Had en excellent time getting to try their award winning lineup of exploratory casks as well as core lineup selections. Learned more about their “Solera Method” and was blown away with everything. Definitely a must visit when in town.

Go to this tasting room! Your soul will become ablaze with fire and light. Top notch barrels of all kinds. Good to know my soul was still intact after tasting a few of these absolute rippers. I can only hope more of my time here on earth is spent grazing around these parts. Seriously some of the finest hawiskee I've ever had. Job well done Doc Swinson's.
