The 14 Best Restaurants & Hotels In Wilmington, Delaware

"There are a handful of spots where you can drink and eat along the waterfront in Wilmington, but Docklands is our favorite. That’s because it’s the only option where you might find yourself eating shrimp tacos one minute and dancing to an early-2000s cover band the next. The menu is broad and crowd-pleasing, but the real appeal here is the live music and outdoor dancing setup that stays busy until last call. Inside is more of a lounge atmosphere, with comfy couches and tables." - maddy sweitzer lamme

My family and I can’t THANK Patti enough for making my daughter’s graduation party a huge success! The staff, and food was absolutely amazing. We are still receiving calls and text since the party. Complementing the food and how beautiful the venue setup was.. and I let them know, it was the help from Patty! All I can say is, “Hands Down” to Patty, because of her service, support, and patience; our party was phenomenal! Thank you again, Patty

Google
We hosted my rehearsal dinner here and had the best party! The food was delicious and we got rave reviews! We did the buffet menu and found it to be a great value for our event. Would definitely recommend hosting an event here!! Our party was in the Christiana room, it was spacious for our 20+ guests

The restaurant has a great location along the river, but unfortunately, the dining experience fell short in several ways. First, while the service was excellent—our waitress and server were attentive and responsive—the seating layout was disappointing. There were no traditional dining tables with a proper view of the river. The only option for enjoying the scenery was at high-top tables near the bar, which came with an unexpected downside: the music was so loud that it was difficult to hear or hold a conversation. The biggest letdown, however, was the food. While it was nicely presented, it lacked flavor and depth. We had high hopes based on the restaurant’s website, but the reality didn’t match the expectation. It felt more like a summer drinking spot than a serious dining destination. This place has huge potential given its prime location, but until they improve the food quality and reconsider the atmosphere for diners, it’s hard to recommend it for anything other than drinks.

Very nice vibes outdoors. You can come dress very comfy and chill. Sneakers are definitely acceptable even heels all depends on how you feel but for hr most part it’s chilled. Pizza is delicious we got the white pizza and wings were really good. The drinks are very good. Them lemon drops made me drop it like it’s hot for my fiancé that night 🤣🤣. The inside is very nice if you want to eat inside. It’s a bar inside as well. Nice bathrooms and safe environment. Parking is ok I normally always find parking. It’s beautiful to see the water and the lights at night. Definitely a vibe.

Google
Docklands on the Riverfront is a beautiful location to dine(I prefer patio overlooking the water) the crab pretzels, crab tots, pizza & sweet potato fries are my fav as of now! They have so many events & live music daily… I’ve had the pleasure of attending a few events, it’s been a great vibe! The “BAR STARS” they aim to please & love mixing those drinks & keeping them pouring! Very welcoming… I’m becoming a daily fixture, lol! The service, the food, the music & vibe… they aim to please, okayyy… take all my money, lol :-P

The only part of my experience that was any sort of pleasant was my greeting which barely existed and me talking to the same Hostess that greeted me in a different server about me getting a refund. I’m gonna start with I was fully refunded, but my experience was absolutely horrible. I sat down at the head of the bar by the DJ booth and I was jamming. The music was nice. I was on my phone. I was there by myself. I ordered a mint Mojito and when I got it, it had no mint unfortunately, I am a bartender so Mint syrup in a drink is wild I wish I would’ve taken a photo of it because it did not even have one green particle in it from a mint leaf so I put it on the back against the bar and the bartender proceeded to talk to a couple to my right skipped over me I tried to grab his attention Then walk to the couple to my left did something for them and as he was coming back across me I tried to get his attention again and he just totally ignored me so I went and talk to the Hostess about getting a manager. It took a while because the manager was in a meeting which is always convenient when there’s a problem, right When he did finally come I explained to him what happened, but that was about all that happened. It wasn’t really a oh I’m sorry that you experience this or anything. He literally heard my story. It was like I’ll give you your money back. It took him 10 minutes to give me my money back and then I just left, but I promise I will never come back oh and that bartender is rude. I was confronted by him and he had the nerve to tell me you didn’t even try to tell me about the drink, sir I flagged you down twice. I don’t want any confrontation so I tried to go a different route and clearly that didn’t work because they sent me right to you and you were very aggressive and rude. Sorry I don’t have names for review purposes, but I’m sure people know who I’m talking about. He doesn’t have the best attitude.

