Doc Green's Salads and Grill

What a pleasant experience it is eating at Doc Green's! I ordered the caribean salad and all the flavors in it were distinguishable, yet they melded perfectly! It came with a salmon slab that was fabulous! We also had grilled tenderloin, Parmesan mushrooms and mashed potatoes with beef gravy, along with a greek salad. Our meals, on the whole, were superb! Very fresh and delicious!! The atmosphere was gentle and welcoming, and the women's restroom was clean, as was the restaurant and parking area. The staff was very helpful, one in particular, a very polite young man named Benjamin. He was constantly busy, tending to people and tables. Good work ethic for a young high school boy! We were very impressed with him! I asked his name for my review and chatted very briefly. I would highly recommend this establishment! A++++++++

This was an absolute treat to dine at. First timer here! We always like to visit different dining choices when we visit the BIG cities... we just don't have the immense amount of choices in our small rural American town. The food here Doc Green's was very good, fresh and tasted great. We had 3 different menu items... 1. The Caribbean Salad 2. Dr. Greek 3. Tenderloin with Garlic Potatoes & Parmesan mushrooms. Everything was most excellent! The staff were very good, especially one in particular (Ben), who was very attentive, friendly and non-stop busy serving customers, hosting and bussing the dining area. Bravo to this very young man!

A good option for healthy eating. The grilled chicken was great on my crafted salad. It was my first time here so I'm not sure if this was typical, but the portion size of protein was lite on the ounces compared to other salad and bowl places. That was the only negative. I'll be back.

Food was good and reasonable in price. Service: When I called to ask a simple question about whether they offered curbside pickup, the male who answered my call unapologetically answered "no" without pointing out that they offer order ahead service (online and call-in) with pickup inside. When I visited the location in person, and ordered at the counter, the lady who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful. She even seemed to care about having happy customers. She answered the question I previously asked over the phone, but with a thorough explanation of what they do offer. It's so important to hire the right people, which can be hard, but this location also needs to work at restricting some people from answering the phone. I almost never got to experience the wonderful food because of the individual who bordered on rude and was definitely uncaring of the customer experience on the phone. I was temporarily disabled at the time of my visit, but was picking up dinner for my daughter who really wanted to try Doc Green's. It was painful to stand in line, and although it was hard to stand and wait for the food to be prepared, sitting and then standing would have been even more painful. I wouldn't stop visiting a business based on one individual's poor attitude, and I will likely return as customer.

Been here twice and love the food. Wide variety of healthy food options. Nice restaraunt but they do need to improve a little on keeping tables cleared off after customers have left. Still, I'd highly recommend.

Great food and prices. You can’t find a filet with 2 sided uncooked for 15. Macros are really good too

The salads are always fresh! My favorite is the doctor ranchero! You can also get it as a wrap. They have fantastic tomato soup as well and their other sides like the mac & cheese and corn casserole are really good too. The staff is always friendly, and all of my dining experiences, I have been pleasant! Everything is always clean, and the staff definitely puts in the effort!

My salad was okay. I ordered the Dr. Caribbean and the salad part was good. However the salmon was super dry. My husband ordered the Dr. Buffalo and I took a couple bites of his chicken and it was good! I liked how spicy it was. I think I'll come back and order that instead.

If you are into healthy eating this may be a spot for you. As you walk in you are quickly greeted by the person at the counter. Many selections of salad, paninis, wraps and others. I ordered the panini with a side of chips and salsa. Plenty of space to sit and very relaxing atmosphere. I got mine to go but food is very flavorful and reasonably priced. A great change of pace for fast food dinning.

Update, a few years later. Stick with the salads! I ordered a ham panini, which is two thick chunks of canned ham with a flatbread folded in half around it, then pressed. Not what I would ever expect in a panini, but the menu clearly describes this. It is not good and i cannot recommend it. Mac and cheese side was cold, but they reheated these for us. Stick with the salad here.

The service is great and answered a lot of questions with dietary needs. If you get the salad chopped they ensure to use clean utensils every time. There are a lot of vegan options. Don't be afraid to build your own salad by adding any salad base (or multiple), with your choice of five toppings! The vinaigrettes are vegan friendly!

This time, their salmon was overcooked and dry. I just wanted to give you an update from my last rave of the restaurant. Salmon is hard to get right. The timing is everything, over cooking is common. So just be aware of that potential when ordering.

