District 7 Pho to Bring ‘Favorable Delights’ to the Northwest - Eater Vegas

"A rare Vietnamese dining option in the neighborhood, newcomer District 7 Pho has set a debut date in the northwest for its self-described menu of 'favorable delights.' A neighbor to the recently launched DB’s Cajun Kitchen, the pho soup specialists will open on July 7, easy to find at the intersection of Rancho Drive and Craig Road and inside suite 120 at the Imperial Plaza retail center. Planned to be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and closing at 6 p.m. on Sundays, appetizers will include garlic butter clams, grilled pork spring rolls, and shrimp patties, plus vermicelli and rice plate entrees featuring grilled pork chop, Chinese sausage, pork belly, and shrimp. The pho collection is separated into 'traditional' and a 'dry' option for diners ordering pho noodles with house sauce, but serving vegetables and broth on the side. Traditionalists can add rare steak, beef meatballs, fatty flank, brisket, chicken, vegetables, and a limited time oxtail upgrade, all served in a broth the restaurant promises will simmer for 'over 20 hours.'" - Bradley Martin

New restaurants to try in Las Vegas right now - Eater Vegas

"District 7 Pho simmers its broths for 20 hours for pho with various meats. The restaurant also offers dry pho, rice plates, and vermicelli dishes. A novelty phoritto makes pho into a burrito with broth for dipping." - Susan Stapleton

5/10 tasted like salt soup. Hidden credit card fees. The place seemed very, very clean and the staff was very friendly. I've never not finished a pho or didn't take it to go until here, unfortunately. I got the combination pho, and all of the meats looked weird and had a weird texture. It didn't have very many pieces either way. The broth looked good, but it was very salty, even without any added sauces. I could barely get my third bite down. There were also added credit card fee charges that weren't really told about whenever checking out. They also brought the Chopsticks and Spoon in a plastic bag, which I think is a total waste of a plastic bag.

I was walking by deciding if I would dine here, an older gentleman swore it was delicious and he did not disappoint. We came in as soon as they opened and was immediately greeted. The man working up front was friendly. We tried the chicken pho, which came in a huge bowl, and the garlic and onion wings. The wings were delicious and crispy. The person eating them is picky and she loved them 💕 I will need to come again and bring someone to share the bowl.

Google
Visited this place with my friends a night ago and enjoyed it. We got seated right away and all of us got pho and shared spring rolls. The place is clean and the workers were great love their accent. I would come back to get dinner again,

Google
I had the pho with rare steak and beef balls. I found the broth to be a little bland on its own. Thankfully, they had fish sauce on the table. I had to add a few tablespoons. I've seen other reviews say the broth was too salty, so I think they are not very consistent. I personally didn't love the beef balls they had, as they were a bit softer and blander than what I'm used to. The rare steak was good. The ingredients were fresh. Overall, it was good but not great.

Google
I always get takeout from this place since 2021! But I decided never order again! The price increase is just ridiculous! $20 for a combo pho is TOO MUCH! The meat amount is not increased! Which I feel it’s less in a way! And $10 for 2 summer roll with total 2 shrimp is a robbery! It looked terrible when I opened the Boxes!

Google
Very nice place with great service and food was tasty. The huge plus was there was fish sauce ready on the table. Big bowls and great size servings. Place is large inside and is nicley decorated. Must try.

Google
The quality of the food I ordered was amazing. The Pho and dessert cake were so tasty that I would order them again. Overall, the place and service are great, clean, and welcoming.

First time trying this place. This place is very clean. The co-owner is very nice and talkative. We were told the broth is made by beef bones and bone marrow, but not too oily, which is what I like. More importantly no MSG!! Also the portion is huge! We will come back. Hang in there. You are doing well! The best is yet to come and we will come back! =)

Yelp
I arrived around noon. The restaurant only had a couple inside. I was greeted and seated quickly. The server brought me a menu and water. I ordered the spring rolls and a beef and tendon pho. The spring rolls came out within a few minutes. The Pho came about 5 minutes later. The spring rolls had chicken and shrimp. It was your basic spring roll. The included peanut sauce had a nice taste to it. It was more liquid than I'm used to, but it tasted good. The Pho came with your normal bean sprouts, thai basil, Jalapeños and lime wedges. The broth had a nice light flavor. The noodles were firm. The beef and tendon were sparse. There was a good amount of halved meatballs. I enjoyed this place. The workers were efficient. Not real chatty, but were friendly.

