He did not made me feel rush to get an expensive item, he listened to all my concerns and take noticed to the ones not spoken out loud. This is my first time here and hopefully won’t be my last. Sevice is horrible. When I asked the female employee about the clothes I am looking for she seemed really irritated. She even told me to look around myself and she is not hiding the clothes on the storage. Is it wrong to ask her about the clothes they have in the Boutique? Then what is she doing there getting paid? She even cut me off when I was talking. I really didnt want to buy anything in there with that kind of service. I’ve never been treated like that in other stores. Even 1 star is too much for here.

Horrible. First of all, the customers service is lacking. Specially for a high end store. Secondly, if you buy this brand make sure you know what your are representing and endorsing. A homophonic, sexist man who has nothing better to do than to bring peoples confidence down. This brand can go straight to you know where.

Went to check on some shoes I wanted to buy, but the SA there was rude and unprofessional. I asked to try on the shoes for size because the one I wanted to buy was unavailable. He turn me down, and pointed out that all shoes are not the same. He didn’t allow me to try any shoes. So I went to Chanel and spent my money there instead!!

Small staff of 2 and 1 security need a briefing on how to make clientele feel welcomed and not followed/harassed. Security follows from one side of the store to the other and posts in a statue-stance while giving a death stare! Laughing but not joking. Also asked if there was an area for "textiles" of which the sales associate told me they didn't exist, only to walk to the front and see them next to the register?! How can you work fashion retail and not know textiles, are scarves?! Lastly, this location had an illegal practice in place of locking all doors as me and 3 other clients were inside shopping!! Pretty sure that's illegal and if they deny it I'm sure anything I atated can be confirmed by reviewing video footage. Wish I could say I was disappointed, but I'm not because I expected at least one "high-end retailer" in this area to conduct themselves in an asshole manner. D&G did not disappoint in that respect.

when i shop around luxury brands, i try to wear as casual i can, and see how the staffs treat the guests like me. sometimes when i walk in to some brands, they wont even say hi to you, idk why. i found that this mostly happens when the staffs are older or what, that's rude. anyways this place, the staffs were all friendly, ready to help, and answer any questions you might have. i am so glad with my purchase and i will come back!

manager here is fucking rude. an employee walked into the dressing room i was in (because there is no locking mechanism), and instead of apologizing, the manager was trying to make it seem like my fault. no one helped me when i entered the store (despite there being no other customer in there), so when i wanted to try something on, i just took it into the dressing room. when i came out angry at having been walked in on, the manager then proceeded to tell me not to curse. excuse me, i am a grown ass woman- i dont need a stranger to mansplain and talk down to me. i will curse all i fucking want. then, as i was about to walk out the door, the manager made it seem like i was stealing. completely disgusting attitude and NOT how luxury fashion retail employees are trained to act. i'd expect this treatment from an ignorant teenager working at forever21, not a fucking d&g store manager. i have never experienced anything so pathetic in all my years of shopping.
