Great food and great service. You may never find a better burger, and their fries are the best. Cooks are great at what they do and the conversation and service is the best that that I have found since being in Detroit for 10 years now. Never understood why businesses don't treat their customers like they want them to come back. Will be my burger and fry place for now on. Have been bragging to everyone about the place. Look them up at Eat 12 you wont be disappointed. Thanks district 12

Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Also a great spot with a nice view! And my son had a traditional burger that he loved. The fries are good too

This place is top tier its actually so amazing ! Delicious mouth watering and literally cant go wrong with any burger and those loaded fries r to die for. Nabil and his staff are wonderful thank u Nabil for alwaya going above and beyond 2nd time there this week! The burger was fresh, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. It was juicy and delicious. The fries were also awesome. Everything is halal, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is great. It’s a perfect spot for a date night!

Simply the best burgers in town. Staff in nice, burgers are fresh, juicy and crispy. They’ve variety or burgers from crispy chicken to beef burgers. Place is clean and ambience is great.

Excellent service! The owner is so incredibly friendly. We went in with 8 people and the service was fast and they thanked us for coming over and over. The food is delicious. Cajun fries and burgers, tasty. The pickles were amazing, the ranch is the good ranch and my salad was so fresh! We were in the area, but I will definitely drive 40 minutes to eat here again.

I'm a sucker for a good Nashville hot chicken sandwich, which is what I ordered. The sandwich was REALLY delicious. None of the flavors were overpowering, they all had a very nice balance. The chicken was very juicy and tender. We also got the honey mustard boneless wings, which were amazing. The honey mustard was not your typical honey mustard, it was different. That being said, the wings weren't drenched in it which was a nice change vs wings at places like BWW. Also, the wings were pretty big, and were very meaty and juicy. We got the loaded fries that were in the picture, minus the ketchup. These fries were really good as well. Usually when you order loaded fries, they only put the dressings/cheese on the top of the fries. These fries had the cheese throughout which made the fry-to-cheese ratio perfect. The service was phenomenal, (I am guessing)

Parking is a bear in downtown Dearborn at noon on Wednesday. You know it's bad when the structure is completely full. Located on the corner. It's where the old Bailey's bar used to be located ages ago. Order at the counter and seat yourself. It's not a real sit down spot. Fast casual. There is another dining area through the glass door to the right of the counter. Ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, side onion rings, Nashville not chicken wrap sandwich combo, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, bbq chicken salad, Nashville not hot chicken sandwich with Cajun fries, side of onion rings, a wheat district burger with Cajun fries and a chocolate milk shake. The Nashville hot chicken was good, decent heat and cool from the district sauce too. The CBR was good for my colleague, but he mentioned all of the pickles were stuffed at the very bottom of the wrap. The district burger and Cajun fries were good, so was the not hot chicken sandwich with the Cajun fries. The salad and the not hot chicken wrap was decent. All of my colleagues said they would come back again to try other food items. Food was out in a decent amount of time. Food and service was quick and easy.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The place wasn't too busy - 3-4 tables at any given time. I ordered (and loved) a buffalo chicken sandwich. I wish it had a bit more bleu cheese on it, but the chicken was SUPER tender, the outside was crispy, and the bread held up well. Buffalo sauce was spicy without being overwhelming. The onion rings were fantastic. I liked this one even better than the "Nashville NOT" I got when I visited the D.Heights location. Service was pretty good. It took a long time to get our food, but I'm sure that's because it was all freshly made. We weren't in a terrible rush. But I don't think I would visit on a workday lunch hour if I knew I might have to wait 25 minutes from ordering until a couple chicken sandwiches and french fries would be delivered. My kids loved the burger sliders. The chicken sliders were a bit too hard/crunchy for them to eat - I think they were too high on the "batter/breading to actual chicken" ratio, so you need some serious jaw muscles to bite into them.

Very disappointed! These chicken tenders are burnt! I know the cook and whomever packaged these tenders saw how burnt they were! Couldn't even enjoy them with the ranch.

