My wife and I tried the 3-course lunch menu in the beginning of May. The experience was beyond our expectations and we enjoyed a lot. Overall, fully worthy of its Michelin one-star. All dishes are very well prepared. Appetizers, main courses, desserts, and even the free snacks were seasoned excellently. The flavors were prominent and balanced, almost impeccable. Although the presentations were not particularly outstanding, they were still pleasing. We will definitely revisit this restaurant.

A great Michelin star restaurant in the center of Mannheim. Low-key on the inside and outside. Great service by most of the staff. The food was great. Will go again. We had the menu, unfortunately there is not a wine menu that accompanies it (for lunch, at least).

Excellent meal from beginning to end. A creative amuse gueule (creme brulee of four gras), one of the best halibut dishes I have eaten (with a beurre blanc flavoured with woodruff) to a perfect dessert. Wonderful. Very attentive service, although they in the end overcharged us (5 courses instead of four), so check your bill.

Wonderful food (with local produce or from France etc - wherever best quality), super friendly service. Not an single element of a single course had any flaw. Intense beautiful flavours, lovely presentation, nice pacing, fair prices. No music (thank you!)

Cozy place close located to Mannheim central station. We went to the Michelin Lunch for 150€ (with two additional a la carte orders) for two persons, which is an okay pricing. The service is distant, but attentative. Doblers serves french-german cusisine, highlight was an excellent foie gras, any dish with quality ingredients, good textures, but nothing surprising, just classic good food. In Mannheim, a good way to invite your grandmother or your parents when they are visiting you ;)

It's a Gem of a resturant. Nicely renovated. The food was perfect Presentation and taste. Arguably the best restaurant in Mannheim and one of the best I've ever been too.

Dobler's is definitely a rare gem in Mannheim. I had the chance to grab lunch there one day, and was so pleasantly surprised by the impressive 4-course lunch menu. To be honest, we were a bit liberal with the bubblies and wine paring throughout the meal... I cannot recite every single ingredient in the 4 courses I was served. But I can say in full confidence that every dish, every bite, contained fresh and perfectly cooked ingredients drizzled with sauces and garnishes that balance, expand and deepen the flavor. I am definitely looking forward to return for dinner one day. Note: "Muss(t)" make reservation - as the locals would say.