Yelp
First thing- don't forget to check in on Yelp and use that 10% discount! I checked in... then forgot :( I came in with my daughter on a rainy Saturday at 12:30 after a hankering for pho.. because noodle soup is always the best for this weather. I was surprised to see that District 7 is the only Vietnamese restaurant for miles in this area. But that's okay... because it's good and worth trying! We see the only patrons initially with what I would've expected to be a lunch rush but soon after the restaurant filled up with more groups. Between the 2 servers, the service and food came out quick. Their pricing is good, better than many comparable restaurants in Las Vegas. We ordered their crispy spring rolls which were good but only came with 4. I ordered a combo pho with the meatballs. Their broth was good and the serving was plenty. They def give a lot of soup and could've used a little more meat and noodles. I also noticed lots of oil floating on top so keep that in mind if you have certain health consciousness. Nonetheless I enjoyed it without being overfilled. We also got their chicken with vermicelli. My daughter enjoyed the noodles, but being 5, didn't really touch the chicken much or the veggies. If I'm in the area and am feeling pho, I definitely recommend a visit.

Yelp
Came here ok a Saturday afternoon at 4pm with barely anyone here. They were able to seat a party of 6 very quickly. Standard pho that were still very tasty and enjoyable. They don't have a large size, only one size and each slice level (1-5) is an additional $1. They claim that their spice is very spicy so you can request it on the side. Would recommend for some solid quick pho.

Yelp
I usually have my go to pho places but I was curious to try this place because it was close and on the way to my next destination. Ordering was easy and it was ready super quick! The guy who checked me out upon pickup was friendly and thanked me for trying them. Note though - they do charge a "take out" fee, likely for the to go boxes/containers. I ordered one rare beef and one chicken pho so I could try both broths. I have to say that I prefer the chicken one more - the broth was super clean and delicious. The beef pho had a little bit of a different flavor than others I'm used to. I can't quite say what the flavor was but it could have been an herb added to the broth. Portion size was good. I also ordered a grilled pork entree but the pork is a little dry compared to other places I have had.

Yelp
I love going to this location. It's convenient and clean. Fast service and the Pho selection is so flavorful and generous portion. I haven't tried other food listed on the menu because I'm happy with any of the Pho. So good specifically during this freezing weather

Yelp
I normally go next door at the Filipino store and eat at Kasina. It seems like Kasina is a hit or miss sometimes and they drop the ball hard today. I saw this place from next door and I always wanted to check it out. OMG this f****** place hit the spot!! This place is clean. The food is amazing!!! It's like this is going to be my go-to place now!!! I hope to run into all my Yelp buddies here!!

Yelp
I always love when pho places offer vegan options. Staff was very friendly and informative when I called. It was empty in there, so the ambience was pretty quiet but we went during off hours. It was beautifully plated and my four year-old son approved. A lot of times broth can be too powerful and salty but this was a very light and delicious.
google avatar

Makalia M.

Yelp
I wasn't feeling too good and was wanting some pho. For the first time I tried this place and got like a medium spicy and let me tell you they're spicy is very spicy so if you like spicy this is a great place, can you can choose your level is Spice has gotten the full to go, but everything and all the sides were inside and it was it good amount of foul and noodles. Definitely will be back since the colder season is coming up.

Yelp
This is a great Vietnamese restaurant. He service and ambiance are great. The food is very fresh and great. We enjoyed some egg rolls with vegetables and butterfly shrimp. The owners and employees are very nice too. We've been to several different Vietnamese around the Vegas valley. This is one of the better ones. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
My family and I were near by so we decided to try this place out. We were craving a rice dish so we both ordered the combo pork plate that comes with 1 eggroll and 3 pieces of shrimp. The portions were very small. The pork chop came with one small piece. And for my pork rice plate I had more bits and pieces which made it turn out dry. I'm not use to having it in small pieces, it must just be their version. It came with a little side soup, now that was pretty good. I would skip on the rice plates n try their pho next time... (side note adding scallion oil to the meat would have gave it a lil kick)

