I've been there twice in a week. I really enjoyed the experience and the plant based options. I had the Beyond Sausage bratwurst, Impossible burger, and Beyond Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. The staff was courteous and the ambiance was nice. There was a big selection of libations (I don't drink) to choose from. The menu was diverse and I like that every burger could be made plant based. The establishment was clean and I like the outside set up as well. I definitely will visit again.

Google
first time here, service was informative and the food was good! all items were a la carte so we got two separate hot dogs (the cowboy & the downtown), a hamburger, we got an order of onion rings, and i also got the kids meal chicken tenders which comes with fries & it all came out to around $48 (: the tenders were very good (big n juicy) and the fries were crispy and yummy. all around, good food would come again!

I was hoping for a visit today to get one of my favorite burgers after a long time, only to be disappointed by the “Temporary Closed” sign. Not sure why they’re currently temporarily closed, but I hope it’s to get ready for an actual restaurant. Their services have always been pretty good, with a clean environment and very chic interior. Dog Haus is one of the places I can very much call my favorite go to. You can never go wrong with what you order, each one as mouth watering as the other. The sizes of their menu were never disappointing for the price and neither were the flavor. Food was always freshly made, always steaming hot and juicy, never dry or lacking flavor. My favorite, the burgers, are four Hawaiian bread big with a decent height due to the patty, eggs, and other things they may have depending on the burger, never failed to fill me enough for a day. Their burritos are also delicious and worth their prices, size-wise as well. I hope to be able to come visit for a meal again soon.

Google
Food was fresh and tasty. Their corn dog was crispy and the breading was thin... The onion rings are all breading with very little onion. Some people like it that way so I can't hold it against them. They have a large beer selection and a great indoor/outdoor bar area with plenty of tables. Overall we liked it and would go back.

Google
They have good option hot dogs, also offer wings and chicken tenders. This visit we couldn't get exactly what we wanted as they were out of some items. Not sure how you run out of cheese when it goes on alot of things. So we couldn't get cheese fries, or any hot Dog that had cheese (we could but just not the same). I opted for the reservoir hog which was such a good choice. The hubs got chicken tenders, he said they were good. Fries were the bomb. Despite the items they were out of it was still a good visit, waiter was friendly and wasn't packed at all.

Google
Have to say this place was pretty good. The food was great had the cowboy dog with spicey tots and my wife had the soo Cali with tots. They were really good. Great selection of local and well known beers on tap. Only thing that needs attention is the cleanliness. Like many other reviews, this place is kinda dirty. We had a lot of flies buzzing around and just needs some better attention to the floors and tables. If they can fix that, they get a five star from me.

Google
Ventured into the Dog Haus for an after-work happy hour with no preconceptions of the kind of place it was, what kind of food it offered, or anything. After ordering at the bar, the drinks were just as standard as I would have expected them to be, totally meeting my expectations. But to my surprise, sliders appeared on our table and were absolutely delightful. Their deliciousness left me regretting that I did not explore the full menu earlier. The next day or so, I couldn't help but glance at the menu online, realizing I missed out on a chance to indulge in more delicious looking options. Despite my resolution to experience only firsts in 2024, the temptation of a repeat visit is strong! Perhaps I'll have to make an exception and sneak in another visit to indulge to see if the pictures on the menu actually represent how good the food tastes!

Google
Let me start this off by saying how much I was surprised that this place is literally like 10 min away from me. I used to frequent another one but it's too far away and so I stopped visiting. I digress, what can I say about this place that I haven't said before? Anyway, let me get to the good stuff. What can I say that hasn't been said before about this place? I always recommend this place if you want something with variety, that's chill and simple. The food here is awesome. I used to always get the Nashville hot sandwich, but this time I decided to switch things up and went for the Nashville Hot sausage. WTH is that I never had friend sausage, and I must say all guilt aside it was really good and tasty, I love the batter that is used here, I'll be back for more The service is top-notch, too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make you feel like you're a part of the fam. Oh, and one more thing - they serve pretty decent portion sizes. Overall, I can't recommend Dog Haus Beer Garten enough. Whether you're in the mood for a classic sandwich or something a little more unique like the Nashville Hot sausage, you won't be disappointed. And with its convenient location, you have no excuse not to go check it out. I'm already counting down the minutes until my next visit.

