Dock 17

We stopped into Dock 17 for brunch and left fully satisfied and already planning our return. First things first, the mimosa flight was delectable! Fresh, creative and just the right amount of bubbly to start the day off right. The food and atmosphere were wonderful. We were hungry by the time our meals arrived and there was no time for photos (aside from the mimosa flight). That says everything. The dishes were flavorful, well portioned and hit the spot! Service was warm and attentive throughout our visit and the overall vibe of the restaurant was laid back but polished. Exactly the kind of place you want to return to for a second round. Five stars for the location, the team and a brunch menu that understands the assignment. We can’t wait to come back and try their other offerings for lunch or dinner!

We stopped at Dock 17 for Bunch Sunday morning and had a great time. The location is very peculiar on the back side of a warehouse, but its very nice on the inside! The food was made hot and fresh from the kitchen and the service was very friendly. We sat at the bar and had a great time. The atmosphere is very modern and industrial feeling.

I’ve been here a few times now. The food is pretty mediocre for the price. Went here today for my mom’s 60th and it was underwhelming. Pros: 1. The atmosphere is cool. Decor is nice. Looks like they have live music. 2. It’s connected to City Forum so you can stop by for a whole meal rather than City Forum food. 3. The cocktails were decent. Cons: 1. The food is mediocre for the price paid. I ordered a $13 omelet for brunch and received a tiny little thing that barely covered half the plate! 2. The salads looked light on the toppings. 3. Service was really slow. 4. It was very loud in this restaurant. Overall, I might come back. I might not. I wouldn’t really recommend it.

Kristin was amazing! She was a sweet and attentive server. We loved our food and will definitely be back. The live music was an added bonus!

I recently visited this restaurant during their live music evening. Jay Ammo was amazing! I really enjoyed his pieces as well as he performed other artists songs. He really has an incredible voice. The food was great too! I had brisket and my partner had shrimps which didn’t sit too well with him. I did try the sweet potato fries with the marshmallows dip but mixing sweet and savory dinner is not for me. But that is my personal preference. The restaurant is huge with great service. Bathrooms are clean with live music speakers so you won’t miss a beat when you have to go to tinkle. 🤣 I highly recommend this place. Make reservations.

I’ve been wanting to try Dock 17! The restaurant is so cute and very clean. I had the brisket sliders without mayo and garlic parm fries. It was so good! What was even better was the service. Ashley was very attentive and so sweet to our kids! I highly recommend this restaurant and Ashley if you can get her as your server!

Great atmosphere. Our waitress was fantastic, very personable. Pallet of biscuits unreal! Food was amazing, unfortunately a very long wait for our food once we ordered. If not for the wait, I would of given them 5 stars.

Eve was outstanding, she explained the amazing food choices and has a great sense of humor. Very personable.

Only reason giving this place a 5 Star is cause the service was amazing. Kristin was very awesome. Food came out very hot and the portions are great. Actually had to get a to go box. Very clean. Was greeted soon as we walked in. Now.....as for the management? She's terrible! We went to see Trent Montgomery. He was supposed to start at 6pm. At 6:15pm the manager went up on stage turned off the speakers and everything else and NOT once did she tell anyone that he was a No Show! I'm sorry when you see people getting up and walking out you should have let people know what was going on. It would have been all the same if we all had bought tickets. The manager she looked like she had a very bad attitude. Sorry but they need new management. Miss Lucille would be ashamed of her. But we will be back but it's certainly not cause of management. But unfortunately others may not feel the same and this may hurt them.

My salad with the added salmon in place of chicken was large with a flavorful dressing. Our server Drew was great! The ambiance was new and clean.

this place is off the beaten path and the food is phenomenal! drew was our waiter and he was super knowledgeable about the menu. we ordered the zucchini fries which I highly recommend as well as brisket nachos, and the brisket dinner. dessert was the banana pudding poke cake -- everything is homemade and has the best flavor. you will not be disappointed! the ambiance is modern with upbeat music and great seating.

The food was really good, and our server was incredibly friendly. It did take a while to get our food and drinks. Also the salad was very skimpy with toppings, but what was there was delicious. The chicken was well cooked, and their orange vinaigrette was delightful. My husband got the cajun chicken sandwich and said it was very good. They also have a rotating hard cider on tap and a good variety of local drafts.

Addison was amazing, so sweet! The food was absolutely delicious! Perfect atmosphere!

