"This New Orleans favorite moved into Block 16 Urban Food Hall at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas with a roster of 100 consistently rotating flavors, including chocolate blackout and bananas Foster. The menu even features griddled doughnut sandwiches. The key is to get here early in the morning when they’re fresh." - Janna Karel

"A New Orleans-based establishment known for offering kolaches in both savory and sweet styles. They are particularly popular for their meat kolaches, which include smoked sausage, white cheddar, and candied jalapeños." - Megan Ulu-Lani Boyanton

"I found District Doughnut appears to be on a very extended vacation: online ordering at both storefronts is shut down, a sign on the Wharf location says it "is taking a break" and directs customers to the Barracks Row shop, which also appears to be "temporarily closed" on Yelp. The sign claims the operation is taking "a vacation after 12 years of operations," which struck me as odd given the Wharf location only opened in 2018 and the original in Barracks Row has been around for about 10 years; Eater reached out to District Doughnut for comment." - Emily Venezky

"Expanding into a full-service downtown location, I saw District Donuts broaden its offerings to include Mexican breakfast dishes, lemon ricotta pancakes, breakfast wings, burgers, nachos, fish and chips, frozen drinks, and to-go cocktails — a menu tailored to the Superdome and Smoothie King Center crowd while still centering on its well-known doughnuts." - Clair Lorell

"District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers spooky takes on classic doughnuts decorated to resemble gravestones, ghosts, and pumpkins." - Susan Stapleton