Food was so delicious, the service was kind of slow but it's okay it was worth the wait. I ordered the beef bacon cheese burger with their homemade sauce - I made it a combo and was so good. The burger was juicy and some great flavors. My guest had ordered cheese sticks which I was upset that they served us cheese sticks with the cheese out the stick. They still ate it but I just thought that was unprofessional. My other guest order a chicken wrap, I personally didn't like it but they did. This place looks very nice and it has indoor/outdoor seating which is a plus I would definitely come back again. Check them out whenever in the Dearborn area. Bonus everything is halal

Wow, just wow! I literally could not wait to write a review for this place. I had never heard of it until a friend invited me out. It's a new looking, very bright, and clean establishment. The customer service was good. I always take note of staff who actually greet their customers and this place passed. They had a good selection of menu items to choose from. I wanted to keep it healthy so I opted for the grilled bbq chicken salad with homemade ranch and OMGOSH!!!!!!! It was so delicious! You have got to try this salad. That bbq chicken was so good! The salad and the veggies were so fresh. The portion size was so huge, it was definitely worth the money. As hungry as I was, I could only eat half of. I can't wait to eat the leftovers. I saw so many good things on the menu that I want try. I definitely will be back soon. It's quite a drive from my home but it'll be worth it to go back.

Amazing HALAL burgers and food. We were visiting the area on a long road trip and came across this place because they were open late. A quick phone call to confirm and they welcomed us over. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. Great dine in atmosphere. The food was absolutely amazing! It was by far the best beef burger I have ever had in my life. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The sauces were amazing and a great compliment. Can't wait to be back in the area and visit again.

Ordered take out and brought home. They are located in a strip on Michigan however parking is directly behind the building or on the side streets. When going to pick up the food, we ordered inside and they had a spacious seating area with attentive staff. Food was still hot when we got it home. They are a bit pricey but you do get good food. The fries were ample and flavor was pretty good on the burgers. We would return and eat inside for full experience

We were in the area visiting greenfield village for their Holiday Nights & decided to stop here to try their food! I got their Honey Mustard Chicken wrap & birthday cake shake. The shake was delicious & the wrap was pretty good! I LOVE honey mustard so I thought it could've used just a bit more flavor, but overall was still really good! The atmosphere is really cool & the workers were friendly. I am looking forward to going back & trying some of their other menu items!

We can't decide what we liked more... The luscious Hot Chicken Sandwich...juicy spicy chicken topped with creamy coleslaw, pickles & a delicious district sauce Or... The Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap loaded with bacon, American cheese, lettuce, pickles, district sauce...& of course homemade ranch They were both super delicious! Side salad was great (& huge for $5!) They pride themselves on fresh food, never frozen, made with the finest ingredients. Loved the patio! Locations in Dearborn & Dearborn Heights.

District 12 is a solid choice for a quick meal in Dearborn. Parking is not all that convenient compared to other local restaurants so be prepared for a bit of a walk. I've tried the chicken tenders and chicken sliders in the past but most recently tried the chicken caesar wrap The sandwich was served warm with choice of wrap and house-made caesar dressing. It was pretty good, though I think the caesar dressing could use a bit more flavor. I opted to make it a combo and got the Cajun fries. The fries were served crispy, but not overly so (which I generally prefer) and the Cajun seasoning was evenly dusted. They are a bit on the pricey side compared to some of their local competitors, particularly for the chicken sandwiches, but some of their sauces have good flavor - I particularly enjoyed the lemon pepper on a prior visit. On the whole, I would recommend trying District 12 and particularly trying some of their sauces other than the Nashville hot variations.

