Food is average, but the main draw to this restaurant are the great views of Las Vegas. Lots of families taking advantage of outdoor dining when is not too hot.

Staff is friendly but food was mediocre. Got the avocado toast and it was mostly rotten and bitter. Potatoes were severely undercooked but seasoning was ok. Ordered a latte 100% sweet but it was barely taste in it so I suggest getting it extra sweet next time. Also, they don't have Heinz.

The venue is gorgeous. Service could use a little bit more organization but the food was excellent! An amazing place to dine solo or as a family with the perks of a great view of the city.

Google
When you want to grab some good food. Nothing fancy just good food, and a chill spot this is the place to go! The place is nice, the view is nice! You have the option to sit inside, out in the patio. If the weather is good definitely sit outside. The fish tacos are great! All the kid plates are great they come with a variety of snacks for the kids! Also since this place is at springs preserve you can go to the trails and gardens for free, and let the kids run around!

The boomtown burger with blue cheese was the best burger I've ever had. Scenic view of the Springs Preserve area

The view on the balcony is probably one of the best in Vegas. All you see is the green of the preserve with the strip and downtown in the backdrop. The pizza and wings were better than expected, but the Mac n cheese was pretty bland. Fine food for a day out with the kids. Service was great!

Google
View is lovely and live music was cool although they told us the music would be between certain hours it didn't start until after. We had an event with the school here once and the event was over before the music started. For the price, what we were provided was phenomenal. The food itself is ok though. The chicken is not tender, etc. But service was good. There was an elderly confused lady who kept trying to join our party and we kept having to ask the staff to remove her from our group and they were young and hesitant and half our party was unfortunately uncomfortable but what can you do I guess!

Google
Wow. I was not really expecting how great this was. I took my 4 year old here after toddler time and the food was great. This was, by far, one of THE BEST kids meals I have ever purchased. He ate ALL of it! I wasn't sure what to get, so I asked the cashier his favorite and he recommended the bento box. I went with it and I was not disappointed. I was expecting some small little thing that wasn't going to be filling, but no! It was PERFECT and tasty. Only complaint I have I guess is that they didn't have root beer, which is my favorite, but the strawberry lemon water was very refreshing and not at all bitter.

Yelp
Small hidden gem! The price is great, food is served fast. Great view, great atmosphere!

Yelp
I LOVE this cafe! I just went on 5/22/25, and the only reason for minus one star is that they were out of items on the menu...which happened to be the exact things I wanted to eat. I wanted a turkey sandwich with a salad. They were out of turkey and out of spring mix for the salad. I ended up ordering the kids grilled cheese with tomato soup, and what's crazy is that about five minutes after receiving my order, I heard one of the cooks tell the cashier that they were now out of tomato soup. Had I ordered a little later, it would've been another item I wanted that's out. Hopefully the kitchen improves on inventory, or maybe this was just a one time situation if there was a surge of customers that week. I also ordered the lavender coffee. Sounds delicious, was told it's popular, but after each sip, there was always a very bitter aftertaste. I tried to tell myself it was just in my mind and ignore it, but my husband tried a sip and he noticed too. I unfortunately just couldn't get myself to like the drink. I asked the cashiers if there was anything that can be done and they offered to either remake it or just refund it for me, or I can order an entirely different drink. I opted to try the Matcha coffee instead as I did want a cold, caffeinated drink to enjoy with my lunch. They were all so nice about and apologetic. That meant a lot to me as I felt horrible about pretty much wasting that lavender drink. I also ordered three berry lemon baked goods. It was sort of like a cookie bread hybrid. And omg, it was delicious!! Half of it is lemon and the other half is blueberry with an icing drizzle. I find blueberry and lemon flavor to be one of the best fruit mix flavors there is! Ever try lemon yogurt with fresh blueberries? Try it!! My son had the chicken tenders and those are so good! Not at all like a typical fried chicken strip. It's almost like a panko crust but more thick, and the pieces are large for being a kids meal. The grilled cheese my daughter and I had is delicious as well. The tomato soup is not like a canned type so that's a plus. It's like actual tomatoes that were puréed and made in their kitchen. It's way better than you'd think especially with a grilled cheese! The food that we did get in the past and this time was and is always delicious! The staff is friendly and kind, and the views are so nice! Having a meal here during a visit is an absolute must! I'll get pics next time! I was too excited to eat...and I was getting hangry.

