Dobar

Had Turkish brunch called Medi Breeze which had spicy beef sausage called Sujuk, had halloumi, feta cheese, scrambled eggs, seasoned olives, honey and cream served with sourdough toast. I was so impressed it tastes as good as it looks and even healthy too. Can’t wait to come back here. Probably the best brunch I’ve had so far. Compliments to the chef

I visited Dobar Green Lanes over the weekend and really enjoyed their vegan breakfast. The coffee was also very nice. Although it was a bit on the expensive side, it made for a lovely treat. Overall, it was a delightful experience that’s definitely worth trying!

Absolutely outstanding service from the staff here at Dobar. Was thoroughly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff and manager. I rang them ahead of arrival that we had a group of 12 and they were so accommodating. To the food, absolutely amazing. The standard and presentation was A1 and timely. One of our friends was celebrating his birthday and was presented with a lovely birthday sundae by our waitress. We left thoroughly satisfied with our experience with Sobar and will most definitely be back!

Tried to visit here on a Saturday for a late breakfast at midday, but the queue was huge! Decided to venture back on Sunday morning just after opening time, following a brisk walk in anticipation across the actual Finsbury Park. We had a full English breakfast, less black pudding, and a stack of pancakes, all served with sour bread toast and a pot of tea. Service couldn't be faulted, on point from the door greeting, the taking of the order, to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the meal. Even one of the managers interacted with conversation over the Churchill crockery that they use for the tea as he had noticed me looking at the branding on the back of the saucer. It was a surprise to see such thought being made by a cafe. The hearty breakfast was served in a half-size cast-iron pan, very unique, and care had been taken in arranging the breakfast items in it. Also was really impressed by the vine cherry tomatoes served in the meal. Although Premier Inn do a very good all-you-can-eat breakfast at a comparably much lower value, Dobar's quality food was absolutely tasty, adequately filling, and the over indulgence of hot fluffy pancakes with a knob of butter, strewn with maple syrup was every bit worth the experience! Will definitely visit again when in London in the future. Definitely a great way to start our leisurely Sunday.

Although the dishes were well-presented, the flavour however was slightly less impressive than its appearance. + The menu featured a broad range of side dishes. + Formally welcoming staff and general OK service. + The modern and chic ambience made it a perfect chinwag spot, although the space felt a little cramped. MINUS - The overexposed and tightly arranged kitchen created a slight distraction from the dining experience. - They did not accommodate simple requests, such as adding a side of cucumber. - The restaurant could provide a QR code self-payment option at each table for quicker, hassle-free service. Went in around 10:30am, was sat right away. Menu has lots of options from sweet to savory, breakfast to lunch. I ordered a iced mocha the Nutella pancakes. Iced mocha was out in like 3 minutes and the pancakes were out under 10 minutes. I asked for some tap water and I got the most beautiful tap water I have ever received, the added mint orange and lemon were fantastic. If I was staying longer I would absolutely be coming back to this place. Could not have asked for any better

We went early morning, so we got good seats . We were approached by a lovely member of staff called Zeynep who catered to our needs along with another staff member. The food breakfast was immaculate, the best breakfast I had in any cafe. The breakfast never took long to come and they always made sure we were ok. I definitely will be back and spread the word. Worth every penny.

Brunch at Dobar was so good. The food was amazing, super flavorful, and the portions were huge (in the best way). Their fresh juices were incredible too — super fresh and tasty, not overly sweet like some places. Everything just felt really high quality. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re into good food and big portions. Definitely coming back!

Unbelievably good! Every dish is a work of art. Next time we're in London we will definitely go back to Dobar.

Very filling The fruits were fresh and the food delicious. The place gets busy but it is worth the wait.

My sister in law said Dobar always has a line during the weekend so we wanted to try it. We went during a week day so thankfully no line. The traditional breakfast is what I got and it was delicious. Her meal and my sons kids meal were delicious as well. Definitely a must try. Place was cute and service great as well.

Absolutely delicious food, friendly service, great crowd watching. Felt like I found the cool spot but it was a bonus because I came for the food. When you look around and want to try everything you didn't get, that's always a good sign.

Can I just say fantastic! Come hungry leave satisfied. The cappuccino with oat milk was a dream, the French tourist was nothing short of phenomenal. I mean wow is all I can say about that French toast and the clotted cream. My friend got the OMG and it was indeed oooh my God! Be prepared to wait in like probably 30 minutes or so but some be discouraged its ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!

Friendly warm welcoming staff... lovely people.. great coffee and music in the background, like oldies. Loved it. Fluffy pancakes and yummy eggs. Big glasses of fresh OJ and pretty plated food. A perfect breakfast spot!!

Sooo good! Staff are very attentive. The food was great both at breakfast and lunch. That freshly squeezed OJ was amazing! Will return when we go back to London!