My macro tracking heart is in love with this place. I love how transparent they are with the menu, their nutritional facts are available online, and you can personalize anything. It's "chipotle" style, so you order at the front, they make it all for you, pay, and take your meal to your seat. This Buffalo chicken salad was ginormous. Ranch dressing was creamy and flavorful. I ate it all knowing exactly what I had consumed, and it was fresh and helped me reach my goals for the day! They have wraps and paninis too. I think this will definitely be a go to for me.

Today I enjoyed w excellent staff a beef tenderloin panini. The people were hard working kind and the restaurant was very clean. Lots of places to sit. I esp liked the high top bar to look over the restaurant. Kudos to Areli and Mary at the olathe Doc Greens. 10/10 Def see you again real soon.

Our first time in. Tons of selections on the menu! You order at the counter. They bring your food to your table as it is ready. We ordered chef salad and buffalo chicken panini with side of mac and cheese. Salad was good just not enough dressing for the amount of salad. The buffalo panini was spicy! The mac and cheese did not have any flavor. The food was average. It was very clean inside the restaurant.

We were looking for a health based restaurant and we had heard about Doc Greens and we are glad we stopped in for dinner. Their salads are creative and filling and the stand behind their "fresh" produce commitment. They have a broad selection of paninis and soups if salads are ringing your bell! The staff was friendly and service was very quick. It was also nice to see they had a steady stream of customers of all ages coming in while we were there.

I literally love the food here! I have gone in the past and it was great. I just went today after I recently found out I'm allergic to dairy and they accommodate me well! I got the Fiesta Chicken wrap and it even looks beautiful on the plate! The restaurant seemed clean and the workers were kind and efficient. The prices were in my opinion perfect for healthy food! It also comes with a side - I choose potato chips because they are DF. Anyway 10/10 from me and I will be back!

Here in Kansas for work, and wanted to try something that is not where I'm from, heard great things about this place. I got the Southwestern Steak Wrap, it was good, not a lot of steak and when I did get some meat, it was too chewy. But the Mozzarella's Button Mushroom, was Amazing! Honestly, the reason I rated it low,is because of the service. The people. The service was horrible, no one greeted us at all! We said hi and got nothing. Stood in the end for like 3 long minutes before anyone said anything, they all seriously looked upset about something. We did not feel welcomed at all.

Discovered Doc Greens for the first time back in 2020 and it has been A GO-TO of mine since then!! My top favorites would be their Thai Chicken Wrap, Buffalo salad, Mac N Cheese, and their chicken strips!! Can't get enough of this place and very reasonable pricing!! Service is great always

I was looking for a fresh, healthier choice on a recent business trip to the area and I found this spot - Doc Green's. I found the choices to be plentiful and appetizing. I ordered a ranchero wrap - which I found tasty. My side Caesar was very yummy. Two issues-not enough chicken in the wrap and for my personal taste the wrap with the garlic flavor somewhat overshadowed the the taste of the wrap. When I visit again, I'll choose a different wrapper for my wrap. Overall a good visit.

Today was my first visit to Doc Greens and I ordered a turkey pepper jack sandwich. On my way home I noticed a burned smell and realized what it was when I got home, my sandwich bread! I'm so disappointed they thought this was acceptable to serve, and probably would not have served this if it was a dine-in order. This is NOT "toasted", this is burned. If you place an order to go, check your food before leaving!

So my first time in Olathe I was looking for decent sandwich and salad food option. This place came up with a good rating on Yelp, so I figured why not give it a try. It was either that or go with Panera, and after our service maybe we should have stuck with Panera. My coworker and I came in on a Sunday evening and it wasn't very busy. She ordered before me and when it was my turn I went with 1/2 turkey jalapeño panini sandwich with a 1/2 salad. My food looked delicious when it came out, but as I normally do I waited for my coworkers meal to come out as that is the polite thing to do. After all hers couldn't be much further behind mine, she ordered before me. Boy o boy was I wrong. I watched as 3 additional people came in and ordered after me, they got their food before my coworker did. Just as we were going to head to the front to ask what happened with her order, one of the workers delivering food to another person asked if we were waiting on something. She politely gave them details of what she ordered and when they delivered it 5 minutes later they forgot 2 pieces of her order. By the time I ate my food it was cold and although it was tasty I feel like it would have been better to try when it was first delivered. If you are cold panini food person then this place is your spot. Also my coworker advised the tomato soup was cold when got it.