Yelp
We went here last sunday, for lunch. We took some of the boy's team mates to see the Springs Preserve. Give your tele number for the next time. I almost got the turkey sandwich but saw that it was vegan, so I opted instead for the chicken tender sandwich, at $13, with fries- could've been more done, for me. But the sandwich was really good, the chicken was to my liking. It was positioned a little awkward, I had more bread on one side, because of it. The bun was a pretzel bun, mmm. I love pretzel anything. I'd probably get this one again. Hubby got the basic burger and it was good, but I liked my sandwich better. We split then traded back. The boy also had the basic burger, and I think that it was too much bread, because he had to ditch the last of it in the end. I suggest if you bring little kids, you can order off of the kids menu. We ended up taking the rest of the fries home, all three of us had the fries as the side. One of the team mates got the bacon burger and the other one got mac & cheese (this was like a side size) so he could also get a smoothie, but good on managing the finances. I opted for a large round table inside, but didn't see that there was outside seating too, which was a nice day. Oh well, next time. The bathrooms are outside. They bring your food and then afterward, collect your dirty dishes. Everyone working there was nice, which is a plus.

Yelp
I had their turkey sandwich with a side of fruit. The food and atmosphere made a good lunch. The service was friendly too.

Yelp
Surprisingly high quality food is being served at this casual cafe in Springs Preserve. I have been to many small cafes located inside museums and parks because my kids have never seen a snack that they didn't need to have. I was expecting to find the typical chicken tenders and mac n' cheese on the menu, which they do have, but this place is so much more. My BLT was expertly crafted with a touch of house made bacon jam and basil aioli, sandwiched between a delicious ciabatta bread. What was supposed to be a quick snack to tide me over, ended up being a very enjoyable meal. This cafe offers everything from breakfast to burgers, as well as snacks and beer. If you are looking to feed your kids while visiting Springs Preserve, you'll be pleased to know that there are some decent food options for grownups to be had.

Yelp
The view is amazing. Love that you can over look springs preserve while grabbing a coffee or bite to eat. I decided to try the ice coffee this time. With so many different flavors/syrups to try. But I was disappointed. I didn't even finish my iced coffee. Tasted like water down even though was espresso and would never get the flavor banana nut again. I liked it hot but not iced last time. For the desert we got a triple chocolate and that was so sweet I loved it. So chocolately, soft, and not dry. I would come back if visiting springs preserve but not on my free time. My sis ate a sandwich too. Presentation was great but that I didn't eat so can't say if good or not but looked appetizing.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised - I came here before and I loved it. Then a different time I was not impressed and then the place was closed. I didn't expect it to be open when we went to springs preserve and decided to give it a try. While it was not the most amazing food I ever had they have LOTS of lattes flavors (which was impressive) and the food was definitely much better than we expected. Also, the view is pretty nice from the outside patio

Yelp
If you have a Bank of America card, you can come to Springs Preserve for free during the first weekend of each month! The Springs Cafe has a nice view of the strip, fresh air and open space. Haven't tried most of the food items, but have tried the birthday cake waffles at $7 for 4 slices. It's good! The whip cream is dairy free and the syrup they give you is sugar free. You can add on potatoes or a cup of fruit on the side. Service is also efficient here, really nice people and etc.

Yelp
Springs Cafe is located at the Springs Preserve on Valley View and Alta. You'll find them near the main entrance, there's an elevator that goes up to the second level. Parking is free and plentiful. Inside has ample seating for a table, high top, and an outdoor dining with fantastic view. Atmosphere is relaxing with good music playing various genres from old school, love songs, pop, R&B, and techno. Menu offers a great selection of sammiches, burgers, salads, breakfast, including a kids menu, smoothies, coffee, and assorted baked goods from Bronze Cafe. Most popular treats are banana flax cake, chocolate chip cookie, and peanut butter snickerdoodle. I had Texas Grilled Cheese ($12), very delicious! The sandwich is soft and crispy with gooey melted cheese accompanied with fries, and choice of cheesy macaroni or tomato soup. I opted for tomato soup, it's zesty, chunky, and so flavorful, I used it as the main dip for the fries. The Berry Stacio Salad ($12) is light and refreshing! It has peppery arugula topped with fresh strawberries, blueberries, pistachios, goat cheese crumble, served with lemon vinaigrette, yum! Hot Golden Mylk Latte (16 oz, $6) with coconut milk is soothing and complements nicely with berry salad. Fruity Pebbles Treat ($4) has puffed rice and is gluten-free. This special treat is a generous portion and tasty! Service from Matteo, Zeus, and Giselle is welcoming, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. David, the manager from Bronze Cafe, was there on Nevada Day, and he is very kind! He mentioned about service and efficiency improving significantly from twelve months ago which is a major achievement!

