I'm waiting for my to go, he asked not once but twice, you like something to drink? Water or something? Definitely 5 stars service.

Great spot for happy hour. Fast service, great choices for food, and TVs everywhere. Great place for a nice dinner or to catch the games. Great take out at well, have ordered on door dash a few times and just as good at home!

Not the Distill I usually frequent but was in the neighborhood so I stopped by and was not disappointed at all! The bar tenders were super friendly - I let Kalvin get creative with my cocktails and every single one he made for me was different but just as delicious as the last. Definitely putting his mixology skills to good use!

I went to Distill for a work holiday party and the event room upstairs was beautiful! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas with centerpieces in the middle of the tables and multiple photo opportunities with Christmas trees. The back patio was beautiful and fully equipped with standing heaters. The food that was catered was pretty good- it was an Asian themed spread. The service was great, as well as the bartenders. The prices for the drinks didn't break the bank which was a plus. If you're looking for a place to host an event, I'd say this location does it very well!

I just walked out of distill where I ordered a ribeye, a bottle, beer and a bottle water played $20 into the machine. Also bought $25 worth of credits on the jukebox and when I got my bill not even the bottle water was comped the food was good the ambience was fine, unfortunately I question the service because of this 1- 31-24, 3 AM in the morning

I've visited distill before and the food was spectacular! This time coming back, I did not know that they had happy hour at 12 am - 8 am, and I was SURPRISED that we came at the right time as they changed it. We skimmed the menu and the options were incredible. $8 for a lobster roll?! Say lesssss! $5 drinks? Okay! Every dish that came out I literally had no words. I forgot my waiters name, but he was so nice constantly checking in on us and also everyone else at the bar. I really liked this location mainly because indoors didn't have a heavy smoke smell. Anyways. I'll be back soon. Trust lol

Very nice bar and food is exceptionally good. My friend had the steak which was done to perfection and juicy and I had the wings. They were a good size and very tasty. Servers would come over and make sure we didn't need anything else. The bar was set up with a lounge so if you didn't want to sit in the bar area you've got that choice. The decor was Halloween themed which was nice. There's plenty of parking.

I attended the Grand Opening bash last night. Distill-Rainbow. This location was excellent. The scheme is contemporary, the lighting was energizing and the colors were fitting. Everything was brand new as they just underwent a four-month remodel. There was a nice intimate in a lounge area with ritzy looking chairs. Live music was playing in that Lounge. Unbeknownst to you there is a whole upstairs area that can be used as an event space ...its a pretty spacious area with a patio and its own bar! I never expected the new Distill to look like this.... it's a departure from their usual look and a pleasant surprise indeed. On opening night even though it was packed, the service was still attentive. I'm happy I stopped by it was fun getting free shots and free swag. It's too bad this location is so far from my house, I would really love this to be my new local spot

I've been to this bar a lot in the past couple months and tbh every experience was different. For the most part it's a very nice bar with plenty of seats. If you want to eat there's plenty of food available to order. There's also more seating on the other side by the bar. The best appetizer we had so far was the calamari and the taquito's. I like going to this bar because they have plenty of beers on tap and lots of TV's if you're interested in watching sports. They play different kinds of music here which is nice because it fits the vibe for everyone. I do say, however we did have a weird experience last night with one of the bartenders Nathan. He charged my bf & I extra drinks on our tab even though we were gambling and ordered food. He was willing to fix our tab but his demeanor totally changed after that toward us. We could tell he was annoyed, but was that our fault? Idk, to me if you're working for customer service and a face to face job I'd expect better treatment. As far as the other bartenders, we usually get really good customer service.

