We traveled 45 minutes to try this restaurant. From the reservation you'd think this restaurant is extremely popular but it's not. They kept on reminding you that they keep your table for 10 minutes only but when you arrive there are only 2 other tables. The restaurant is trying to be a Mongolian hot pot with the decoration but honestly it's a Sichuan hot pot place. Everyone working there is from Sichuan and the flavor is Sichuan style except that the spicy soup base is not very spicy. They however do they grilled lamb leg and ribs. The ribs are pretty good. As for the hotpot there aren't a lot of choices when especially seafood and there is really only two choices of lamb. They also don't give a lot of pieces for the price. The one thing that set them apart is the lamb spine (Chinese call them lamb scorpion) which is popular in many Northern Chinese restaurants (Bejing). They are more fresh here than some other restaurants that sell them here in the Bay Area. So here is my suggestion, if you want the lamb spine or even the lamb ribs you can come here. If you want hot pot there are so many other choices. Service is alright except they didn't inform us of the price increase (10%) until when we pay and that's actually against the law. Price is high for what you get and there is a lack of choices for hot pot ingredients.

Delicious, authentic Sichuan flavors, and boy what a great selection of hot condiments. And to top it off excellent service, as if we were eating at our aunt's place. Served with love and care, an unassuming place, and a really wonderful experience. We didn't get the hot pot and ordered stir fry noodles, but of course we'll be back again for the hotpot. This is now added to our list of regular places. What a find - the reviews don't lie. Great place, excellent service and amazing food! Thank you auntie and DNM. See you next time!

Google
Hotpot is all right; lamb is best here. But most importantly, this place has the best Fried Pork in Scoop (锅包肉) we ever had - absolutely amazing! The taste, presentation and the smell; and omg the texture! Soooo good! It’s a must try!

Google
Got carry out so I gave them four stars based on friendliness of the staff who took my order and promptness of the food preparation. The food itself was tasty, although pricey, and the prices on the menu were not accurate. the waitress taking my order verbally told me that everything was some percentage higher, which I couldn’t just calculate in my head for each item, so just take that into account when ordering. Given the inflated prices, I would say that the prices are somewhat higher than several Chinese restaurants. Cumin lamb, which is my usual favorite was $23, which is usually closer to or less than $20 at other places. Also did not try their hot pot which is their specialty so need to factor that in as well.

Google
The lamb hot pot, lamb ribs are sooooo good! I’m not really into lamb meat though but they cooked it well and it doesn’t have strong smell at all. And please order their beef burritos that one is soooo good! Forgot to take a photo of it though

Google
One of my favorite restaurants for lamb. Their main business is hot pot. But I came to this place mainly for their BBQ Lamb Rib and BBQ Lamb Leg. They are so good that I don’t want to eat their hot pot anymore. If you just want to eat these BBQ lambs, you can also order other side dishes. The cold garlic cucumber is fresh and tasty. The noddles with sesame sauce is also highly recommended.

Google
Highly recommend for hotpot! They have plenty of vegetarian options for broth and vegetables. We got their spicy and mushroom broth, both were delicious. Great host and ambience

Google
Delicious inner Mongolian hot pot. On the pricier side for about $75 or person including tax and tip but ingredients were fresh and good quality. Soup if great and moderately spicy, but their dipping sauce buffer has ingredients to spicy your life up.

Yelp
Ever since Happy Lamb closed downtown, i've been on a mission to find the best hot pot. After trying a few places, i am so happy we took a chance and tried this hidden gem. I now cannot stop raving about the quality of the food here ! and the service was wonderful - the experience felt warm, as if being welcomed into someone's home. Ordered the spicy lamb bone spine broth (which has lots of meat in it!) and mushroom broth . Definitely good to balance the spicy with a savoury and veggie based. So many pieces of lamb with meat on the bone...tender and perfectly cooked. The quality of the meats were also excellent (beef and lamb) sooooo flavourful, great price. For anyone who is a nerd of hot pots, you will not be disappointed. will be coming here regularly!