Yelp
This place has been on my list for a while. I am extremely happy that I finally made it out here. I'm vegan and they have so many options! First of all it's located at the springs preserve which is a gorgeous view to look at from the restaurant. There is ample free parking. I decided to get an iced latte and was overwhelmed by how many different flavors there are to choose from. The kind cashier helped me to narrow down my choices. I wanted to eat at the cafe but since I got there kind of late (1 hour before closing) I ordered my food to go. The food. Wow my mind is blown. Amazing amazing amazing. I got David's Special and the Vegucated Order. I'm in heaven. I also picked up a couple of vegan muffins which I will try later today. This place is quite a drive for me but I want to come back!! :) thank you for the great food and service!

Yelp
It was okay. The salad I had was a good size but the bacon bits are mediocre, the chicken on my salad was really cold. The avocado and tomatoes seemed fresh so bonus points for that. I ordered a pancake order for my little sister. It had more whipped cream than she knew what to do with. It was pretty pricey too. I ordered us two lattes and those were yummy. The other benefits of this spot is the beautiful views of Las Vegas, the great setup of tables, the whole ambiance is really welcoming and unique for this side of town. The service was also great.

Yelp
Located in the Beautiful Springs Preserve, I stopped by for an early lunch. It's on the second floor with an elevator if neeeded. The second floor allows for indoor and outdoor seating with a wonderful view. It was already busy when I walked in, but the line moved along. Order at the counter and you get a number so that they can bring the food and drinks to you (there's a fountain drinks station inside). The staff also came around cleaning the tables and anything you were finished with. Very friendly. The Botanical Burger came with fresh hot well-salted crispy exterior and soft interior fries. The impossible patty was tender and flavorful. The caramelized onions added a lovely sweetness and balsamic tang to balance the sharpness of the arugula. The Chai Latte (24oz, iced, with oat milk) did take a while to come out (I devoured the burger and half my fries before it came out). Worth the wait though. It was heavy on the spices, and not overly creamy. The cafe is very family friendly (kid's menu, wide spaces between tables to push strollers along, and high chairs), so it's a nice spot to grab food and enjoy the view without having to leave Springs Preserve.

Yelp
Lots of seating space indoor and outdoor. Menu included a variety of things. We stuck with sandwiches and tenders for the kids. Great service and the food was okay and good-size portions for price.

Yelp
I liked this spot a lot. They have a varied menu with plenty of vegan options. Service was a tad slow, but they were friendly and food came accurately made. There was a lot of seating inside; a great spot for a book club. There was also some generous outdoor seating options which will be great when the weather cools down.

Yelp
Went here on a Monday at 11 am and it wasn't busy at all! But it did get a lot busier at 12 pm when we were leaving. Service was good and polite. They were nice, professional, and fast. The location was also very clean which is rare when there are so many kids dropping food everywhere! But they have people walking around to clean up quickly and fast. The prices are a bit high, as to be expected from an attraction. $12 for a burger and $12 for salads. They had kids meals but I brought the kids their lunch so we saved money on their meals and they didn't give us any issues with eating our own food. They gave us plates and utensils to eat it! We would recommend this place as somewhere to get food when visiting the preserve. We went there without needing a ticket and then went in with our tickets afterwards. Quality of the food was good too. Was better than I thought it would be as cafeteria food. So I was satisfied when my impossible burger!! And the salads were a good size for the $12 and had chicken/protein in it! Also, plenty of high chairs and boosters for kids and seating for everyone!