I went here for lunch because it is close to my work and I love salads and wraps. I got the fiesta chicken wrap which was very good, I love how you are able to customize it in the app. My coworker said he liked the place so I downloaded the app and got 25% off my first purchase! That was a plus. If you are looking for a healthy option here, you will definitely have to do a lot of customization to get there. They use a lot of dressing and most of the side items are heavy. That's not always a bad thing, and the food was delicious. Just letting you know if that's what you're looking for.

I am OBSESSED with this place! The first time we went I tried their fiesta chicken wrap with mashed potatoes as my side, both were excellent! The restaurant is clean and nice looking and staff was great. They let me try a sample of their potato soup since I asked about it. It was delicious. I knew next time I went, I wanted some. Today I went and got the soup with half a California chicken panini and man! Both so good! You just can't go wrong here. My husband is a fan of their Buffalo chicken wrap and corn casserole!

Very good salad and soups I didn't try the sandwiches but they looks good too. Ok It looks like chipotle but with salads

Doc Greens has been an enjoyable experience now on quite a few occasions, and this lunch was no exception! Yes, it costs more than a drive-thru burger, but it can also be 100x more healthy for your body. Thank you for giving us the options of all of this amazing food! If you're thinking about the parmesan crusted button mushrooms, just a heads up, they're a bowl of mushrooms. Sprinkled with a bit of parmesan. There is nothing 'crusted' about them... But they weren't bad if you enjoy a bit full of mushrooms! One thing I'd love to see is a decrease in the cost of adding quinoa or avocado to the salad. They just are NOT that expensive and the added cost of $1.75 for a few slices of avocado? A bit much...

Might need more help during lunch rush . Tables were not cleaned and tea was not filled. Salad however was great.... Husband had a panini that was good but he ended up having to eat with a fork

I'm with K.C.'s review about the Salmon .... Perfectly seasoned and grilled. This was our 1st time in. Not sure what took us so long. Great healthy items. We got the Asian with grilled chopped chicken and the Caribbean with Salmon. We could have split one as they are generously sized. So, while it may seem pricy the size justifies the price and the freshness. Loved the decor and we will go back.

The salad and dressing was good. I went with the "chopped" option, so my salad was chopped & mixed very well, making it easy to eat. The fruit cup was a nice dessert.

My friend and I were feeling something fast and healthy so we stopped into Doc Green's. It was very delicious and I would definitely go back to try one of their wraps or sandwiches. They looked delicious.

they were assholes, took way to long, they made it wrong and it took 12 minutes for them to make a new one. Overall pretty gay. Way better places that are less expensive.

Stopped in for lunch. Nice clean place. Modem vibe. The menu was a good variety of wraps, sandwiches, salads, entrees and kids options. All of this was mixed with some sides and individual protein options. The staff was short handed. HOWEVER, they were all working very well together, remained friendly and efficient. I was very impressed. Once the food came out it was very good. My wrap was great (just the right size) and my wife's salad was exactly the size and quality she hoped for. Nice healthy option among tons of unhealthy quick food options. Check it out for sure!

"Eat as healthy as you want to". Great motto for this place. Came in for dinner two nights in a row to really canvas the menu. Plenty of parking outside, so don't worry about having to walk a mile. Walked in shortly before 6PM on a Thursday night and got the salmon entree with the Parmesan button shrooms and grilled zucchini & squash. Food came out super quick...like under 2 minutes. Everything was tasty and cooked properly. Came in around 6:30PM on Friday night and opted for a big Caesar salad with turkey, bacon, & hard boiled eggs. It was amazing; great flavor, turkey was warm and juicy, bacon came through a bit and added crunch, and the Caesar dressing didn't overpower. I like that there are a lot of healthy options, but there are also things like Mac n Cheese. Will definitely be back on a cheat day to indulge some of the carbier things on the menu. And I'll likely be adding this to my weekly dining out option while staying on the diet.

I've heard a lot of reviews about this place since there is one in Wichita. This is my first time and it won't be my last! The food here is very healthy but delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was quick! I am surprised it hasn't been super busy!! I highly recommend getting the sides of corn casserole and mac and cheese!

It was ok. I don't think I'd say that the food was gourmet but the prices were. Tough to beat Panera nearby.

The food and service is always great but, Please, please put in an area where people can drop their used plates. Tables are always full of dirty dishes.

Love doc greens and all the variety they offer! Great lunch option! My favorite has been their wraps! Service is quick and whenever an online orders been placed, it's always been ready when I go go pick it up! Large seating area inside as well as seating outside! Prices are reasonable with their competitors.

Been here many times. Order ahead online. Show up and it's ready. Today my husband went in with four people in like. They waited on all of them and gave them their food then pulled our ticket to fulfill it. Not the best experience. Also I always order the Turkey entree and it's a first for me for being fatty and a bit chewy. May have to rethink this in our rotation.