Food nasty- the fries were very hard, the chicken wings were hard, the burger had way too much cheese. I was charged for an extra patty. The burger was very dry and flavorless service- I was not told I was going to be charged extra to get a double cheeseburger. The restaurant is Al La carte. ambiance- nice set up and murals regarding detroit but the food was not worth the money

Stopped in here after visiting Greenfield Village. SO glad that we did! Totally forgot to take a picture of the chicken burger that I got, because it was just that good. Plenty of options for everyone to choose from. And all the meat is halal. Their shakes were delicious too. Definitely want to try the other options on the menu next time I'm in the area

By no means was this a paltry establishment, I appreciated the murals on the walls and presentation of the menu. However, my compatriot and I were not greeted with service of the highest amicability I must unfortunately say. I say this because we received our food after 3 others who came in and ordered at least 6 mins after us. Beyond this, the staff was fond of blasting music at a confounding volume, however I didn't mind this as much but it did hurt my more pusillanimous Partner's ears. I would recommend the establishment but they need to mayhaps, as the children say now upon a time, chill.

Was very disappointed last week. The hot wings were drenched in oil and the wrap was the same. Only the Cajun fries were ok.

GREAT chicken sandwich (and wrap). We tried the Nashville Hot and honey mustard. Seasoning on fries was also good but not as much as you'd expect flavor wise.

Tried the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. It was very tasty but a bit on the spicy side. So if you are looking for a HOT chicken sandwich, you should check this one out. I also had a Oreo cookie shake which is how I made it through the sandwich! Only negative is that they had no silverware and the bathroom needed cleaning.

Not sure if this place changed owners recently or what but ever since they changed locations, the quality & service have gone way down. It's hit or miss with the food now, and service is almost always sub-par. My last order, I got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, which I've been getting for years. My favorite in Dearborn (I've been getting it since this place was called "Trio Eats" and it's always been the same). They must have forgotten to dunk it in Nashville sauce or something bc what I received was not what I was supposed to get. The manager was so weird about it and did not help the situation. On top of that my burger ($15 for a burger without fries) was completely dried out. 100% the last time I ever give this place a dime.

Nice-clean restaurant! The cheeseburger and fries are good. The wait can be long at times but the food comes out fresh and ready to eat. The dining room is plentiful and spacious. I have only tried the cheeseburger and fries a few times and it definitely met expectations.

I have given this place a few chances but each time I try I get more disappointed. I'm not a huge fan of their wraps but my kids did enjoy the sliders. The chicken on the wrap didn't taste good at all in my opinion flavor wise. Maybe next time I'll try a burger! Plenty of parking on the side of the building!

Very very great customer service went there last week I was helped by a really sweet lady her name was Lena she was so helpful and had the best attitude very amazing customer service and so clean and suggested me the mashroom Swiss burger and it was so good I will definitely come back again I recommend this place it's so fresh and halal. Very amazing

They like to close an hour early and discard 100$ orders. Left my whole household hanging. If youre open until 11pm, you should accept orders at 10pm? Thanks D12

We've been there twice and had a good experience both times. Service is great; last time we were there the owner (what we believe to be anyway) took our order and we noticed they had additional options. They asked my husband to do a taste test of new burger buns. The look of the place is pretty cool with the hand painted murals of Detroit icons.

This place was pretty good. Visited for the first time this weekend. The menu has many options.. for their pizzas they have options for gluten free and keto. I'm not on keto diet but was curious about it. I ordered the Italian pizza with keto dough and a Greek salad. The keto pizza was decent.. the dough is more of a cake/pie crust consistency. Its made out of almond flour, eggs and cheese. It definitely did not feel like I was eating bread.. but it didnt taste bad. It was very filling and I was not able to eat more than 2 slices. Its definitely a good option for those who are keto/low carb. The keto bread is $6 which I thought was kind of expensive given the pizzas are already $10-13. The Greek salad was tasty and huge.. could feed at least 3-4 people. The customer service was great. The owner was so nice and friendly.

I ordered the lemon pepper chicken sandwich combo. The drink fountain was down which I was not notified until after I paid for my order. They did have can soda and water, but there were only two soda options,Sprite and Coke. I had a bit of a wait even though the restaurant was not terribly busy. Not a big deal because I didn't have plans. I was mostly disappointed because the fries had a dangerous amount of salt on them and the actual chicken filet was smaller than the bun. The sandwich was okay, but everything else made it less appealing.

