We chose to come on Thanksgiving to give us a break from cooking and be able to enjoy each others company. Our server, Michelle took great care of us and we feel this is going to be a new tradition for our family. The diverse flavorful food selection allowed for all of us to enjoy whatever we wanted. Definitely coming back soon!

First time at Korean BBQ ever. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were also incredibly kind with accommodations for my food allergy 10/10

My friends and I went to this place for the first time. We were seated after about five minutes; however, we waited for about 30 minutes before someone came to our table and asked if we wanted something to drink. Mind you, this place wasn't busy, with four waitresses roaming around our table as if we were invisible. Once we finally ordered, we asked for short ribs and other things on the menu. She brought us two and a half pieces of short ribs for the three adults at our table and quickly walked away. We tried to ask her questions, and she just walked away and ignored us. We received such bad service for no reason from the moment we walked in. When we finally managed to get her attention, she wasn't friendly or forthcoming with any explanation until my friend mentioned that I write reviews with millions of views on Google. She quickly left and told the manager about it. He quickly approached our table and asked about the Google reviews, providing friendly customer service for the remainder of our dining experience. The food was as good as any other Korean BBQ restaurant. For me, customer service is key, as it should be. If you make me feel uncomfortable and unwanted, why should I spend my money dining in your restaurant? I will never return to this place.

Trendy Korean BBQ place with great ventilation (if you've had kbbq before, you know what I'm talking about). Sat down with friends and decided on the premium all you can eat menu. There's one tier higher that includes Angus prime rib. I would recommend paying the extra 10 bucks and upgrading, as you'd eat more than 10 worth of meat. The staff is super friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is great. The selection of sides was top notch and the appetizers were all really very good. All you can eat chicken wings hot out of the frier? You can't go wrong! 90 minutes to eat, pace yourself but don't take too long between meat orders. Definitely worth the visit!

I went for lunch on the weekend with some friends, and overall it was a nice experience. Some of the meat cuts could have been better in quality, and the grill pan burned a bit too easily when cooking marinated meats. That said, the servers were attentive, and they offer complimentary desserts at the end, which was a nice touch. We chose the “premium” ayce option, and the total came out to around $50 per person, including tax and tip. Personally, I wouldn’t go for the “Supreme” option because it’s $10 more than the Premium package but doesn’t offer much extra value. The only additions were Angus beef boneless short ribs and ribeye, which didn’t feel like enough of an upgrade to justify the $10 surcharge. Also, I think pork jowl should definitely be included in the Premium package—it would make sense to be there. One disappointing thing was the missing steamed egg, which is pretty standard at most Korean BBQ spots. Instead, we ordered the kimchi stew and the soybean paste stew—both were quite good. The restaurant isn’t very large, but the ventilation was surprisingly good. Also, there’s plenty of parking available. Cleanliness: Pass Service: Pass Vibe: Pass Taste & Flavor: Pass Revisit intention: Yes and No, maybe

Absolutely love it here! Meats are always fresh and the ban Chans are delicious. Everyone is always very attentive and quick to change our grills. Our go-to dinner and lunch spot.

Short review - Absolutely amazing place, food, and service. All you can eat KBBQ!! Long review -I'm shocked by the less than Five (heck I'll give you four stars)... This has been a great addition to the Kent Hill restaurants. We have been needing something like this on the East Hill and this place is by far amazing. My wife and I have come here at least 8 to 10 times since opening we have always had great service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes if that to do any kind of ordering or to do any kind of drinks. The most wait was a 20-minute wait to be seated because it was on a Friday night and I would expect that or I would hope it would be that busy that I would have to wait- I'd like this place to stay. The dishes have been fabulous, the meats are fantastic. Chicken wings are good. The Japchae is phenomenal!! My wife has a gluten and dairy allergy and it was great to speak with the people initially and talk with them about what she can and can't have and they completely understood. So much so the next time that her and I came back the same server (Po) remembered everything because he himself is allergic to dairy. Now from reading the reviews I know who these people are talking about the "Asian guy with the beard". I apologize to you because I forgot your name but I have spoken to you twice. I have been in during slow times and I have been in during really busy times. I truly believe that people think that the rudeness is really just a manager trying to run a business, get people seated as quickly as possible so that his staff can start to serve you food. He has never personally been rude to myself or my wife or any family member I brought in. He is short on what he says sometimes, however to say rudeness is beyond me. No I don't personally know anyone that works there, nor am I being paid to say any of this stuff. Po, the guy above, and all the younger staff have been great! Attentive to changing out your grill, asking about other sides. I actually prefer to order by the "P" numbers instead of saying the names- they absolutely DO NOT force you to order by that what so ever! Yes they offer you ice cream at the end by saying hey there's free ice cream and it's just one of those little cups that used to get when you were a kid with the wooden spoon but you get a nice little plastic one now. To say that they bribe you for a good reviews with it (someones review here)... really? Seems a little ridiculous! My only four star was for atmosphere- they do have a bunch of TVs on the wall playing Korean dance and pop music stuff which I find very entertaining. They do have two PA style speakers mounted towards the back of the restaurant and they do seem to have like a party sometimes at night because there's laser lights and stuff on the ceilings. I feel like I'm personally missing out on one of these party nights where these laser lights and stuff get turned on and speakers get blasted. I need to figure out how to get on that party list!

