I just went too this store & bought a quarter pounder burger MEAL. So even before I had gotten served the cooks who were handling the food was touching the public’s money & then touching the food without washing & sterilising their hands. But there’s a 5 star hygiene sign on the front. Then to top it off the meal doesn’t include a drink why call it a meal and charge extra if it is not include a drink.

The quality has dropped dramatically. The fillets in the burgers are far too small and the chicken wings are so small, appears to look like it was from a very malnourished chicken. Flavour of chicken overall is not the same either. This review is based on 3 takeaways/visits

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, nobody arrived... Called the restaurant to be told it's my fault because I didn't answer the phone but they never even called my phone!! They also had previously delivered a few weeks ago and had no problem delivering that order. Excuse me... Since when did DELIVERY mean answer the phone... You have a lot to learn... Delivery = Door to Door service!!! RING THE DOOR BELL!! Lazy and then blame me and JustEat..!!! AVOID! Got my refund eventually from JustEat, just sharing my experience watch out!!

Found a dead cockroach in my burger box on top of the chips, must’ve got mixed up. Called and told them got hung up on. Went down to shop and showed them but off course they didn’t believe me. So then i heard 1 of the staff member say to the other guy did you clean up the cockroaches behind the machine. I was raging and obviously gave them bit of verbal and walked off. Avoid like the plague. Save yourself!!!!

Ordered online and the wrap came with a burnt tortilla and burnt chicken.Unedible.The chips were also stale and tasted like they had been made a few days ago and were just warmed up in a microwave. The order came late too, it might not even have been delivered if I didn’t call the restaurant to ask about my order. The order was made on Uber eats and it came with Just Eat. Very appalling service to say the least. Will not be ordering from here again.

Food is good. Customer service is poor! Imagine telling them how much your orders going to be and they are telling you to calculate the order yourself and using the excuse that they’re so busy. Clearly these freshies can’t run this place properly impressing their customers