Yelp
Cute decorations, clean restaurant, fast and friendly service!!! Drinks- iced tea. So refreshing and not too strong. Veggie spring rolls for an appetizer. Perfect amount of filling, crispy and with a yummy dipping sauce. I had the veggie pho. The broth was so delicious with the perfect amount of flavor and not salty. Plenty of veggies and adding the sliced jalapeños and bean sprouts made it even better. Rice pork chop with egg roll and shrimp. Pork cooked perfectly with just the right amount of flavor. Shrimp cook just right. Rice cooked good and adding some hoisin sauce and sriracha made it even better. Pho shrimp and added steak to it and was delicious!!! Soup made with the right amount of flavors. We will definitely be back!! If you are in the area, stop by and try this place!!!

Yelp
They took advantage of us ordering through delivery. The portions were unbelievably small. Looked nothing like it's advertised. The egg rolls were even half the size... Do not order through delivery.
google avatar

Kathy G.

Yelp
Order placed for delivery. It was 40 minutes from order to delivery at dinner time. We ordered 2 chicken pho and one order of shrimp spring rolls. The broth is the best I've had in Las Vegas. You can tell when you see the broth color if it's got the proper spices. The soup came with a mix of light and dark chicken but mostly light. The noodles were plentiful and served with a helping of Mung bean sprouts, a slice of lime and a few jalapeños. Also a mixture of fish sauce and Sriracha in a separate cup. Lastly there was an abundance of cilantro and Thai basal. It was so delicious! The spring rolls weee also very good. They, unlike most other spring rolls delivered, we're not wrapped in plastic. And the peanut sauce was also excellent with a nice mix of spices in it as well. We will definitely order from them again!

Yelp
I think I needed a key to understand the spice level # in the food they prepared for me. I loved the hot wings, but they were sooo hot I was crying! Next order I will be sure to check the NO spicy selection!

Yelp
Second or third time I ate here, while not out of the way, my regular spots just seem more convenient. Very crowded and tight parking lot. Got there for an early lunch, only one other table was occupied but there appeared to be a moderate number of to go orders being prepared. I ordered the fresh shrimp and pork spring rolls (two to an order) and they came out quickly. But I must say I was surprised in that they were very WARM, the wrappers were not chilled like every other place I've eaten. The pork was like a very thin slice of luncheon meat , maybe something used in the banh mi ... Taste was ok though. I ordered the rare steak pho. My server (very nice) asked me if I wanted the steak on the side and not in the soup. I have no idea why, since the steak is ALWAYS served in the soup and in fact the rare steak should be "cooked" by the pho. Anyway, it was a large portion, but there was no way the meat was rare.... definitely well done. Actually that is pretty commonplace . The broth was flavorful, noodles al dente . I think I read on the menu that egg noodles could be substituted for $3.50. but maybe I was reading that for another dish. The pho was $12.95, up from $11.95 as evidenced from the changed menu. ($12.95 is pretty standard around here). They still have that funky $.65 convenience fee added to each check. If that is applied so the menu prices don't rise, why were they changed . Not a huge deal, but I would rather see the menu prices change as I am tired of "fees". They do offer a military discount. A decent meal... I'll be back (if I can get a parking spot)
google avatar

Yelp
They have no Ox Tail Pho Soup on their menu .... Very popular dish ... I was wondering why ... It's been awhile that they haven't been serving ...Very popular among seniors & millennials ....
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered pho and what I got was hoisin sauce water. Pho is my favorite soup but I will not be ordering from here again. I'll stick to the places I know from now on.

Dinning area is CLEAN and service is a food also comes out pretty fast.

Yelp
No me but I bought it for my mom. Close to her house. She said it was ok considering she's never had pho before.