Food was good as always, yes we frequent this place often with my family. My daughter and I decided to eat here with family visiting abroad, walked in with many tables seen open. We waited a good 10 minutes while they took time to set up the tables with 2-3 other couples waiting, no urgency but Ashleigh I believe is her name was somewhat straight face as if she was too busy to even acknowledge us waiting. When table was finally ready, she uttered to ask, ‘not sure who was here first’ - clear sign of not being aware of Guests waiting and acknowledgment. Sadly, this made our experience uncomfortable yet we wanted to enjoy the food. We will spend our money elsewhere, there are other BBQ places around that we can spend our money on.

Yelp
We were excited to try this place but when we sat down we discovered a dirty fork. Also, the food was good but we didn't get the best customer service either. It felt like we were getting brushed off and kind of ignored. We didn't get checked on as much as other tables and had to wait a little for them to take our order. Otherwise, food was good but I'd probably visit at a different location.

Yelp
Ambience. A Service. A Food. A Price. A Found in strip mall with lots of parking. Nicely decorated and clean. Service friendly walking in and getting table at 12:30 on a Sunday. We went for All you can eat and upgraded to premium pkg to get premium meats. Loved pretty much everything except the r shell in shrimp was difficult and messy to eat. LOVE the galbi short ribs/. Gochujang Chicken was tender even when I burnt one side. Recommend changing grills when too much charcoal builds up. Service was up in changing many times. Grill changes happens frequently when sauces burn into the grill. Lots of free banchan refills and. Ice variety. Also they have barley tea. I wish we had ordered more but we got full after 90 mins. The table tried beef tongue first time and they liked knowing its thinly sliced. Quite a drive from downtown Seattle. Took me 45 mins. And thank goodness for GPS. I am a fan !

Yelp
First visit! Love the experience! Place is nice and cozy (AC was a big high... maybe BBQ makes a lot of heat that's why). Serves were very good. They check our table and change grills often!! They don't have many entrees. Both of us ordered the small mix BBQ combo, tofu soup, and fried chicken. Port of the meats were big. Meats were very fresh and marinated flavors were good. Little recommendations, I think server should use a holder to hold the dirty grill pan after they changed it tho... the oil from the dirty grill pan makes the floor so slippery.... I almost slipped when I was there tho. Other than that, we had a great experience. For sure we will return!

Yelp
I've been to Do Si a couple of times, but I actually haven't had the chance to try the Korean BBQ yet, so this review might need to be updated later. My last visit, I ordered the beef bibambap and I was very happy with the portion size and the banchan (side dishes). The staff here were so friendly and very attentive! This place has some of the best service for a KBBQ place that I've experienced. I didn't feel like I had to try to get anyone's attention as I was checked on very often. The parking here is easy and I had basically no wait time even though I went on a Saturday night. It definitely gets really busy here but I'm glad to have another solid option for Korean food. Overall, I'd say that this is a place to check out if you're in/near the area, though maybe not one to go out of your way for. Personally, I will definitely be coming back here again.

Yelp
The last time we ate here we realized that as we get older we can no longer do all you can eat. So it's great we can just order whatever a la carte via the menu. Place is always clean, staff is always cordial with us. Since we are trying to get healthy we can only commencing a while for special occasions. So glad we live around the corner. If we ever crave kbbq we can just walk over.

Yelp
I actually came all the way down from Bellingham to try this place with a friend and it was awesome. There's no good AYCE places up here in Bham and I moved from California where there's a ton so was happy to find this gem. The servers were super attentive and changed the grills often, the meats themselves were great, loved the selection they offered and the banchan was also good. The atmosphere was also nice, the inside is very upbeat and roomy for a KBBQ joint. Definitely will be back, hopefully soon.

