I do not recommend this place at all. Here’s why:
First, the pricing is outrageous. A mere 12cl glass of Crémant, strictly measured, costs 16€—absolutely excessive. They also seem to have no sense of generosity or hospitality.
The spa is tiny and unimpressive. There’s only one sauna and one hammam, plus a few other underwhelming features. Worse, the floor is extremely slippery, which is a serious safety issue—completely unacceptable for such an expensive spa. People were also wearing swimsuits in the sauna, which is not how a proper sauna experience should be.
The beds were horribly soft, offering zero support. I woke up with terrible neck pain, which completely ruined the experience.
At the bistro, the vegetarian options were extremely limited. The only available dish had truffle, which I asked to be removed. The waitress was pushy and insisted on the truffle until I finally gave in. Service was unprofessional—no bread was offered while waiting, and the waitress ignored us when we tried to get her attention.
Other disappointing details:
• The beer was warm at the bar, yet priced at 13€ per glass.
• The elevator was broken inside.
• Many other small but frustrating issues.
For 720€ for less than 24 hours, this place is simply not worth it, Michelin-starred chef or not. Don’t be fooled by their marketing! There are far better options elsewhere. I know that because I do a lot of wellness-trips.