We'll never eat at Doc Green's again. We've had problems with orders being placed incorrectly through their online system and orders being made incorrectly at the location, only to discover the problem when we arrive home. And, my husband has Celiac disease, so when orders are made incorrectly, it can be a serious problem. We have to drive 10-15 minutes each way, dependent on traffic, to the location. So repeated trips are less than optimal. For example, on at least two occasions, their online system arbitrarily adds guacamole to orders. 2-4 sides of it have been added to the order without our consent. Overcharging by $10 to $15 each time. The first time it happened, I was advised by a manager that their online system was having problems adding it when customers hadn't ordered it. Several months later, the problem occurred again. The new manager I spoke to argued with me and stated my husband obviously ordered it by mistake. I had to request a district manager and spoke to Devon. Devon stated it had been an ongoing problem for 6 months and then changed his story the next time I spoke with him, stating the problem had been fixed and that my husband obviously misordered. Um, no he didn't. I also texted Devon all of the issues that we've had with the location and he couldn't even be bothered to thoroughly read my complaint and has inferior listening skills. He tried to tell me I'd changed my story about my complaint, which I hadn't, and that the company had never had a complaint from me in the past. Wrong. One example includes a previously written complaint on Yelp review when they first opened, including e-mailing the company to complain and that no one ever got back with me. One of the owners responded months later to the complaint and apologized for failing to answer the e-mail complaint. Devon had offered to pay for dinner for everyone in the household due to all the problems we'd had, but after his tone during our last conversation, I told him to keep the food. We aren't interested in dining with them again. I asked that Scott contact me so I could address Devon's unprofessional communication skills. Scott is the one that responded to the prior Yelp review. A week later no one has called. This is what happens when you put an obviously untrained relative in a district manager position. Yes. Devon is related to the owners. I've dealt with district managers in the past related to complaints and none of them have behaved this way. Flaky company. Save yourself from a headache. Their food isn't good enough to be worth it. I love Doc Greens, they are so consistent. They have the best salads, always fresh. I love how quick they are! I go there quite often, I wish they had more locations!

I've never tried doc greens and decided today is the day... And sadly I wish it wasn't. The tastiest thing I had was the Caesar dressing for the salad. I got their grilled salmon which was hockey puck thin, dry as a bone and had no flavor. The sauteed button mushrooms were just mushrooms with some weird melted cheese goop on them. The cheddar mash wasn't bad but it had absolutely no flavor either. The mac and cheese was okay also but once again severely lacking seasoning. The chocolate chip cookie I got was made for a child. Maybe they're salads are amazing, but I don't think I'll take another chance for the price I paid for all this lackluster food

The food here is excellent! I get the Dr. Asian salad and substitute stake for chicken. If you're looking for a healthy place to eat, this is it. The service is top notch. The chef here really knows how to cook a steak! Ambiance is really cool!

Upon walking into the establishment three employees stood behind the counter staring at us blankly. This was our first time bringing the kids so we let them know it would be a few minutes and we allowed the folks behind us to go ahead due to our stand-still. The staff was less than helpful with selections and seemed less-than-thrilled about two of us having dietary restrictions. Fast forward to the food, it was less than desirable. The chicken breast was so dry and the Mac and cheese mushy and flavorless. The curry chicken salad sandwich on a croissant sounded amazing but I was unable to order due to an almond allergy but my daughter went ahead and "indulged," she was so disappointed. The chicken salad was flavorless and the texture was off per her statements. The Parmesan-crusted mushrooms are laughable at best. Warming up mushrooms in the microwave and tossing on some dried-up park does not constitute as Parmesan-encrusted. Anyway, we won't be back! Just seriously, will not return.

Fresh, flavorful and friendly. Lunch today was our first visit to Doc Green's. We got a warm welcome and our food was prepared quickly. I had the California chicken panini with some really good mac and cheese while my wife had the Thai wrap--she said it was delicious but didn't offer to let me have a bite. My panini was outstanding. The owner introduced herself to us as she rang us up and expressed her appreciation for our patronage. DG's is regarded by many as "face friendly" so you're going to see people coming in the door sans masks. If that bothers you, consider yourself forewarned.

Doc Greens in Olathe fired 2 special needs young adults that worked hard to earn their way in the workforce. The work staff is amazing and kind but the new management has no compassion for the needs of the efforts put out by these two young people. It doesn't take a lot to break the spirit of a special needs person. We won't eat there again and will tell others.

