Distill - A Local Bar

The best bar in town. Cozy local spot with inviting and comfortable atmosphere , great food ( way better variety then regular bar food) and friendly welcoming staff . They have taken such a great care of us and every single customer in the restaurant, that we rarely see that GREAT customer service. The food tasted very fresh and tender, hands down THE BEST bar food that we have ever had. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food made from scratch. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone and we will be back! Every single bar should have a set up like this !

The bartender had a very poor attitude toward customers , he didn’t pay attention and was quite rude. We understand it can get busy, but in hospitality, maintaining a positive attitude is key. Unfortunately, his behavior really affected the overall experience.

Drove past a closer Distill and several similar establishments to get one playing the UFC fights. Fills a hole in the SW Vegas area. Great food, great drinks, great service, great value. Couldn't ask for more. We'll be back most Saturdays

Stopped by randomly during happy hour. My martini was good but lacked the blue cheese stuffed olives they advertised. I ordered wings and got two wings and two legs. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Free parking in a free strip mall lot. Good service. Clean bathrooms. Dark inside. Maybe would return.

Gary seems to be the only bartender in this restaurant that actually does their job. No matter what time I go in, I'm either waiting 15+ minutes to order a beer or waiting to close out bc their bartenders do not pay attention and are always distracted with other customers. Gary is the ONLY bartender here that is on top of their customer interactions and satisfaction. It's to a point I only want to come in when he's here, it's honestly sad. Do better

Good menu ideas, food was good a year ago - and they lost me. It's impossible for them to not overcook your food if you order late night. Don't even bother with the chicken fingers. You'll be chewing on them longer than a well-done steak. I have to stop giving second chances.

Dimly lit restaurant area, music was too loud but food and service were good. Our server's name was Abel, very nice good personality

I have been a consistent and loyal customer to all distill establishments for 4 consecutive years... Today was the day that changed my entire perception, attitude and interest in this company. I walked in, 2 min after being there a gentleman advised he'd get my order. I waited an additional 13 min as I watched him serve others and there were 3 other workers who kept looking at me and never acknowledged me, never asked if I've been assisted, never uttered a word just kept looking at me, turning away and assisting others. I waited so pleasantly and patiently as I watched the Penn State/Boise game, and listened to the music the DJ was playing. I listened to 4-5 songs before I finally got fed up with being overlooked and I told one of who I thought was the bar tender that their staff is so rude and their service is terrible she begins to get loud and defensive causing me to get even more upset, irritated and loud I then asked for her mgr she said she was the mgr I said well I want your mgr because you are horrible and rude af! She continued to go back n forth with me and finally went to check on my food and didn't have the balls to come back out to bring my food to me. Thankfully enough she didn't because at that point I was furious!!!!! I need someone to watch these cameras and see how awful of a staff you have!!!! I will be escalating this situation!!!! You need to retrain your leadership and staff

Gigi Rigon does a great job at Distill Durango. She's a class-act leader who should be promoted to Executive Vice President!

Update: 02/19/2025 I had been going to this location since May. I had made many great friends, staff and patrons. The food has never been that good. I have probably put thousands of dollars through the machines, I only hit one small jackpot for $400.00 a few weeks ago. I still went in there, because I really liked the staff. Several weeks ago I mentioned the green staff members that made my visit incredible. I went in last night to realize all but one of them either no longer works there, or has been moved across town to a different shift. This is bad decision making from the corporate side. I know most of us that were regulars will no longer go back there.

Cool local bar, food was delicious, rich in flavor, generously portioned. I ordered the BBQ brisket grilled cheese with onion rings instead of fries and man was it a hitter! I literally wanted to try everything on the menu, all of the food they were dishing out looked so good. I'm so blown away that Vegas offers such a wide variety of food at 3am. Vegas culture is unreal. Honestly the menu is so wide range, anybody and everybody will find something to eat. Affordable drinks and food, such a plus. Service was outstanding, our bartender/server was very efficient and attentive. He was friendly and outgoing. The machines I'm assuming are pretty good. The gentleman next to us hit twice and came out a winner. This place is awesome for gathering and hanging out. Plenty of room for lounging.

