The BEU COCKTAIL IS THE BEST. And the Carajillo is made with coffee! Beautiful

I had a bad experience with this place. the dj was playing house music all night and refuse to take any requests. I’m Latina so I requested a reggaeton song. I was treated very unfairly and felt discriminated. They told me to go to a local Mexican bar. I felt disgusting by their actions. It was very empty the only people that were there were me and my 7 friends. Drinks were very expensive $60 for a shot. It was disappointed and would not recommend you to waste your time and money on a place like this.

Yelp
We went here for some hookah and drinks. The drinks are good and utilize Mezcal, so you get a very prominent/ smoky taste to your drinks if you select one of those! The hookah was normal, 3/5. They used a lot of water and not enough shisha from the third-party rep. Service was doing the best they could, but we enjoyed it! Also, Saturday seems to be a nice house music vibe!

Yelp
A new speakeasy on the rear of Monroe Plaza & brought by the same owners of El Valle, Dixeebe didn't disappoint! I arrived for a 9:30 reservation. You can't really tell where it is immediately, but if you're familiar with the plaza, it's where Tapa Tapa was previously. We had a bit of a snafu because when I told the hostess I had a 9:30 reservation, she somehow heard "party of 30" and began to setup a huge table! but once we fixed that, everything was great. Our server Briana had great recommendations and was just attentive enough. We started with the Salmon Roll & the mussels. The salmon roll was tasty but the mussels were amazing. Very bright & fresh with a good amount of spice and acid. I'll definitely be back for that. I don't remember the names of the first round of cocktails we had but the second round was so good! The Beu cocktail was (don't judge me LOL) a delicious yet subtle mix between a cereal-and-milk bar and a.. Jolly Rancher? Hard to explain but unbelievably delicious. & the Dixeebe Marg was a classic margarita until you get to the cucumber foam that sits on top of it.. so refreshing! They're brand new, so be patient if you decide to indulge, but I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