Took my wife here for lunch the day after Christmas. She had the portobello panini; I had the salmon panini. We thought the taste was excellent. Nice fresh ingredients and just the right size for me (she took part of hers home for lunch the next day). For sides, I had the parmesan crusted mushrooms: great mushrooms but the parmesan was more goo than crusted (the shrooms were good on their own and didn't need need the parmesan). She had the mac and cheese as a side, which is what filled her up and kept her from finishing her panini. Nice, clean spacious dining area. We wish Doc Green's was closer to us. We will definitely make a point to come back and take our daughter with us next time.

We stopped for lunch and I'm glad we did. The menu is big enough for great choices yet small enough to not be overwhelming. I had a half Buffalo chicken panini and 1/2 house salad. Either by itself probably would have been enough for lunch. The salad was huge, with diced tomatoes, cucumbers and cheese. The Buffalo chicken was spicy and tasty. My husband had a salmon panini and the white cheddar mashed potatoes. I'll have to take his word about how good the potatoes were-they were gone before I could ask for a bite. The salmon was good and they didn't skimp in the sandwich. I thought it was better than the usual chain I head to when I want to eat a little healthier. I'll be putting this one on my favorites list.

super great food, good quick service, healthy options, good variety, good atmosphere, all of that stuff. but what really stood out to me was when i brought the child i caretake for who has significant, non verbal, autism here. The staff was so patient and welcoming to him. They waiting as he ordered with his AAC device and were so polite about the loud vocal stims he has. Some other restaurants i've taken him to have complained or asked us to leave. The staff here was very patient and acted like it was no big deal which is awesome. Doc Greens really was a good experience for him and i both. definitely recommend!

Stood at the front of the line for 6 minutes before we were greeted to order. When someone showed up, she apologized not knowing where her coworkers were. 7 people were in line behind us (9 when we left), after several had already left frustrated. Don't come for speed. Food arrived 16 mins after paying (and we were at the front!). A disorganized, 20th-century system of shouting orders instead of using screens to provide priority and flow. Unhappy employees flopping orders about, spilling finished food. Mushrooms were very warm. Grilled wrap was cold. Nice portions for dining in. They stopped giving bread with salads, which is another minor bummer. Tastes fine, but the sour experience of it all definitely ruined any chance of me returning. If I were a GM, I'd be furious if I saw my restaurant in such a slow, sad state.

I really wanted to like this place! The ambiance is nice and it seemed fairly clean. I ordered the Buffalo chicken salad with grilled chicken. The lettuce was fresh, but the toppings didn't taste fresh and the texture of the chicken was odd. It seemed like canned chicken or frozen chicken. Definitely wasn't fresh grilled chicken, which is what I was expecting. Oh well!

We really enjoy eating here. The food is always fresh tasting and they have a nice variety of food. The entire family can eat here and all find something to please the tastebuds. I almost went down to a 3 because it seems like every time we order on the app the pickup time is never met. This last time I had it set for a 6:05 pickup and didn't leave until 6:20. The frustrating part on that is seeing orders made that had pickup times after mine getting made and put on the pass before mine. That would be my only knock so far.

Yuuuuuum!! I got the ranchero chicken wrap and it was so good! We went there for lunch and each of us ordered something different, they were all great! I was amazed by their variety of selections, so many to choose from! Can't wait to go back and try something different!

This is my go to for a fantastic panini, sandwich, wrap, salad, etc. I highly recommend the southwestern steak wrap and the beef tenderloin panini, but I'm sure that whatever you order will be great!

It's a nice set up and salads came out quickly. I ordered the Greek salad and added salmon. I also ordered the salad chopped, something you can do with any of them. Everything was good, not great. Portions are ok... not huge salads. And they serve a limp little pita triangle on the side. Neither of us ate that past the first bite. This place was a little out of my way, so I probably wouldn't purposefully drive there again, but I'd go if I was in the area and wanted something healthy.

I liked the good selection of relatively healthy, fast, and fresh foods. My ranchero wrap with choice of side ($9.65) was delicious, with a good variety of healthy ingredients, plenty of flavor, and a good portion size. The service was professional, fast (three minutes), and efficient, while the dining area was somewhat upscale, clean, nicely done, and new, with contemporary background music and free WiFi. I wish they offered more veggie or fruit sides, and the price was somewhat high, although the blue corn tortilla chips with salsa side was pretty good, and an app is available to help with rewards and discounts. Overall, very nice!