Yelp
Ah, tis the Pho season this time of year as the heat has finally decided to take a break for once! Well, for me, eating pho is good anytime of year. Although, most appropriately consumed during the cooler times. Ok, moving on....so, this place sits nestled in the middle of a strip mall on the corner of W Craig Rd & N Rancho Drive. Pretty nondescript. The place is clean and spacious. Never really a lot of people for the couple times I've went here but it seems they stay busy and get quite a few pick up orders which is a good sign. I've been to a number of pho type places here in Vegas and I would say District 7 is certainly one of the best ones I've been to so far. This last visit I got the #15 Rare Steak & Brisket pho. The service is good. Their beef bone broth was hot and tasty, the quality of meat used was pretty decent (not great), everything was cooked well. Great portion/ratio of ingredients. No ingredient overwhelmed the other. The only thing I thought was a con for me was the price. A tad steep. At the end of the day, I paid over $17 w/tip for the bowl of pho. Because I dined in, I was charged like a .26 fee for use of their napkins, sauces, and silverware. I felt that I was being a little "nickel & dimed" on that but whatever. It is, what it is. Not sure if people are getting charged that fee for take-out. Maybe I've gotten out of touch in the last year with the rise of inflation nowadays but I remember when pho was one of the most cost effective meals one could get. Usually in the $10 - 12 range. Now, in the $13 - 15 range, apparently. Nonetheless, a pretty good bowl of pho and worth a try, if in the neighborhood. They also serve other apps and dishes that may be worth trying. I typically just get the pho. Highly recommend!

Olivia O.

Yelp
I usually go to Chinatown and have pho spots to go too. But since this place I have seen and passed by .. went in on a rainy day. Clean, modern, good food and the spicy level oh goodness ! So yummy! Definitely give this place a try.

Yelp
Whenever I come home to Vegas my dad makes sure to take me to his favorite Pho place and boy is this place good! The garlic wings and pork spring rolls are so delicious to start out with. The service is great and the staff is really friendly! The broth of the pho is so good. 10/10 recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Second time coming to District 7 Pho! This is a Family owned restaurant with DELICIOUS Pho Broth which is made with fresh every day! Owners, David & Cindy are committed to Excellence! We had our son & daughter-in-law come taste the BEST PHO in Las Vegas!!

Great food at a great price and really great service. Ambiance was great over all I will definitely come back for more every time I am in Las Vegas.

Yelp
We discovered a new pho place on our side of town. This truly is one of the best pho restaurants we've tasted in recent times. The broth is made from bone broth, bones sautéed from early morning to make the most tasty pho broth you've ever had. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The place is so clean when we first walked in we thought it had just opened. Once we asked, we've learned they had been open for two years. I encourage anybody living in the northwest to try District 7 Pho on Craig and rancho. You won't be disappointed.
google avatar

Jessica C.

Yelp
This place may have just opened but the owners should give the staff raises already - their service was AHhHmazing. Seriously positive, upbeat and attentive staff that represented the business incredibly well. We are so happy to now have a pho spot in the northwest. Pho was flavorful and CLEAR which is so important and speaks to the quality of the food. My grilled pork chop rice plate was fantastic - not too fatty either. Portions VERY generous. We didn't expect much and we were so happy to be surprised by the quality of ingredients, flavor, portions, service and even the speed at which our freshly cooked meals came out of the kitchen. Great job, District 7!

Rushina M.

Yelp
Fast service & savory food The tiramisu is the best I've ever had in my opinion! must try

G D.

Yelp
We started coming here a few months ago. It's pretty much our go-to Pho soup spot. We have eaten at a lot of Pho restaurants from the East Bay/ South Bay Area of Northern California. Little Saigon in South Sacramento, CA.

Denise G.

Yelp
This place is 5/5 for me! Food was amazing, we tried the pork belly banh mi sandwich which was so flavorful and delicious with fresh jalapeños, cilantro, cucumber and carrot. The pork belly with the sweet and savory sauce and the fresh vegetables AND the crispy French roll is a match made in heaven. We shared pho #15 which was rare beef and brisket pho. The broth was so flavorful and delicious and the noodles were on the softer side which I loved. The portion was huge! My boyfriend is a water technician and he could tell their water was very clean and purified. The service was great, didn't get our servers name but he was attentive and kind. The manager David was also helping out and cleaning and gave us recommendations. We came for lunch at noon and it wasn't busy at all. Will definitely be coming back soon because I know the pork belly banh mi is something I'm going to crave often.