Yelp
I want to give this place a 3:5 but since I can't, I rounded up. First, you have to order your food at the counter unless you sit at the bar. The counter is connected to the bar so the bartender was taking orders, making drinks and she was the only person working the front of the house. They have a decent beer menu and the cocktail was ok. We got the cowboy and das brat along with chili cheese fries. The bad: the chili came from a can and tastes like it, which is sad because they have chili cheese dogs with this chili on it. The good: the hotdogs are actually really good and not too expensive. I would order the hotdogs again. We went on a Friday night around 6 and there were a few people in the restaurant but it wasn't busy.

Yelp
Decided to try out this spot for their breakfast options and I was not impressed with the offering. I'm a fan of bacon when it comes to breakfast tacos and burritos and the offering here was mediocre. The size of the burrito is worth the money but the taste lacks. Overall a nice place to hang for maybe a hot dog and some beer, and receive decent service, but I'd stay away from the breakfast fun.

Yelp
I had a decent experience at dog Haus. Food was good, but very expensive and I was still hungry afterwords. I got the t-mex dog & tater tots. It was good, and a unique taste, but very expensive especially for one hot dog and some tater tots. I think I paid $13 for both... Food was pretty good though. I liked how they used the Hawaiian buns & the sausage itself was pretty good. I also asked for no jalapeños, and I got jalapeños on my sausage. It was a unique experience but truly I don't know if it can justify the price.

Yelp
Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a fun atmosphere, games and TVs on patio. The burgers (I got the plain cheeseburger this time) are DELICIOUS always warm and flavorful. The brats are delicious got the reservoir dog sub brat. Fries are fresh and crispy. Wings were crispy not my favorite but we got Nashville style which is a dry rub instead of saucy. Blind melon is good but super sweet. This place has never disappointed.
google avatar

Yelp
The food is way over priced and no flavor to bring me back. The drinks may be good, but we only stopped in for a quick bite at lunch. I font think we will be back. The corn dog was nothing special either.
google avatar

Cheri B.

Yelp
Service was outstanding from the minute you walk in the door. We told her we were new and she made some great suggestions. I ordered the chili cheese dog with onion rings. Hubby ordered all beef corn dog and fries. My onion rings were a little overcooked and not quite hot. That's the only reason they received a 4 instead of 5. Some of the onions were actually burnt inside the batter because they were so overcooked. I would have preferred more onions and I had to add mayo but the bun was perfectly toasted and buttery. The chili was very finally ground. Hubby's corn dog was perfectly fried. Fries were run of the mill frozen fries. Restaurant was clean and music was a perfect level. We'd definitely return if in the area.

Yelp
Went here on a whim while looking for a quick lunch spot! So goood!!!!! We ordered the Chili the Kid and the Das Brat!!! The Das Brat was just ok but the Chilli the Kid won us over hands down! The chilli fries and onion rings were great too. It's such a good place with a chill vibe. It wasnt packed at all and I think would be a cool date spot too!

Yelp
Stopped by for the first time with the family to have some lunch. It was not busy at all, we were able to sit outside. I was pleased with the options for the kids, our kids had cheeseburger sliders and the hot dogs. I ordered the 'chili the kid'. I don't like America cheese so my fault for not trying to substitute it for something else. Over all, I loved the bun and the combination. I would go again, very yummy.
google avatar

Curtis M.

Yelp
The beer selection is great, I like the outdoor bar seating. Service was very friendly and fast. This is purely my taste and I come from the north east so to each is own, but I feel like the bun is very gimmicky and not made for hotdogs, the bun taste great but it's not functional for hotdogs or sausage, especially for heavy toppings. The chili is too sweet for my taste. The dog itself was cooked well.

Yelp
If you have an hour to spare sitting here waiting on an order from a cashier who could not care less... this is the place for you. There is slow, then there is Dog Haus at 2115 Spring Stuebner slow.