I've been coming to this location for years. It has apparently fallen off since Gigi, Destiny, Carrie, and Jeremy no longer work there. After ordering two vodka sodas, the new bartender attempted to pour us our second round in the same dirty glasses that we had put our trash in. There was a lack of attention when ordering our food, and on top of all the chaos, there was literal trash can fire. We had to tell the new bartender her trash can was smoking and on fire from dumping a hot ashtray into it. It is honestly heartbreaking that our neighborhood bar with all of our regular bartenders has turned into a chaotic mess with new people that seem to have not been trained and are struggling. Hospitality nightmare. I hope they can bounce back to what it once was, because this is the most disappointing service we've received in years.

Unfortunately, we weren't able to try the food here because everyone in our party wasn't 21. This is a bar that serves food, but you must be 21 or over to be served here in Las Vegas. Too bad I really wanted to try their bread pudding. And they wouldn't even allow us to take it to go. That is all.

This bar is a great spot to hang out with friends. Lots of different tasty drinks to try. Some notable options included below, mango cart beer, cucumber melon spritz, and Jin berry punch (not pictured). If you're drinking tequila, make the upgrade to teramana, it's worth the extra $1, goes down very smooth. The food here is above average in terms of bar food. Definitely not Michelin star cuisine or anything, but very good for a bar. The bbq pulled pork sliders are tasty, the poke tuna is a good option as well if you're ok with raw fish. Service was good, and the server was very polite and friendly. I will come back.

The new manager Phil was so welcoming and accommodating the hospitality was on point! He suggesting i sub my side for soup because I am not a fan of the fries (carb reasons). I didn't even know i could do that! He was so polite and the rest of the staff was great! Thank you so much Phil and staff! Your my local bar and so glad to look forward to you running it!

Been to this location multiple times and I've always been happy with my experience! If you sit at one of the tables away from the bar top the service can be a little slow, which is frustrating, and on my most recent visit one of the bar tenders was incredibly pushy about us closing out. In general I feel like the bartenders are pretty removed and distant. Which isn't always the ideal vibe. There is a ton of seating if you want to be away from the bar and in a more intimate setting. They have a pool table and the touchtunes music thing. I wish they had more draft beer options. As for food, the chicken wings and tenders are a win. As is the quesadilla. Their ranch is great! Comfy local place to go. Nice mix of people. Never uncomfy or weird.

Hands down our absolute go to. This place has the best food and drinks in my opinion. We have never had a bad meal here and the happy hour prices are bomb. Portions are great. Prices are great. Nothing bad can be said here

Sunday during football had 1 guy running the whole dinning section. Poor kid running his ass off. He did the best he could but took over an hour for food. Food was good but Luke warm. Definitely won't be back for awhile. Need more help! Especially during a Sunday with football on.

The bartender in the Packers jersey is fantastic! He's always welcoming and ensures your glass is never empty. This spot is perfect for a date or catching the game. Highly recommend! My go to is the appetizer platter during happy hour with nitro sauce on the side.

The pasta is so good I've ordered this about 4 times within like 2 weeks lol. It's very fulfilling and has a nice kick to it! The salad and bread that comes with it is also good too, would definitely recommend trying this dish!

It's everything you'd expect from a divey-chain bar; early 2000's butt rock (mixed with modern indie pop), jaded bar tenders & locals banter echoing in tempo with the 'tap tap' of the video poker machines. There's an empty non-smoking section. Bathrooms are clean. The happy hour is decent with $4 shots / beer.

Tyler the guy wearing the Green Bay Packers jersey was absolutely amazing. Very cool bartender, great service. I would definitely recommend coming back. Very friendly environment and the happy hour beers on tap.

I'm here now. I placed a lunch order for my Wife and I at 12:30. That was 10 minutes coming in. A total of five people were here at the time. Got our order in - it is currently 1:24 and nothing. I had to walk to the bar and flag down the waitress and tell her that I just lost my lunch hour and to switch my order to-go. Look, I get it, there might be things going on in the back that will delay things, but no communication at all? In a place that has excellent food too. Thats too bad...