So let me say we went to Docklands on a Friday night. The table reservation was for 8:15pm, my party was seated promptly but I ended up arriving at 8:30p and had to pay a $10 cover that the rest of my party did not have to pay. Which, ok fine. Whatever. The cover started around 8:30p, not a big deal. I get seated. It took at least 15m for them to take my drink order. Now for the food, one entree came out and it took another 15m or more for the rest of the food to come out. I still understood this. Then the waitress stopped checking in with us. I had to stand up and flag someone down after over 45m of waiting for the check. My friend had seen where people got to-go boxes and had to get her own. When we voiced our displeasure with the experience we got told that our waitress left and “there were other things going on.” 45m is a little wild to wait for a check. Food was decent. Service was horrible.

Yelp
Wife and I spent the day at the Riverwalk. Decided to try something different. So glad we did Good was fantastic our server Emily R. was so sweet to us and did a great job Definitely will return

Yelp
Everything needs to be improved. They had no soup, no tea to make Ice Tea or Arnold Palmer drink plus no lemonade. Food was Ok - very bland. Decaf Coffee was served with no spoons, cream or milk / had to ask. But the clincher was "they had no REGULAR coffee". The restrooms were dirty and smelly and need to be updated.

Yelp
Id have to say the service was outstanding. Food was good. Raw clams were fresh and cold. No complaints.

Yelp
I write this review to try and save others from the horrible experience I had with my Docklands events. Please do not book your event here; you will. be sorry. From the terrible service to dealing with their management after the fact. This establishment does not care about customer service or doing a good job. It is a greedy money grab. I cannot get this special day for my family, but I can let others know to stay away. I have never felt more embarrassed and disappointed as a host of a party in my life. The brunch buffet ran out of food when some of my guests had not even had a single plate, and no replenishment was offered. Paying a price per person, not per food item, by the way, and being told that's all the food we get for a BUFFET! Running out of BREAD, as an excuse to not offer more French Toast at a Brunch. Plus, ignoring and missing the included elements like coffee and fruit, which never found their way to my guests. Even after finally tracking down a server who were never in the room serving my guests, I was told they didn't have enough mugs to offer coffee! Let alone any other beverage to my guests. To add insult to injury, I set up a cake delivery for the event and confirmed everything with my event manager down to the time it was coming. I was never informed that the cake was even delivered, and then it was never brought out to my guests or the party. When in shock at the end of the event, I asked what had happened, the server proceeded to tell me, they thought they remembered someone mentioning a cake was delivered, but totally forgot!! To add to the lack of professionalism or service, my cake was brought out for me to take home, and the server commented on how pretty the cake was. The restaurant offered no compensation! I hoped that management would show some care and remorse for the disaster of the event and the embarrassment caused to me and my family, but all they care about is money. They even dared to tell me I was supposed to manage the event, so nothing would be missed. The event I was paying for and it was my job to make sure their team did their job! Then proceeded to imply I was a liar because the servers did not agree there were any issues, and that was that. Please save yourself from regret and a waste of money and stay away from Docklands.

Kiera S.

Yelp
I had my friends baby shower here and it was great. The service was incredible and the food was yummy! I would recommend booking events here as the price is fair and the workers are super helpful and friendly :)

Michael G.

Yelp
Went here for a christening for my grandson recently. They provided a room where the service could be held followed by a brunch. Not sure why it was so difficult for them to accomplish. They served cold food buffet style. Ran out of French toast! Didn't provide coffee until after everyone had eaten. Supposed to have 3 servers...barely had 1. Sometimes mistakes happen. We all understand that. But classy establishments will try to correct those mistakes and compensate for shortcomings. Not this place. Be wary about booking a group event here.

Bob C.

Yelp
The service was terrible. We had a breakfast brunch. They forgot to serve coffee and tea. They forgot the beverage package we paid for. We had to ask to refill the food. They forgot to serve the cake we brought in.

Flash D.

Yelp
Honestly food isn't bad and things aren't bad either but the bartenders have gotten atrociously bad. Waited 30 mins in a slow bar for a drink and it wasn't busy. Nancy is amazing but that's about it and I'm sad she wasn't there on Saturday. It's a shame bartenders don't want money here and how slow things are. Kono is amazing as always and I'm happy to see them but the service makes me want to never come back. Awful.