Yelp
Located in Kent in a plaza with plenty of parking. Upon entering, they have a device you can use to check in the event there is no one at the front desk. There's plenty of seating and the music is very up beat along with TVs literally everywhere. The service itself was really great. I would argue to say that it's the best service I've ever received from a KBBQ spot all around. We were always checked in on and not once did we ever have to wave anyone down to ask for something. Whenever they'd see we were low on anything, they'd come over and ask if we needed more water, wanted more meat, or just wanted to order anything else like our grill changed. 5/5 to their staff for sure! The food itself was good, we definitely had the meats we liked more. I would personally say to stick with the beef items if you're not a fan of that gamey pork taste as it was strong, even when you dip it into the sauces they give. We enjoyed that they had beef tongue and that's what we ordered most of the time alongside the other beef items. The Banchan was what you'd normally expect, no complaints there. As far as the side appetizers we ordered, we really liked the crispiness of the fries and the corn cheese was good too. Personally, I'd say not to order the chicken wings. The bones were broken on almost all the flats I ate and the flavors were nothing special.

Yelp
Definitely a go to spot with great customer service even on a busy night! We've been here a few times now and they've been consistent with quality and customer satisfaction We do the AYCE option which has a large selection of meat to pick from and appetizers as well. You get to pick up to 4 types of meat and 2 appetizers each round and with the service they provided they made sure we were ready for our next round every time. The quality of meat is good and the sides are great! At the end of your meal they also provide complimentary ice cream too! Excellent place for KBBQ

Yelp
If you want to get your kbbq fix this place will deliver. One the things i appreciate is how attentive the staff is to your needs and wants. If you need more meats and seafood to throw on your grill, they appear within minutes. They have good situational awareness; if your grill has heavy char and need changing, they will notice it and have it swapped out with a clean one. They even give the courtesy of including a piece of pork fat for you to to rub on your grill plate. Their short ribs and bulgogi is nicely marinated, and their banchan dishes are fresh. Reasonably priced menu. I will be coming back soon!

Yelp
Pros and cons of this place Pros: -Really good service -Really good sides (loved the radish wraps, fish cake, etc.) -Meats were pretty good (some cuts were questionable...) -Appetizers were amazing (LOVED the crispy pancake, cheesecorn) -Pretty good selection of meat Cons: -Pricey! It was $50 per person (including gratuity of 5+ people) - We really disliked that we only could get 2 appetizers at a time. - Although it's AYCE it took a while for them to come back and start a new order for those. There was 5 of us, and sharing two appetizers was hard at a time. - parking in this area was horrible - the table is pretty long, so it makes it hard for people to reach over and get stuff. It's hard to explain but it was hard to coordinate here lol. - pork was super thick... it was also a little gamey. The SHRIMP WAS SOOOO SALTY. I felt my blood pressure going up LOL. -ambiance was very casual

Yelp
So exciting to experience the first kbbq place in Kent! Do Si has two different types of ayce: lunch and dinner. While also have lunch specials through the week and an a la carte menu as well. They have a wide variety/cut of meats, being unseasoned to seasoned and an exceptional amount of appetizers you can choose from too! As a reminder they do limit you to four meats/appetizers and WILL CHARGE you for leftovers. Cute part of the meal is you get ice cream for dessert! Service can vary at times... but overall they are all fairly nice to everyone. Do Si is quite spacious, with a decent amount of seating. And the vibes are great because they have music and videos playing throughout the restaurant. I will say that you won't really smell too much like kbbq on your way out because of how well they ventilate the restaurant haha.

Yelp
Korean BBQ a little closer to home! we did the premium all you can eat which came with beef belly (so tender and flavorful), kalbi beef ribs (nice cut and well flavored), and super thin pork belly which of course was also delicious! Unlimited sides (no potato salad at the moment ) but none the less good! The cheesy corn was a little dry after it cooled down could use more butter or mayo. The staff are nice and accommodating with two under 5. The unlimited included fried chicken and fries (ask for no spicy mayo on top if u have kids) which was perfect for our picky little eaters. Restaurant was clean, decor was cute, music a little loud but overall we will def be back!

