Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel/spa and its restaurant was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the overall attitude of the staff felt distant and not particularly welcoming. While service was provided, it lacked warmth and attentiveness, which affected the general feeling of the stay. The spa facilities did not meet our expectations. The spa consists of three pools, however during our visit most of them were not operational or only partially functioning. Additionally, the area was extremely crowded, making it difficult to relax or enjoy the facilities as intended. As a result, the spa experience felt stressful rather than enjoyable. The location may appeal to some guests looking for isolation, but for us it felt inconvenient, as the hotel is quite remote and far from points of interest or alternative dining options. The area is quite ugly. We also noticed persistent unpleasant odors in some common areas, which further impacted the comfort of the stay. Overall, considering the service, facilities, location, and atmosphere, we did not feel that the experience justified the visit. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend this hotel or its restaurant to others.

Perfect for a short get away in the country side. They really set the bar high for everything. Especially their breakfast was in my opinion the definition of a perfect french breakfast.

An absolutely fantastic hotel, set in the heart of the countryside and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The service is exceptional — warm, attentive, and highly professional. Everything is simply perfect, down to the smallest detail. The architecture is beautifully thought out, blending traditional French country style with modern comfort and elegance. It’s clear that great care has gone into creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and authentic. A true escape from everyday life — peaceful, charming, and unforgettable.

Amazing Stay!||We had a fantastic time at the hotel. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, the drinks were delicious, and the one star Michelin restaurant served incredible food. The wellness area was peaceful and with excellent massages and treatments. Most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean hotel with a fabulous restaurant, and the service is outstanding. The Michelin starred restaurant Le K is definitely the strongest argument to spend a night here. Unfortunately the spa is a bit lackluster, sauna with mandatory bathing suit is quite unhygienic.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend here to celebrate a birthday. The chateau overlooks a calm beautiful village, and we enjoyed full luxury here. The staff were all very friendly and professional. The hotel is fully wheelchair accessible, which we appreciate very much. We enjoyed visiting (and petting) the horses in their stables and the beautiful country views from the hotel grounds while soaking in the early spring sunshine on the large terrace. Although we are not really spa fans, the spa facilities both indoor and outside were very pretty and obviously enjoyed by most of the guests.

Hotel, thermal spa, wellness, sauna, hamam, suite Valerie, restaurant, bar....everything is perfect but rich of love, humanity and respect of the nature.|My heart is there, grazie mille un misto di Francia, tradizione e paesaggi italiani.|Thank you very much.

Wonderful 3 days at this lovely hotel. Staff are friendly & efficient. The food is excellent ! This is our 4th stay & we can't wait to return.