I usually go to the bar in graves and the bartender on a Sunday night was great. Place had a few people but the bartender was attentive and the whole bar had a new place vibe. Machines are a bit tight, hopefully that will change soon. Food is excellent though! The garlic wings and all the salads are tasty

Came in here at the bar near our main warehouse to have a meal and relax. There is nothing like bar food as a comfort food. I was excited to try this place. Coming here, it is a bit dark and the area to eat , well there is nothing fancy and it was nearly empty. We had the crab cakes and the chopped cobb. The best recommendation I can give is to simply go for the burgers and wings and main entrees. Both of these dishes were not the greatest selection we could make. The menu looks very good and full of all the bar favorites. I should have known better... The service ended up being good, but in the start, it was difficult to get service. The atmosphere here is a bit odd and unremarkable, the worst issue is the vented air system. This is a bar and people smoke and the air system did little to provide relief from the heavy smoke. No bueno! With all the lunch places and restaurants right in this area, I will probably try a different restaurant in the future.

I'm not usually the type to seek out chain bars and restaurants, but Distill is the exception for me - hubby and I went to the Southern Highlands location on more than a few occasions. We actively scoped out their Rainbow spot as an introduction for the family because we were considering it as our venue to host an upcoming party. Needless to say, our family was thoroughly impressed with the location (ideal for locals), aesthetics of the entire establishment, and the food was delicious! Our faves happened to be the Calamari Straws, Pretzel Bites, and the Grilled Cajun Chicken Alfredo. Great variety of drinks that has something for every palate. Beer? Of course. Cocktails? Heck yeah. Wine? Sure thing! They're also starting off 2022 right in terms of GREAT customer service! Special recognition goes straight to this location's managers, Jeremy and Rachael. Totally nice and courteous along with the service team they lead =D After eating dinner with the family, we got to sneak a peek at their 2nd floor event space, and Jeremy was totally informative! Not just about how they handle events, but also about their growing local franchise. Pretty business savvy. Last, but certainly not least... Chanel, their marketing manager is AMAZING! I'm guessing she's also wearing multiple hats as the event coordinator, so I certainly appreciate the level of consideration she's given us as I plan our family's party with her. Like no joke... I filled out the event inquiry form, then heard from her the next day. Had questions emailed to her after our initial phone conversation and perusing their banquet menu, and she responded the next day. Now, that's a dedicated boss! I also appreciate the transparency and straightforwardness of Distill's viewpoint on special events. They truly grasp how hard it is not to stress out clients/customers with outrageous stringent policies. We can truly see why they're a booming local establishment.

Distill has two sections to the bar including a non-smoking section and a smoking section. We went into the smoking section as everyone was actually seated in that section. Distill, especially at this renovated location, is a good place to grab some local cocktails, away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. What made my day was our waitress Ashley. She made some good recommendations as far as suggesting we drink some Jameson shots with a pickle juice chaser. Also, my friend mentioned that we should have the chicken nachos because they were really good here. They definitely hit the spot while imbibing in some cocktails. FYI, because of the pandemic, there was no happy hour during our visit.

This bar is aptly described with the term: Hit or miss. Been here a few times. Dumped more money than I care to admit. Food is great and the drinks are cold. But service is hit or miss depending on what shift the bartenders are. The early afternoon has a few very attentive and professional bartenders. But the late afternoon shift pretty much ignore you, even if you've dumped a couple hundred (or few grand) into their machines. Their loyalty card is weird too. I won $100 in free play and tried validating it at the Distill in Henderson and apparently that's not possible. I'd need my own distill card for that specific location because they're not linked. That absolutely makes no sense but ok... I might be back but Hooters is right down the block... so maybe I won't.

Enjoyed the local feel of Distill on S. Rainbow Blvd. We've made new friends with the other locals who visit. This venue offers an extensive menu of appetizers and entrees. Past two weeks dined here twice, both times the food was hot, fresh and tasty. (The mashed potato balls are addictive.) We enjoy sitting at the bar playing the slot machine (won both visits) and the service is attentive and friendly. Easy to dine on food at the bar while playing slots! Special shout out to bartender Jeremy J. for keeping our beverages filled on both visits. Appreciate your high level of service and attention to detail. Thank you!