Yelp
I remember this place used to be a hotpot restaurant, but I'm glad it's now a KBBQ spot. We made a reservation for AYCE with a large group, but we got stuck in traffic and arrived a bit late. We called ahead, and the staff was very accommodating and held our table, which was great since the wait would have been long without a reservation. Overall, the staff was friendly, and the service was nice. Their AYCE menu includes some unique appetizers for a KBBQ place, like chicken wings and fries. The fries and wings were just okay - not something I'd typically get at KBBQ. We tried new items each round, but our favorite was the beef bulgogi. It's a bit disappointing that they don't offer steamed egg on the AYCE menu, though. At other KBBQ places, I'm used to getting a small piece of butter each round for grilling. I'm not sure if Do Si offers butter, as we didn't receive any. Instead, we were given a very tiny piece of pork belly fat, which didn't work well for oiling the grill and caused the food to burn easily. One of the servers noticed and kindly offered to cook the next round for us. I was curious to see his technique, but he just used a squeeze bottle of oil, which worked much better than the tiny piece of pork fat we had. The portion sizes didn't seem adjusted for the size of our party, so the servings were a bit too small for everyone to share. They offered free ice cream at the end. For parties of five or more, there's an automatic 18% gratuity. However, someone in our group ended up double-tipping because he was simply handed the payment machine to select a tip amount. It'd be nice if there was a reminder.

Yelp
My favorite kbbq hands down. I love a large menu offering, and you can easily go 3 rounds without even wanting to repeat (except the brisket is just too damn good and eats so quickly!). Fairly good drink selection, the cheese corn is reeeeally cheesy so hell yes if that's your thing, and I love the sauces they have for their different cuts of meat.
google avatar

Maria L.

Yelp
The service here was very good! The server kept on coming around to make sure that we were okay and making sure that we always had our choices of meats and appetizers! The food here is good and seasoned well depending on what meat items you choose. The seasoned items we ordered were the Cajun Shrimp and beef short ribs. I haven't really had corned cheese in a restaurant before, but I can say that I really liked it! I was so full and couldn't eat for the rest of the day! The restaurant itself is nice inside and real cool chill vibe. I would definitely come here again and recommend that you try Do Si Korean BBQ when craving some KBBQ.

Yelp
A fairly new Korean BBQ spot located off the Kent-Kangley Road. The restaurant is located inside a plaza, so parking was not an issue for me. The inside is well decorated and feels welcoming. There are lots of TV screens playing different music videos and sports channels. My friend and I had planned to come in on a Sunday at about 11:45AM to do all you can eat. Once we were seated, to view the menu there are QR codes to scan that are on the table. We decided to do the premium dinner ($38.95) rather than the supreme dinner ($48.95). Supposedly there is a 90-minute limit, but I don't think they are too strict about it because we were there for about two hours. Each round you can order up to four types of meat and two appetizers. We were only capable of doing barely two rounds since we were getting quite full. Here is what we ordered: - Thinly Sliced Beef Brisket - Pork Belly - Beef Bulgogi - LA Galbi - Thinly Sliced Pork Belly - Buldak Chicken - Marinated Squid - Do Si Fried Chicken Wings (3pcs) - Japchae These are the sides/banchan that came along with our order: - Salad - (2) Dipping Sauces - (2) Steamed Rice - Kimchi - Pickled Daikon - Daikon Kimchi - Garlic Zucchini - Potato Salad - Bean Sprouts - Broccoli - Fish Cakes - Ice Cream (at the end) We were definitely well taken care of from our server, Brandon (I believe). He came to check up on us every so often, asked if we needed anything else, and replenished our banchan. Great experience overall and would come again!

Yelp
We came here during the evening on a Saturday. We were able to walk in and didn't have to wait. We did the all you can eat option and got brisket, pork belly, gochujang brisket, kalbi, etc. as well as the side dishes corn cheese and Tteokbokki. Food: 4/5 very solid, every meat we got was pretty good. My favorite was gochujang brisket which had more of an umami taste paired w the thinly sliced brisket. Service: 5/5 staffwas super attentive and replaced our grill when we needed. They were very friendly and kept taking our orders. Ambiance: 5/5 good music, lots of TV w sports and shows Price: 3.5/5 I thought it was a bit on the pricier side for the quality of meat

Yelp
We came here on new years day! because we were tired of cooking from the holidays haha. Plenty of parking in the strip mall parking lot. Didn't have a reservation, but were seated pretty quickly at 5:45pm. After we sat, it seemed like people were constantly coming in; quite a busy restaurant. We did the premium AYCE (the cheaper one), and certainly we were able to eat enough variety for the evening. I liked how many appetizer dishes we could try especially. There were so many flavors of pork and beef belly. Overall the food we got was good. However, I'd say that most of the meat cuts were ...too fatty? The brisket, for example, was almost entirely fat. And I was sad that the rose wine meats were still spicy, despite them being labelled not spicy :( The place could also use a little better ventilation, I think. The table kbbq grills had pretty good venting, but when they replaced the grills, if they were smoking, it got pretty bad. (also at least once the fat from the grill fell in and set a large fire briefly!) The service was excellent. There were always so many people around to get replacement sides, additional meats, or appetizers! The best part was the portion sizing for the meats/appetizers though-- they were smaller than I'm used to, but that's so good for an AYCE place with attentive servers, because it means we got to try a bunch of different options without having to overcommit to any specific dish! If anyone was going to be in the area and wanted kBBQ, I would certainly recommend this spot!
google avatar

Jonathan Z.