Yelp
Earlier tonight, we had a fantastic dining experience at DNM Hot Pot. Additionally, I think we had some of the best customer experience ever at any hot place I've ever been to, so hats off to the amazing staff and kitchen! Everything arrived very quickly, which was awesome. The dishes were well-prepared, super clean and fresh, and the sauce area was really well stocked. Honestly, we had little to no regrets on any of our meat selections and toppings. I'd go again in a heart beat - it's well worth the cost, travel and time! We also got relatively lucky too, as it was a relatively slow day and we got the restaurant to ourselves. Maybe that would explain the wicked fast service and superb customer experience. However, something tells me they'd be equally as good during a busy season too! Tonight, DNM Hot Pot delivered the perfect atmosphere for me to catch up with a good buddy. Great work, DNM Hot Pot. We'll be back for sure!

Yelp
Really delicious hotpot spot in Inner Richmond! It's at the end of Clement st, a bit a aways from the busy part of Clement st. It can be easy to miss but for sure I must try! Not only was the hotpot delicious and a fair price, the staff were also super nice. I had the classic spicy broth and it was great. The add on plates are pretty large too. I was expecting smaller plates, so we ended up ordering way too much food. All the ingredients seemed fresh and good quality. Our total, for 2 people, ended up being around $100 but we could've left out a few plates. Overall, the price is fair and the food was delicious. Really enjoyed everything!

Yelp
DNM is now our favorite hot pot place in the city! The lamb broth is incredibly rich and tasty. Our waitress Lynne was super friendly. We are looking forward to coming back soon and bringing friends!

Yelp
Rich, flavorful, and reasonably priced Mongolian hot pot. The lamb broth was delicious, and there's a wide array of sauces and spices for everyone to choose their own additions. Nice space (including a giant mural) and people too. Fun setting for family and groups.

Yelp
This was my first time at a Mongolian style hot pot restaurant. We ordered the half lamb spine soup and a non-spicy soup. I was initially scared by the lamb soup because it was SUPER spicy on first taste, but it's really just the layer of oil on top that's spicy. The lamb itself was flavorful but obviously mainly a lot of bones to pick through and not too much meat. The other ingredients we ordered were fresh and plentiful. I left feeling satisfied, warmed up, and most importantly, full. The main highlights for me about the experience were how flavorful the soups were, how big the pots were, and the pickled garlic at the sauce bar. It provided some much needed acidity and zing to cut through the meat and broth. I will definitely be back to try other soups and ingredients because the quality here is great!

Yelp
DNM was overall a good option for a la carte hot pot. Our waiter was very friendly and quick, we got our order within a few minutes. Everything tasted fresh and high quality. I loved the mushroom broth, I recommend that with adding some spice from the sauce bar to give an extra kick! While everything was good quality, I did think the meats were pricey (around $15 per portion) . I think DNM is a great option if you're craving hot pot but not hungry enough to make AYCE worth it. However if you are hungry, an AYCE would definitely be more worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the only restaurant in SF that I know to serve lamb back bone hot pot. I crave their broth every time its get raining and cold in the bay area. This broth is not msg broth. It's full of flavor and you can taste that they cooked for a long time. Just minus 1 star because it's kinda expensive.
google avatar

Jenny Q.

Yelp
Mongolian hotpot with lamb spine satisfied my cravings! We also ordered a variety of beef and vegetable items and they were all huge portions and fresh. The lamb spine broth as well as the sour vegetable broth were particularly flavorful. Service was prompt and attentive.

Yelp
We were in the neighborhood and stumbled upon DNM Hot Pot. Inside the restaurant was very spacious and the service was quite fast. Never had Mongolian hotpot before so was very stoked to try. Opted for half special spicy lamb and half mushroom and that was the perfect combo! Would definitely come back for more!
google avatar

Yelp
This feels like a nice neighborhood joint for hot pot. The staff was nice enough to explain the menu and how to order on the app. Love the decor! The place was so clean too. We got the classic spicy and the tomato broth, then started going ham on the hot pot items. Definitely get some lamb, they seem to specialize in it. The classic spicy was some of the best hot pot broth I've had! So many peppercorns in it, which have an awesome tingly cooling effect. The sauce bar was a little lacking for the extra price, but I appreciated all the pickled garlic. I probably ate 3 cups of it!