Our first time dining here today. Gracie was our server and she was on top of things. Great service. The best tasting thing I put in my mouth was my husband's beef brisket. It literally melted in my mouth! So good! This restaurant is pretty spacious and there's a bandstand when you walk in. We came around 1:00, so no band or anything. I did order a delicious Javatini cocktail, we didn't sit in the bar area though it was a nice set up. I highly recommend their brisket.

The food and atmosphere were great. Shelby was an attentive hostess. This made for a fun date night, and I would recommend. We'll be back.

We had a party of 16 Saturday night, and Addison was our waitress and she did an awesome job

Food is always great. Dalmon dip and Chipotle Salas are mu favorite. Our waiter Drew was nice and attentive.

1st time here...my out-of-work Victoria Secret model was our server. I won't mention her name but she was on point. Started with a few 12-year Weller's....that was some good bourbon. Highly recommended. Woodford and the Double Oak soon followed. Decent selection of whiskeys and bourbon on hand. Beer, wine and drafts also available. The burgers were cooked well with home cut fries. Yum. The smoked wings were pretty delicious too. Paired it up with Korean BBQ sauce on the side. Live music topped off the night.

They had our table ready with a special request for room for a wheel chair. The menu and the service was great as well as the music.

We had the Cajun Parm wings, Cajun fries, regular fries, brisket sliders. The food was super tasty, fries cooked just right (yes, you can mess up fries), and the brisket was season and smoked perfectly! Our waitress,Ashley, was phenomenal with our group of 12! They had live music, which was extremely pleasant! We had to come across town but we will be coming back!

3 stars, all for the service! We had a great waiter and I hate that I can't remember his name. He gave us a great rundown of the menu and some of his favorites. I loved the decor and atmosphere and the I was really excited to go for brunch. I normally get steak & eggs, but thought I would do something slightly different and get brisket instead. Unfortunately there was absolutely no flavor with the brisket. It was also shredded and not sliced so the presentation needs some help. The eggs were up to code, but the hash brown casserole needs some work.

The ambiance is great, very open and calm with a bar! Service is great along with the food! More to come.

Our server Ava was amazing and very attentive. I gave 3 stars because the food took too long, which I brought up to the manager. I waited over 35 minutes for the food, which I am not okay with.

Normally, I'm a big fan of this place, but I'm not sure what's happening. Walked in to order some appetizers out of zucchini fries and it wasn't like we were there at the end of the evening we were there basically at the beginning right around 6 o'clock then we went to order a drink. They were out of orange juice and pineapple juice on a weekend where you're very busy you would expect them to order more the bartender she was fantastic. I have no qualms about the service. It's just the food and the issues with running out of stuff just very disappointing and I don't think we'll be back.

Had dinner there yesterday. Waited forever for our food; waitress could have been better. Kitchen was backed up and waitress never touched base with us. Very frustrating. Food was ok, nothing outstanding.

I tried this restaurant for the first time last weekend and already went back to place a to-go order. The food was made perfect both times and the service has been good. I will definitely be going back!!

Food was delicious and the server was very friendly. The wait for our food was maybe a little long but was well worth it. We started with the zucchini fries. Great choice for a starter. I had the "boot scootin' burger" . I was very pleased. The hot and Smokey sauce for the fries was excellent.

My husband and I came for dinner and the service was good, food was good too, he had the brisket and it was surprisingly tender. I think I had a salad, which was fine. I liked the atmosphere. My friends and I came for brunch. French toast was alright. The quiche was bland and the base was so hard, I couldn't cut through it, you know when you microwave something and part of it goes hard sometimes, it felt like that. My friends had brisket which they said was dry, and hashbrown casserole as the side and she couldn't eat it cos it was not good. They also asked for bbq sauce, which came in a tiny cup, and was charged $1 for it. Thats a bit penny pinching on the restaurants part, if you want to charge, then fine, but you have to let the customer know 1st, although it should be included if youre serving dry brisket. We also got the fall mimosa flight, the Vanilla Ube one was nice, the rest, not so much, and they all tasted like beer. I'm not sure I'd give this place another go.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place! It's right next to City Forum. Quick bite for brunch was our main objective! Biscuits were hot fresh and ready. Request Jenna!!

Great service by Eve... very friendly and helpful. Mimosas were delicious, lemon basil and blackberry hibiscus were my faves.