I can't believe I just had one of the best blackened bone in ribeye steaks I've ever had, and it's in a bar! My first impression was walking into the bar and greeted by two of the friendliest bartenders with welcoming, beautiful smiles making you feel right at home. Gi Gi and Destiny. They really give the customer the feeling they're glad to see you, almost like an old friend. The menu looked so good. I asked for Destinys recommendation. Destiny recommended the ribeye. What a great recommendation! I was thinking of your typical bar steak. If I knew it was going to be this good, I wouldn't of needed a recommendation. Better than most steakhouses, I've been to! Between the food and the Bartender's, you won't be able to keep me away!

Food is delicious and service is amazing. If you're looking for a local spot to hangout with great prices and a chill vibe, this is the spot!

Came in for a pick up order to get a Brisket Grilled cheese and two sides and when I picked it up and came home there was only my sides in the bags. Me and my partner tried calling back to tell them about this issue and they put us on hold for 10 minutes only to have to call back. Person on the phone said they got held up very rudely, but that we have to wait another 15 minutes for our food.. poor customer service.

Soda had no carbonation..white wonder bread for my BLT with 2 slices of bacon the place was so dark I couldn't read the menu

Came here last weekend to watch VGK play game 3 against the Canadiens in the playoffs. Had arrived maybe 50 minutes prior to puck drop and there was still quite the amount of tables open still. I had ended up sitting in the area to the left when you enter the bar in the high back chairs near the "big" TV (4 screens combined) and 2 smaller ones on the side. Had noticed the bottom left screen was out of sync with the other 3, but overall this set of tv's were slower than the smaller ones on the side. The waitress was decently attentive until the game started, then it was a bit hard to find her. The music here was louder than other bar's I've been to in the area, more towards the volume of a club. It was a bit hard to talk to friends, ended up getting a headache from the ear piercing loudness (didnt help a speaker was like right above my head too) Had ordered a 24? Ounce shock top to drink while waiting then same size with a Guinness. $7 each. My friend and I had ordered off the happy hour menu (3-6pm) the "animal style tater tots" and "pork belly Bourbon biscuits" to share The "animal style tater tots" was crispy tater tots topped with ground beef, American cheese, grilled onions, and house-made thousand island dressing. It was their version of In n Out's animal style fries. It was, overall decent. He had called it an "imitation with McDonald's ingredients" Lol. I didn't think this one was that bad. The "pork belly Bourbon biscuits" consisted of 2 bourbon braised pork belly biscuits with house-made honey hot sauce, Cajun slaw, pickled vegetables, and Cajun aioli, served with house-made blackened kettle chips. This was the weird one. The pork belly itself was decent, seemingly maybe deep fried, giving it a nice crust. The "house made honey hot sauce" was pretty much Red Hot sauce, and it was drenched in it. Cajun slaw, pickled vegetables aka jalapenos were decent. Biscuit was decent, since i like biscuits anyway. Friend had also ordered a bread pudding, and chicken sliders. Bread pudding was a bit overly soft? Not really a fan of bread pudding anyway. Chicken sliders was like a chicken tender slider. Cant say much about it Lol. We ended up watching the game on the side TVs instead of the big combo screen. Pretty unwatchable on the big one cuz of the unsynced TVs and it being slower than the rest overall. Overall, we ended up switching venues cuz it was too loud to talk and we all had headaches from it.

To me this is the best bar in Las Vegas for locals. Great pricing on food, drinks. Great gaming if your into that. GiGi and Jeanna are probably best bartenders I ever was serviced by in 15 years living in Vegas. Will be a regular for now on.

I have been coming to this location for a few months now. Ever since the first time I came in it's been a great experience. Food is always good and is not your typical bar food. They really have great food. Service is amazing. The people here are super friendly and attentive. Most places I go to the tables and bar are sticky and stuff left behind. That's definitely not the case. Every time I'm here I regularly see people cleaning and wiping down the areas. Love this place. It's great to watch games and hangout or even shoot some pool. Special thanks to the people keeping me coming back Gigi and Destiny.