Clement B.

Yelp
If you want to eat quick, don't go there. We waited 45min for our drinks... We waited our pizza for 45 min and 20 min sitting under the warming light. The waitress was overwhelmed and managing alone the entire restaurant. We had the manager of the restaurant serving us, well "serving us". she was wearing sweat pants and sweat shirts With her hair barely tied, she looked like she was just out of bed... The food was okay but does not worth 1h of wait...

Krista M.

Yelp
The service here is very slow. The bartender didn't even look in my direction as I was trying to get their attention. I go here mainly for the bands and dancing outside. I really like the cover that's over the dance area. I don't like as much the kind of dancing that goes on. It's very raunchy. So if you don't mind watching people dry hump on the dance floor and slow service, this is the place for you I guess.

Yelp
Different cheesesteak #1119 in the last five years. Amigo Dan is back from summer and ready for a special Thursday drinks and cheesesteaks. Docklands has a Short rib Grilled Cheese and a Cheesesteak, we asked the bartender and manager which we should get, it was a resounding Short Rib Grilled Cheese. We got the Short Rib Grilled Cheese. We were the first customers of the day. How do you burn the first sandwich of the day? And burn the french fries. And make an Old Fashion with crushed ice? I could see where the sandwich could have been good but this was a miss.

Yelp
Great view of the river from the outdoor seating. There is a bar with wrap around seating and it is covered. There are tiki lights and palm trees. The service was good and the food was decent. Giving this 5 stars for the ambiance and service. If you are looking for a fun spot with live music, friendly staff and a river view, check out Docklands!

Yelp
We had an okay experience at Docklands recently. Due to our larger party and the sticky weather, we requested to be seated inside. The inside dining experience was okay. The food was okay. The service was great. We ordered cocktails which were not good, a bunch of apps to share which were okay/good, pizza which was okay, and a crab cake sandwich which I'm told was okay. Most aspects with the exception of the service were just okay. I would like to go back however because the outdoor space looked amazing and overlooked the river. They had many tables with umbrellas and a huge outside bar. It had a good size crowd, they had music playing, and it looked like a lot of fun. From there we walked down the riverfront and played mini-golf, hung out at Constitution Yards, and had a great time. Parking can be a problem (small lot) but they have valet. Takeaway for me - I might not pick this place if my goal is great food/cocktails, but I sure will if I'm looking for a fun place to hang outside with a fun vibe and lots within walking distance to do.

Yelp
I had the pleasure of dining here on a Saturday afternoon shortly after they opened at 4pm. They offer indoor and outdoor seating so I chose outdoor seating. The sun was shining but it was still a nice mild April day. I ordered the tall Voodoo Ranger beer (yum), the jerk chicken egg rolls (nice size rolls and not overly spicy), and the Farmstead pizza. I enjoyed the pizza. There's no red sauce which worked great for my partner who has acid reflux. We plan to return and try other items on the menu and walk along the water to burn some calories afterwards.

Yelp
Visited this place this past weekend and was impressed. We choose to eat outdoors and im glad we did. The view of the riverfront was nice, the bar was close, and the music was a great touch. There was a live band that was performing and when they went on break music still played throughout. Our server was super friendly. I like how she made a ton of recommendations and they were all as great as she said they would be. She checked on us often and treated us as if she knew us. Her energy was amazing. The food was soooo good also. We started with the buffalo shrimp and lemon pepper mussell. Both were "CHEFS KISS" great! I had the short rib grilled cheese for my entree, which our waitress recommended. It was so meaty. I loved it. Dessert was the perfect finish. The portion was just enough for me and my sister to share. Everything was just great and we're already planning our next visit!

Lauren H.

Yelp
I've been a handful of times and always order the same thing - the green goddess dressing on the salmon salad is insane! You can sit inside, outside on the patio, or at the bar and it's always a good time with great service!

Haley M.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE. First let me start out by saying the Parking lot SUCKS! The spots are so small and tight. Someone HIT my husband's car in the parking lot and ran. We came out after dinner to a broken headlight, fender and bumper on his BMW. We went inside to ask there and there are no cameras, we are now stuck with upwards of 7,000$ in damages to his car. All management had to say was "sorry that happened". I am LIVID. How do you own an establishment and have valet and then have 0 cameras. The service is mediocre, we had no plates, silverware OR NAPKINS 20 mins into our service with our food. 0/10. Never again.