Yelp
This was a great place for an ayce new years dinner! The service was excellent; very attentive servers who consistently checked whether we wanted any more food and replaced our grill. Every item we ordered was a small portion, which was really nice in an ayce setting to try all the different items (and of course we could reorder stuff if we wanted more). The more "basic" premium dinner ayce menu had plenty of options, and all the appetizers were included as well. It was a really good experience, really bolstered by excellent service.

Erica C.

Yelp
Went on a Sunday night an hour before closing and the service was great. Very attentive and they replaced our grill frequently. Our favorite appetizer was the honey chili butter chicken wings. The meats were all delicious and standard quality. The finger tip ribs were our favorite protein, marinated so well and delicious with the ban chans.
google avatar

Kirstin H.

Yelp
Came here for lunch and happily discovered that they have a special lunch offer! I opted for the kalbi entrée accompanied by rice and banchan, and my friend got the bibimbap. The array of banchan was wide and satisfying; kabi was bbq-ed perfectly; service was quick and attentive, and the portions were filling. I'm glad I stopped here for lunch and plan to be back!
google avatar

Yelp
That was an absolute surprise-- we wish we went sooner and are already planning a trip back. Grew up in LA and have been to many KBBQ places there. This was on par with some of the best and better than others. The staff was super friendly and the ambiance was fun-- kpop buzzing in the background and a lot of happy eaters!

Yelp
Food was amazing, the meat was good quality, and Efraio took great care of us. Will be coming back!

Yelp
The service and food were amazing - everything came out under 5 minutes. Big thanks to their team constantly changing our grill without us even asking

Yelp
First time trying this place out. Was excited since its the closest KBBQ in Covington. Before we had to go to Federal Way for this. The only downside is the wait time. It does get packed here, so it is highly recommended to pre-register through Yelp on the waitlist. What I liked though, that despite the busyness. They are quick with the service. Food comes out pretty quick and they are very attentive to details. The price is not that bad. I believe its about $35ish per person for the AYCE standard package. The food quality was also pretty good for the price. Just like any KBBQ place, the place is loud, so just be prepared for the typical noise level. Will definitely recommend it and will be back again.
google avatar

Yelp
I like this place! First time dine in here, service is fast and food came fast and big portion with reasonable prices. All the banchans are decent as well. I will definitely come back! Plus, they give you complimentary ice cream at the end :)

Yelp
Had to stop by this Korean BBQ place close to home. We weren't super hungry so didn't try the bbq options this time. We ordered the DoSi and butter chili chicken wings, the beef rib Galbi and the kimchi fried rice. Everything was freshly prepared, the sauce on the wings is thick. The DoSi is a vinegar base, tangy and a bit sour. The banchan was plentiful and a nice variety. Got a good amount of ribs with our order. Service was super attentive refilling our banchan and tea multiple times and making sure we were ok. It was very nice to have bottled water and ice cream included in our meal. The interior is cool, with multiple big screens with K-pop videos, as well as sports. Will be back for the bbq!

Yelp
The sliced meats were great! staff was really attentive and checks up on you pretty often. The all you can eat is really worth it. A lot of tv screens everywhere and keeps you entertained as much as possible. Cant wait to dine again hopefully soon!

Yelp
Happy to see that AYCE Korean BBQ has made it to Kent/Covington! FINALLY! The prices are fair when you compare AYCE restaurants across King and Pierce Counties. They're really not far from the median of a lot of the K-BBQ restaurants. We appreciate that this restaurant is AYCE but also has lunch specials for when you're not looking to stuff your tummy. The servers were all friendly and kind. The restaurant is clean. And - we have to add, their takeout containers and bags are gorgeous. Shows their attention to detail. The times we've gone, we've seen a good amount of tables filled with customers. We are so happy to see this part of Kent showing some love for Asian cuisine. Take it from someone who loves AYCE K-BBQ and has been consumer at many different restaurants - this one stacks up. And - I've heard from friends in Des Moines and Seattle who drive down to Kent for this place, so that's something. I wish them all the success in their future.