I love stopping in at least once or twice a week. The food is not good, it's great! The service is excellent! I stopped in today and Malia suggested the chicken tinga tacos for Taco Tuesday! It was a great suggestion and I especially love the way she says chicken TINGA tacos lol.

Holy talido... not sure if I spelled that right but gawd damn this place!!!! Amazing drinks, amazing staff and the food... superb! We ate our weight worth in food here. I'm gonna regret this as my pants got tight but if you need the best bar food in town, come here! To the chef's: please visit the staff of PT's and show them how its done! Street tacos 100% Sliders 100% Roasted tomatoes and Burrata (without pesto and substitute with garlic) 1000% Jalapeños stuffed mac balls ... ludicrous speed I would have had pictures but... we ate the examples. #sadface. Thanks again! Glad we found this place!

I was out running errands, and got hungry. Decided to stop off and try a different Distill. Of the Chain Bars, so far Distill is my favorite! Excellent happy hour specials! Finally a bar with $3.00 Domestic beer! Immediately as I opened the door, I was greeted by Aurora, in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Since I was out driving around, and running errands, I only ordered a cola, even though they have awesome beer specials. I walked in 15 minutes before Happy Hour, Aurora offered me both menus. I was blown away by the amazing food. As it was my first time eating at Distill, I decided to order off the Happy Hour Menu. I decided to go with the Geek Fries! Delicious! French Fries served Nacho style, topped with Feta Cheese, Parmigiana, and Gyro meat. I believer was $7.00 or $8.00. Amazing and delicious! A little bit into my visit, I was pleased to see Jenna! I've known her since she was a Server at her first bar! I wouldn't know any of my friends, if it wasn't for her. I started going to that bar because of her, and started making Life Long Friendships! Aurora was amazing! She was very good at spending equal time with each patron, and great with filling my glass as it was half full! The decor inside is pretty standard with most Distill Bars. There were a few inconsistencies, but I was assured they're working on that. I love that they have space on the second level for Private Party's. It's a big space with an awesome balcony. This was a very positive experience, and I think I'll book my next Birthday here! I'll definitely be back, and will definitely recommend this location to everyone I know! I wish I could give them 100 Stars! If you're on the strip and paying too much for Drinks, take a $10.00 Uber or Lyft. You can eat and drink. You'll probably save $50.00 or more!

This bar is the move for the south west side of Vegas!!!My server Kyla was extremely attentive even tho the bar was packed. The food was very good. I ordered the Cajun Fettuccine and it was absolutely amazing. Felt like I was eating at a restaurant and not a sports bar. Props to the chef Fernando, absolutely amazing! The staff had great energy and would recommend this location to everyone!!!

My friends and I have been coming to this Distill for a while now and we have grown to absolutely LOVE this place! We have grown to call this place our home away from home. This place has EVERYTHING! Food? Amazing! My recommendations: Country Fried Steak Jalapeño Popper Burger Beef Tenderloin Tips Chicken Alfredo Tater Tots with Garlic Parmesan Avocado Egg Rolls Ambiance? Out of this world. If you're not a fan of the smoking and loud crowds, go to the Non-Smoking section. Trust me, you'll love it! Service? Top notch! I want to highlight our favorite server: Sophia! When we started going to Distill, she was initial our server and now she is the only server that we will take. We have grown to love her for her myriad knowledge of the menu, top-notch service, and her amazing heart of gold. Going to Distill and seeing Sophia is practically part of my weekly routine! If you are going to Distill, Sophia will make sure you are taken care of!

I go out to eat at bars almost every night seeing as they're the only kitchens open when I get off work. That being said, this is my least favorite distill location of them all. The service is very inconsistent. Can be great one day, & utter trash the next. As a server I'm very tolerant & understanding of poor service. However I always get the same meal & last night my boyfriend & I ordered 2 of my favorite meal to go & it tasted completely rotten. I couldn't finish the food bc I was afraid to get food poisoning from an expired meal. Plus it tasted awful. Super disappointed & wasted money on TWO of them.