Shuishi F.

Yelp
This place is great, authentic taste. Great lamb back bone soup. And the sliced lamb shoulder and lamb leg (hotpot meat dishes) also tastes great! One of the best in Bay Area! Also the chef and waitress are quite friendly :) definitely recommend this place!
google avatar

Yelp
Came on a whim and we had an amazing time. Excellent service, great meat and veggie options for hot pot and the broth is VERY good - I can eat the broth by itself!

Yelp
Best Mongolian-style lamb hotpot in the Bay Area. Fresh meat and vegetables cooked in flavorful broth. I've been here multiple times across the past three years and have never been disappointed. Service has also gotten better this year. Nice environment for friend hangout and family dinner.

Yelp
Banger of a hot pot place, my go-to restaurant used to be Happy Lamb near Union Square but sadly they've shut down. DNM focuses on the Mongolian aspects of hot pot and this is immediately evident the moment you walk through the door. Lots of distinctly Mongolian decorations on the wall, the hot pot bowl is encased in a cool ceramic wall thing with elegant designs, the tongs appear to resemble antlers, etc. Food itself was super good, we got half mushroom broth and half classic spicy broth. Despite looking a bit clearer than other hot pot broths, they were both deeply flavorful. Sauce bar is comprehensive - you know they know their stuff when they're bringing out the leek flower sauce and whatever the red fermented bean tofu sauce is called. All of the ingredients we ordered were high-quality and good quantity (always gotta be on the lookout for places that give you like 5 thin pieces of meat per order...). Sadly I did not have the chance to try out a lot of menu items like the baked lamb leg or the special mongolian lamb pot. Total came out to like 90 bucks for a very solid meal for two. The staff was super friendly, the waitress kept calling me handsome (like in that way that aunties call nephews/young men handsome it wasn't weird at all) and was super responsive and quick when I asked for anything. Highly recommend DNM, this is my favorite hot pot spot in SF at the moment.

Yelp
The #1 hot pot in SF hands down. The lamb bone stew is rich and delicious. All the choices--even vegetarian are also great. We love the service and the many options for the hotpot (vegetables and meats). The sauce station is also great.
google avatar

Lily L.

Yelp
My favorite hotpot in the city!! The service is great (staff members brought me yogurts when the brother was too spicy, but I loved it).
google avatar

Adel W.

Yelp
For a hotpot joint the ambiance is decent and clean, and service very nice. I wasn't too impressed by the selection of items, as it was quite small. The meats we got were both very tough (beef and lamb), and the broths lacked in flavor and depth. You also pay $3 per person to use the sauce bar! In the end the bill was about $47pp, which at that point you might as well go to AYCE spot elsewhere.

Yelp
I've been here twice and its one of the best hot pot places I've ever been to (my mom's favorite). My mom and I had never had Inner Mongolian style hot pot, although we eat hot pot often at home and in restaurants. This place really set the bar. The broth is bursting with flavor and warms your whole body after 1 sip. I love that they give you a bowl to drink the soup cause that is the best part. Honestly, the soup and broth have so much flavor that you probably don't need to get the sauce bar, but I still do... The 羊蝎子 lamb spine bones that come with the soup are plentiful and fall off the bone!!! The decor and space is full of Inner Mongolian style and it's a really fun experience to eat here! It is pretty expensive, as I warn everyone I recommend this place to, but for me, it's totally worth it. As a lamb lover, this spot is a must.

Yelp
Service was amazing, if you speak mandarin you will feel very much at home....some very authentic Chinese food that's pretty rare to find in SF!
google avatar

Claire Q.

Yelp
Great food! Very authentic Chinese hotpot. The staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful!

Matthew F.

Yelp
Hands down, best hot pot in town. Lamb bone broth with vine pepper is authentic. Prepare for the spicy options. Everything is fresh as well. Staff is a lot of fun.