Yelp
On Saturday, around 11:00 A.M, just as District 7 Pho opened, my partner and I decided to try it out, again. Our experience was much different than last time, which was during their opening week. District 7 Pho is located off of the Craig/N95 Exit, near Rancho/Craig inside a private plaza. There is spacious amount of parking. Some of the local businesses next to it include Bank of America. Inside, the ambiance is relaxing. The décor is quite modernized with a variety of TVs situated throughout the restaurant. You can choose to scan a QR for the menu, or there is a physical copy available at the table to review. Last time, I had tried their Pho Ga. I wanted to give it another try. I was not disappointed!!! This time, the broth had so much flavor! Last time, it tasted like water, but this time, the broth contained a lot of ingredients and flavor. The chicken was well-cooked, not rubbery or tough. It had the flavor of the broth to it. The herbs and vegetables were provided to the table prior to the meal. Also all of the utensils were readily available. My partner had the pork with rice. He enjoyed it. The pork is relatively small. I'd recommend ordering a appetizer if you're getting the pork plate entrée. The pork flavor profile was like lemongrass, but it was very scrumptious! The team members at District 7 Pho were extremely helpful and friendly. We were constantly checked up on from the team member at District 7 Pho, asking if we needed anything. If you're looking for a new Pho place in Northwest Las Vegas, you should try out District 7 Pho!

Yelp
No steak knife? Located in the same plaza as the Bank of America, we've been waiting to come and try out this spot since the renovation. Plenty if parking, so finding a spot was easy. Very modern take on the I terror with only 3 pictures hanging on the wall. All have to do with money. Plenty of seating, maybe max 66 or so people. Largest table is for 4. Greeted and asked to choose seating. Digital menu, so we scanned and took a look. What ordered: Combo Pho Grilled Porkchop Literally 10 minutes, yes ten minutes is all it took fo have our dishes out. Already cooked? Know how you get mint, basil, jalapeño, lime, and beansprouts with your pho? Not here. Ever try to cut Porkchop with a butter knife? That's what we did because they had no steak knives. Know when you pick something out from the menu off of the picture? Porkchop was missing the egg. Was not included with the dish, but it was advertised as if it was without disclaimer. Bottom line, authentic is not this places niche. The broth was way light. Could not taste the main ingredients including star aniseWell, a pho spot, this should be the spotlight. This is the most I've ever used Sriracha on my pho to add flavour, and I still couldn't attempt to try to finish this dish. This is as basic as it gets people. I highly prefer my Saigon 8. Not to mention, they even got the total of our dine in incorrect. See the pictures. 2 different receipts. Welp, had to try before we Yelp.

Yelp
I've ordered from here 4 or 5 times now. Pho is soo good! It's the ultimate comfort food that hits the spot every time. Veggies are always so fresh. Thai tea simply delicious.I usually order to go but service on the phone is always polite. Highly recommend

Yelp
I was craving for a bowl of Pho and was so busy and could not drive far, so I had to uber something closer to my home and district 7 was the only choice . I was really praying it would turn out " just okay" ...but I was extremetly dissapointed. I ordered two orders of Pho Tai with brisket and beef ball. Opened the package and open the broth container and knew the disaster is coming, it did not smell anything like PHO . The color was almost white as water and did not have the pho fragrant at all. The broth lacked any depth and complexity of what Pho broth should taste like . I warmed it up in the pot and onto my bowl.. It did not taste good no Flavor and OMG it was the worst beef ball EVER. tasted like veggies balls and not beef ball. it did not taste like beef. It was so bad. I spitted it out . I have no idea who sold them these meat balls or was it made in house but boy they were not beef balls. I will never order from this place again. It's not real PHO . and I am vietnamese and I've eating pho all my life. Not sure what they were cooking .

Anna ..

Yelp
One of the better pho places in Vegas. Places in spring mountain taste too much like tap water, but this one was one of the first places where it didn't. I would definitely recommend:)

Julio S.

Yelp
First time ordering from here and I was not impressed. Based my order from the picture they have on their menu and it looked nothing like what was advertised. The meat was soggy and it tasted very dry. The garnish (salad) was old and soggy. The roll was not good. The sauce smelled bad. Overall, I would not recommend.
google avatar

Abigail C.