Yelp
This casual eatery serves breakfast and lunch. The food is provided by Bronze Cafe and the beverages are provided by Aspire Coffee--both local businesses. The food menu features three sammiches that have vegan analogues. Vegucated Order is my favorite because it has everything the other two sandwiches do. Among the ingredients are vegan turkey, soy bacon strips, and plenty of healthy veggies. Botanical Burger is what I'd like to try next. For my most recent visit, I enjoyed the Vegan Breakfast Burrito from their specials menu. The arugula provides a nice peppery flavor. I'm a big fan of the superfood latte, Green Eye, made with matcha and espresso, which I get with soy milk. Located on the second floor, the indoor and outdoor seating both provide a nice view overlooking Springs Preserve. Service is friendly and prompt, though the series of questions asked when placing your order can seem like overkill.

Yelp
Love coming here! So many options for coffees teas and smoothies! Yummy sandwiches too! Fun place and glad they have a nice eating spot on location for lunch breakfast and snacks! Big portion and good quality! Service is good. You get a discount if you are a member and get points for every order even if you arent to use on future orders

Yelp
My daughter and I were visiting the Springs Preserve on a Sunday morning. We were getting hungry and decided to eat at the Springs Café. The Springs Café is located near the Origen Museum and next to the entrance at the Springs Preserve. I was pretty excited to try this spot out as it's part of the Bronze Café, a local restaurant, chain. Springs Café is located at the second level. It was pretty busy inside the restaurant. There is indoor table seating available and outside table seating, overlooking the Las Vegas strip. We decided to eat inside since it was slightly hot outside. To place an order, you'll have to wait for availability at the register. Their menu offers a wide range of salads, sammiches, burgers, and breakfast options. We had decided to order the following Chicken Strips and Sweet Potato Fries ($8.00) French Toast Sticks (4), served with syrup ($5.00) Organic Lemonade ($3.50) Once we placed our order, we were provided a number and water cups. Be prepared for a wait if it's busy inside the restaurant. We waited for over 40 minutes for our order. It took the lemonade approximately 20 minutes! The food was decent. The French Toast Sticks were phenomenal! There was so much sugar and cinnamon on the snickerdoodle French Toast Sticks. My daughter didn't like the chicken strips. The breading was falling off the chicken and the tender wasn't juicy, but dry. She did like the sweet potato fries though! This restaurant is self service. Utensils and any dipping sauces are available upon what's available in their inventory. Fountain drinks are freely accessible if you get a soda or water cups. The few team members we did speak to were friendly and helpful. The service was a little too long though. I'd go back to this restaurant only if it was on a less busy day.

Yelp
I'm always excited to eat here and I'm always feeling let down when I leave. It's such a nice restaurant with a beautiful view but the food is meh. I always feel ripped off and wish I would have just gone somewhere else to eat. We have ordered breakfast and lunch. I had these waffles that looked great but they were cold and almost tasted frozen. We have ordered their burgers and they are just okays they look decent, but they taste fine and the food is always kind of warm, never hot. The burgers taste like they are missing ingredients. Nothing ever takes you to that euphoric place. It has great potential but I would really recommend they review their menu and taste it to check consistency.
google avatar

Yelp
Omg... Never have I ever ever been to a coffee shop like this before !!! The amount of lattes that they have here is just unreal and things that I've never seen before anywhere else such unique flavors The place is so clean and the view is spectacular They have quick and fast service order and within minutes it's out .

Yelp
very good food - had the Basic Hamburger/fries and the Combination? Sandwich/salad nice size portion...fresh/lightly toasted Ciabatta Bun...avocado...bacon..cheese and salad/Balsamic dressing couldn't sit outside - too hot :( but next time earlier (they open @ 9:00am) for breakfast sit outside on the balcony.. reasonable prices ($12 - $14) good service - order @ cash/pay/they bring to table recommended A+++

Yelp
We stopped here to have lunch during our road trip. The setting is amazing, the bonatical gardens are a great place to visit. The cafe has a wide variety of foods, including beer and cocktails. The cafe setting is nice with a large outdoor seating area overlooking the gardens. It's pay at the counter and they bring the food to you. The food is so-so. I had a BLT and it was good but we also got the burger and it wasn't great. We also got the kids chicken fingers and they were more like bigfoots fingers lol, the piece of chicken was a bit large for kids but it was nicely fried. I can't remember what else we got but it was ok, not great food wise.

