The food and service is great if you’re eating in. Delivery is another story. We started using the app they wanted (Kyoo), and it’s been nothing but issues. Our food frequently arrives and hour+ late, and stone cold. Because it’s not Doordash, we have no way to get a refund.
Also, your phone doesn’t work. We’ve called it so, so many times, and it just rings forever.
Please do not offer what you’re not fully staffed for, like delivery. We love the menu, but delivery is always rocky. Hire more people, and pay them well.
