Ami is the sweetest! The shop always has the coolest selection of stuff from tons of different characters. Great place to shop for gifts. :) There's lots of space with multiple rooms for game play and other events! Always a good vibe in there.

Doki has a warm and inviting atmosphere. An extensive inventory in which everyone can find something they enjoy. They host many events throughout the week and even have a cozy nook if you want to dive into a Manga to be sure it's right for you.

Absolutely love this store, the negative comments are not accurate about this shop. A lot of item sell out as soon as they hit the shelf. these products are 100% authentic and it hard to trust things on Amazon, eBay, and other online sites. See these products in person help with gaining trust. The owner is super sweet and I very kind, also the daily customers are also nice. I absolutely love going there to play Pokemon TCG and buying collectibles! I definitely recommend this shop!

Doki Doki is one of a kind in the Cleveland area, if not all of Ohio. They have a huge selection of manga, stationary, figurines, and even skincare (and more!), and if they don't have what you're looking for, the owner will very nearly bend over backwards to get it for you. Most of my purchases have been special orders and I've never had any reason to complain. Quality items aren't cheap, but the prices are far from unreasonable given that most are getting imported from overseas. Support local businesses, especially this one!

I’ve never been to a store that feels more open and accepting as Doki Doki. I’ve been attending their Pokemon tcg events for the past few months, and have looked into some of the other card game nights they have, and the owner and the community she has built are so wonderful. The owner genuinely cares about building a community, and providing a safe space for people.

One of my favorite stores around! Cute products, kind folks working there, and they have lots of interest in their community. Perfect place to pick up gifts for loved ones. Love the gashapon machines!

Doki doki is one of the cutest shops in Lakewood! They have a great selection of products. The owner is very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Very helpful when I needed to buy a birthday gift for my boyfriend but didn’t know what to get. 10/10!