Came here for the first time last night. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Definitely a step up from some of the other bar food places around. We will definitely be back.

We're from TX and surprisingly this particular location has the best chili, cornbread, and biscuits n gravy! Customer service always wonderful n very friendly!

I never write reviews but after coming to Distill for awhile I had to jump on and let people know that the Durango location has easily become my favorite new spot to hangout at. Dakota the graveyard bartender has made it a memorable and fun experience every time. Whether you're looking to game, play pool , drink , or even have a late bite to eat , this location has it all! Dakota has taken the time to get to know everyone and make it a fun experience while also being quick and efficient :) . If you haven't yet, def stop by and give it a try.

All I can say is wow, in the best way everyone from the kitchen manager Courtney to the Gm of the bar GiGi to the the red head head sweetheart Destiny. This place is amazing! Foods amazing drinks are good but both are beat by the hospitality you will receive in this bar.

If you like bread pudding then run here. It was so good! The ice cream on top was also perfect texture. Will be back for the bread pudding.

Came here w some Coworkers today after a long day. Man, glad I came & turn up. My server Azjhree is dope asf, & made my experience fun. Azjhree kept the drinks flowing & was very personal. Keep up the great work girlfriend you gain new customers.

My mom's women's group had lunch here recently. The food was great and they handled safety pretty well. Every other table was closed. Once they brought us drinks, they said we did not need to wear our masks anymore. I prefer to wear one unless I am fully eating. But the staff was fully masked all the time. I had the The "90" Fat Boy Burger - Fresh-grilled ground chuck patty, American and Cheddar cheeses, bacon, grilled mushrooms, and avocado. This was really tasty. Loved the toppings. Meat was cooked well. I had a side of tots. These were so good. I love deep dried tots. My mom had the Bacon Cheeseburger Sliders - 3 beef sliders with American cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Served with French fries. She really liked these. Good flavor. Good size. Overall a good meal. More of a bar but a good food option too.

Came here, the food took forever and the place wasn't even full Ordered a dessert and it took soo long we had to leave I ended up asking for it to go because I had to take my wife to work And they didn't even leave utensils in the box so the dessert ended up going to waste because the ice cream melted and ruined the dessert We started off at the bar, the bartender was not friendly We moved to the lounge area, thinking the service would get better Can say for sure Will never come back to this bar again It's a shame :/

New menu alert! Just tried some of there brand new items and its fantastic. First the lobster roll. Not your typical lobster roll but the Distill twist. The house bread roll you would think is a french fancy Baguette but it soo buttery and flavorful. Then, tried the IPA shrimp amazing with a side of that fry sauce for my tots out of this world. Last but not least deep fried oreos a la mode. Overall, great job! Good food, and even great execution.

Have tried this place twice in the last month. Both times were very good. I had chicken Caesar salad and my wife had the lobster roll. Both very good. Had the homemade chips to start which were VERY salty, but fried up well. Calamari app was excellent. Miss the seared ahi tuna app they used to have, but otherwise really enjoyed our meals. Will be back. We had the same server both times we were there. She was brand new when we went a month ago. She is very good.

I have never had better guest service in my life since I've met Momo. I've been at this restaurant bar for three weeks now, and I've never experienced better guest service than you could ever imagine in your life from Morgan. She is so caring and sweet.

Great to see they expanded their menu. Food is always good. Very nice servers. Close to home. We come about once a week or so. But on Monday April 18th at 5pm the big bald white bartender was very rude to a customer that came in. He asked the customer "you here for a food pickup?" Customer said "no I'm here to eat and play". Bartender said "well when you make up your mind let me know". My friend said did you hear that? Yes I heard it too. Then throughout our whole visit we saw other incidents with this bartender. Come on Distill you can do better then that. Make it a fun place to visit. I'll be back again and I'll see if things have changed. If you have any questions please let me know.