Yelp
Met a friend here on the Friday night after Thanksgiving. It's not far off I-95 and was a great place to stop. The place was pretty dead, I assume because of the holiday. We sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive and not intrusive. We ordered to share a pepperoni pizza, Mac and cheese, and Tater tots. No judging! The tater tots were hot and crispy on the outside and warm on the inside. Not mushy! Perfect for cold day. They were served with ketchup for so no need to ask. I liked that. The Mac cheese was super creamy and I would get it again. The pizza was ok. I would come here again.

Dennis M.

Yelp
Went there for dinner tonight with a family of 7. The food was brought out in shifts. First the pizza was delivered for 2 people that ordered that. About 12 minutes later, 3 more orders were brought out. After about another 15 minutes, the final 2 orders were brought out. Our waitress was actually nice and tried to be accommodating to getting the children, who had finished their meals, something to keep them preoccupied while the later meals were finished. The manager came over and wouldn't allow that as he stated "everything you paid for was delivery to your table". He became argumentative for us asking if the children could get additional buttered noodles as they had finished their meals prior to all the meals being brought out. His customer service was to provoke rather than attempt to resolve.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get the skillet nachos with crab.. for $23 it was not worth it. There was hardly any crab on it. The amount of crab for $8 probably barely came from one blue crab! They look nice but I am highly disappointed. Perhaps the skillet fries include more when get other protein. Haven't been here since 2019 probably before pandemic started but given this may not again. It's location is what this establishment has going for it, especially in the warmer months and most likely it's proximity to some large companies. My server was okay but considering how much I left he should have inquired further to see why; at least thats been my experience at good restaurants.

Raven W.

Yelp
Sam the Server was Absolutely Amazing!! I came in to celebrate my sister graduating. From the beginning she was so inviting and efficient in her service. Such a great night to remember, as well great service for a great evening! Will definitely be back for the wonderful experience soon!

Yelp
Looking for a place to eat, drink, and enjoy the music of Wilmington, heres what I found at Docklands Riverfront. There is outdoor seating, and booth tables, but I found a seat at the crowded bar to be best dining alone. The Phillies were playing the Mets while I ordered a Docklands Original pizza and Lagunitas IPA draft beer. It came out shortly but not before a live band tuned up and started a long set of well known songs. People were feeling good and rocking on their barstools but nobody got out of their seat and started dancing. I was happy with the pizza but traded the IPA for a Blue Moon draft that paired better. The band stopped, and may have played another set but I left, having had my fill and on my way to wherever my next review will be.

Keith F.

Yelp
First off the location is perfect with the view! Next lets talk about service, it was just ok, not great. We really didn't have any problems even though we had a party of 20 with no reservations. The only thing with the service was our waiter taking a long time to come back and take our main order after we got our appetizers, at least 30 minutes. The food, now that is something to talk about on different fronts. First, the pizza making station at the front, there was a lady who started making pizzas and she came into the station and started making dough, while doing so she wiped her hands on her pants and that's a big problem. You are already making the pizza with no gloves so your hands and nails need to be absolutely clean and if you need to wipe your hands, it should be done on a clean towel at that station not your clothes that go into the restrooms when you use it or outside when you empty the trash, take a smoke break and everywhere else that our clothes pick up dirt and germs. Next you'll lemonade is $5 for a 12oz cup full of ice, which means you are really only getting about 6oz to maybe 8oz of the lemonade and with this you get no free refills. I asked for light ice in mine and they probably put like 3 less ice cubes in my drink and gave me less lemonade than the other two beside me who had the regular ice amount in there's. The waiter specifically let me know which one was mine and told me they put less lemonade in it because I got light ice, I can only imagine if I got no ice. If you'll charging by the cup and you all have a specific size for your drinks, you should not be CHEATING the customers when they ask for light or no ice in their drinks that has no free refills. That is so absolutely petty especially with most people will never ask for light or no ice and you are already charging $5 dollars for about 1/4 of what you get if get a lemonade from chick FIL a and they give you free refills when you eat in even on the lemonade and its not $5 for even the largest size and they don't cut how much lemonade because you get lite or no ice. The wings were fabulous and also was the pretzel bites, but just because you'll have that ridiculous practice of cheating customers with that petty practice with the non refillable drinks, I will not be back. Also the sweet potato fries were horrible and my wife loves them but she could not eat them. Work on you'll customer service, food safety practices and drink policy. One last thing, I don't get why you and so many other restaurants want to charge a 20% gratuity fee with a party of 6 or more when their establishment should be paying their employees their pay from the start and they should not need the customers to pay their pay. It seems as though that businesses believe with big parties their employees will not do a good job because of so many people in one party and not receive a tip or a good tip and that in return will make their employees quit maybe because of the WORK they have to put in but are getting PAID for. I only tip when it is deserved and not because a employee of a business is just doing their job. That employee is not my employee so it is not my job to pay them when I'm paying for my food and service already.

