Shang Artisan Noodle to expand to Silverado Ranch - Eater Vegas

"Within the same retail pad, Shang will join a Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Menchies frozen yogurt, and a 2,723-square-foot second location for Doh Korean BBQ. Expected to debut within weeks, the all-you-can-eat, self-grilled barbecue restaurant has been a fixture on Rainbow Boulevard in the southwest since 2016." - Bradley Martin

We had an amazing dinner with family at DOH Korean BBQ! Our two servers, Grace Kim and Susan Won, went above and beyond to make the evening special. They surprised my husband with a happy birthday song and a small cake 🎂—we had no idea this was coming! It was such a fun and thoughtful gesture, and my husband looked so cute wearing the birthday crown they gave him. The food was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. We were so impressed with how attentive and kind the staff were. We’ll definitely consider celebrating our next birthday here again. Highly recommend this place for great food and a wonderful dining experience!

For $19.95 lunch all-you-can-eat, this is a steal. The food quality was way better than I expected. I'm used to eating Master Kim korean and they are the best, but they cost over double the price per person. We ordered the lunch AYCE deal. All of the beef portions were tender and tasty. We also had the spicy pork belly and squid. Those were outstanding. The huge house salad with the asian sesame dressing was super fresh and flavorful. Another big surprise was the cajun fries. Those were crispy, well-seasoned and some of the best I have ever eaten. It was not busy at all at 2:30pm so we got superb service. The service was ultra fast and they were really friendly to us. This restaurant was clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking in the afternoon. They even have an outside seating area with bbq grills. I have only been there once, but we'll be back because we were really happy with this place.

Service was awful. They never offered us anything to drink. They handed us the menu and pressured us to order. Had no intention of tipping for the poor service. The person circled the tip selection. Left a $5 bill and will not be returning. Not great for Valentine's Day whatsoever!

Nothing is the best here but it’s not bad either. The service is hit and miss. There was a big sign for lunch special but full price was charged as December 30th is holiday pricing…. They added a service charge for 4 people without saying anything and showed tip option when paying. The food was good for the lunch special price and most of the staff were helpful but the main server was not the friendliest. We’ve gone twice but probably not a third time with so many other restaurants out there.

I started coming here to order take out from their Alacarte menu because most ayce Korean bbq does not do single diners and I respect that. But to be honest, the take out is terrific. The first time I got food from here, I shared with my mom and she loved it and the second time, I shared with my picky eating husband and he loved, it really is enough for 2 people! The ladies that served me was so friendly; they even offered water while I waited for my order which didn't take long.

We had a great time at Doh. But I have to say I cannot compare it to another BBQ because this was my first time having Korean BBQ. The server was very helpful and patient. She explained many dishes and made recommendations. We went with the all you can eat option and had a little bit of everything. The food was delicious and we enjoyed the night very much.
