Corn dog doesn't come on a stick , it was burnt to hell and my sons chickens tenders were over cooked and every thing tasted like oil. This place really went down hill.

Great food! I had a beef chili dog with cheese sauce and onions. I loved the fact that they use Kings Hawaiian rolls for the bun. Gave the chili dog a pleasantly different taste. Quality ingredients. The only negative for me was the seating. They use wooden topped stools inside so it got a little painful towards the end.

Best dogs I've had in a long time! Everything from the soft/crunchy bread, the hot dog quality, to the sauce on top was amazing 👏🏽 They also have a great selection of beers on tap. I definitely recommend 👌🏽

It was really tasty and I like paying prior to getting my food so when I'm done, I can drop my tray off and leave. If I were to give 1 piece of advice, it would be to have kiosks at the table, to avoid lines and encourage people to order additional food or drinks. But I feel that way about most dine-in places.

One of our favorite informal bites in the AV. Dog Haus creates exciting world wide inspired variants of the classic dog by using high quality sausages and toppings. The "T-MEX" is a personal favorite, a vibrant beef chorizo and pepper jack sausage is complimented by the rich and creamy avocado. Pickled jalapenos and red peppers match up to the Haus slaw brilliantly. Everyone held together with a Hawaiian Roll, a little messy by the end but pure class! Veggie friendly Impossible variants of dogs and burgers are available also. Sides are a treat on their own with chilli cheese fries being a favorite of mine. The local beers on tap are a great addition and the service is always attentive and super friendly, active duty military discount is a fantastic gesture. Dining indoors is available with limited seating and there is an outdoor patio area. A great place to enjoy unique and high quality dogs!

The place seemed promising, but when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon, it was pretty quiet. The person who took my order was very nice. I liked the brioche bun on my hot dog, and the sausage was quite good. I wished i had ordered a side as the dog by itself wasn't a meal. Overall, it wasn't bad—nothing extraordinary—but if you're in the mood for funky hotdogs and a beer, this will satisfy that craving. For what I wanted—a funky hotdog—it did the job. I just wish there was more ambiance and that the hot dog came with sides.

The picture online did alot of justice. Wish there was some visual posted on the wall to see what we are ordering. Delicious none the less.

To say I was disappointed is an understatement, to say I was HORRIFIED would be more accurate. My husband ordered chicken tenders and they came out RAW, not undercooked...RAW!!! Did they offer an apology or refund? No, we asked for the refund. Will never go back. Check your food before eating.

Should stick with the dogs.... Not sure exactly what this is, but it definitely doesn't look like the website.... Great service, though.

Good for a quick bite for lunch or as a snack, Dog Haus bratwursts are delicious and unique from store bought sausages. They are delicious and go well with the crispy tater tots

BIG BELLY BURGERS I've heard there's a breakfast burrito place within Dog Haus so I decided to check it out. From what I could see there were only 2 employees. The cook was working as fast as he could to keep up with online orders. However it still took 30mins+ to get my order. A lot of door dash people were having issues picking up and the entire thing was kind of unorganized. It was reasonably priced but I wasn't a fan. The white American cheese that comes with mostly all the burritos throws me off. It doesn't melt well and the taste is odd. I feel like it needed salsa of some kind because it was pretty bland. On the other hand the totes/tortilla was nice and crispy. If they added a build you own option and different cheese to the menu I would give it another shot. For now, I'll probably just stick to Toms.

Frustrating and non-accommodating service. Placed an order through the app and to our luck, pick up window was during a sudden power outage. They immediately locked up instead of having an employee stay out front to explain to customers of the situation. The "manager" came out to tell us our order wasn't made yet and to come back in an hour later despite us explaining that we placed it over 30 min ago and pick up was pretty much ready. She did not even bother to check if the order was made either. Proceeded to tell us to get the refund through the app instead of getting our info to assist once their power returns. Come a few moments after we had already left and got food elsewhere, they call us to tell us our food was actually ready. We returned an hour or so later once again for "manager" to state they still somehow cannot process refunds as the app is "too new" and the register just won't do it. Shady and horrible experience.

