It was the best pistachio gelato I had in town. Dark chocolate gelato was as good as it should be. They have a great customer service and location. I wish their store is little bit bigger for customers to hangout. I will come back to try other flavors.

The customer service here was amazing. Upon entrance we were greeted, and everything was explained to us. They instantly offered to give us samples of our choice to try. This was definitely a great experience. I got the blueberry lavender gelato 4/5 and my husband got half-and-half of two different flavors. They had basic options, which is always nice to have and they also had fancy options as well. They had a great variety so everyone can enjoy their ice cream experience. I recommend stopping here over Jenni’s splendid if you’re in the mood for ice cream.

I visited this location late at night, hoping for a coffee, but was disappointed by the service. When I arrived at 9:25, the cashier informed me that the coffee bar closed at 9:30. I pointed out that there were still a few minutes left, but she seemed unwilling to accommodate my request initially. Ultimately, she made my drink, but the experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. For nearly nine dollars, I expected better service and a more positive attitude. Overall, this visit was a letdown in terms of customer service. Plus I requested no foam. my entire drink was filled with the foam, and she stated to me there was no way around it very unpleasant the nastiest drink I had.

I tried six flavors and liked all of them. Excellent pistachio gelato, good mascarpone with berries. The chocolate with chips was so thick it felt like a melted brownie. There is sitting inside. I'd reorder behind the counter though as it's a hazard for the food (dropping a wiping towel in the ice cream bucket and then serving it...)

Everything was amazing. It felt nice and cool in there. The gelato tasted very nice and had a creamy and thick texture to it. If you’re like me and love rich flavors, I recommend the dark chocolate and coffee-cookie flavored gelato. Would go here again definitely.

Clearly the best ice cream in downtown Bethesda. Family-run, Argentinian, they have a deep sense of generosity and local love. There is a lot of work and research behind the scene. Most of their ingredients are sourced in a 100-mile radius. Pistachio flavour is to die for, same for mango. Menu is in constant evolution. Push the door. I dare you not to go back!

Definitely try the Hazelnut Crackle ice cream – it's a winner. The folks working there are pretty friendly. Heads up though, even though pour over coffee is listed on the menu, they said they don't actually serve it. Ended up with a Decaf Americano instead, and honestly, it was pretty terrible.

If you haven’t tried dolcezza you are really missing out. They have incredible flavor including some adventurous ones that switch up every now and then. Definitely the best gelato place in the area, is it the only one in the area that’s good? 👀 they also have ridiculously good coffee! I always take a bag home with me to brew. They don’t have a lot of seats inside the store but there is more seats outside if the day is nice.