Yan P.

Yelp
Very authentic sichuan food! The service is great and the dining area is clean and quiet.

Yelp
After almost a two years (?) hiatus, DNM is back! DNM stands for The Greater Inner Mongolia. Their classic broth is one of our favorites. On this visit, we got the classic broth and a tomato broth along with alot of the hotpot goodness. This hotpot place is not an AYCE. But we still love it because their hotpot is so good! Especially love their make your own sauce station where you can build your ultimate dipping sauce! I also love that they have the tong hau (chrysanthemum greens) which some may find a bit strong in flavor but for some reason, I love it, especially with their classic broth. Minus a star because some of the thin slices of beef on this recent visit doesn't seem as quality, but hopefully that is just a one-off.

Yelp
We went for the Inner Mongolian Lamb Pot, a dish showcasing tenderloin and marrow bones slow-cooked in a simple yet savory broth flavored with fresh ginger and peppercorns. The flavors were delightful and the concept of hot pot added an interactive element to the meal.

Fei S.

Yelp
Delicious food and excellent service! Highly recommended. They offered a big bowl of noodles to celebrate my daughter's birthday thank you!

Yelp
Pretty nice spicy Szechuan dishes here, I think here's the best Szechuan food restaurant in SF area.

Yelp
Came here with friends. This place is unique in that it specializes in mongolian style hotpot. I liked the hotpot base as it came with meat and their sliced meat was also very good quality.

Rob M.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We got lamb everything and ordered the spicy broth with lamb backbone, lamb ribs, a variety of fungi and cabbage. Coupled with the custom sauce bar (make sure you add this) their food is to die for! Make sure you bring an appetite. Service was on point and the restaurant is super cute inside. Can't wait to go back and feast again, Mongolian style!

Yelp
Definitely recommend. One of the best Hot Pot in the Bay Area. The dine in experience is pleasant.

Yelp
Great food ! We had a late dinner and everything was super delicious! We'll go there again

Yelp
Finally reopened after a 2+ year break during Covid, but man the soup bases and sauce cart are still kicking. Not all you can eat and frankly sometimes you need just a rich flavorful hot pot, and if you like lamb this is definitely your spot. Yes pay extra for the sauce cart

Yelp
My first time with a hot pot experience. I felt like the servers didn't want me and my party to be there despite being on the waitlist and waiting patiently for over 35 minutes in the brisk air. Luckily one of the girlies spoke fluent mandarin, and they were more receptive to her. The food was a 3.9/5. I'm not a hot pot expert, so don't entirely trust my rating. Service 2.9/5 Your order everything on the app. I'm more of a traditionalist when I eat out and enjoy having someone to engage with while ordering especially when experiencing a place for the first time. If you tend to dress a bit fancy and with class, don't dress like that for this location. I felt like I could have worn my gym clothes and fit in with the crowd. I stood out. I may give it one more try to be sure I wasn't misinterpreting my feelings of not being wanted.

Yelp
NO ALCOHOL SERVED HERE. bummer ): Don't get me wrong, DNM is good but for all you AYCE hot pot lovers, this is not the place to go. They offer 3 different specialty soups with lamb but for a half pot, that is already $35 and a full pot for $58. They also offer the basic pots for about $10 each. We chose the Inner Mongolian lamb pot which was full of flavor and marrow bones. After the soup, you can choose a variety of meats and veggies just like other hot pot places. However, their menu is very limited compared to other places in the city. And if you want unlimited sauce, it's $2.50 per person. We ordered 3 veggies, pork intestine, tripe, and 2 meats. The meats were really drying so I wasn't a big fan.The total came to be $120 without tip. If I were to come again, I probably will order the soup with a side of noodles. But would not come back for hotpot for the price. Simmer and IPOT is a better option for hotpot.
google avatar

Sophie W.