Yelp
Truly solid pho on par (or better!) than many places we've tried in Chinatown at an excellent price for a larger than average portion! My true test is if the broth can stand alone with just the addition of fresh lime juice and basil leaves, and this place passed with flying colors! Northwest crew, don't miss this nearly hidden gem while wasting precious gas money on your way to Chinatown to get your pho fix! Check out District 7 Pho today!
google avatar

Jorge C.

Yelp
This place is so unnecessary expensive. Almost 20 bucks for a soup?? Maybe is because I been to Vietnam and had the real deal.

Heather B.

Yelp
I'm from MN/St Paul and there are Pho restaurants all over the city and have missed Pho. I decided to try this place after many disappointing experiences and I have to say this place is pretty good. Tendon was tender and the broth was pretty tasty. I'm a egg roll snob and they were delicious. I am used to a certain style/recipe and it was good, wish they used rice paper rolls. But overall, pretty impressed with this place. Wished they had the pickled carrots and radish on sandwiches but that's my only complaint. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a good place to go if you're scared of Vietnamese food and want to get out of your comfort zone. Nothing was particularly bad, just not enjoyable or authentic for me. The broth lacked any depth and complexity, but at least it was hot. Tasted like boiled bones and salt, that's it. For $12.95 you don't get much meat. Pho was overall disappointing for my taste. The spring rolls are rolled fresh and warm, but the sauce was strange and hoisin-like yet with no particular flavor. I couldn't decide how I felt about it, but it was not enjoyable. $6.95 for 2. $5.50 for Cafe Su Da, it better be good... the flavor and texture were off, and I ended up throwing it out. Food is quick, and service was super nice and thoughtful. Parking is plentiful, and this is a large clean restaurant. Unfortunately, I don't think this is a place I would visit again when craving Vietnamese food.

Yelp
Yummy clean and great service. I came in right when they open and the owner greeted me immediately. They play Vietnamese music on the speakers so you know it's authentic. Tried the lobster pho since it's their special and I was surprise they even put brisket in it. The lobster is MP but when I order it was $30. I also got a grill pork banh for $7, gone are the days where they were $2 a piece or 3 for $5 haha. They have all the classic Vietnamese dishes, pho, vermicelli, etc nothing too special. It's nice to have a good restaurant in the north west. The plaza it is located in isn't exactly crowded but weird parking layout so be careful, I can imagine it'll be kinda a mess if it is busy. While pricey I love to support local businesses hopefully prices go down soon and phos aren't so expensive. Will definitely be back again and again. PS: I find it hilarious that some of these Yelp "elites" complain about small things, take hundreds of pictures for their other reviews but make accusations of "no veggies, or no carrots" etc etc and happens to not take a picture this time?

Yelp
Expensive cost me $42 for 2 chicken pho and two small spring Roll I ordered the extra ramen noodles for 3.50 on the menu but they charged me 4.95 plus they didn't look at all Like the pic We won't be back

Yelp
Great authentic pho, ban mi and even their Vietnamese iced coffee is the real deal! I'm going again today

Yelp
I've only tried the pho here so can't really comment on the other entrees. My go-to's for pho are either meatball with rice noodles or steak and tendon with egg noodle. Tried both here and was not very pleased. The broth during the 3 times I've ordered here have been pretty bland compared to other pho places in this area so I've had to add a lot of hoisen and siracha. The egg noodles here are not the normal egg noodles at Vietnamese restaurant... they have ramen noodles, which is not really want I would like with my pho broth. The staff here is friendly and the ambiance of the place is really nice which is why I would probably come back to try the other food here and update my review then. However, when it comes to pho, I probably wouldn't order my pho here again.

Yelp
District 7 Pho has become one of my regular stops when I'm looking for lunch. Their pho is fantastic and the service is always friendly and quick. I feel like their broth is much more flavorful than most of the other Vietnamese restaurants I've visited. The spring rolls and egg rolls are great as well.

Yelp
Chicken is not fresh, like reheated and old and hard. Vegetables old. Beef has in my girlfriend's pho has a chemical taste. Banh Mi has like a weird Thousand Island sauce. Server is great, though, so gave a five star at payment to make sure she didn't get in trouble. Water is filtered.