Sara D.

Yelp
We had an... interesting experience here. We sat inside of a mostly empty restaurant. The server was super sweet, but a bit frazzled considering the fact that the restaurant was empty. The table was sticky and moist when we sat down, and we were offered water right away. We then ordered drinks. IMPORTANT to note that if you plan on ordering an alcoholic beverage, it's going to be in a plastic cup with two straws. Martini, margaritas, wine... PLASTIC CUP. I ordered a dirty martini with my meal. I received a short plastic cup full of straight vodka, ice cubes, and two straws. No garnishes. I sent it back and got a glass of wine... $9 for a 5 ounce pour in another short plastic cup with two straws. What??? The food was just bad. Nobody really liked their meal, and we got a diverse selection of things. I just got the vibe that the kitchen wasn't very clean... it just wasn't good. Beautiful location, but this place isn't what it used to be.

Terri G.

Yelp
I highly recommend having an event at Docklands! We held my son's surprise 21st Birthday party at Docklands in June 2024 and were able to reserve the lounge area near the water - beautiful views. Everything was easy and perfect from the time that I met with Patty (Events Coordinator) weeks ahead to the very end of the party with the help of Delaney (Manager on Duty that evening) and others! Everyone on the team did a wonderful job to make sure the celebration was great. The managers, bartenders and servers were super helpful, friendly and professional. The food was delicious with so many options to choose from. And the live music capped off the evening. Our family and friends had a fantastic celebration and my son loved every minute of the evening! I will definitely be reserving my next big event at Docklands!

Yelp
The bar was hoppin' when we came in. But with two kids, it was the dining side for us. Not busy on a rainy January night, but service seemed a bit slow, especially when we needed to tap out. Food quality and serving size makes this a 4 and I'm glad my local friends chose it. Wanna come back and use that patio this summer.

Yelp
Have been here twice ! The first time was just for a night out so just drinks and some dancing. Pretty good music from the DJ and the band outside was also fun! Drinks were pretty decently priced :) The other night we went for happy hour and some food. Pretty decent happy hour menu. Got the captain special which is 5$ captain mixed drinks! I ordered the calamari and lobster melt with fries. The calamari was seasoned well and very crispy. Delicious! My lobster melt was a bit on the small size but omg it was delicious. It was cheesey and with a lot of lobster meat :) the fries were just okay. Kinda soggy and needed some seasoning. Overall pretty decent meal and drinks! Great place to meet up with some friends to hang out

Yelp
I came here on a Friday night with a group that unfortunately had several people that did not RSVP. I was not invited directly, so I contributed to the number of attendees being inaccurate. I'm saying this up front, because at times, things were a bit chaotic. I did find the location and ambiance to be very charming. The menu was very tasty and diverse too. After ordering my lobster melt, my group was offered to move to a larger space in the back of the restaurant. I was able to receive my food at my new seating location without issue. However, some folks never received what they ordered and there was a sad unclaimed chicken fettuccine off to the side. Again, this was due to the underestimated group size and relocation. I liked my sandwich. I just wish I could've visited with a smaller group. I'd give it another chance.

Yelp
After having past Docklands multiple times, we decided to check it out on a busy and beautiful Friday early summer evening. We made a reservation for an outside table, and were promptly seated by the pleasant hostess at a table right on the rail, overlooking the water. Our waiter was quick to come over and take our order, but could have been friendlier. I know it was a busy Friday Happy Hour rush, but personality goes a long way. Beer list was good if not extraordinary, and my lovely GF enjoyed her speciality craft cocktail. We ordered the chicken nachos and the steak eggrolls, and both were excellent. The nachos were especially impressive, and both appetizers were large enough that we decided not to even order entrees. There was live music, which was excellent, and a fun, chill, summer vibe. We would totally go back, and the place lived up to its great reputation. Really great spot, enjoyed it a lot!