Yelp
This is not the place for hotpot aficionados who are used to the AYCE deal that comes with unlimited plates of red meat, stacks of tofu and lotus root, and a sauce bar where you can concoct as many combinations as you want. If DNM had advertised itself as a soup place, it would've been more fitting. I made reservations for a friend's birthday dinner, and even though I had consulted the menu beforehand, I was still taken off-guard by how expensive it is. The lamb bone broth is $40 for half a portion, and all it comes with are bones. You have to order everything else, and even a measly tin of 6 lotus roots was $10. The lamb broth tasted good, but I think I could make something similar with lamb bones. While the quality is there, it's definitely not worth paying more than $100 for broth and about 4 add-ons. The sauce bar, which is usually free at AYCE places, was an extra $2.50, which is a lot to pay when you can pay that for an entire bottle of soy sauce at the grocery store. Our server also pushed us to order the sauce, saying that the food wouldn't taste good without it. If that's the case, why don't you make your food better instead of using it as an excuse to get people to pay more?! Service was okay. We got ice cream at the end, which came in those little plastic containers that are usually used for sauce. It was loud because there were two really big parties of people. When we had drunk about 3/4 of the lamb broth, a server came over and poured more hot water in, diluting the flavor :(
google avatar

Helena L.

Yelp
Came on a rainy day, and I left happy and warm filled with yummy soup! Opted to get the Inner Mongolian classic and the smaller option was enough to feed 4 people which it definitely did. Our waiter was so nice to look over our order and tell us what was already included in the inner Mongolian broth (cabbage, mushroom, pork, etc) so we could order everything we wanted to try a la carte. Definitely get the lamb ribs, they were amazing and beautifully seasoned. Fell right off the bone and the fat mixed with the meat tasted so good. Tea was pricey but good. Meat was a decent amount considering cost. Don't expect abundance of food like AYCE but enjoy the exotic flavors and high quality products offered!
google avatar

Lisa D.

Yelp
Yum yum yum. Solid spot for hot pot. The spicy broth is loaded with red peppers and flakes and has got some heat to it. We got the lamb shoulder, beef short ribs, and Kobe beef. The meats were good. I guess the Kobe wasn't that good quality and they gave us a discount on it. It was super nice of them to tell us that. They didn't have to do that but I so appreciate the honesty. The sauces are awesome - I particularly loved the chimichurri and satay sauces. Unlimited sauce cart was only $2.50 pp. great deal. Overall the prices were super reasonable for SF. The service was great. Note: they don't serve alcohol

Yelp
New Mongolian style hotpot in town, heyyyy! Oh for those of you who are wondering, lemme just get this right off, they're NOT AYCE. Nope, JUST a la carte. Very well thought-out atmosphere, you can smell the fume of wood once you enter and get settled from their wooden table to chair designs and overall decors. Not gonna lie, I bumped my knee to the bottom of the wooden table as I was getting into those side wall booth since the leg rooms were a bit on the tight side, kind of reminded me of sitting on those cramped airline seats. TMI but I sat with my legs open in order to feel more comfortable. Yes #longlegproblems. Got there on a Monday night plus they only opened for about 2 weeks so still fairly new. They're right next to park presidio, I think they took over what use to be a clay pot restaurant. First off, I can't stop laying my eyes on their gorgeous pot! So intricate it's like a piece of artwork. You start off with choosing a soup base. You can either try 1 type, split half and half pots to try 2 at once, try their house special pots with toppings already preselected, or mix them up however you like on a split pot. Do want to clarify and mention for their house special pots, you'll see 2 different prices. That indicates the proportion of how much food will already be added to the preselected pots and for us, we tried their {Inner Mongolian Classic Stew -- half portion}. For the 2 of us, the half portion was actually quite filling on its own aside from us also ordering more sides. We ordered: {Green Onion Pancake: $4.99} -- personally on the lighter end for me. Light batter, slightly crispy. {Inner Mongolian Classic Stew: half portion $35} -- super clean, clear, and concentrated pork bone broth that takes 6 hours to make (had the pleasure to speak with the chef, not sure if he's the owner), Plus NO MSG!! This broth includes 3 different styles of pork: meatball, sliced pork belly, and pork cubes that were initially breaded and fried. Also includes wood ear mushroom, tofu, Napa cabbage, potato slices, and transparent noodles. Hell of a pot indeed! Very hearty and delicious. Of course how can I resist ordering more sides (per order): {Beef Tenderloin: $10.99} {American Kobe Beef: $16.99} {Beef Meatballs: $5.99} {Beef Tripe: $5.99} {Quail Eggs: $5.99} {Enoki Mushrooms: $4.99} {Napa Cabbage: $3.99} {Wang Lao Ji: $3} -- Love drinking this along with hotpot! {All you can refill sauce: $2.50 each person} -- they'll push out the sauce cart to you for your convenience **Must try their Chimichurri sauce, gives a different twist from your normal hotpot sauce concoction** Food wise, I do taste the effort they put into the pot. Very thought-out with pairings. Side wise, don't see a big difference compared to AYCE sides except you have to pay for each individually so it's a good portion control since everything = more $$. Enjoyed the American Kobe. Ending the meal with choices of ice creams... I've never seen ice creams individually packed in those round sauce containers haha. Ohhhh also, maybe it's due to not being AYCE, you DO have the options to ask for boxes for your left over soup base and unfinished foods so those won't go to waste! \^o^/ Lovely place and service, can't tell if they're super attentive due to slow restaurant time/ day of the week or they actually are, but it's always a plus when the chef/owner comes out of the kitchen and check in with the customers, giving some back stories, and taking in feedbacks. One day I'll come back and try the lambs! Keep it up!
google avatar

