The donuts are ridiculously overpriced for no good reason. I tried the Tres Leches donut, and it was nothing like I expected. I was hoping for something closer to the actual Tres Leches cake. Although they looked delicious, the flavor just wasn't there. Additionally, I found it a bit frustrating when trying to communicate with the man working as he didn't understand English very well. He was very kind, but it would have helpful if they had another worker there to help as well.

Google
Doce Donuts is a must try spot in Seattle. Fresh donuts everyday, they often run out before closing. This time I had the chocolate pistachio donut which is filled with cream. The cheese and guava donut has a unique guava flavored filling inside, both delicious. Would also recommend trying the tres leches. The donuts taste fresh and you can tell are made with clean ingredients based on how you feel after.

Stumbled upon Doce as I was looking for a nearby cafe. Went right in as this place has always been on my 'to try' list. They were out of their two popular flavors, but still had a lot of other donuts left. Got the OG and mango vanilla. The donuts are larger than the standard ones found at 🍩 shops throughout or grocery stores. From the two that I ordered, I prefer the OG as I am an original glazed type of guy (9/10). Surprisingly, the mango 🍩 was not overly sweet and did not have that artificial taste (8.1/10). All in all, good. Overall rating, 8.4/10. Follow me on Instagram: richieeatsalot

Google
I’ve been looking forward to trying this place for a while, and picked up a Tres Leches donut from here. This donut comes soaked in the classic three milks, lightly torched meringue on the top, and a dark chocolate bottom On the positive side - the quality of the donut is exceptional. The dough is very fresh, airy, and I can definitely taste the brioche-ness of it. It’s soft & fluffy on the inside, while the outside has the perfect amount of glaze. Also, the dark chocolate crust was not something I’d seen a doughnut before - and I love it. It gives the food a nice crunch - a little similar to a cheesecake in a way - that was unexpected but great However, I think what took away from the flavor here was there was too much meringue on top Firstly, this topping makes the eating experience difficult. Trying to eat this doughnut while avoiding getting meringue on your face is a balance that shouldn’t be required - as it rises up way higher than the main part of the donut Second, because there’s just too much of it - it really dominates the flavor. This means I couldn’t really taste the tres leches flavor much at all - only at certain points. The majority of what I tasted each bite was just the meringue, which was good in fairness, but it’s pretty much just sweetness, and starts to get overwhelming by the end This appears to be the case where the Instagrammability of the donut takes away from the practicality of it. While these donuts are visually stunning, and anyone who sees a picture on social media would instantly be drawn to it, the reality of eating it is less than the visual experience. This donut is pretty large, but also decently expensive - costing around $6, which might be the most expensive donut I’ve had Overall, I like the quality of the doughnut, but disagree with some of the decisions that led to the layout. I might consider getting a different flavor if I come back here. 8/10

This was the first stop on a food tour I’m doing with my partner. 10/10 it’s going to be really hard to go to other patisseries with my expectations set so high. We had the tres leches, guava and cheese and the passion frute crème brûlée, all bangers and we will have to come back before we go home

Google
THIS IS A MUST!!!!! The donuts are fresh and moist. We had the original glazed donut, I will definitely be back to have it again, it was moist and not too sweet. We also ordered the churro, my daughters loved it! Alberto helped us out and provided excellent service. He made us feel welcomed and was very attentive. The bathroom was super clean and the ambiance was warm and clean.

Google
We heard all the hype so decided to check it out Passion fruit was ok but not a must try. Texture was relatively dense. Filling was custardy, decent passion fruit flavor but too sugary. Also eggy flavor was noticable and honestly I did not find citrus and egg yolk to be a great flavor combo. Tres leches was good texture, the cream topping had a good toasted flavor. However too sugary for, and there were many layers and with much going on fortunately the flavors worked together. In all, while I'm happy I tried it I do not feel the need to go back.

Google
The doughnuts here are massive and you can tell they're made with high quality ingredients and thoughtful flavors. The amount of effort going into creating each one is crazy. Mine came equipped with a decorated baked cookie on top, gingerbread crumbs around the side, frosting on top, and a delicious filling. The attention to detail is immaculate. Were they expensive? Yes. But absolutely worth it. Can't wait to come back. The person behind the counter was super nice and helpful and really made it an enjoyable experience! Highly recommend, easy 5 stars.