Yelp
Springs Preserve really did it right with this cafe! The Springs Cafe is located inside the Springs Preserve and is a great spot to stop and get coffee, snacks or a meal while visiting this outdoor museum. It is located on the second story of the building to your right as soon as you pass ticketing. They have both an elevator and stairs to access this location. While at first I was wondering why they would put a cafe on the second story and not the first, my question was immediately answered when I entered the cafe and saw the amazing views. Not only can you look out over Springs Preserve itself, but has a strip view that is amazing. They have both inside and outside seating and the view can literally be seen from any table. They have a full coffee bar, breakfast, brunch and lunch menus as well as beer and wine options. The food is delicious and made fresh to order. It is a walk up and order situation but they do bring the food to your table. This will definitely be part of our stop when we come to the Springs Preserve! I love hitting it up at the end of our visit to put some good food in it kids bellies and then let them nap on the drive home. Perfection lol.

Yelp
Springs Cafe is much more than I expected from the cafe at a nature preserve. It's a tasty mix of Bronze Cafe food and Aspire Coffeehouse beverages. You can find something healthy or something decadent here. The line to order can be pretty slow. We have always received food without a long wait once we order though. The cafe offers breakfast and lunch items. We've enjoyed everything we've had here. The Boomtown Burger was really good and not too big. The Berry Salad was fresh with a tasty dressing. The BLT was loaded with greens and surprisingly on the lighter side. My husband loved the Breakfast Sammich. The crab seasoned potato chips they sell are a favorite for my husband. My toddler loved their macaroni and cheese. We've ordered coffee from here three times. I'm still figuring out how to order a tasty coffee from them. I think there is potential. For some reason they only offer iced lattes in 24 ounce cups so the lattes are super milky with no coffee flavor. Next time I'm going to try adding a shot of espresso or getting a hot latte. The cold brew was out when I tried to order that. I'm trying, we'll get there! They do have a giant list of latte flavors. The best part of the cafe is the giant wrap around outdoor patio with cover from the sun. We haven't had an issue getting a table out there. It's on the second floor where there is usually a breeze. The views of the preserve while you dine are beautiful. This is a great option if you are looking to eat during your Springs Preserve visit!

Yelp
Vibe: hungry visiting Nevada State Museum Service: quick, hospitable, upscale feel Food: delicious, light, creative Seating: indoors & outside w/a view Order: Complicated Order w/fries Beverage: bottled Evian Price: Reasonable but not cheap *Perfect way to refuel for more adventures at the museum*

Yelp
4.5/5 stars - Got the pumpkin chocolate chip muffin as a snack, and my bf got the Complicated sandwich. The muffin was soft and had a lot of chocolate chips in it. It could have been more moist, but still enjoyable. My bf loved his sandwich. I tried it, and it was delicious. The bacon jam made it sooo good. The sandwich was savory and tangy, and also had a nice crunchy to it. Solid spot with reasonable prices

Yelp
Delicious and fresh. I've always had a consistent experience here with the food. The service is fast and the food is good. Pictured below is the beet salad (Beet Box); chock full of beets that paired perfectly with the goat cheese and walnuts. The bed of greens was also just the right amount and the whole salad was dressed nicely. Not pictured is the kids meal chicken tenders with fries. The 2 tenders are HUGE and panko-breaded, fries are a decent size (not skinny). This kids meal is affordable at $8 considering the tenders are big. The cafe also provides several healthy snack options that are kid-friendly and lots of healthy bottled beverages. I always enjoy my time here and the view outside is wonderful. They do need to work on better bussing and cleanup during busy periods, as it can be hard to find a clean table with the restaurant space being pretty big (reason for the 4-stars). It doesn't deter us from visiting when we're at the Preserve though!
google avatar

Yelp
We came at around 10am on a Sunday. Service was friendly and quick and it wasn't too busy. All food was presented beautifully and we had an amazing view from the outdoor seating area. Over all it was lil pricey, and I would not recommend the chai latte. I don't know if it was the coconut creamer or something else, but the lattes we ordered had a strong artificial taste that was difficult to enjoy

Michael D.