Yelp
Great little find just outside of Spring. Limited food menu but check out the beer!! Holy smokes!! Lol. Great customer service and nice little outdoor area as well. Food was delish and not a single complaint here.
google avatar

Scott D.

Yelp
Nice casual spot with a decent beer list and good hot dogs and burgers. Not a huge menu but everything we have tried has been pretty good. Outdoor seating (if this heat ever ends). A few minor "new venture" glitches in the service but generally excellent and friendly. Draws a pretty good crowd around lunchtime, less so in the evenings. As noted by others, it can be a bit noisy inside and the music tracks are mostly country, in case that's not your thing.

Yelp
I have been excited to try this place since it is so close to home. They are finally open and did not disappoint. These dogs come with Hawaiian bread which gives them a great flavor. Lastly, the lady at the bar was very helpful and patient with our beer samples! Only critique i would mention is adding more cheese to the cheese fries.
google avatar

Yelp
Came In waited for food and never received it .. left after an hour of waiting after requesting refund. I do not recommend spring stuebner location unless you have an hour to wait for your order

Karin H.

Yelp
I use to love the burgers but no more. The last few times I have done carry out has been disappointing. I am a couple miles down the road. When I got home and took out the burger the buns were soggy. In addition, this time the burger was still partially raw on the inside. I have done carryout many times with yall. The last three times the buns have been like this. I figure first couple times maybe just a mishap but come on three times! I know you can do better because when the restraunt first opened, this was not an issue. It is sad to have to do a hard pass on this place, we loved the bun and burger.... but not when it is soggy. Just can't go back it is a waste of money to not be able to eat what has been purchased. Definitely do not do carry out.
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place! Great food and drinks, good service, and really enjoy the atmosphere! Would recommend!! Try their BLT tots or one of their tasty burgers served on Hawaiian rolls for a bun... delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
Friendly staff and nice clean restaurant. Food was good and lots of fun things to try.
google avatar

Yelp
The beers were delicious, I had a mango cart which was super refreshing, highly recommend. I also ordered food and it was also super delicious! They have an outdoor section that's under a patio so it was nice and not too hot.

Anthony L.

Yelp
Local live next door in apartments, frequently ant get any help. Frequently no one literally no one on station several minutes I leave all the time they never know I'm there. Sometimes staff see me and won't alert other staff. Happens all the time. Done with it
google avatar

Andi M.

Yelp
This is a beer hause first, you don't fnd Franziskaner on draft too often. The brat was good, the fries were really good, but the little cheeseburger slider was AMAZING.
google avatar

Elsa J.

Yelp
I really like Dog Haus!! It's expensive, but still really good food. I would love to stop by for a big game, maybe I'll stop by for the super bowl. Walking in, you are greeted with a wide open space, lots of tables, and many big screens on the walls. The chairs and tables are barstool style. The food is good. I got a chilli dog that came with some really soft Hawaiian style buns. The chilli was coated on the dog kind of lightly. I am used to soaking chilli dogs from the state fair anyway. Portion sizes are small for the price. If you like sports and food, then this is your neighborhood joint.

Yelp
3.5 stars wasn't an option, but I'd rather err on the good side. Ambiance - Place was absolutely dead for a Monday night. We were the only folks there for the entirety of our visit. The layout seems efficient, and was very clean in our experience there, with a good view of the Astros on the TVs. Entrees - The Hangover is one of the best Chili burgers I've ever had. The Korean BBQ sausage was well above average as well. Sides - Absolutely nothing to write home about. Fries were extremely dry and the onion rings were over cooked. Both were completely lacking in seasoning of any type. Drinks - While we didn't try any of their (vast) beer selections, the concussion drink setup was fairly efficient, though the cups were rather undersized. Will undoubtedly go back, but will avoid the sides next time and likely opt for a third entree to share instead.

Yelp
Definitely eat outside as inside the acoustics are jarring. There was about 8 groups of 2-8 people here early afternoon. WAY UNDERSTAFFED. FLOORS & Tables looked like end of lunch rather than the beginning. Bathroom is out of paper towels. Btw, never said above in a review before. Food came out pretty quickly. Food was pretty good except I'd stay away from wings as they are loaded with MSG. Iced Tea was fresh.