First and definitely not last time I will eat here. The food melts in your mouth. Thomas the chef sure does know is craft. Also good for happy hour - beers 50% off

Manager Ivan is gone - not good. Our order was fine BUT some older gal was instructing a younger gal on what to do then what to do next. "Wipe this, wash that.. when you're done. I'll tell you what to do...." VERY annoying. No longer a nice atmosphere... won't be back....

Went to our local Dog Haus for National Hot Dog Day today, and it didn't disappoint! I ordered their Old Town Dog... absolutely delicious! Hawaiian rolls loaded with with lots of yumminess, this is a smoked bacon dog with caramelized onions, plenty of pickled jalapeños, chipotle aioli and cotija cheese. I asked if they could add some fresh arugula that is included on another dog, and the guy at the counter couldn't have been more accommodating. I also got a side order of their tots (extra crispy) and they gave me a small cup of their chili cheese on the side since my order was for take out. From the friendly customer service to the healthier option hormone free menu options and outdoor dining (when it's not 1000° outside), Dog Haus Biergarten in Palmdale delivers! Conveniently located just outside the main entrance to the AV Mall

Awesome service and food!!! They have a rotating tap featuring somewhat local brews (happy to give tasters) and a yummy feature of the month. This Palmdale location is tucked next / part of the mall. Highly recommend to give it a try!!! We'll be back!!!

We stopped by for Happy Hour on Sunday (3pm-10pm) and ordered a few food things off their HH menu. - 2 cheeseburger sliders compose their "This" burger and "That" burger ($3.99 each). One comes with grilled onions and one comes with lettuce (I can't remember which is which). Both were pretty tasty. - Grilled Spicy Italian sausage ($3) with garlic aioli for dipping. The sauce was good but will pass on the sausage for next time. - Fries ($1.50) was perfectly crispy. Their HH tots is the same price ($1.50) which is what I actually wanted but we accidentally ordered fries instead. We liked that there was ample outdoor seating (benches). Food took about 15-20 min to come out. Not sure if you could get HH prices to go? Parking: AV mall - usually pretty easy but can be a little hectic during the holiday season!

We have tried this place in the past years and it was mediocre so we didn't go back for a while. We tried it again last weekend, and we were pleasantly surprised with high quality food that is very tasty. We tried the Oktoberfest specials. We really enjoyed the smaller portioned pretzel bun sausage sandwiches, we tried different kinds of corn dogs and they were all crispy on the outside and full of flavor and juicy on the inside. We also tried the tater tots, which was tasty. I definitely recommend.

We wanted to be bad, very bad so we came here. I don't eat food like this often because I try to be healthy as we do eat out a lot, but it was definitely worth it! I will say one thing-I'm giving 4 stars because of the coleslaw. I ordered a side with my sausage and it was terrible. I expect more from a place where hot dogs are your main thing. Slaw, goes with everything on your menu and not only was it tasteless, it was clearly some bag thing you mixed together and it was the first bite I took here so you lost me immediately. Everything else was amazing so if it were me, I would change the coleslaw recipe and get the real deal. (my two cents) The corn dog was amazing and the slider cheeseburger melted in my mouth. I even enjoyed the hot sausage by itself and dipped it all in your spicy brown mustard. Hubby got a chili dog-he enjoyed it. This place seems like a chain, it's also attached to the mall. If you're looking for a good chili dog and equally naughty accompaniments, this place should check all your boxes there.

I had the sooooo veggie dog. I must say this was a great veggie dog. It was flavorful but a bit spicy for my palate. I am sensitive to spicy foods, but that's on me because I did not pay attention to the full description of the dog. I only gave it 4 stars because for the price you pay, they should at least include fries. Overall, it's a must try if you have not tried them

First timer here and let me say, this place did not miss! From the moment i walked in to when i finished my meal. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came down to ordering my breakfast. I wasn't sure what to order and Gabe was able to answer all my questions and recommend me this bomb burrito! The flavor and presentation made my visit a 10/10! I definitely will be coming back.