Yelp
Found this spot from FACEBOOK reels. The food was very delicious, especially the butter sweet chili fried chicken wings! I loved the Cajun Shrimp. I would rate this place a 5/5 when it comes to food and the variety of options. But the service was a 3-4/5 only because service was a bit slow... But the atmosphere is definitely a good spot to eat with friends and family. My man and I loved it! This might just be the go to spot

Yelp
TLDR: everything is good. Complimentary ice cream to eat after you stuff your face with all the noms My husband and I have gone here a couple of times for an early dinner. It's usually busy which I don't mind at all (that just means the place is good, yeah?!) they have a wait list you can put your name and number and then you can wonder off around the stores, they'll text you an ETA and will update what number you are on their waitlist, I found this to be super convenient. Ordered the AYCE mixed meats. Priced at 38$ I think? Meats were pretty good. I like how you can order sides as well. The drinks here are also pretty good. Atmosphere is chill, and the servers were attentive and friendly as well -- which I appreciated, especially when you see how busy it gets. It peaked my curiosity to see how many steps they get in during a work shift Banchan is are my jam and all the ones they served were all delicious. It's way better than the banchans from other restaurants. I mean, I know we all go to kBBQ for the meats butttttt I mean, I would have been just as happy for AYCE banchn. lol. Anyways, it's great. I give them a solid 4.5

Yelp
The service is brisk and they check on you. The prices are high yet the servings are huge. I like the feel of the atmosphere. Really does remind me of being in Korea. As I said the food is plentiful. I had the Lunch beef bulgogi and it was too much for one person and priced at $17 it seems a bit high for lunch in this strip mall by Trader Joe's. They give you a huge assortment of condiments. See my pictures but and this is a big but for me... they are all so mild a 3 year old could eat them. I know everyone makes kimchi differently but these are sweet and mild. I hope the general public enjoys that. I was very disappointed. I asked the server if they had any hot kimchi she said they do not. The main course was very good. The salad was good. The kimchi very mild.

Yelp
As a long-time fan of KBBQ, I've probably been to most of the noteworthy spots in the surrounding Seattle area. I've been to Do Si a couple times so far and I think it holds up well on my list. I did the All You Can Eat premium dinner option for $38.95. It's technically not the largest selection of meats I've seen, as it consists of a lot of variations of beef belly and pork belly, but I personally was happy with the variety. While I'm usually unimpressed with experimental marinades and sauces thrown on KBBQ, I'm glad I gave the buldak sliced beef belly a shot because it was actually delicious. The meat itself was all pretty good in terms of quality and freshness. However, one thing to note is that I found the LA galbi to be a bit inconsistent. The kalbi marinade sometimes tasted too strongly of garlic or was over-marinated, resulting in a soft and gummy texture after cooking. In the same sitting, the next order of kalbi was fine with just the right amount of tenderness. Also, their pork belly is served with the skin on, which makes it tough to eat if you don't cut it off. The banchan is great, I'm glad they care to make every side taste good on their own. That part definitely elevates them above a lot of other KBBQ places. FYI: they don't seem to offer the potato salad anymore, hope they bring that back. There are also appetizers to choose from on the AYCE menu. We went with the soybean stew and corn cheese. The soup was delicious and I would definitely get it next time with my meal. A general gripe people have about KBBQ places is usually about spotty service, but Do Si has that area covered. Being a more modern and accessible KBBQ spot, the servers are quick to bring you whatever you need. Every crew member who came by my table seemed friendly and helpful, I've yet to have a bad experience on that end. If you do the AYCE option, they do stick to their 90 minute limit and will let you know when your time is almost up. Good thing to keep in mind if you're with a slow group. The wait to sit down can be long if you're going during peak times. Try to make a reservation ahead of time. This place would be an awesome introductory KBBQ spot or for when you just want a KBBQ dinner with good options and a fun, updated atmosphere. The complimentary ice cream at the end is a nice bonus!

Yelp
A new AYCE Korean bbq in Kent! We had their AYCE lunch special (11am-3pm) which cost $28 each. They also have lunch specials and looked like they had pretty decent deals. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. It had plenty of decorations and it was nicely structured. Pretty cool and cute decorations throughout the store. There are a decent amount of seatings. The service here was good. Workers were pretty nice and everything came in a timely manner. For the AYCE, you can order 4 meats and 2 appetizers at a time. There were a good amount of food portioning each time it came which was pretty nice. Now the meat... Honestly, most of them weren't so great. We got their pork belly, beef brisket, and thinly sliced pork belly and there wasn't too much flavor in them. The beef bulgogi didnt have its usually rich, tasty flavor. But I actually enjoyed their L7 (BBQ sliced beef belly) and L12 (fresh herb sliced pork belly). It was actually tasty. The Topokki was great too. I enjoyed the texture of the rice cakes and liked the sauce. The chicken wings weren't so great for me though. Corn cheese was good as well