Xuan Z.

Yelp
Coming from Inner Mongolia, China, I feel like this place is very Mongolian. The decoration and the music made me miss home. Both the lamb and the beef were in good quality. The lamb ribs were very flavorful yet the way of cooking did not suppress the original flavor of the ribs. Will come back again and try the BBQ lamb leg.

Yelp
Absolutely amazing experience. Totally exceeded my expectation for a Mongolian style hotpot - I was expecting something similar to Little Sheep but man this is at another level. Note that the soup base is pretty pricy (58 bucks for full pot/ 35 bucks for half pot), but the soup base comes with A LOT OF content. (They have cheaper soup base but you've gotta pick the more expensive ones - totally worth it). I usually go with half on INNER MONGOLIAN LAMB POT and the other half on INNER MONGOLIAN CLASSIC STEW. The INNER MONGOLIAN LAMB POT comes with Lamb Spine (or Lamb Scorpion 羊蝎子 as we call them in Chinese because of its look). Blown up my mind the first time I try it. Not to mention they have amazing BBQ LAMBA RIBS which can be a lot of extra food to the main pot with just 2 people but a great add-on if you have a larger group. They have pretty cool decorations too. I like how the pots are not just like any other hotpot places but actually has a touch of Mongolian style. There are also pictures of Genghis Khan on the wall !!!
google avatar

Louis Suo L.

Yelp
This place may be pricey, but I think it is well worth the cost! If you only order what you can eat and you come with two or more people, the cost is definitely manageable. I guess it is a good deterrent for all-you-can-eat folks who take advantage of the deal and end up wasting a bunch of food... First of all, take some time to appreciate the decorations and cultural artifacts in the restaurant! You seem to have an authentic Mongolian hot pot experience, considering your broth is served in an ornate, colorful pot unlike any other you have seen! Don't miss out on the Mongolian specials, even though there is a price hike for those. If you order the noodles, it will be a much more generous portion that what most other hot pot restaurants offer. It will definitely be enough for one person and might satisfy two people. At other places, the noodles barely even satiate one... Meat and vegetable quality are great. I think a good indicator of vegetable quality is the crispiness and freshness of the lettuce. In some other places, the lettuce is limp and discolored in some spots, but the lettuce at DNM is bright green. I think what sets DNM apart is the presentation and food quality.