So delicious I am happy to admit I ate here 2 days in a row! Oink oink! I scarfed down the Sooo Cali haus dog. Never thought pairing avocado with arugula and tomato would taste great together with a hot dog. Way to think outside the bun...lol! Speaking of the bun, it is the cherry on top! It's sweet, toasty, buttery, Hawaiian bread. Pretty darn genius. I also had the the wings and these wings are gigantic they can be mistaken for thighs or breasts! It's amazing how it is antibiotic and hormone free. Literally the next day I tried the chili cheese tots (I was yearning to try these) and the Old Town haus dog. Tots were perf texture crispy on the outside, mushy on the inside and the chili cheese was more on the cheesy side, made a nice oozy dipping sauce. The Old Town was spicy and the toppings were generously spread all over. Can I add the packaging of the hotdogs and burgers are super cute! Nothing was a disappointment. I will be back here to try the corn dog and chicken sandwiches. TY DogHaus for a tantalizing time!!!

Looking at the pictures we had high hopes for Dog Haus, unfortunately they just couldn't deliver. While it is fantastic that Dog Haus uses 100% natural ingredients, the prices are just too high (especially for á la carte items). Our Sooo Cali Dog came with wilted arugula and minimal avocado. While the other ingredients were delicious, fresh peppery arugula and creamy avocado would have helped the salty, crispy onions and under seasoned basil aioli bring this dog home. The Little Mule hausburger was okay. Smash burgers normally provide the crispy, greasy goodness you want in a burger. However, this burger seemed to have no seasoning with ingredients that just were not able to compensate in taste and texture (even with a delicious runny egg). We LOVE Hawaiian rolls and were looking forward to the sweet bready goodness. The rolls didn't disappoint in taste, but we question using them as buns as they pull apart while eating and make it harder to enjoy your meal. While Dog Haus' food is worth another try, we most likely will not go back due to the long wait. 25 minutes for a hotdog and a smash burger with one table ahead of your order is just too long. It took 30 mins to vet my order of a burger and hot dog, and the fries they gave me have been sitting out since I got there.

I have now tried this spot a few times and can honestly say I love it. Weather a quick breakfast burrito, lunch or dinner date or.family outing, this is a great spot! Everything we have tried here has been delicious and filling. Good prices. Good beer selection and great menu options. Also, I appreciate how many vegan and vegetarian option they have, since I have family members who are usually hard to eat out with because of that. I definitely reccomend. And I also don't want to leave out how friendly the staff always is! We will be back!

This business needs help employees(including the manager) lack experience orders are taking to long to come out Wurst corn dog came out burned Manager blamed it on the bad fryer and didn't know how to give a refund(and someone else wanted a refund while I was there) Employees are sweet and nice I'll give them that Recommendations: Tatter tots and ranch just don't taste good Iced tea should be labeled! Employees need more Training!

This place is an absolute gem! The food was delicious, and the staff were super kind and attentive!

To start off don't wear your new shoes to come eat here, the floors were super sticky and nasty. We ordered our food and waited for almost an hour while the manger and chefs were screaming at each other in the back like a bunch of crazy people. After waiting so long for our food they gave us our burgers with the bread all burnt and by the time we got them they were already cold. I took one bite and all I tasted was the burnt bread and threw the rest away. I would never waste my time coming to this location ever again, I've been to the north Hollywood location and it was nothing like this. The place was clean, service was good, and the food was good, unlike this one. Please save yourself the anger and headache of coming here!

I came here in the afternoon last weekend with two of my kids because they liked the idea of burgers and hot dogs being served on Hawaiian rolls (their favorite kind of bread). I ordered at the front counter, was handed a number for our table, and got our drinks from the dispenser. The restaurant isn't a huge space, and there wasn't an available table for three inside at the time, so we sat outside. Luckily our table had an intact umbrella; another table had one that had clearly seen better days. There were no napkin dispensers outside, but I grabbed some from inside. The atmosphere out there isn't much to write home about -- you're at the entrance to the mall, overlooking the parking lot -- but it was fine. After 15 or 20 minutes our food was brought to us by the woman from the front counter. Our interactions were fairly minimal so I don't have tons to say about the service but she was friendly. Kids' meals come with two plain sliders and a side. My youngest son chose two hot dogs and fries. The dogs are actually pretty substantial for a young child who's not a huge eater; he didn't finish them, but he did like the dog and the toasted roll. My other son got two cheeseburgers and enjoyed them. I wondered if it would be enough food for him but he had no complaints. I ordered the T-Mex for myself. The sausage was juicy and flavorful, had a good snap and a bit of heat. Mine maybe didn't appear to have quite as much avocado on it as the picture on the website shows; but there's a fair amount piled on this dog, so it could've very well been in there in greater quantities than I saw initially. In any event, it was tasty. Given the generous toppings, I'm surprised that eating it wasn't a messier experience. They gave me a knife and fork but I didn't need them. I do wish I'd gotten a side; I kinda forgot about that when ordering and wanted a bit more food. As it stood though, I was able to graze on my son's fries. They were crispy and golden, though they could've dialed back on the salt ever so slightly. All in all we had a good experience here and I would come back if I'm in the area again.

