We brought our 3 dogs in for 1 night of boarding while we moved into our new place. The staff were super lovely and very sweet with all of them. Our dogs are not very socialized, so we were initially concerned but the staff calmed our worries and provided excellent feedback upon pickup. The dogs are exhausted from all the playing they did. Very positive experience

Such a cute place for you and your dogs to go to! We took our dog Maisey for her birthday and she loved it. They sang to her and then we booked a private session for the pool attached to the restaurant. Such a convenient and wonderful place to bring your dogs!!

Morgan is absolutely the happiest little boy after his stays at Doggieville. I was nervous leaving him the first time in 2022, but after receiving his pictures throughout my trip and seeing how happy he was, it calmed my nerves. Even upon pickup, I could see he wasn’t anxious or scared of anyone around him, which was comforting as well. I feel that my baby is in safe hands when leaving him at Doggieville. Thank you always.

I highly recommend Doggieville! 👏👏Everyone there truly cares for my boy 🐶and looks after him with so much love. We boarded him for almost a week, and the staff kept sending us adorable photos, which made us feel so happy ☺️and reassured. Whenever I had questions, they replied quickly and kindly. The best doggie-luxe care ever, we felt we couldn’t have left him in better hands! Staff are so attentive and send pics and updates while you’re away. Great facility, so r know that he wanted to leave when we came to pick him up!

It was my first time leaving my dog somewhere for 11 days and she’s just a puppy so I was so nervous and scared of course like any dog parent would be . It’s hard to gain trust from anyone but doggieville really showed me that they care and they took such good care of her. We recently boarded our dog Poppy at Doggieville for two nights, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the staff was incredibly professional and made us feel completely at ease. One of the highlights was receiving daily photos of our pup having a blast playing with other dogs — it was such a thoughtful touch that gave us peace of mind while we were away. We also opted for the additional bath service before pickup, and it was well worth it. Our dog was not only squeaky clean but smelled amazing after a fun-filled weekend. It’s clear the team at Doggieville truly cares about the animals they look after. We highly recommend their services and will definitely be returning in the future

My first time in Montreal due to weather conditions we had to change plans and leave our doggie at a daycare. I called doggieville at 10am and asked if they could help with half day daycare. They were amazing. I registered my dog online dropped him off at noon and picked him at 6pm. He was happy and enjoyed his day. He came back an exhausted pup ready to sleep.

This place has a lovely aesthetic and offers tons of services. I will say if you have a dog that is reactive, unsocial or anxious not to come on the weekend. I walked in for my splash pad reservation, and the restaurant is open which you need to walk through to get to reception. Anyone waiting in line to be seated obviously has their dogs with them, and it makes manoeuvring to get to reception a little difficult. For contacts, I have a nine month old cane Corso, who is unaltered at the moment ( he will be getting fixed closer to 18 months. Don't come for me) but due to his age and everyone safety we are not currently making new Dog friends. he is extremely social well trained, but walking in was definitely difficult to maneuver the tight space to get to reception which is located in the middle of the building. The receptionist Kiarra was extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. The pool area pictures online allude to a very well-maintained pool area. The water had more hair in it than I'm used to in facilities that offer dog pools. Some of the decoration is falling apart on the side and they've got a back corner cluttered with pool accessories for cleaning and what not that should probably be gated off. However this area is tucked away nicely at the back and you have the whole area to yourself. However You're in an area where they can be moving with boarding dogs. So if you are leaving the room to go dry, your dog just behind, there's possibilities that you bump into one of the staff members moving another Dog. This is only problematic if you have a dog that is reactive, nervous or in a situation where you need to keep your dogs in a one on one environment. I would like to state that me keeping my dog in a one on one environment because he's not neutered yet is purely a personal choice for his safety. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was OK, we went on a Saturday where they were serving brunch, and a couple tables remained dirty for an extended period of time as I waited my turn for the pool area. Not the end of the world, however, a dog could jump up and steal some leftover food, as I witnessed two humans with puppies who were very interested in the empty tables with leftover food. Definitely looking forward to going back during the week for hopefully a calmer experience.

My dog loves going at Doggieville to play with other dogs. We've had a lot of wonderful experiences, but recently, the customer service has been very problematic. I understand that mistakes can me made, and that services can be cancelled due to unforseen events (see below), but recently DoggieVille failed every step of the way to (1) take responsability for their mistakes, (2) communicate clearly about their terms and conditions, and (3) act with intergrity while charging credit cards. We booked an overnight stay for our dog, followed by a wash/deshedding service. They offered to book it for 3pm, and told me it was ok if I came at 3:30 to pick her up from daycare/wash service. The day of the pick up, I receive a phone call at 2:30 saying that if I'm not there in the next 30 minutes, they will close and my dog will need to spend an extra night (at my expense to their place). I said that she was booked for a washed and then learned that all washes has been cancelled for the day because the person was sick. I have no issue with cancelling, but I found it very probablematic that nobody called me, and that when they did, it was to tell urge me to come. I stopped everything I was doing to get there on time to respect the workers there. Upon my arrival, they asked me to pay a "late fee" that I was never informed of. I checked in my emails, and nothing from the reservation I made indicated that kind of information. I said, I wasn't ok with this - especially since so many mistakes were made. They went to get my dog, and when they came back, they said everything was fine. 20 minutes later, I see that they used the credit card on file to charge the 45.99$ that I explicitely did not consent to on site.