Yelp
What drew me in was the pot that they used for hot pot. It's served in a beautiful traditional looking pot. We had an early-ish dinner around 6pm and there was no line. FYI it costs extra for sauces. DINNER Half pot of inner Mongolian classic stew- tasted like nilaga +premium lamb tenderloin +quail eggs +broad transparent noodles +tong ho The service was good, and although I did like the food, it wasn't the hot pot experience I was expecting. I didn't find the menu to have enough choices, nor did I feel like we were having hot pot. It was still an enjoyable warm meal, but I probably will not be returning.

Yelp
I loved the good quality food and the vibes of the restaurant. Very lowkey and their service was awesome.

Yelp
Fantastic hot pot if you don't want...hot pot. What do I mean? 1) you must try either the classic stew or the lamb pot! Both come with veggies, meats, and the broths are v clean and flavorful. Drinking this soup is MUST. 2) when you get the above soups, try to control yourself with the a la carte add-ons! Don't. Order. Too. Much. More. I recommend the oyster mushrooms, fresh tofu, lamb shoulder. 3) since you controlling yoself with the add-ons, feel free to get the cucumber salad and scallion pancakes. Very refreshing. 4) order the $1/person buckwheat tea. It's so good we begged the owners to buy a whole tin! 5) I can't believe I'm saying this but maybe skip the $2.50 each sauce bar option?! Yes I know satay is life to hot pot, but I honestly don't even know if I needed it to accompany the really delicious house soups! I KNOW. BLASPHEMY. The service was tops and extremely attentive. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for an Inner Mongolian vibe and all the tables, pots, chairs are extremely detailed and fitting to the theme. You'll leave full--just not hating-yourself-in-two-hours-cause-you-still-cant-lie-down-AYCE full. All in all, really enjoyed this not-your-typical-hot-pot hot pot. You can tell the veggies, meats, balls of meats were all high quality!

Yelp
It's really sad this hotpot restaurant has closed because of the pandemic. I still have memories of hitting this place up after work with my buddy to have a pot of 羊蝎子火锅 (lamb spine meat). The hotpot soup ingredients, meats, and especially the 烤羊排骨 are all authentically Inner Mongolian in terms of seasoning, texture, and flavors. I also loved their wall paintings and Morin Khuur they had hanging on the wall. Hope they open up again in the future sometime!

Yelp
If you love hot pot or if you are a meat person, this is a MUST go place! I was so glad that I was able to introduce my husband and father-in law to try this authentic Chinese restaurant in America! DNM is the best, they have homemade sauces you can get, we love the green sauce and we get it every time we go. a Oh,they got very tasty soup too, I enjoyed a lot to have lots of soup there during pregnancy and after having the baby:)

Yelp
The minute we walked in, I knew we hit the jackpot. The air was filled with the aroma of lamb...the kind that you'd only smell at authentic hotpot restaurants. The place is relatively small, with only 6 or 7 tables. You can tell they paid attention to detail - the paintings on the walls are nicely curated; the hotpots custom made; and the dippings cart a nice touch. The small sign on each table tells you why they named the place DNM (the acronym for "Big Inner Mongolia" in Chinese), and that the couple who owns it got married there. All in all, the place is full of personality. We ordered the half/half - spicy broth on one side ($13) plus lamb broth on the other (a whopping $35!), which indeed came with LOTS of meat attached to the bones, like all the other reviewers pointed out. The lamb broth was a tad too salty for my taste, but very flavorful. We also ordered a platter of lamb (good but not great) and a platter of beef (meh, a little tough) on the side. Many of the side items were over-priced in my opinion, but we ordered them nonetheless, because....the service was FANTASTIC! Warm, welcoming, speedy. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. While other hotpot places are cheaper, this one's my favorite because of service, food quality, and the interior decor. Go give it a shot.

Yelp
Good food and good service! A little bit expensive but deserves! We arrived in a Saturday night around 8 and we had seated right away. Since I am allergic to beef, we ordered three kinds of lamb and a lot of veggies also. The sauce is not included with the soup and it's like 3 something per person. And I love the sauce! Especially the sesame sauce. Sesame sauce with garlic is perfect for lamb! Although every dishes look small, we got full really soon. The food we ordered might enough for four person. But we can have the uncooked veggies home.