Yelp
The preserve was a delight: beautiful desert gardens, butterfly experience, and nature centers with activities for kids. The staff were excellent throughout the grounds, engaging the kids! The cafe food was delicious with quick, friendly service. In a town where everyone is grabbing for your attention and trying to sell you more, this spot is a treasure!

Yelp
Love this place. The food is amazing and the iced lattes are so unique. My brother in laws own this cafe and really treat everyone like family. The atmosphere is relaxing and very welcoming. 10/10

Yelp
I was actually surprised, I was expecting the normal grab and go cafe but the food was fresh and tasted great. We'd definitely go back to try more.

Yelp
This place was great when it opened. We were coming 1-2 times a month, but it declined quickly. We just tried it again hoping it had improved but the food is rubbery, products not fresh. Baked goods and tea are the only perk here. My family and I will get our food somewhere else before coming to Springs Preserve. Such a shame for the neighborhood.

Yelp
So good! Loved our French toast iced latte, breakfast sandwich with pretzel bun, the Creme brûlée French toast & the chilequiles were surprisingly flavorful & so good! Great views of Vegas skyline and springs preserve!

Yelp
Amazing food for a cafe in a preserve. Superb quality, fresh tasting, great service and a nice big interior huge enough for large crowds. Outdoor patio eating, too.

Yelp
After a busy morning at Springs Preserve, we came to dine at Springs Cafe. We ordered around noon, and the line was pretty short. A group we were with earlier in the day came before us and waited in a pretty long line. The cafe was nice and clean, always saw a staff member bussing tables so there was always plenty of spaces for diners to sit. We chose to sit outside as it was a nice day. The patio area is pretty spacious and offers nice views. The food did take almost 40 minutes from ordering. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries. Just decent, nothing incredible. My chicken tasted a bit like fish but I don't think they even serve fish, if they do it was definitely friend in the same oil. Fries pretty bland but edible. I would suggest bring a lunch to the Springs Preserves so you don't have to pay for not so great food!
google avatar

Jimena V.

Yelp
On our way to springs preserve we stopped by the springs cafe! There was so many menu items to choose from like a cake waffle or avocado toast! There was also so many drink options upfront (juice, soda, kombucha) and even some alcohol options on the menu which was unexpected! We got the botanical burger (vegan) which came with fries and the Mexican chicken Cesar salad ( came with the choice of popcorn chicken or grilled chicken) ! To drink we got a pressed juice which was a lemonade ginger and a premium cucumber soda. Everything was delicious! I especially enjoyed the popcorn chicken and croutons!! The burger was good, although we didn't enjoy the sauce as much :,( it was unique & a healthy alt to a regular burger! Fries were also super delicious! The staff was also super friendly and answered all our questions. Overall a very good unexpected experience!

Yelp
Good food and nice employees. The cafe is separate from the springs preserve so you can enter the cafe without purchasing a ticket and entering the preserve. There's an elevator near the parking lot that will take you upstairs to the cafe. We had lunch after visiting the springs preserve. The outdoor seating was nice so we could enjoy the view of the city and springs preserve. The prices are reasonable with the amount of food you receive. After purchasing your meal, you are given a number, and a waitress/waiter bring you your meal. I ordered the complicated sandwich with French fries. The sandwiches come with fries, sweet potato fries, or a salad. The French fries were big and crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. They were cooked perfectly. There's a large condiment holder on each table so you can have ketchup, hot sauce, mustard, or other sauces with your food. The complicated sandwich was their turkey and blt sandwich together. The sandwich had a think slice of turkey, avocado, spring mix, cucumber, tomato, red onions, and bacon jam. It was so good and so filling!!! I would definitely order this meal again. It was $14. My kids had the French toast sticks with maple syrup. Their meal was four sticks of toast (one full slice of bread) covered in cinnamon and sugar. A small pitcher of syrup was given with the toast. Their meal was $5. They seemed to really enjoy the French toast and my French fries. We will be back for lunch again.