Very good food! It was my first time eating there and I was pleasantly surprised. Great flavor in the burgers. Keep in mind if you order a "slider"- they only give you one and it's very small.

My sisters and I came here for their tater tots and sweet potato fries. Oh my gosh you will not be disappointed! Friendly staff. Place is quite small with a couple of sitting area inside. A couple of benches and sitting area is also available outside. We opt to sit outside. A little hot during this season. They bring the food to your table which you get an assigned number. Food is good! We ordered chicken too but I didn't try it. Will definitely come back for the tots and fries

Do not get their breakfast burritos, they are trash! We went and waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant for burritos. When I got home and bit into my burrito I realized they forgot the eggs. I paid 12$ for a garbage burrito with no eggs! Plus they don't have salsa and my burrito came with a "basil aioli" which has no right being in a breakfast burrito. Absolutely would not recommend.

Highly recommend. If you eat healthy stay away from this place. This is genuine fat kid delicious food. - Food 10/10 everything I have had have been awesome. - Service 8/10 just takes some time to get your food. I haven't waited less than 20 min. - Atmosphere 7/10 not a lot of room for dinning but they make the best of the space they have. ---- overall 8.5/10. This place is great. Highly recommend.

Always a great environment when I come here! Friendly and informative staff. I tried the the wings and hot fries today with chili and cheese sauce. 10/10 Had to get my old standby the bacon wrapped downtown dog. Rotating selection of beers is also a huge plus. Always something new to try.

Ordered the cowboy and ringer and wow. The hotdog was so good with bacon onion crisps and jalapeños and sauce. Nice cheese topping and it was bomb ! Also tried their ringer burger. The burger was decent but the patty was small. The large onion ring made it awesome and everything wrapped with sweet hawain rolls cut it so well. The fries are ok and grabbed a decent root beer too. Staff and service was great and the place is clean and had a cool feel inside. I want to try every thing on the menu and can't wait to go back.

If you want something delivered on Friday, or any other day, order it the day before. For this place to get anything out the door in a reasonable amount of time continues to be extremely difficult. This is definitely a reflection on the (mis)management. Update...after close to an hour until we got our food, we finally got it. Cold. They just lost our business.

The food here is nothing to complain about, you get exactly what you expect. But the customer service...yikes . The "boss" was clearly micromanaging the workers in the back trying to do there best. Every time I come here they always forget my fries/ tots no matter what. Even after reminding them they still never come out . By that point we finish our food and just leave. Not a big deal but it would be nice to get what you pay for.

The chili boat, chili cheese fries and chili cheese tots are all awesome and sometimes can be a main dish in my opinion. Its not on the menu but the Mensch burger is awesome and even better with an additional burger patty.. the Mensch is my go-to sandwich here since it comes with a burger patty, pastrami and pickles!!! Oh and did i mention they have hot dogs, links, beer and all the sandwiches are on HAWAIIAN ROLLS!!!!! Yes. Check this place out. Dining room is a little small but you are too busy shoveling food into you mouth to notice. You can sit at the bar and watch sports too.

Food is very good, but very high calorie and fat. I go here as an occasional treat. I haven't had any service issues and staff is pretty nice.