The "Local's" hidden gem! The atmosphere is great, bar tenders Gigi & Des are my favorite in Vegas and the menu is delicious! My new watering hole... home away from home.

Give it a try! Not sure if all of the Distill's are the same but we really like this location. My husband and I ate here 2 years ago but we order our from here all the time . Their food is good. Since having our son last year we order out a bit more but we don't want to settle for McDonalds. The menu at Distill is pretty decent but not overwhelming or too large. My husband and I really like the chipotle nachos. We love the taste of the tinga. Their wings are pretty decent although I'd still like them a bit crispier. You can't go wrong with their burgers or sliders, so highly recommend them. We also ordered something by mistake, I believe they are called "Not- chos" but it was such a delicious appetizer, I'd order it again. Overall this place is solid, give it a go if you are hungry but everyone wants something different. Also their food isn't super expensive either.

Love this place for the late night eats. You can literally order anything from breakfast to dessert and your site to be blown away by the quality of food. It definitely doesn't taste like bar food. Give it a try

I wish they have more options for appetizers like mozzarella and calamari. My friend just to unwind from busy work and just wanna sit down and shit chat. The drink has more options thou.

Once you past through the bar into the back restaurant all is good. They have a huge menu, and nice ambience. We ha veterans there many times and never disappointed with the food or service. The menu has so many choices. There soups are always goo. Salads are too. Have many sandwiches to choose from. Never had a bad one yet and we eat there often, servers are all friendly. Food is prepared in the kitchen, takes a little longer than most restaurants, but it hot and fresh when it comes out.tater tots are like little balls of pure fluffiness. The servers are all very nice. They have a fried Oreo desert that is delicious, with ice cram and whipping cream. Prices are ok, a little high, but the quality is worth it. Don't be in a hurry to scarf down your food, jus sit back and enjoy the music and surroundings .

Ok so first time at this location and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. So the burger was good, but I'd give it over the top score because of our server Justina. From beginning to end she was awesome. The restaurant was slow and she could have definitely felt the urge not to be as attentive but she constantly checked in to make sure everything was great. Even after we finished eating, since it was slow my cousin asked if it was ok to just chill for a bit she told us it was fine and she still checked in even when we didn't order anything else. This place has someone special working for them

This place is absolutely delicious. Their happy hour has great prices and their food is amazing. We had the artichoke crisps for appetizers suppperrr good For the main meal I had their western bacon burger and it did not disappoint. It was messy, saucy and juicy topped with crunchy onion rings. To die for. Their sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious. Of course we wanted to try their desert so we got the confetti oreos. Dear lord, they were soooo good. I definitely ate too much but luckily it was cheat day on my diet. Hahaha

THEY'RE GREAT! MADE EVERYTHING RIGHT!!! Look out for the girls tending cause there killing it, but the creeps...ugh. Creeps show up everywhere.

Distill is so much more then your local average bar. It exceeds all of the other bars in the southwest/ mountains edge area. This particular location used to be putters and I'm so happy they changed it. The food is amazing every time I've been there. The chicken pasta is my all time fav however pretty much everything is a hit on the menu. The cocktails are great and the bartenders always pour with a heavy hand. I'd recommend coming here after a stressful day at work, they'll definitely take care of you. The service is always fast and friendly. The entire staff has great personalities and they're very welcoming. This is a perfect spot to watch the knights/raiders games! Can't wait for football season I'll be here constantly.

We had about an hour and a half to kill before our dinner reservations nearby, so we stopped in for a drink. It was a bit on the smokey side, but it's a bar, what do you expect? We found open seats at the bar so we perched ourselves and ordered a drink. The ladies working were super sweet and nice. I have a terrible memory now and can't remember their names, but they were awesome. I'm not a sweet drink kinda person, so I just ordered my usual Tito's and water with lime. My drink was strong and I was feeling pretty good after just the one. We didn't order any food, but the people sitting next to us did. It was your typical bar food; sliders and wings. If we didn't have dinner plans after, I probably would have order an app or two. If we are in the area again, I wouldn't be opposed to coming back.