Yelp
I was so happy to see Bronze Cafe move into this space! They have the best sandwiches and am happy to see them continue to expand. The Complicated Order - ciabatta with bacon, bacon jam, avo, turkey, greens. Always a Bronze Cafe favorite. Soooooo good and always good. P David's Salad - beets, curried quinoa, avocado, massaged kale, hemp hearts, lemon vinegarette. So good! They have a huge selection of healthy food (salads, vegan selections, burgers - all of it Bronze Cafe familiars), breakfast food all day, big kids menu, and pastries like a chai spice cookie, pineapple carrot cake, pumpkin and blueberry muffins, etc. First time trying Aspire Coffee - they have MCT oil/ghee coffee, seasonal housemade chai, smoothies, etc. You can even buy Onyx coffee and Olipop here! It's such a unique artisanal selection. Plus Bronze Cafe has always been inclusively-minded, which is always a win. Can't beat the easy parking, huge indoors space, and the VIEW!

Yelp
The vegan bacon and egg sandwich was delicious ... my kids ate most of my food. The staff were friendly and patient when my toddler spilled her water on the floor. We were outdoors, and I love love love that you can be out in the sun. Coming back next week, and making sure my kids get their own vegan bacon and egg sandwiches.

Yelp
I had the basic burger and it was really good. The only downside of the cafe is they don't have Coke or Pepsi product. The substitute is okay but would have preferred Coke or Pepsi for refreshment.

Yelp
I absolutely love Springs Cafe! It's the perfect spot for brunch. They have so many vegan options (p.s. all of their pastries are vegan). They also have a few gluten free options available. The outside patio has a great view of springs preserve and the city. It can get crowded so make sure to be there a little earlier if you want to sit outside. The inside however is very spacious and I'm sure there won't be any trouble finding a seat there.

Yelp
I always hear how good this cafe is....well it is....if you get something good! Haha. It's been hit or miss for me and my crew. We have ordered the 3 for $9 pastries and 2 of the 3 are usually good and one is hard like it's been sitting out for some time. This happened to us twice! We also had the breakfast sandwiches....those were actually excellent. Messy, but excellent. We got a bag of popcorn that wasn't very good (can't remember the flavor). Maybe the catch is to get the food that is actually prepared there (not the prepackaged or premade bake goods)! Will I go back? Yes! For a cafe in the park it's great...BUT I'd stick with meals prepared fresh there!

Yelp
My husband Dontarius and I are both nbtv (non-binary trans vegan) and the menu fell a little short of my expectations. I was hoping they had more vegetarian/vegan options. The food was ok. The views of sin city were incredible. Will definitely be back to spring preserve but until they update the menu to be more inclusive I'd have to pass on the cafe. Service was good.

Yelp
Visited today to attend a book club meeting and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of vegan options available! Thank you! Great views from the Cafe, inside and out. There was plenty of seating available at 10am.

Yelp
My new spot for sure as it's in-between my two jobs! Central location with easy access, ton of vegan options and stuff for my non-vegan friends and family, coffee, some outdoor seating, Strip view, nature, and running trails?! Count me in, at least during the work week! I'm guessing weekends are packed. I was recommended the vegucated sandwich and it was perfect for lunch. Flavorful, perfect balance of fresh and hearty, soft and crunchy. Didn't get coffee today but it's there!

Yelp
Love springs preserve and the cafe! Delicious food to fuel up for a nice walk around the preserve. They also sell wine, have plenty of coffee options, tons of sodas, energy drinks, probiotic sodas, sparkling water, anything your heart can really imagine lol. Plus their food is phenomenal and the staff is always kind.

Yelp
This is mainly for the "Karen" working the front. The two ladies in front had already asked for documentation for our service animal which we obliged and showed. After we had already showed documentation, the Karen had to pipe in and say it once again and spin it with some bullshit. Maybe she hates dogs or has a personal vendetta against us for some reason. She came rushing up "pets are not allowed here!!!" I replied "yes and I already showed documentation and the two ladies already told me". "Well security will kick you out for not having a vest on the dog and it's because of the coyotes". The fuck? So if she was wearing a vest, security wouldn't kick me out and that makes her safe from the coyotes? Thanks for the bullshit you fed me because I'll never dine here again knowing how poorly informed and trained your staff is. The complicated sandwich was okay and the coffee is super acidic. Hard pass- not missing out on anything here.