Yelp
Wow! Amazing donuts here. I'm a big fan of the flavor profiles here so this place is such a treat. I tried the passion fruit creme brûlée donut, the guava and cheese, and the tres leches. All of the flavor profiles are not too sweet but I love. If you like a tropical flavor and a full and fluffy brioche dough. This is the place for you.

Yelp
Small little donut shop with a few flavors to choose from. Cashier was nice to offer recommendations and we ended up getting two donuts to share. - Tres Leches: Creamy and milky donut with a moist interior. Tastes similar to a traditional tres leches with a bit more sweetness. 8/10 - Passionfruit Creme Brûlée: Hard sugary crust on top and a tarty and jammy interior custard. Passion fruit jam was a bit too sour and I don't think it paired well with the brûlée custard of the donut. Would taste better separately if they were two different donut flavors but the concept is unique. 6/10

Yelp
My husband is a big donut lover so we decided to give this place a try because it was the afternoon and his favorite place in north Seattle was already closed and out of donuts (if you know, you know). If I could, I would give this place 3.5 stars. It's a cute spot. We found street parking. Not sure if there is additional parking elsewhere. We ordered the passion fruit creme brûlée and the tres leches. The tres leches was absolutely delicious! There's a custard in the center, chocolate on the bottom and the torched meringue topping. It was not overly sweet like you'd think it would be. The passion fruit was very flavorful. My biggest issue with this place was the price. $6 for one donut?!?!? I'm sure it is quite a bit of work to produce these but personally for me, I cannot justify the price. I know there are some other stores that charge this much for a cookie but I'm also not a fan of those as well. For that, I am rounding down on my overall rating. Ambience: 3 stars Food: 4 stars Price: 1 star I'm glad I tried it. It's a good donut but I don't feel it's worth the price.

Yelp
I really wanted to love these doughnuts. They are eye pleasing and the flavor profiles all looks and sounds delicious. I got the passionfruit creme brulee and guava con queso. I loved the tropical fruit flavors and I liked the hard sugar brulee glaze giving it creme brulee vibes. I did not like the doughnut itself. It was very dense and dry as if they were days old, but I want to believe they are not selling days old doughnuts. The consistency of the passionfruit filling was also very thick. Had it been more of a soft custard I think it could help offset the dry doughnut texture. I was then disappointed by these for about $6 each. The size is larger than a typical doughnut so if it was actually good it would justify the price for me. I went back and check their videos on social media and you can actually see how dense and dry looking the doughnuts are and maybe they are meant to be (not buttery or fluffy as advertised). It's just not the kind of doughnuts I prefer, but it might be someone's else.

Yelp
Oh man, oh man. What can I say about Doce? These are probably some of the best donuts in Seattle. Easily. Love their unique flavors and different takes on things. This weekend, I had a 4 pack with my friends. We got a Guava and Cheese, Boston Cream, passion fruit and tres leches. All were AMAZING. When I tell you, the Guava and Cheese is top tier, believe me. Honestly one of the best donuts I've ever had in my life. They're a bit pricey but every now and then, it's worth a splurge!! The person that took our order was friendly and quick to help!! Clean shop with good vibes and artwork. Go check them out and get that Guava And cheese if you can!

Yelp
A great family owned craft brioche dough donut! Inspired by Latin American flavors. Fluffiest donuts! I loved the passion fruit crème brûlée donut! So good! Probably my favorite! Stuffed with passion fruit custard, torched creme brûlée. Tres leches donut is soaked with three milk custard, dark chocolate crust, torched meringue. High quality.
google avatar

Yelp
Unique flavors, nice looking and yummy. Maybe a little denser than I would typically choose for a donut, but plain donut has good flavor. The chocolate mouse in the chocolate strawberry was light land fluffy but still chocolatey. Would go again.
google avatar

Juliana M.

Yelp
Really good brioche donuts with unique flavors! If you really like your donuts fluffy, this is the perfect place. The only flavor I didn't really like was the Crème Brûlée, didn't taste at all like what you'd expect.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty donuts with Latin flavors?! I love Doce Donuts! A few standouts to me are their tiramisu, and guava con queso flavors. Be sure to check out their changing seasonal flavors online. This South Lake Union location has more seating availability compared to their Fremont location. There are a lot of parking options too: you can do street parking or the nearby corner lot. Or if you're visiting on the weekend, it's a quick walk from the free weekend parking at Amazon! Check out Doce Donuts!