Yelp
Finally a new AYCE kbbq spot! The restaurant was located in the middle of the plaza of stores and there is ample parking. Scan the QR code for a menu or ask staff for a physical copy. And you can select the level of AYCE which determines the selection of both meats and appetizers. The restaurant easily accommodated our party of 20. We went with the premium selection and got to choose 4 servings of meat and 2 types of appetizers at a time. I judge kbbq spots on their beef brisket and pork belly and DoSi definitely delivered! The meat was fresh and so delicious. Also got the soju tower which was so fun. The servers switched out grills quite often making sure the meats didn't have burnt spots. They also were very thoughtful and asked quite often if we needed any more banchans (side dishes) free of charge. The restaurant was decorated with Korean culture art and there are sports, Korean channels, and music videos playing on the TVs. Definitely will be back.

Yelp
New Bbq place to us anyway on the other side of town. Came in at 4:00pm and were seated, asked if we wanted the AYCE BBQ or off the me. You scan the menu on the table. We opted for the $39 bbq option. Our server was very friendly and the. She disappeared. I think we came towards the end of her shift, so we now being served by committee. The meat refills came out quickly and they had some pretty tasty options not only in meats, but also in their banchan. Another great thing is they constantly changed out the grate so our food would not burn. The downside I asked for a couple of the meats to be spicy, they came to the table not marinated but with sriracha drizzled over the top. The brisket had zero flavor as did the spicy meat options. The winners. Both beef and pork bulgogi, the soy garlic chicken. The Galbi ribs, and the pork collar. There were still 5 meat choices we did not get too. Payment was easy and not only did our dinners include unlimited banchan, appetizers, of course bbq, but you also get ice cream to finish off the evening. Will be back.

Yelp
They offer both entrees and all-you-can-eat KBBQ. We opted for the entrees since I don't eat pork, beef, or chicken. They covered the grill, transforming it into a regular table, which was a nice touch. With the entrees, they served banchan, which were especially delicious here. They had a few varieties that I don't often see elsewhere. I tried a large portion of the menu and was thoroughly impressed with everything we ordered. The ambiance was perfect for groups, with lots of TVs showing sports and Korean shows. It would be a fun place to bring friends and enjoy some drinks. Highly recommended!

Yelp
We went yesterday (Friday 12/22) 6:30pm so they are still relatively new. The servers seemed really busy despite around mid-way through our dinner in see there were at least 3 empty tables Though a lot of times I had to physically walk up to them for something they were kind and I can see they are trying. They take reservations online! We still had to wait a bit to get seated but we were a group of 9. ********************* Food ********************** Side dishes were good, I liked that they had potato chunks, I thought it was daikon at first . The cucumbers were so crunchy. I liked that among the side dishes- the sprouts, pink daikon, broccoli- were not spicy. The potato and cucumber had a light spice but would be tolerable for those who can't usually eat spicy We ordered the beef and pork kbbq combo. Pork belly was thick cut. The galbi for me wasn't as flavorful as other stores but the friends and husband that came said it was really good, so it's probably just me? The tofu soup had spice but not the crazy numb your mouth spice and it's less spicy than other soup places Chicken wings came with fries and had a light batter (didn't get to try any but it smelled so good and they kids devoured it). Lychee martini, if you are one that likes sweeter cocktail, this one is for you! It's soooo yummy (and sweet) Oh, we ordered the squid dish it was bouncy and right amount of spice. To sum it up their flavors are more mild and it feels less sodium (in a good way). Complimentary ice cream at the end is always very nice! You can choose from strawberry, vanilla and mint chocolate chips We had left over and the bag is so fancy looking and sturdy!

Yelp
This place is legit! And a gem in our community. The place was packed when we got here and stayed busy throughout. The staff is kind and gave perfect recommendations. Worth getting a babysitter for.

Yelp
Was here last month with my second family. We were celebrating a birthday and took over 4 tables. Services was good. Food was pretty goood. We ordered a meat combo w/ shrimp and spicy squid, two kinds of wings, and corn cheese with kimchee jjigae. I thought the meat selection was nice and fairly good in cut and taste. We enjoyed the spicy squid a lot. Really tender bites and the marinade was really flavorful. Ban chan was a bit of a surprised for me as they offered like 8 different kinds and all so good. Definitely will be back since it's so close to my friends place. Restaurant was very bright and clean.