This is a nice local bar to stop in, drink, and watch sports. They do have good bar food and a nice Happy Hour. We're looking forward to hopefully catching some college football now that it's that time of year....YIPPIE!!! We do like the South Rainbow location better than the South Durango one we use to patron when we lived in Rhodes Ranch.

Happy hour is priced great but the food was hit or miss. We got a few dishes to try a little bit of everything. The chicken buffalo dip was a weird consistency and honestly the one I make is better. The steak sliders were good and cooked well with lots of flavor so I highly recommend them. The loaded tots were a bit dry with not a ton of flavor. The fried artichokes were good and I liked trying something I'd never had before. The deep fried Oreos are amazing and a good way to end our dining experience. The atmosphere was great. The service, music and pool tables will for sure make me try it again. We had a great time at Distill but were a bit disappointed with the food.

This is the second time I've been here and it does not disappoint. It hasn't been super busy but it should be. The food and service is great. I had the Philly and my husband had the brisket grilled cheese. Come to St. George! This place would kill it there!

Been here a few times. Always play machines and eat. Wasn't really hungry just got the 6 wings and a soft drink. Lost $600 but it actually lasted about 2 hours not the worst play ever. Unfortunately when ask for a check. I was charged for everything. This has never happened there before. The bartender name was Mckeana I am assuming she is very new and really doesn't understand the bar business. Management please pay attention and train your employees better before you put them out alone on a Saturday night. She wouldn't know if I lost $20 or a $1,000 did not pay attention at all.

Went to a networking event that was on the second floor of Distill. I was really impressed with the service, the staff was attentive! Good space and had the outdoor balcony to hang out on. Perfect spot for local events, food was good as always!

Awesome bar!! Everyone from the employees to the patrons are very nice and sociable. From kelly the GM and Brian and malia the bartenders on swing and day shift. They make you feel like your part of the distill family.

Amazing food, tasty drinks and great service! My gal pal had her little birthday gathering at this spot last night and it was perfect. We were able to play our own music(by paying of course), put together a couple tables, still hear each other talking, enjoy some delicious food and beverages. We started out with the pretzel bites which came with a not so tasty cheese dip and a yummy mustard dip. Then immediately our pulled pork sliders with tater tots and the chili lime chicken salad came out. My friend enjoyed his sliders and I definitely loved that salad! Super tasty and super fresh! The cucumber Collins was my choice of beverage while I also paid for a round of shots that were pretty tasty as well. $100 for the bill, including the tip, wasn't bad for an appetizer, 2 plates, a soda, a cocktail and 4 shots. I'll definitely return:)

Small, clean place. They got rid of the pool tables, not a plus. Mostly friendly staff. Good drinks, good tap beer selections. Bartop machines are as tight as a frog's asshole.

3 stars are for the ambiance, service was decent, food wasn't good. I initially ordered crab cakes, but they were made out of the fake $0.50 crab meat sticks. I sent back n got a fish sandwich. Fish sandwich wasn't much better, nothing much to say about it.

My networking group hosted an event in their upstairs event room. It was the most well-organized event we ever hosted. Booking the space was very easy and affordable. The space looked very nice, and they were very helpful setting up any additional tables we needed. The bartender did an amazing job and the food we had was very good. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to host an event. We for sure will be back to host more events here.

Kyla Harris was the best waitress with the best attitude I wish more people were like her, the mood and her suggestions were on point and anyone who has her as a waiter is blessed

Love Distill bar. It's a local bar with an amazing event venue that's located on the 2nd floor. It's at the rainbow location. It's perfect for team meetings and small gatherings.

We stopped by to kill some time before our flight. Good happy hour and appetizers but what really made this was our server, Asali. Friendly, attentive, charming, and an all around wonderful server. Best service in years. It was a great ending to a fabulous 5 day trip in the National Parks and Vegas. Thank you Asali!