Yelp
Stopped by for a lovely lunch on the waterfront. Here's what I tried: -Big Oyster Brewery - Solar Power: This is a refreshing Belgian Blonde that was great for a warm summer day. Big Oyster was a new-to-me brewery, and it was nice to try something local to DE. Also: really cool can! -Nachos: These were good and the portion size was enough to satisfy four people as an appetizer. We skipped the option to add protein and didn't miss it. I liked that the cheese was in a creamy sauce form rather than sprinkled on straight and melted. I didn't enjoy the pool of liquid at the bottom of the plate and the soggy final layer of chips sitting in it, but that's probably just the nature of the dish. -Turkey Burger: Yum, I would definitely get this again. It was juicy and flavorful plus all the toppings really helped to make it special. I traded half my sandwich for half of this one with my fiancee and it was great to try both. -Crab Cake Sandwich: Although the crabcake itself was more like a 3/5 for me, I enjoyed the dish overall. I asked for the garlic aioli on the side because I'm usually a mayo-phobe, but it was really delicious so I ended up using quite a bit of it. I loved the large "side" salad served right on the plate. Plenty of veg + a nice sprinkling of cheese and some bomb cornbread croutons. That was a lovely addition! Since three out of four of us got the crab cake, all with some special requests, the orders came out slightly wrong (condiment missing or added when the opposite was asked) but we just corrected them at the table so no big deal. I was impressed with the size of the sides included with each sandwich (choice of fries or mixed greens included - this one is definitely more than your average afterthought handful of greens). Service was also fantastic - our server was so outgoing and friendly, gave us recommendations, and overall really took care of the table. I would definitely come back here again for a nice outdoor lunch by the water!

Yelp
Only been once but was pretty good. Got a black bean burger which was good, but the burger part was kinda falling apart. Love the outdoor seating and live music

Yelp
So I've been here for a year and since I live in the Riverfront, this is a very good and decent spot to bring your friends. I would say the best thing about this place is the crowd, and their outdoor seating area. They have live performers play here, which is an added bonus. The food and drinks are average, and they have a rotating selection so you can try new things depending on the time of year. The service is great as well, and very personable servers and bartenders. It can get packed here at times, especially during the warmer seasons during happy hour. A very good stable place to go. Pros: Atmosphere, Live Performances, View Cons: Average food and drinks

Yelp
Great food. Reasonable prices. Riverfront views. Outside bar and seating. Live music. We had the Blue Crab Tots and Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Both were excellent. Definitely recommend trying both. Located right on the Riverfront walk so stop in on your walk by and try this place out.

Yelp
Checked the online menu and made sure our group of four would be okay with the choices. Made a reservation using Resy app online. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty save for one table of two. We waited four minutes to be acknowledged by the "hostess" who was engrossed in a texting session at the front desk with her back turned towards the front door. We had to struggle to get her attention. Finally shown to a table where we waited for another five minutes to receive menus. The menus were brand new we were told, and had entirely new selections other than were on the menu we reviewed prior to making the reservation! Gone were the items we had looked forward to. We asked if the chef could make the items (crab cakes, salmon,) that were on the menu last night. No, she explained. That's not possible. We looked up the menu online to discover nothing there had changed, the menu was the "old" one we have reviewed prior. Total bait and switch. Not that anyone cared. After another long wait we received our drinks, mine was a watery Arnold Palmer, weak and tasteless. Our dinner guests were happy with their pizzas and my entree was acceptable other than the vegetable broccoli was ice cold. I mean ice cold. No attempt was made to warm or heat it at any time. Eventually we ordered desserts and the peach cobbler and apple bread pudding was delivered to the table unrecognizable with two large scoops of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream placed on top of each one. Not sure if this is supposed to make you feel good or hide the real dessert underneath because the restaurant is embarrassed to be serving it. Once the dessert was uncovered, the peach cobbler was the winner. BTW, where do you get peaches in November? Overall, the bar seemed to be the hoppin' place, with live music and a fairly rowdy crowd. The restaurant is a definite miss; don't bother.