Yelp
These donuts go freaking hard. Each donut is consistently a good time. No doubt the flavors are sweet but they're so unique you'll keep eating it just to keep experiencing them. And the quality of the donut like the dough per is so good too. My limit is one LOl but I wish I could get all of them in one sitting. Best of all, it's nestled next to Fulcrum Coffee, so go get yourself a little treat and then prance on over next door and grab a delicious coffee! A perfect weekend morning hack.

Yelp
I learned of this place from an Instagram reel and made sure to stop by during my recent Seattle trip; and I'm so glad I did! I stopped by around 4pm on a Friday and every flavor was well stocked. I got 4 different flavors; passionfruit creme brulee, matcha strawberry, chai cookie crumble, and tres leches. The donut texture was so soft and thick. I usually hate donuts due to them being either too sweet, dense, dry, and/or greasy, but these donuts did not disappoint!! I'm rarely interested in trying donuts but the flavors from this place sounded so good so I decided to give it a try and ended up loving it! It's too difficult to pick a favorite flavor because each was unique and delicious in their own way! The matcha strawberry was a pleasant combo, the chocolate shell and amazing cream on the tres leches was absolutely amazing, the chai was very fragrant and strong, and the passionfruit filling was amazing!! The staff was very welcoming, nice, and friendly, which is always a plus! I'm sad that I don't live in Seattle because I can't get it anytime I want and I wish they would open a location where I live in Oregon. I highly recommend checking this place out if you love donuts; or even if you usually don't like them like me because I enjoyed every single bit of it! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Seattle!

Yelp
Doce Donut Co. - A Hidden Gem in SLU! Doce Donut Co. is an absolute must-visit for any sweet tooth in Slough! While the construction and limited parking might be a slight inconvenience, trust me, it's worth the effort. From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the stunning visual display of donuts. The variety of flavors is simply incredible and unlike anything I've seen in the area. Initially, the texture was a bit of a surprise, but the more I ate, the more I appreciated its unique character. It's a truly distinctive donut experience. If you're in the slu or belltown area and looking for a sweet treat, don't miss out on this hidden gem! #DoceDonutCo #Slu #Donuts #SweetTooth #MustTry

Yelp
Tried both the tres leches and the guava con leche. Tres leches was the star of the show for me. Incredible textures and lots of cream. Lovely business and staff. Great addition to seattle!

Yelp
I was excited to hear that a donut shop with Latin influences was opening near me, but unfortunately nothing I tried here really stood out. + Tres Leches: I was hoping for a spongy donut soaked with the delicious flavors of a traditional tres leches. But all I got was a dry donut that was no different than a glazed donut. The dark chocolate bottom crust ended up overpowering all other elements anyways. (1/5) + Guava Con Queso: Although guava is in the name, it definitely was not present in the donut. This just tasted like a sweet cream cheese filled donut, which is not bad, but not as special as promised. (3/5) Their donut flavors sound fresh and unique, but they fail to deliver. At around $6/donut, the value for what you are getting is not great. Not sure if I ordered the wrong flavors, but I am hesitant to come back to try others. The worker was friendly, and there was plenty of seating along the wall.

Yelp
The passion fruit crème brûlée donut was maybe one of the best I've ever had - loved the fruity sourness. The coffee was basic but still a solid pairing. Small place inside but conveniently located around a lot of office buildings. Quick service

Yelp
Always excited when a spot opens in SLU! I've been wanting to try Doce for so long! They had their grand opening this past weekend! I went at opening on Sunday morning. Located next to Fulcrum cafe. Doce has some inside seating available and they also sell a limited selection of drinks. Service was friendly! So cute they had pup treats at the register! I wish I had brought my pup with me! My husband and I shared the tres leches and the passion fruit creme brûlée donut. The donuts are on the pricey side but the presentation is stunning and it comes in a nice donut box! The donuts themselves are pretty good. The tres leches donut wasn't as fluffy as I would have liked for a brioche donut but the topping on that one was really good. The passion fruit creme in the other one we had was very flavorful and more on the tart side but paired really nicely with the sugar topping.

Yelp
We generally go to Doce Donuts in Wallingford but one day, after a particularly challenging doctor's appointment, my hubs and I went to this branch of Doce in South Lake Union/Downtown. The donuts here are still the best gourmet donuts in Seattle, hands down. Service is friendly too. These donuts made a difficult day just a bit more joyful and delicious. Gracias, Doce!
google avatar

Cianna B.