I was very pleasantly surprised with this food. The workers were welcoming and answered our questions quickly. It is a little loud in there the more people that are packed in but it's not too bad. Our sandwiches were exactly what we were looking for after a long day at work. Everything was perfect.

Went here expecting to have a decent chicken sandwich, burger, and fries and ended up getting FABULOUS chicken sandwich, burger and fries. The Cajun fries were served fresh and hot and perfectly seasoned. I had the honey sriracha chicken sandwich and it was perfect....sweet from the honey, spicy from the sriracha, toasted bun....yummy. Husbands burger was good. We will return for more good food.

My husband and I had the Nashville chicken sandwich (hot & not), the oil was definitely due for a changed but over all the Sandwich was good- we added coleslaw in both. The hot is hot and they mean business. I really only wish the chicken had sat longer on the rack before assembling the sandwich because it was very oily. We also had a Margherita pizza which was delicious. Everything was balanced from the sauce to the cheese and it was baked to perfection! Recommend

Ate here with a party of 10 today and the food was phenomenal!! I ordered the Nashville hot chicken sandwich; plenty of great spices, flavor, and right amount of breading. The fries were also very tasty, everything was served at the right temperature. Would highly recommend as I've tried pretty much every other place on Michigan Ave in West Dearborn. Staff was friendly and attentive as well. Will be coming back here for sure!

I had a wonderful experience at Trio Eats! They have some truly unique pizzas with a Mediterranean twist and they're all so delicious. I tried: * Falawsome pizza - a pita-based crust with smashed falafel on top, then topped with pickled red cabbage, pickled turnips, pickled red onion, pickles, feta and tahini. This pizza was so tasty! * Margherita pizza - this stole the show. It might seem like a classic Margherita pizza, but they drizzle some truffle oil on top which is the absolute game changer. * Reverse Margherita pizza - Flatbread with cheese, pesto and drizzled with red tomato sauce. Also very good, and the garlic was so prominent. * Cannolis - not a huge cannoli fan, but these were lighter than most I'd had in the past, and the filling was light and creamy as well. Overall the experience was great. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable of their items and very accommodating. They have a variety of options for vegetarians and vegans. The best part? Everything - and I mean everything - is made in-house! You can't beat that. I can't wait to go back!

I've been patiently waiting to try this place out since they opened. They had vegan cheese on the menu and as soon as I saw that I ran in, but they actually still weren't offering it yet. A couple weeks of waiting later, I call in on Pi Day and surely enough, they had vegan cheese!!!! Naturally, I automatically swerved my car and headed to Military Street. My sister and I headed over that to create our own pizzas. The only thing I didn't really like way the way the pricing works on these BYO pizzas. A base is $7 cheese is an extra $2, and each topping (non meat) is $1? Which is different than your typical BYO pizza places that would offer one price for all. Still, we gave it a shot. We paid about 19$, two pizzas and drinks. Which really wasn't that bad. The pizza itself was pretty good. The crust had some type of flavoring to it that was really delicious. It was also pretty crispy. So this is your place if you like thin, crunchy but cheesy pizza. I love that they offer falafel and BYO salads, which will definitely be what I order next time I come around. Try this place out. It's has a very nice interior/atmosphere. College kids get 10% off!

My husband and I got a carry out last night and we really enjoyed our dinner. We were looking for something to eat past 10pm which is hard to find and District 12 is open until 11pm. We decided to get a carry out, which usually is never that great once your food has sat in the box on the travel home. The chicken was still crispy and had a great flavor. We got the hot and not chicken sandwiches and they were great! We will be coming back!

