Shang Artisan Noodle to expand to Silverado Ranch | Eater Vegas
"A 2,723-square-foot second location of Doh Korean BBQ is joining the same retail pad and is expected to debut within weeks; the concept is an all-you-can-eat, self-grilled barbecue restaurant that has been a fixture on Rainbow Boulevard in the southwest since 2016. Future operating hours for this new location have not been announced." - Bradley Martin
Shang Mian and Doh Korean Barbecue plan to expand to Silverado Ranch | Eater Vegas
"Planned to include the southwest’s Doh Korean BBQ, which is well on its way to expanding into a 4,037-square-foot corner space inside a brand-new building on the southern side of the retail hub and next door to a future Tropical Smoothie store; signs are up but an estimated opening date has not been announced." - Bradley Martin
We were a party of 5 and arrived maybe around 4pm , it wasn't too busy and we were seated promptly. The table we were seated at was a bit crowded and made it hard for 5 all you can eat dinners to be spread out on the table. It's also hard to cook everyone's different foods on the small cook area.
I'm not sure if it's just a Vegas thing or the actual size of the location but the tables seemed smaller than the ones we used to go to.
The food was fresh and tasted pretty good, the service was ok, we had to wait for things a few times and it wasn't that busy.
What was really annoying is the fact that they add your tip for parties of 4 or more. That's just not the norm and they have the audacity to add 20 percent. I get additional fees for large parties but come on.
Not bad but there are plenty of other places to go and try.

We had an amazing dinner with family at DOH Korean BBQ! Our two servers, Grace Kim and Susan Won, went above and beyond to make the evening special. They surprised my husband with a happy birthday song and a small cake 🎂—we had no idea this was coming! It was such a fun and thoughtful gesture, and my husband looked so cute wearing the birthday crown they gave him.
The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. We were so impressed with how attentive and kind the staff were. We’ll definitely consider celebrating our next birthday here again. Highly recommend this place for great food and a wonderful dining experience!

Most important thing is the cleanliness! This place sparkles. Very peaceful sitting areas. Delicious food. I just love it. (by the way, this is the only restaurant in town has à la cart spicy squid.) anywhere else you have to pay the all-you-can-eat price. I love it thanks to you guys.

My husband and I tried Doh Korean BBQ for lunch around 1:30 p.m. on a Thursday. The restaurant is small, located in the Smith’s shopping center at Maryland Parkway and Silverado Ranch next to Starbucks. We were the only customers when we arrived.
-
Atmosphere and location
- Small, clean space with a casual lunch vibe.
- Convenient for the area but feels cramped when busy.
Menu and lunch special
- They offer a lunch special, but it has limited variety. We chose Doh #2 since it offered the most options.
- Several menu items were restricted to one order only, which was disappointing — other Korean BBQ spots in the valley don’t limit these popular items.
Food quality and selection
- Many of the meats were fatty and chewy rather than lean or tender prime cuts.
- Sides were average and unremarkable.
- Items we ordered: Beef Tongue (limit 1); LA Galbi (limit 1); Ribeye Steak (limit 1); Marinated Hanger Steak; Harami (limit 1); Wine Pork Belly; Spicy Squid; Head-on Raw Shrimp (limit 1); Garlic Butter Shrimp (limit 1); Kimchi; Potato Salad; Japchae; Veggie Plate; Shrimp Tempura (limit 1); Veggie Tempura; Salted Short Rib; Ribeye Bulgogi.
Service
- Service was adequate for lunch with quick seating and ordering when the restaurant was quiet. I can’t speak to how the team handles a full house.
Verdict
- I likely won’t return. The limited ordering rules and the overall meat quality make it less appealing compared with other Korean BBQ spots I prefer in the area. If you’re nearby, try the lunch special and decide for yourself, but temper expectations on variety and cut quality.

I went here for my birthday, and when I called and reserved the tables, I only said it was for 12, but turns out I miscounted and it was 16. They were so nice and accommodating, and our server Grace was especially amazing! She helped us quickly and was a true professional as a waiter and a chef!😂 She even put on a happy birthday song for me and the whole restaurant sang me happy birthday! Thank you so much Grace for making my day even more special! 10/10 would come here again for her

i was so excited to try this place w my lovely bf so we went to go here after my bf haa had it multiple times and really wanted me to see it but when we went, the food was all coming out looking amazing. however - i leave one star because they !!! SELL OLD FOOD BACK TO NEW CUSTOMERS !!!! we were handed a plate of empty edamame that waa clearly very well eaten by another table and it was the manager who gave us the food (black/brown hair with a ponytail and some makeup). immediately we decided we lost our appetite but still wanted to say thanks to grace our server for trying her best to figure it out after but unfortunately after we were no longer interested.

Good food. Good service. Very casual dining. Lunch: $19.95pp Like all KBQ restaurants, order what/as much as you want for 90 min. Meats, pork, chicken, squid, lots of sides, appetizers. Excellent bang for your buck. Nice people there, too.

For $19.95 lunch all-you-can-eat, this is a steal. The food quality was way better than I expected. I'm used to eating Master Kim korean and they are the best, but they cost over double the price per person.
We ordered the lunch AYCE deal.
All of the beef portions were tender and tasty. We also had the spicy pork belly and squid. Those were outstanding.
The huge house salad with the asian sesame dressing was super fresh and flavorful.
Another big surprise was the cajun fries. Those were crispy, well-seasoned and some of the best I have ever eaten.
It was not busy at all at 2:30pm so we got superb service.
The service was ultra fast and they were really friendly to us.
This restaurant was clean and spacious.
There was plenty of parking in the afternoon.
They even have an outside seating area with bbq grills.
I have only been there once, but we'll be back because we were really happy with this place.
