Springs Cafe is located at the Springs Preserve on Valley View and Alta. You'll find them near the main entrance, there's an elevator that goes up to the second level. Parking is free and plentiful.
Inside has ample seating for a table, high top, and an outdoor dining with fantastic view. Atmosphere is relaxing with good music playing various genres from old school, love songs, pop, R&B, and techno.
Menu offers a great selection of sammiches, burgers, salads, breakfast, including a kids menu, smoothies, coffee, and assorted baked goods from Bronze Cafe. Most popular treats are banana flax cake, chocolate chip cookie, and peanut butter snickerdoodle.
I had Texas Grilled Cheese ($12), very delicious! The sandwich is soft and crispy with gooey melted cheese accompanied with fries, and choice of cheesy macaroni or tomato soup. I opted for tomato soup, it's zesty, chunky, and so flavorful, I used it as the main dip for the fries.
The Berry Stacio Salad ($12) is light and refreshing! It has peppery arugula topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, pistachios, goat cheese crumble, served with lemon vinaigrette, yum!
Hot Golden Mylk Latte (16 oz, $6) with coconut milk is soothing and complements nicely with berry salad.
Fruity Pebbles Treat ($4) has puffed rice and is gluten-free. This special treat is a generous portion and tasty!
Service from Matteo, Zeus, and Giselle is welcoming, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. David, the manager from Bronze Cafe, was there on Nevada Day, and he is very kind! He mentioned about service and efficiency improving significantly from twelve months ago which is a major achievement!