Patricia C.

Yelp
I ordered the Chili the Kid dog. It could have used a bit more chili, considering how huge it was, but overall, it was great. The sweet potato fries were the best I have ever had. The place definitely has an indoor-outdoor bar vibe, with a separate eating area. I had to wait quite a while to give my order at the front counter, and I almost left. The lady behind the bar was focused only on talking to the 4 customers sitting at the bar while there seemed to be only one lady doing everything else. There were 3 people talking in the open door of the kitchen area, and one of them brought my food out in just a few minutes. I will definitely go back to try more of their dog selections.
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
It was truly a delight for a quick bite and drink. It's really not too busy so it's very nice to bring for a casual outing. The workers were super nice and even let you taste the wide selection of beers they have. Plus they will change the tvs to whatever game you want
google avatar

Daniel V.

Yelp
Always somewhat slow service sitting at the bar but the food is always amazing! Last two visits we've had to remind the bartenders for our drinks.

Eric Y.

Yelp
The Dog Haus in my part of Houston closed so I drove across town to enjoy some good food. WORTH IT!!
google avatar

Michael C.

Yelp
I had the chili cheese fries and Shoner Bock. The fries were good smothered in chili and cheese. So yummy. It went down nicely with my beers! My server was great and the ambiance is laid back with the Astros game on the TV!

Vanessa B.

Yelp
Absolutely the worst! First time we went they were out of a lot of things not a big deal. Food wasn't great, but it was edible. We just went again this evening and it was the absolute worst. Bartender was good but again they were out of a lot of stuff as we watched other customers ask for things. Ordered a burger which came plain menu said came with all the fixings. It did not! Waited about 15 minutes and still no fixings. Kitchen manager leaned up against ice machine and messed with his phone. When food runner asked about my request big boy looked up and went back to messing with his phone. Not good. I never! ever write reviews but this one deserved it.

Yelp
Got a to go order from here last week. Had the brat with sauerkraut, caramelized onions, and whole grain mustard with a side of tots. The brat was delicious and the tots were perfectly executed. Definitely recommend.
google avatar

Bethany H.

Yelp
I order from here all the time. I always get the little mule breakfast burrito, which is SUPER delicious. Fills my breakfast craving every time. The space is beautiful, and always well kept. I'm forever a customer of Dog Haus.
google avatar

Alba G.

Yelp
Ordered a cheeseburger and the hot chick. They weren't bad, but wouldn't say worth going back. Buns got soggy super fast and either had to eat super fast or eat with fork and knife, which I can't do. Also ordered tater tots, chili taters, and chili bowl. We tasted all, but left all of them as neither, my husband, daughter or I enjoyed. Is funny but we did like the onion rings. We like the onion rings crispy and not soggy! BUT still not worth going back. ‍ Service was okay, beer was cold and enjoyable so if I lived near and need a cold beer I can see myself stopping by... if Torchys was not so close by.

J H.

Yelp
Good food. The place was clean with friendly and helpful service. Good variety of dogs and burgers.
google avatar

Yelp
When I was living in Dallas, I would go to Dog Haus at least 1-2 times a month. It's a perfect go-to spot for casual dining with good beer on tap. When we heard they were coming to Spring, we were elated. Unfortunately, with a franchise model, you don't always get consistent quality/variety. My wife and I dined in during their soft opening and were disappointed that they didn't offer jalepeno chedddarwurst, which in my opinion is their best. We acquiesced and got a corn dog with bratwurst and a soo cali with their normal beef dog. Both were mediocre at best and the bratwurst had an "off taste." It wasn't rancid but it definitely didn't taste fresh. We also got their chili cheese tots which were good. Overall, disappointing experience and wouldnt come back unless they started to offer the jalepeno cheddarwurst
google avatar

Tierra G.

Yelp
Was in the mood for a good veggie burger. I ordered the impossible burger with hot tots and a drink via Uber eats. Everything was tasty but it arrived really cold. I order from UE all the time and my food is usually a good temp. The hot tots were really good. Not spicy but the season had a semi sweet taste to it, which I liked. The burger was really good. The hun was made with four Hawaiian rolls. I would order from here again and try different toppings on my burger to change it up.
google avatar

Susan P.

