Dollop Coffee

I live in the building and visit this coffee shop regularly. Although the staff are always friendly and welcoming, this location is seemingly always understaffed. There's only one person working the register and making coffee and one person making food items. The waits are long for in person orders and for app orders. Food menu is very limited and very few options. Coffee is good but slightly over priced. I wish the ownership would put effort into this location as it's got great potential.

Nice design for a coffee shop. I love the high ceilings! The decor was nice. The furniture was comfy. WiFi download was fast. Upload was slow. Coffee was good.

What a great shop. Lots of good lighting, comfortable seating, and delicious coffee. The plain latte was perfect and the baristas were kind. A great stop if you’re in the South Loop area and waiting for your architecture boat tour!

My order: Chai tea latte with soymilk I order this all the time from either Dunkin and Starbucks and this one is the best one I’ve ever had. I feel encouraged to start coming here instead now and a bonus is that I get to support a local business!

I am very picky where I buy things from I enjoy authenticity and quality. Dollop is The ONLY coffee shop I will go to before work every morning. They make the best bagels and the best oat milk latte. I also don’t like change much and like things to be the same, so the routine is great for me. Great quality, friendly, and a great place!

Super cute and clean cafe! The staff is friendly and they made probably one of the best chai tea's I've had.

Everything bagel with cream cheese and butter. How can you mess that up. Well forget to put butter on it so place a square on top of cream cheese barely melted. Not good. Takes forever too. I live in the building. Needs more staff. When you wait 25’min for a bagel. Not good.