This was our first visit and we wont be coming back. We got there between the lunch and supper crowd so they were not busy. Wr had been waiting a long time for our food and noticed the people who sat after us were all getting their food. We had asked our server more than once about our order and she kept saying "yours will be up next"...but it never came. Then the restaurant was starting to fill up and when we asked our server again she said "you came during the supper rush" and we corrected her and told her we for here before anyone else. Then she came back and said our order was up next. After an hour of waiting we told her we were just cancelling our order so she got the manager The manager said there was a problem with the oven that they needed to cook our salmon but they figured out how to cook it so we were next. We were not happy that the server lied to us for an hour that our order was next. When our food finally arrived the sides were all cold! We asked for fresh hot sides The server look mad. When she brought the sides she said they cant be cold we temperature checked them. The mashed potatoes were still cold. She argued with us about it so my husband put a pat of butter on them and it never melted. She again said it cant be cold we temperature checked it We asked for our bill so we could leave. I had a salad with grilled chicken and sweet potato fries. My chicken and fried were cold too so i didn't eat them. We told het the sides were all cold! She asked if we wanted a to go box and we said no. The manager came out and asked if we wanted a free dessert since we had so many problems getting our food and we said no. She didnt offer to comp anything. We had to ask the waitress to get the manager about our bill. The manager offered a slight discount on the salmon meal. He didn't eat any of it! I didn't eat the chicken or fries either. they finally took off the salmon. The manager not the server seemed to care that we had a bad experience and left hungry! The ambiance was great. Cool vibe there but the food and the service was not good at all! We will not be going back.

Went for brunch on Sat (April 20). Got there within 30-45 minutes after it opened and we were seated immediately. Our server was attentive but not hovering. Both of us had the loaded biscuit, one with fruit and the other with hashbrown casseole. The chicken was crisp but moist and the gravy very good. The egg on top had just the right run to the yolk. The hashbrown cassrole was cheesy and delicious and the fruit was a perfect complement. We ordered two spring mimosa flights, which we throughly enjoyed - except the lavender. Neither of us liked that one. Definitely plan to return for brunch and want to try our the dinner menu too.

Food was good. Service was great! Eve was really friendly and professional. Ambiance is fun and modern in a warm, inviting way.

Seated quickly without reservations. Food was good. Chicken tenders were very large, and could easily been shared. Outdoor area was nice. Server could have been quicker and more attentive. Took about twenty minutes to get bill and another ten to pay.

I'm really disappointed, the service and the food went wrong tonight. Beginning with the service, I don't really think it's appropriate to be discussing politics with other coworkers within customer earshot, regardless of what the opinion is. Especially when the topics are controversial and it's very easy to be overheard. Moving on to the food, almost all of our food was either room temp or cold. Which sucks, because nachos should be hot, and the cheese was cold to the touch. Additionally my spouses ribs were also just room temp, but the fried chicken was extremely hot. I also just don't recommend the smoked salmon dip whatsoever, the bread it was served with was cold, and the dip comes straight from the fridge and is scooped like ice cream. I've never had a smoked fish dip that was cold, so it threw us off a little bit. Overall just not a great experience.

Ciera was a great server. Great food and service. We will be back. Singer was good also.

Cocktails, drinks, & Live Music of Bobby Backes at Dock 17. The food seems amazing. Chicken Wings are buy one get the second 50% off on Wednesdays. We just got iced tea, soda, and a Javatini. Love the industrial ambience and leather couches lounge area. The dart shooting area was the nicest I have seen. One of the most unique bar & restaurants I have encountered in Clarksville. Definitely want to come here for the wings next time. I heard the food was ok to so so from the people in our group. They said the food was overpriced but we didn't order food. The steak burger and jalapeño bourbon wings were highly recommended though. For drinks, the beer & mimosa flights were recommended. Regardless of the negative comments, I still want to go back here for lunch or dinner in May when Bobby Backes is playing there again.

Ordered the Beef Brisket with Cajun Fries and Southern Mac. Brisket was tender and juicy. Cut with a fork. Atmosphere is great with options to watch some sports on the tvs. Service was also great. I will definitely be back when we come back to town to visit our friends.

We had a big group was going to have lunch today. Very disappointed that we had to change plans. We thought because you have a patio area we could bring our poodle in and eat there. Never had problems anywhere else that have outdoor patio areas you are the first and you will be the last walked in and your place was pretty empty so you missed out on a good sale will not be back.

