The store downstairs has amazing finds but preys on tourists. I was about to buy a dress for 3,700 pesos but went to the brand’s site and it was only $1,375. I understand being in a tourist area, but more than double the price is gross.

I highly recommend this place and would love to go back. We loved the food, the people, the ambiance, and the general feeling that people were at work serving us, but in the best of moods. Although this is a small operation by most standards, the feeling that someone who is highly qualified within the service industry is running this place was very present. We felt at home. Food is what you would expect from a big name outfit In a world where most employees are there for a salary, we felt that the employees there were there to ensure we enjoyed our vacation. We did. Thank you!

I want this bed for my own home! So comfy. Cute hotel with a wonderfully central location. The courtyard is popular for happy hour. Our room is spacious with a beautiful large shower. Really nice eco modern decor.

We didn't stay at the hotel here, but we had lunch in their restaurant... The "Concept House" seemed like it contained lots of different businesses... a restaurant, a hotel, artisan shops, etc... Great seafood options. Wonderful craft cocktails. We had a large group, but they easily accommodated us. Setting was great... a large central patio, very beautiful.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had breakfast in their restaurant, so this is a review of that. We chose to have breakfast here because of the poblano croque monsieur on the menu. It was good, not great. They also had an interesting-looking fruit bar, which could be up some people's alley.

I stayed here for 4 nights and it was an excellent. The location of the hotel is central to everything. The staff was super friendly and attentive. I loved the breakfast. In addition, upon returning to the US, I had to get a COVID test and they were able to send the lab technician to do it at time in my room. Everything was seamless. Without a doubt, I would stay here again!

So for the good first - good food and service, attractive atmosphere. The bad - added an auto gratuity line item (that they claimed was tax, which is never a separate line item) and then at the table when they didn't;'t ask if I wanted to add gratuity, which is customary everywhere, they added another 20% with the assumption that I wouldn't see it! Its sad when fraudulent practices mar an otherwise good experience

Beautiful interior and ambiance. By far one of the best bartenders, Altair Lugo Rodriguez, amazing cocktails and so personable. He was genuinely caring making sure everything was up to par Definitely highly recommend this bar/ restaurant
