Shoes are super cute and comfy, but they do not hold up well at all!!! Less than two months (and not worn everyday) and the shoes are already falling apart. Don’t waste your money.

I loved this store! The workers were so helpful & nice and they had every style and purse color in stock! They helped me find the perfect shoes that were sooo comfortable.

I came 20 minutes until closing time - Avery did her best to find size 5 options for a wedding and gave me feedback on what would work best! Super helpful, I didn’t purchase anything today but will definitely be coming back. Great experience

I was encouraged to order in a pair of shoes I liked that were out of stock in my size. As I don’t live in New York, I was then encouraged to order them for home delivery. Unfortunately I wasn’t told the shoes were on pre-order and the estimated “release date” is 6 months from when I placed the order. I didn’t discover this until a month later when they never arrived and I contacted Dolce Vita customer services, who then couldn’t help me to cancel my order and said I had to contact the store directly about this.

Cute & comfortable shoes, good prices, but the worst customer service. Their sales reps just want to make sales & have a bad attitude. The rep helping us brought out 2 styles of heel I wanted to purchase, both had significant wear & tear (the sole + heel was faded), she offered a 10% discount (and was going to check back on 15%) since there wasn’t any new ones in the back. Once we approached the cash desk she was creating a number of excuses to avoid the discount because she hadn’t asked her manager for approval. The website offers 15% off, save your energy and shop online.