I ordered a carry out for dinner. I got the Memphis chicken sandwich. I was worried it would be too spicy so I asked for the Memphis sauce on the side and they were happy to oblige. Everything is served with fries, you have the option of reg or Cajun. My total was around 12-13$ for the combo (sandwich, fries, drink) Food was ready when they said it would be and they were courteous and quick to ring me up. They had a cool drink machine with flavored Pepsi products. When I got home it was time for reckoning. Would this be the amazing sandwich my friends told me about? I slowly opened the steaming styrofoam container and was greeted by a generous helping of fries and a beautifully toasted brioche bun filled with fresh coleslaw and the most delicious looking fried chicken. I'm glad I got it with sauce on the side so I could admire all the spices in the batter. The sandwich had 2 nice, thin, crispy, juicy pieces of chicken that bursted with flavor in every bite. The fries were good too, hot, & fresh. Nothing special but they were good and accented the sandwich nicely. The Memphis sauce ended up being too much for me, it's spicy!! But I'm glad I can get it on the side bc this is one heck of a sandwich that I will be back for!!!

Ladies and Gentlemen this is the home of the Chicken Sandwich. I am so happy to have a place like this this close to home in Dearborn. I try something new every time. I highly recommend the Nashville or Honey Sriracha Chicken Sandwich. Satisfied customer, keep it up D12!

FYI to plant based restaurant goers- the "Nashville not chicken sandwich" on the menu here does in fact contain real chicken, NOT a plant based alternative. The menu is misleading. But the fries and mozzarella sticks are delicious!

When they first opened the sandwiches and wraps were amazing. Fries were not so great though. I recently ordered again and the chicken was really dry and barely and sauce on the sandwich and wrap. Maybe it was a bad night since it was close to closing

I just left there at 10:15. They forgot my French fries I really wish they hadn't. I'm starving. I'm done. I want a refund

The current wave in the food industry aside from the classic cheese pull is a solid spicy chicken sandwich. Now your mind had to have gone to Chick-fil-A, but let me shift your perspective. D-12 delivers on that classic crunchy spicy chicken taste that you so desire with portions much larger than its competitors- while being open on a Sunday . I kid you not, after eating one, I went back in and ordered 2 more. Definitely recommend calling and ordering ahead, as the first order took 15 minutes (1 sandwich) and the second order we waited another 25 minutes ( 2 sandwiches and 30 wings). Moreover, if your not a fan of the buns and more prone to keto tendencies, you can order their boneless wings which are fairly large. Was kind of bummed that they only had ranch and BBQ dipping sauces and hope they add blue cheese and fat free dips in the future. For those more health conscious, they were kinda greasy. They also have a coke freestyle machine for those interested in customizing your drink. As for the pizza, it was the same quality as Mods or Blaze- doesn't compare to Mootz. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Lastly, Covid protocol was followed to the tee and outdoor seating is available if you can muster it in these weather conditions- haha.

I stopped in with a friend later one evening for the first time. We weren't sure if we could park in front of the place, as there were confusing signs in front for "10 minute parking for curb side service" but there were cars parked with no one in them. But we found parking around the back off of Newman St. I needed some veggies and protein, so I had the side salad and Southern Hot Chicken sliders. The salad was the largest side salad I be seen in a while, but it had very nice green Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion in it and the ranch dressing was good My sliders were very tasty, having pickle and I believe slaw/ shredded lettuce on them. Nice size chicken breast meat, soft buns and enough sauce to be just a little sloppy. Lol My friend had Siriacha chicken sliders and I tried a piece of hers and couldn't taste any spice or heat factor. Generous side of lightly seasoned fries came out hot but cooled quickly from AC circulating. Decor is simple: pictures, license plates etc with Michigan or Detroit theme. Floor is bare concrete, which I have no problem with, but we sat near the drink machine and it was rather sticky. Gentleman who took our orders was very friendly as well as the one bringing our food to the table. The menu was smaller but I think just enough options to enjoy a nice meal. Sometimes it's better to offer less choices but have better quality of food. We will definitely be going back to try other menu items.