This place is hit or miss. Mostly a miss. You can wait 19 mins for your drinks while the 3 mangers circle the bar talking to each other and ignoring a restaurant THAT NEEDS HELP The staff is under trained, under supervised and failing on the part of MANAGEMENT. We had appetizers arrive with our entrees. "Oops sorry" This place could be something but it will continue to flounder until it get bought out. Mid

DOCK 17 has a great ambiance and offers live music for your enjoyment. The service was incredible and friendly. Although we did not order any food, the menu had an arrangement of delicious offers we will be excited to try. We went on March 22, 2023 and enjoyed music by Bobby Backes who performed classics and popular tunes. We will be back.

Great brunch spot! Went in with a group of seven and everything was delicious. Can't go wrong with a pallet of biscuits for a starter. Great service. Great ambience.

I have wanted to try this restaurant forever. The few times I went it was closed. Had I read any reviews, I would have went elsewhere. Everything was okay. The wait for our food was 40 minutes. Ribeye steak was okay, the corn bites were actually really good, the mac and cheese- okay. We enjoyed the music and atmosphere. But, we wouldn't go back with the food being what it is. Also the options for food felt limited.

Worst food and way over priced. Their food is microwaved cafeteria food and they pretend to be a 5 star restaurant! Just because you are in Clarksville with little options doesn't mean you are top tier! Literally worst drinks, worst food, and when we tried to go in the middle of the day they wouldn't seat us!!! There was nobody there and they said they didn't have enough staff to serve us!!!!! Terrible place!!!! I wouldn't even give it a one star but that's my only option.

Those ribs though...have your Dippin sauce ready! They hit! My only problem with the restaurant is that the food doesn't come out piping hot. Somehow though, it still seems to hold good flavor. Those ribs were falling off the bone good! The cobettes were better than I expected!

This place was recommended by a local and they recommended getting a reservation. We tried with no luck (even on a Wednesday) so we just showed up by 5pm and easily got a table. By 5:39 it was packed. The space is cavernous and nicely done. This place seems to be an anomaly in a town full of chain restaurants. A nice change. The service was pretty darn good given what is happening at many restaurants who are lacking staff. I tried the summer smash drink. It did taste like summer in a glass. Our group shared an order of their wings and they were very good. I got the1/2 rack of baby back ribs. There was no sauce and none was needed. The ribs were tender and tasty and a good portion. The deviled egg potato salad was good. Others got burgers and though they could not do medium rare (made with sirloin and brisket) they were juicy and very good. Worth a return visit!

I'm a fan. It's like Nashville came to clarksville. These are the vibes I got once inside. I love the lounging area they have while you wait cozy and you can get drinks and apps. Naturally, we sat and ordered a drink and then an app. We actually ended up getting drinks and apps as our meal. Very attentive service, food came out quick and was delicious, and drinks were great. We got the pallet for two. Holy yum. All of it. Get it. You won't regret it. Then got the nachos. Decent. And topped it off with strawberry shortcake for dessert. Yummy. I got the peck on the cheek - very good. I already have plans to go back this weekend.

We had a quick bite to eat again last night at Dock 17. We had just left a PNO around the corner and decided to get some food before going home. My boy wanted to sit outside - so we sat by the fire. We got there around 10:00pm and the restaurant closes at 11:00pm. I did feel like we were intruding as most of the chairs had been put up on the tables. The waitress was still great though. We didn't feel rushed or unwelcome. I always get these wings! My boy said the ribs were a little too smoky for him. So if your kids like bbq- they should be okay. But they're dry more than sticky/wet. No complaints overall - we were in and out pretty quickly!

Prices have almost doubled since we have been going. Decent food and decent service. Nothing spectacular

Food was all right at best, the place is chill and the service is good. I wouldn't go expecting the best ___ (insert any dish here) but it's a nice place to hang out at.

This place is awesome! The service was on point and the food is absolutely to die for! I got the carnivore plate and the queso dip for appetizer and I cannot recommend it enough! The homemade sauces were phenomenal.

My husband and I come to brunch here and love it! Whenever family comes into town we bring them as well. It's has a great atmosphere, great food, and we normally don't wait too long. I always get the brisket and hash brown casserole with a side waffle and it slaps every time!

Excellent food, great service & a wonderful selection of beers! Dock 17 is my new favorite in Clarksville.