Yelp
This was the soft opening for a fast casual restaurant specializing in hotdogs, sausages and burgers along with a slew of adult beverages and beer. It's a good addition to the Spring area with tasty well made hotdogs on light and airy buns. I had a Chili the kid dog. The Hawaiian bread is toasted and a solid vessel for a messy dog. The chili is right and the crunchy onions are a nice and needed contrast. Just wish the paper boat didn't feature a raised notch at each end as I like to slide my dog over the edge while keeping the bulk of it in the tray to minimize drippage. The notch makes that hard. Burgers are big and appear to be hand shaped and encompass 4 slider buns making them perfect for the hungry. Sides can be customized with cheese and chili and were fresh and tasty. Good luck, we are glad you're here. One suggestion, a sign at the driveway so potential customers know where to turn. The ramp is dominated by the dental offices and confusing.

Michael C.

Yelp
I ordered a cheeseburger and fries to go. I'd read earlier that the burger buns were soggy on take out. My bun was soggy. It made it difficult to eat the burger. It kept falling apart. The burger itself was fair, not great but not bad. The fixings on the burger fell away pretty quickly. Fries were good. Now, at the moment, I don't recommend the burgers. The dogs and sausage might be better. I may come back for a beer and a dog but I will be eating there.
google avatar

Dave C.

Yelp
Good gourmet Hot Dogs at decent prices. A nice selection of beers, but (seriously) don't have signs for brands of beer that you don't serve - like a huge Carlsberg sign that you wrote beer specials on. That's really not cool. But, the food's good. You'll need about 20-30 miles on the bike the next day though.

Megan Z.

Yelp
Tots are crispy and burgers are flavorful and juicy. Great classic American food and the breakfast tacos are good too!!
google avatar

Ivan J.

Yelp
Chic fil a is across the street do yourself a favor and skip this place the chicken sandwich here was horrible well if you like extra dry chicken have at it I never ever have had good this terrible and I've been everywhere I go out I don't just stay at home Service sucked food sucked I wish I could get a refund but that isn't going to happen this place will be closed soon this stuff is horrible
google avatar

Felipe H.

Yelp
Casual place to catch up, variety of food choices, along with a rustic open style bar!

Suzy K.

Yelp
Nice spot to eat at. We got the chili idol hotdog and a cheeseburger with a side of fries and tater tots. We had to order the fries and tater tots separate as everything is a la carte. The hot dog and cheeseburger both came on Hawaiian rolls which was good. They have a small bar with a large selection of beers and an outside patio.
google avatar

E C.

Yelp
Okay I guess. My dog wasn't the best yet not the worst. Place was a mess. Will give it another shot once they are more established.

PJ B.

Yelp
my husband had a slider and onion rings. the onion rings were burnt and not edible. My husband did not care for the Hawaiian rolls . They put two of them together for the bun so it falls apart before you can finish the sandwich. Too bad for us they did not offer to remake them or comp them! I had the hamburger which was nothing special with frozen French fries! we also tried the braut also. it had very little flavor and was so disappointing. I grew up eating brauts. the tattooed girl at the counter acted like she was doing us a favor by finally taking our order. All in all a very unpleasant experience. Save your $ and go elsewhere. Also there were many flies in the restaurant.
google avatar

TiciaLove B.

Yelp
Nice establishment. I do not recommend the wings. The hot dogs were really good though.
google avatar

Monica W.

Yelp
Came here for the first time today for lunch with a friend, and I was absolutely delighted with the food and Izabell was an excellent, attentive waitress. I got the Cowboy hausdog (highly recommend!!) and an iced tea because I don't drink alcohol. My friend got the Fonz with a side of cheese fries, and the cheese they put on the fries is perfection. I highly recommend stopping by and trying a dog and a beer or cocktail of your choice. The tea is pretty solid, too.

J D.

Yelp
Decent food high prices though, but good beer, good vibes, and good dogs n sliders. Hfthv