Today was our first and LAST visit to this location. The sticky floors throughout the entire place should have been a sign to turn and run but unfortunately we stayed. Food took a very long time considering we were the only ones there at the time. My husband's food came out first and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for mine. Ridiculous if you ask me. I might have been able to let it slide if the food was any good but it wasn't. The food was completely burnt with the exception of the tots. It was very interesting to observe the kitchen practices there also. Times must be so tough that they can't afford kitchen tongs to turn the sausages on the grill. The cook just uses his hands while wearing blue latex gloves causing him to burn his fingers a few times just while we were there.

Drinks, food and service was amazing; however, while I was at the bar I found it awkward. Not because of the service but because the staff did not care to tell a homeless man who was sitting at the bar asking me for food, to leave. The homeless man was clearly high and instead of asking him to leave they offered him water and a seat at the bar to stay. The homeless man was staring at other customers food at the bar as well. I get it, homelessness is a problem right now and the staff were being nice but when I'm at a bar and the guy is high asking me for food it becomes uncomfortable.

The food is to die for. Honestly the food at this restaurant is really good. I also like the cashiers that take your order, they are always super friendly and do a good helping you pick food off the menu. The only reason i am giving the restaurant 4 stars and not 5 is because of the phone in order service. I called and placed a phone in order and i was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant a little after the 10 minute marker and my food was not done. The restaurant wasn't even crowded so i am unaware of why i had to wait 20 minutes after arriving to the restaurant. Once I came to the restaurant I was told my phone was almost done, so i paid for my order and sat at the bar. 15 minutes later, i asked about my food and I was told the cook was working on it. if you are ever in a rush and need to place a to go phone order, i would avoid this place.

I'm giving two stars because i do atleast recognize that the cook yesterday was doing the best he could. I have never had a bad experience with dog haus if you look at my reviews i actually gave 5 stars to another location. I went in yesterday because the online system wasn't working for delivery i attempted 4 times and nothing i called and no answer. Once i went in the young lady up front let me know it would be 15 minutes i said okay no problem but i ended up waiting 1 hour and 5 minutes for my order and i spent over 100 dollars and my order had been split made between orders because by the time i got home the burgers were cold , the hot dogs were hot and fresh atleast. The young lady did apologize for the wait but that was it. Reason i make this review was because i went into Burger King right now and only spent 25 dollars and they let me know ahead they were behind and i waited 15 minutes and the person working said were so sorry you waited i added free fries and would you like a drink . Like how does that make sense that i spent way less here and they recognized the wait and gave me that without me complaining . Whereas dog haus was over 100 dollars spent for over an hour wait and food below the standard of what you provide . The only reason this review isn't a one star is because i do recognize that the cook seemed to be working alone doing all the orders and i understand that it's a holiday . I dont see myself coming back to this location ever again i wouldve been better off going to standard fast food like McDonald's or Burger King . This was meant as a special treat for my son and even he was like the burger woudlve been better at McDonald's

i went the other day and they were having a free hot dog sale type of deal and the line was sooo long and the wait was as well, but the customer service was so great. even though it was out of control with business that day they kept a great attitude!

This place has the best burgers I have ever had. If you have not tried you need too. The dogs are great too.

This place used to be a go to for us, in fact, we were going to go there tonight. Sadly, they recently changed owners and for some reason, they have removed some of my favorite items off the menu including onion rings and tater tots. Also, I have noticed on my last 2 visits, the quality of the burgers has gone WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY downhill, which is sad because they used to be the best out there. Sad to say unless things change back, they have lost our business. I can only imagine it will be this way with many others who loved this place when it first opened. Bad move, new owners. Pull your head out of your backsides.

Great spot for a quality, hormone and antibiotic free sausage laid on a toasted King's Hawaiian roll. I truly enjoyed this sausage as it does encompass spicy curry flavors. The jalapeños are a nice touch but if you can't handle a bit of a bite in your food, I wouldn't opt for this choice. Fries are separate but they're very crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside (just how I like them). They have outdoor seating and instead of bringing your food back home to eat (our mistake) I would suggest eating it right there on the patio so you get the food right off the grill. I had to stick my fries in the microwave for a few seconds to get it back to desirable temperatures. Overall, delicious options and creative flavors!