Yelp
A luxe stop for a super tasty donut. We stopped here during the summer and the line was pretty long even close to opening time. Everything moved really quickly though and were were served within 10 minutes of getting there. The selections all looked scrumptious but we chose the original glazed donut and a crème brûlée one. Both were delicious and honestly the glazed one was simple perfection to me. Prices higher than your average donut so this will be an occasional treat for us, but it was a fun stop. Looking forward to coming back to try their guava and cheese flavor
google avatar

Stephanie D.

Yelp
Went into Doce at their Belltown location on a midday Friday and there were plenty of donuts left. I got their original glazed one and their tiramisu one. Absolutely loved the tiramisu one! I paired it with a Café con Miel from Black Arrows Coffee a block from them, and it was the perfect pairing! Can't wait to try more flavors! The space was open, airy, and clean, and the employee was very sweet.
google avatar

Susan W.

Yelp
The vegan donuts (2 flavors) are so good if you like a fluffy texture. I prefer these over all other vegan donuts in the area, I just wish they had more flavors. Honestly can't even tell these are vegan!
google avatar

Emily Z.

Yelp
Cute new luxury donut shop in South Lake Union! Love the variety of creative flavors. I got the passionfruit creme brûlée, which had a creamy and fruity interior and a hard sugar shell on top. The donut was light and fluffy, sweet but not too sweet! Each donut is about $5-6 before tax. The service is very friendly and quick. There is some seating available inside. I'd come again!
google avatar

Darren B.

Yelp
Yummy donuts packing unique flavors but at a steep price. Nice to have once in a while. Mexican hot chocolate definitely my favorite out of the bunch.
google avatar

Claudine R.

Yelp
I don't often give 5 stars and I eat a lot of donuts. So I can tell you this is well deserved. Decided to try this place after waiting a few months to allow the lines to stop forming! Went during the week and no line at all. It was around 1pm so one of the flavors was sold out but otherwise they had plenty. Tried the matcha strawberry, the passion fruit brûlée, and the guava. The donut itself gives me blue star donut vibes. Soft but still textured. The donut is not overall sweet so the toppings stand out. All I can say is try this place. You won't be disappointed. These are delicious. Not overly sweet but perfectly flavored. Can't wait to try more
google avatar

Tara H.

Yelp
I've heard they sell out of donuts fast, so I placed an order online for pick up the moment they opened. I decided to try out 6 of their donuts. It's hard to choose favorites because they were all very good. I'd say my top 3 donuts were: guava con queso, churro, and tres leches. If you're in the area in the morning, definitely try them out.
google avatar

Rutuja B.

Yelp
Worth the hype Luckily got a chance to try them. We got Key lime pie, Churro and Salted toffee chocolate. We loved all the flavours and would definitely recommend them.
google avatar

Alana N.

Yelp
Been waiting to try this place ever since I saw the sign. It's a small place but have a few tables inside. Service is fast. We tried 4 donuts : Guava cheese, passion fruit crème brûlée, Mexican hot chocolate and tres Leche. Came about $30 for 4 donuts. Some donuts are worth $5-6 price tag but some like Mexican hot chocolate is not ( it's dry and not much going on). Donuts are extremely sweet but Guava with cheese is a must try! It's a good balance of cheesy and fruity flavor
google avatar

Diana C.

Yelp
Lots of flavors of donuts and also vegan options! I tried the basic glazed but I'll be back to try more flavors! They were really friendly and helpful when helping me decide what to order. It's in the place where GH Pasta used to be, so there's some seating inside but it's more for take out. Will be back!
google avatar

Valerie Y.

Yelp
So happy that Doce finally opened closer to me! They're a really cool filled donuts place with Mexican inspired flavors. This location is really small but they have so much variety - we got the Tres Leches and Mexican Hot Chocolate. I liked the cream on the Tres Leches the most, and the bottom of the donut is dipped in chocolate. The Hot Choco was good too! The donuts go for about $5-6 each which is steep but it's definitely worth trying
google avatar

Joelina S.

Yelp
I ordered a bunch of random donuts from Doce for a few of us at work - we cut them up to share and tasted all of them! My faves were the tres leches and guava con queso, but they were all pretty amazing! We will be ordering again soon!
google avatar

Sophie S.

Yelp
These are maybe the best donuts I've had. They're so fluffy, and I love their rotating selection.
google avatar

Mark Y.