A must try! Everything was delicious and the interior impeccably clean. You walk in and head to the register where your order is placed and then you proceed to seat yourself. I did not have to wait too long for my food. Which is always a good thing. The Nashville chicken wrap was very good. It's got some heat to It but not overpowering. It's also very filling. I could have just had that and been full for hours. The pizza was also very good. The dough was nice and soft and I could tell the ingredients were of good quality. The wings we had were cooked to perfection and not overly oily or greasy. Check them out!

I planned this trip a while ago since the Hot Nashville Chicken Sandwich here has been hyped up so much by people online everywhere, but always delayed a trip to District 12 many times. We came on a warm summer evening around 8pm. They restaurant has plenty parking around the corner at Goodwill. The place was hoping at this time, several large parties and families doing the dine in thing. They have a nice set up, clean neat dining room with upscale look and feel. As for the chicken Sandwich, it has a good bun to chicken ratio and was looking good from the start. It started out strong from the first bite! Spicy too! The coleslaw is a must and please get the Cajun fries. The drink of choice is a diet coke But their machine had little to no C02. We all liked the versions of hot Nashville chicken that we ordered. I would get it with less heat next time- just to enjoy the meat more!

Very good spot to pop into for a healthy lunch - if you are not seeking a healthy lunch you can also go that route. I found it refreshing that they are so accommodating to different fad diets such as keto and gluten free. They have a variety of salads and take pride in how they present them - check out my photo to see how they place a full brick of feta ontop the Greek salad! So cool I love that all of the dressings are homemade, and you can ask for the ingredients in them. the manakeesh bread was phenomenal and I would soley rush back sooner rather than later for it. Staff was friendly and informative on the menu, they tried to walk me through different options so I could save money on how I ordered. Street parking is free

I got the Nashville chicken. It was very good the spices were very good. I wish the chicken breast was a little thicker so it can be juicer, overall I loved it.

Ordered carry out bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a shake. Burger didn't fit the bun plus it was over cooked like a hockey puck. Burger was put together very sloppy. Bacon and cheese on the side of burger barely on the oversize bun and burger patty. Chocolate Shake was soft service ice with chocolate sauce squirted and mixed in. Won't waste my money on District 12 again.

I tried this place for the first time, 10/10. Great Service. I tried the Rodeo Bbq, it was delicious . You get your bang for your buck with the big portions they give you. I had my meal at 4:40pm and I'm still full writing this review at 9:20pm.

I walk in at 9:42 PM on a Saturday evening. I was told the kitchen could not take my order because they close at 10:00 PM and stop taking orders at 9:45 PM. If you are gonna have that crappy of a customer service and try to play the rules exactly, at least be right on your time.

I want to start off by saying customer service was okay, after every order the cashier would say would that be all for you, she would not let me finish ordering. It's located in downtown Dearborn which is really busy. I walked in the place is big and nice it was very modern I liked it. It was very nice to see how clean it was and they were very organized. I ordered what was most ordered which was the Nashville hot chicken sandwich and a lemon pepper chicken sandwich with a side of Cajun Fries. I was not too happy with the food, the burger buns were drenched in butter, they soaked that bun with so much butter on the grill it took the flavor from the chicken. The chicken was amazing, it was flavorful, juicy, spicy, and even the lemon pepper was on point. But the buns ruined the whole sandwich being drenched in that much butter to be toasted. The whole time I was tasting ghee instead of the actual flavors. The Nashville hot was actually hot, the slaw and the pickles paired it well. If the buns weren't drenched in butter I would've given these sandwiches 8 out of 10. The fries were crispy crunchy they were more like hard to swallow my throat was dry, really wished they could've been more crispy and hot.

This is my favorite restaurant in Dearborn!!! The place is super clean, the food is amazing, and service is sweet. You can tell they are passionate about food and it shows. Just make sure you grab extra napkins, because you are about to get messy with their sandwiches! Keep up the great work. Oh! And check out the outside seating-super trendy and fun :)