Yelp
The meat was so good, we cleared the grill 5 times! Jessica was a fantastic host, she asked about allergies right off the bat (my SIL has a pretty dangerous egg allergy), and took special care with every order of potentially egg-containing foods we ordered.

Yelp
Would be 5 stars but there are quite a few things they really need to resolve because it can be quite annoying and a negative experience if this were to occur past their grand opening phase. Food is amazing and the value is comparable to other KBBQ in the area, albeit still a bit pricey. We went here on a Saturday around 1pm and the Yelp waitlist was quoted 11-26 minutes. Sure, wait times can be a bit off sometimes and understandable, but the way they operate can be a luck of the draw, and for us, we got the short end of the stick. It would be around 35 minutes if we were a party ahead, but it took us over 1 hour to get seated. This is because they seat people in batches, even though 2 tables are already cleaned up. If we just showed up at 2pm, we could have just walked in along with the other 4 parties that arrived around that time. We were just made to keep on waiting until the next batch. It was even more annoying that half the restaurant was empty, and we were inefficiently seated at a table meant for 6 people when there was a smaller table available (not that this is a bad thing, but it would be for other people that arrive later) When we finally were seated, every chair was dirty and had a few drips of oil or sauce. I observed the employees cleaning the tables and took their time stacking the dishes and cups, but very hastily cleaned the table, neglecting the chair. Some of the cleaning solution might have gotten to the chair too. I felt that it should be opposite, to clean the table and chairs more thoroughly and worry about the dishes and cups at the back. This is just a suggestion. We redeemed the free small combo from the email, which is worth $79+tax/tip. We thought it was too good to be true but it is true, maybe just time is money and this whole dining experience required a 4 hour block in my day, including the 45 min drive one way down to Kent. Anyways, my review assumes the full price to keep things fair. The small combo is the mixed combo which has beef brisket, short rib, pork belly, marinated pork collar, and a few other nice surprises that I love to see - gopchang (intestine)! This came as a nice surprise because I only really see gopchang served in dedicated restaurants or as an entree in itself for the more traditional Korean restaurant. The meat quality is fairly good, and the quality was not reduced just because the combo was free. I particularly loved the marinated pork collar and the short rib, but the brisket could have a bit more fat to make it easier to put on the grill and get the cooking started. It might also would have been good to have some fat to put on the grill to add a little bit of grease, as the grill itself was not really greased thoroughly. Additionally, the combo came with rice (which they gave generously), banchan (fish cake, bean sprouts, kimchi, broccoli, cucumber, pickled radish, and potato), along with "salad." It is in quotes because it is not even salad as there is no dressing - just straight up lettuce and onions like did they forget to include it? Banchan is free refills but a miss is that they forgot the fish cake and brought an additional kimchi instead, which we didn't really eat. Service overall is okay, not good, not bad, which is acceptable for me. I wouldn't write this place off, but I would recommend trying it out later once they figure things out. However, if you do have the coupon, definitely just be lucky with timing the waitlist or just have a lot of time in your hands.

Yelp
I really like this place. Good food for a good price with great service. I have been coming here for over a year now and they have remained consistently good.

Yelp
Fantastic! The AYCE is really amazing. Its nice to have a Korean BBQ place that is close by. Getting a table with a party of less than 4 on a weekend can be tricky though.

Yelp
First time there. We tried the small marinated combo. Loved the beef bulgogi and short ribs part. The chicken and pork belly were just ok. The pork belly was too thin. Also tried the potstickers and chicken wings. Comes with rice, banchan and salad. We'd probably pass on the banchan next time, cold sides aren't really our thing. We'd go back, our kids thought it was cool cooking at the table. They give bottled water which is nice, even though it seems really wasteful. Cool interior, noise was a little on the loud side. My daughter lived the K-Pop music playing

Yelp
Good service. They would come by now and then to check if we're doing ok and if we need anything else. The ambience is casual and not too loud. Food is good but menu is limited. I would go back though only if I'm in the area. It was a commute for me coming from West Seattle.

Yelp
Server recommended the Galbi. It was the juiciest, most flavorful & tender Galbi I've had in WA. I'll return just for that! Unfortunately I couldn't take advantage for AYE since I came on Friday @ 12pm.

Yelp
Friendly atmosphere as soon as we walk in we were greeted, we had a reservation because we drive almost 4 hours to this place (which is soooo worth it!) took less than 5 mins to be seated. The servers are always so friendly and amazing always asking if we need anything and it doesn't feel rushed even when you're on a 90min clock for the AYCE. Food is amazing, staff is amazing, I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place! I wish there was one closer north but I will continue to make this drive because the overall experience is just 10000/10!