Yelp
After hearing all the hype I really wanted to try this place all being I'm a fan of donuts. First off I love the interior layout, how the donuts are displayed behind the glass for all eyes to see and a lot of effort was put into making it a cool vibrant ambiance! The server was very helpful in explaining some of my questions about the donut selections. I did like the creative names and looks of the donuts but that's where it all stops and felt the half dozen we got were just meh. The passion fruit crème brûlée had a nice crunchy top and the seasonal blackberry lemon had a semi tart yet fruity filling. The tres leche looked pretty but it was way too much cream for my liking. I can't exactly define the texture of each donut but something tasted a bit off to me. And lastly be prepared to shell out some $$$'s as a half dozen will set you back $37 not including gratuity. There's a lot of donut places around town and each has their unique twist on what a fo it should be and I'll leave it up to others for their own interpretation of Doce. Just like burgers what may be good to you, might not appeal to others.
google avatar

K F.

Yelp
These donuts are art work and also delicious. The mango vanilla was my fav but the tres leches was a serious competitor! They are pricey but worth it.
google avatar

Tyler A.

Yelp
The donuts may be $7, but they're well worth the price. The flavors are inventive, and the donuts themselves are fairly large. If you're not sure what to get, try the guava cheese or tres leches donuts-- you can't go wrong with either of those.
google avatar

Michelle B.

Yelp
The best donut I have ever had!! Just wish they were open later at both locations I would love to see a north end location
google avatar

Lisa P.

Yelp
Not your regular donut place--in a good way. Friendly service. Quick too. Absolutely delicious and rich. Def would think of this as a dessert. Will return again with friends so we can try all the flavors.
google avatar

Rana B.

Yelp
Elevated donut experience; passionfruit brûlée is in the top of my donut list! (These are not dochi-mochi donuts, but gourmet yeasted works of art!
google avatar

Aliyah O.

Yelp
These donuts did not disappoint! Tried the Key Lime, Mexican Hot Chocolate, Mango Vanilla, and Tres Leches donut with my boyfriend. We enjoyed them very much.
google avatar

Nikita S.

Yelp
Not worth the $6 a piece. We got Mexical Hot Chocolate and Tramisu. Personally, the donut tasted slightly too sweet and wasn't particularly fluffy or like a traditional donut dough
google avatar

Itzel B.

Yelp
Got 4 donuts to go , went around 12pm and it was super busy and only had these left ! They all tasted good ! My favorite is the tres leches ! Definitely need to go back to try the guava and cheese donut

Finn P.

Yelp
Would recommend. Unique flavors, nice staff, convenient location. Our favorite flavors were tres leches and passionfruit.

Seattlefoodiegram R.

Yelp
Doce Donut Co. - Tasty & Distinctive Place O.M.G that was delicious!!. Now that our sweet craving has been met, let me tell you all about our experience at the latin own Doce Donut Co. We had an amazing experience, from the location to the chill ambiance the place provided. The señora that works there was welcoming and warm, making us feel like we were at our family members home eating some pan dulce. She provided information about the multiple tasty selections they had available. We had the opportunity to try the seasonal alfajor, tres leches and the churro. We can report that they were all flavorful and unique (A.K.A bomb!). Whether you are in the area or not, this is a place worth coming to.
google avatar

Anise M.

Yelp
Maybe I got the wrong donut because I wasn't overly impressed. I purchased the Mexican hot chocolate donut and it was just okay. I wasn't a huge fan of the heaviness of the dough and it overall wasn't very flavorful in the way I expected. The staff there were great though and service was quick. I would visit again to try something different if I was in the neighborhood, but otherwise wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

Anika W.

Yelp
Eating this donut was a spiritual experience. I will have dreams about it for the rest of my life. 100/10

Seth N.

Yelp
If you want beautiful artisan doughnuts, Doce is your company. With many Latin American flavors there is something for everyone, delicious 24 hour raised brioche doughnuts show the care and precision they put in their pastries. Every time my girlfriend and I go it, we get a great experience and friendly service at either location. Some may say the price is a little much for doughnuts, but the work they put into it and the flavors they come in makes it more than worth it! Love bringing friends here and my Cuban mother loves the different Latin flavors!

Yelp
Love this place! I'm not even a big donut fan and I find myself at this place now a couple times a week now! I've seen a couple bad reviews for this place which makes no sense at all . Maybe they just didn't like the donut they picked out but trust me this place is worth the hype! All the donuts I've tried were great I'm definitely more of an OG fan, and the vegan donuts beat out hands down any vegan donut in the city!!