I absolutely love this bar! Claudia is the best bar tender and server, seriously. I love the food which is rare for a bar, and best happy hour. Vegas is hard to find affordable places for locals but, this, indeed is the best local bar.

I had the absolute best experience throwing my wedding reception at Distill A Local Bar's event space. I am from out of town and was was having a hard time planning a destination wedding reception. Luckily Distill came on me saved the day! The communication was super easy and they made the planning a breeze. There catering was affordable with so many options. The event manager Coco is absolutely the best out there. She allowed us to come early to decorate and was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me and make sure we had the best event we could have. She was there throughout the whole event helping with music, lighting, clean up, and everything in between. Her customer service is the best I have ever experienced!! The space absolutely blew me away and was way more beautiful than I had even thought. It is so spacious, clean, and has everything you need: Personal bathrooms. Personal bar, personal entrance, sound system, lighting, literally everything!!! The food, OH MY GOD!!!!!! It was absolutely delicious. Better than most of the up scale restaurants I have been to. My guests could not stop raving about how great the food was. The chef was so friendly and helpful as well, and had anything we needed! Drinks were amazing and the bartenders wonderful! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone and anyone! You will be blown away!

There's hundreds of bars in town but thus is one of the best ones I've been to. The service is great and the menu has got some exciting takes on the traditional bar flare. Rachel and Jessie have great customer service. The only negative I can relate is the parking lot, but that's not the bars fault. If you're tired of the bull^#@% from other places, try this one out.

Horrible location and service was bad Came in at breakfast was overcharged told me one price after I order priced changed. And server says she has no way to override or contact manager regarding my complaint. I have left several messages for Kelly the manager with no response to correct the issue that was due to error from her server I will never go back to that location as now I see how they treat customers.

Dakota Dash Wilson (Grave BarKeep)... let me tell yeah... average bartender at best. But for some reason gives off that god complex. Let's say, Incredi-Boy meets Lex Luther. Bartending skills aside his customer service borders on the line of jailer. It's always a sigh, whine, goff, or bitch and moan on the simplest of tasks. Prime example.. I kindly asked for a sodie pop and he made it seem like I should walk around the bar and get it myself. 30 minutes later, I politely reminded him and I was met with attitude that could give Beyoncé as Foxy Cleopatra a run for her money. Gaming is okay... Drinks are mediocre... Staff... needs work. Cheers!

Short version: Great food, happy hour, and staff. Definitely worth a visit. Brooke, Tony, Jenna, Jim, and Gina are all fantastic and make this a fun stop. Thanks to the service, this has quickly turned into one of my regular stops. Long version: I hated Putters with a passion as this was a Michigan owned/fan establishment. Since I was very familiar with Distill's location on Decatur and knew the food was great, I decided to give it a shot. The location is strangely awkward yet convenient from 215 and Rainbow. Parking is ample. The interior is a little dark, which I prefer. There are a few non-gaming seats at the bar, and purse hooks as well as USB chargers under the bar. I really like the USB chargers. Very nice touch. Happy hour has so many great food and drink specials. The food is absolutely as good if not better than the Decatur location. I appreciate the consistency. The real gem here is the friendly service. Brooke and Tony run an amazing swing shift, as do Jenna and Jim. Gina on days is super friendly as well. Absolutely worth a visit! I definitely look forward to checking out some Sunday football here.

The new local bar in the area! Pretty busy on game days. We've been here before for the last NBA finals game and it was just as busy. They have happy hour 3-7? Which include food and drinks of course. Service is always nice. Last time I was here I ordered the buffalo chicken dip and it was really good! They have 3 pool tables and even a huge tv screen in that area to watch and play. Update: We now come here to play pool with friends and to hang out and drink. I recently ordered the buffalo chicken which was really good as well! Not spicy though when you order it spicy. Great spot!

Bar is very friendly and the food is really good. Been here 2x and each time I have had a great time thanks to Kelly and Brian!