Yelp
Staff was absolutely amazing ! We had an extremely positive experience with every staff member there especially our waitress Natasha ! The food and service was amazing ! The blue crab tots and spring water cocktail were almost too good ! We kind of stumbled upon Docklands but will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
We live next door and tend to go here way too often. They have done an incredible job managing through the pandemic. This is a sleeper pizza place. Please try their pizza - so good. Crushes - especially the bourbon crush are great. Always friendly attentive staff. Get time at the bar - its very cool.

Yelp
Every night is an happy hour night. I love Tuesday night with the live music. Just great grown up fun at the outside bar overlooking the river. Yummy drinks and large desserts.

Yelp
Great venue for private/corporate events. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Great music every day at 6 and live bands/DJs on the weekends.

Yelp
My husband and I came here by mistake. We didn't have a reservation, so we sat under tent like location. It was a theme day event, we had a ball. Food was ok, drinks were okay. The entertainment was live.

Yelp
The only thing this place has going for it, is that parking is relatively easy and free. Otherwise it's a solid MEH. Drinks are standard, come in plastic cups and are pretty weak. Ordered the pretzels, came with the plastic nacho cheese you'll find in gas stations. There's no table service on the patio, you have to order and close out at the bar. There's one bartender for every 30 people so be prepared to wait.

Yelp
I was there today for happy hour. I found a small hair in my food while eating. Also, another waiter rolled her eyes at me when they brought me my plate after I asked them to remake my food since there were hairs in my food previously. The waiters were nowhere to be found when it was time to close out the tab. Bad experience.

Yelp
Great spot for Friday vibes. Good music and good food. The hot wings were cooked to perfection and great sauce. Wait staff was friendly and food came out fast. I recommend this spot!

Yelp
Came here with friends after a 4 mile hike. Awesome time with awesome people. We were able to sit down as soon as we walked up. No reservation needed. We were seated quickly and placed our drink order. Our server was amazing! Everything was going well....and then the food arrived. I ordered Fish Tacos. They were the blandest tacos I have ever tasted. The Crab Tots were bland also. As beautiful as the scenery is, as wonderful as our server was, I was very disappointed to have such bland food. The next time I come back, it will only be for drinks and Pizza.

Yelp
I was once homeless in Wilmington. This restaurant and staff welcomed me with open arms even after they found me cold and soaking on a rainy winter night. They first offered me a drink of water to make sure I was hydrated, secondly I was extremely hungry, out of work, out of a home. This team offered me a small pizza out of the kindness of one of the waitresses hearts for Free! I was filled with joy after being stranded for oh so long, and I've been doing well in life (not homeless) as I now live in Middletown. The service was amazing and very gracious. Top tier service, friendly staff. I'll be back with money next time I promise! Much love - a loyal lifetime customer.

Yelp
The food was excellent! We got pizza and they were very filling and delicious. Even more important was the amazing service we received, especially how accommodating they were with my young daughter.

Yelp
Basics done well If u want a good cheesesteak without driving all the way to Philly, here it is! The burger was great and the cheesesteak- with whiz! I can even say-- not greasy! We waited 20 min till we told them no server her come by---then the person assigned to us was great and very attentive to the end.

Yelp
My friends and I stopped here for a late Saturday lunch. We all agreed the service could've been better (slightly unprofessional) and the food less greasy. I ordered the pastrami sandwich with a side salad. I liked everything about it except it barely had any mustard aioli - I couldn't taste it - and the bread was toasted and cooled off before I even got it so it was hard to bite into. Salad was really good with a lot of mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and cheese. I like how they served it with the dressing on the side without me even telling them. I wish my Guinness was poured into a glass instead of me having to drink from a can. It was an okay place to grab a bite but I wouldn't come back.

Yelp
This is a really nice location to go to if you're ever in Downtown Wilmington! I haven't been since the pandemic hit but it was definitely worth the wait! The menu has changed but it has really great items to choose from. My server John was amazing and deserves a raise! He really took care of us and made sure we were always okay. I took his recommendation of trying the Scottish Salmon with a coconut curry sauce and it was absolutely amazing. I'd definitely be going back again before the summer is over! Thanks for an amazing visit and view!