Doggievillemtl Went for the second time yesterday to use the pool. The first time, which was a couple months ago (at least 2), the ramp that the dogs use to enter the pool was broken. The right screw was missing so every time my dog would use it, it would slides making it very unstable and unsafe. For 100$/ hour, it was annoying, as it's really heavy and I had to put it back up everytime but I understand things breaks and they might not had time to fix it yet. I made sure to let the receptionist know it needed to be dealt with when I left. When I called today to book the pool, I made sure to ask if the ramp was fixed. I was told yes, so we went. I also asked while filling up the paperwork prior to using the pool, and both employees told me the ramp had been fixed. I had the pleasure to realize that it was NOT in fact fixed and was in the exact same state it was a couple months ago. One of my dog ended up injuring himself trying to use the ramp after it slid away, pinning him between the ramp and the side of the pool. Not fixing something after 2 months is pure negligence. I was mad and we left for our vet after using the pool for only 38 minutes. I told the receptionist, who seemed empathetic to the situation, what happened and she sent a message to the manager Tatiana, who was supposed to call me back as I said I wanted to speak with her after confirming they had the right phone number in my file. 24 hours later and 3 messages left and Tatiana hasn't called back For the premium price they charge, expecting everything to be fixed and safe is the bare minimum. There is absolutely no reason why this simple repair hasn't been done in 2 months. Not being lied to by employees is also not too much to ask. Had they told me over the phone the ramp was still broken, I wouldn't have booked the pool. TLDR Negligent company who don't care about dog safety & lie to customers with management who don't bother following up.

Spent Saturday morning at Doggieville with my dog and we both didn't want to leave! Located in a gorgeous century old building south of Lachine Canal, Doggieville is many things under one roof: a restaurant that serves a good boozy brunch; a pet store where you can spoil your dog with trendy clothing, high quality food and even Dog Pawrignon for special occasions; a POOL! where you can either take a class with a specialist or throw a splashy pool party for your dog and 6 of his best friends; a fancy boarding service where dogs get their own room, custom bed and TV!!; a grooming service and finally a huge play area on the top floor. The owners are really sweet and you can tell they poured their hearts into this project. I am so glad they opened and am looking forward to trying their Doga class.

Bought dog paw protectors. Ripped after wearing them twice. We drove from east end to exchange them but we were told they could not do it by the employee (who was very nice). We asked to speak with the manager Tatiana Custode. The employee called her and she refused to come speak with us. I am appalled at such horrible customer service. I will never return. I will spend my hard earned money where the owner actually appreciates your business.

A long conversation with the owner and a better understanding from both sides of the the problem I had, Doggieville went out of there way to correct an issues that had occurred and am happy to change my previous review upon my experience with them. It made me confident in the company and to continue to give them my business in the future going forward. I appreciate this type of customer service and look forward to seeing other services they provide

If I could put 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend went in to pick up our dog, the dogs were frantic and barking abnormally, for unknown reasons. He asked and the staff member said it was because of an "issue".... Then, concerned about this noise, my parrner walked closer to the private area where the dogs are, and witnessed the staff leashing our dog to take her out. instead of opening the gate to let her out, he picked her up and hung her over the 5 foot gate, about to drop her on the other side. I repeat, this was from about 5 FEET in the air, and was going to let her drop to the ground. Not only is this an unacceptable way to handle a dog, they could have risked to seriously injure her. If this is what goes on behind closed doors, I can't imagine what else happens regularly that us owners don't know about. For a daycare that charges this much, you would expect the staff to actually CARE about the dog's wellbeing and not just toss them like a piece of trash. I am legitimately worried about how they treat the dogs, this is a warning to anyone considering this place, DO NOT SEND YOUR DOG HERE. It's really too bad as there aren't many daycares in Montreal, let alone any reliable ones, I for once was feeling good about a daycare and felt like I could trust them in the hands of my dog. I could not have been more wrong. I am deeply deeply disappointed and have advised all existing customers that I know of to never return, as well as warned my entire network about this facility. I want to also add that if the owner had had the decency to have chat with my boyfriend or even to at leastcall us or email us to apologize for the incident, I would have not felt the need to post this review and warn my network, but the lack of professionalism has left me no choice.

Where to start !! The purpose of the visit was to groom my 6 month Shih tzu.It was her first time ever. Let me start by clearly saying that all the staff were very friendly and welcoming.We had lunch there and a very great lunch to say the least. Maui,my Shih Tzu's appointment was at 2:00pm. The groomer came down to take her at 1:30 while we were ordering lunch.She did say that they were running behind and that she would start her at 2:15 and that it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours which was fine with me.I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was mainly to trim and shape her face (head) .I asked her not to cut her body or pony tail which she didn't .I also asked her to trim her paws to make them round and pretty.I asked her if they cleaned their anal gland and was surprised to hear that they didn't do that there.I am not a first time or second time dog owner and thus procedure was done on all my dogs in the past. We left after lunch and came back at 4:00 pm.She was not ready and were told it would be another 1/2 hour.She finally came down almost 45 minutes later (with someone other than the groomer ) and to say I was in shock when I saw her is putting it mildly. Her ears were uneven, she had strands here and there coming down from her neck that I can't even explain. I simply couldn't understand what kind of haircut was done on her. The manager called the groomer to come down and I kindly asked her to fix her up again .The uneven strands and ears were off by over and inch .It wasn't minor . It was not even close to the picture I had shown her in which she took with her.It is obvious that the quality of grooming is simply not there.An experienced groomer will know what type of cuts are the standard for every different breed. The quality of the actual cut was way below acceptable and will definitely will not be going back there again for this service.Very disappointed !!! By the way ,we got her back at around 5:30 !!
