This was our second visit to the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in the Maison du Voyageur, a 2 bedroom ‘house’ which is attached to the hotel, and which we had to ourselves. Check in was efficient; we arrived a little early and sat by the pool for a few minutes with a welcome drink. ||That the Voyageur house is eclectic is an understatement. African themed, the downstairs salon which has a double-height ceiling includes a full size palm tree, a full size tiger (stuffed), a working kitchenette with a proper fridge but no pots and pans. But also the normal comforts for a hotel suite - a comfy settee, a big TV, a fireplace, and doors opening onto a private garden with a dining table and chairs for 6, a private heated swimming pool and sunbeds and umbrella. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, conventional except for African art on the walls, both en-suite, with one separate toilet. Note that each of the bedrooms has a bath but no shower, which we felt for a property of this quality was a serious omission. All the usual amenities were there and of high class. It was a real fun experience.||Breakfast was an extensive buffet, with eggs cooked to order. Very enjoyable. All the hospitality team were caring and enthusiastic.||In summary, a really high class hotel with no flaws - except the lack of a shower.

We had a wonderful experience at les Andeols. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The domaine is huge and it was so much fun to explore the property. Although, we’re a little bummed we didn’t get to take a dip at the pool because it wasn’t heated. ||Thank you for a great stay.

It’s the attention to detail that gets you noticed, but the lack of attention that gets noticed more. |Three night stay in a “Nature” suite was pleasant enough but not exactly fabulous, unless maybe home is a city centre apartment somewhere.|Patio garden overgrown, housekeeping distinctly lacking on amenity replenishment and, in keeping with many modern hotels today, motion sensor lighting that is more of a hinderance than a help.|Overall staff were quite friendly but not exactly efficient, booking for a hairdresser took over an hour with no result. Two minutes on Google and a phone call later, done.|Finally the restaurant. Unfortunately, my wife was ill for a few days (not due to the hotel I stress) so we did not get to try much, but the final dinner in the rather eclectic restaurant setting saw a single langoustine of shrimp proportions (at Euro 38) and duck that had to be returned as too tough to even cut. Overall very poor standard, which could also be said of breakfast. Standard motel fare I’m afraid.|A shame, could be so much better.

The 32 hectares domaine is an oasis of tranquility and joyful sounds of singing birds. A beautiful landscape garden surrounds the 11 independant villa’s, some with their own swimming pool, 8 ‘suites nature’ and 3 design swimming pools. And around this scenary are planted cypress trees, vineyards, fruit and olive trees, lavender and vegetables and herbs. |It can be seen that the owner Olivier Massart, born in this place, is an art director who still has one of the most important world wide event management companies ‘La Mode on Images’. He shaped the fashion business in the late fifties, beginning sixties, and works since then with the most important fashion designers. |The interiors of the villa’s, suites and the two restaurants are very fashionably furnished, with paintings on the walls and other objects of art. We stayed in one of those villa’s called Amis with an memorable shower. All mirrors against the walls with a glass ceiling(!) But the rest of the villa is also glamerous and very spacy with a large four-poster bed.|The food in both restaurants is very good. One is of them ‘La Loggia’ is Michelin worthy. The other one is called ‘Le Platane’ because of the immense multicentennial plane tree|which itself is excessible for lunch or dinner. Under it is a lovely terras where you als can enjoy the lovely food also for lunch or dinner overlooking the park. Breakfast is extensive with everything you wish for. The service is very friendly.|To go short, this is an exceptional place to stay in many ways.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Andeols. Philip was exceptionally helpful and friendly to us, and he really went out of his way to help us with anything we needed, and show us around the property. He even organized a private lunch for us underneath the tree at Le Platane. The service was exceptional, the food was amazing, and the property was absolutely stunning. Overall, we were so happy with our experience.

The restaurant is located in a huge (!) park decorated with numerous sculptures - a true museum, so come early - the outside part is located under a vast tree which you may even climb by a stair, inside very modern architecture. Quite tricky to find the restaurant from the hotel parking, best inquire at the reception, and quite a walk, too.|The food is traditional Provence, pricewise on the high side - you pay for the place. Service is agreeable, however, quite impersonal for the region - maybe incited by the Director who came to greet all guests in a very stiff manner.

The staff were very friendly, and the food pretty good. However, the food portions were pretty small and incredibly expensive. The views are extraordinary, which I guess is what you are paying for. I’d recommend a visit here for the views and experience, but you can find better food for a more affordable price elsewhere. My last photo is blurry, but the tiramisu on the plate was a “sharing portion” (meant to feed two people) and cost 20€. Should give you a pretty good idea of price vs quantity of food you get.

A lovely property located in a charming estate. Our Suite Nature 1 had an amazing view and the hotel was so kind to assign the suite we requested at the time of booking. Only suite 1 and 2 have an open view of the estate. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. An excellent base to explore many of the charming towns of Provence. The main reason for 4 stars, rather than 5, is down to food and beverage. Dinner was unmemorable and unfortunately my swordfish was undercooked. The waiter was apologetic and offered us dessert for free. As we were too full and had to decline the offer, the waiter offered to do something about the bill. Unfortunately it was a full bill when we received it. We ordered two Aperol Spritz by the pool, which were not well executed and came without any orange. No snacks or nuts were offered with the drinks, which I found unusual for this level of hotel. Breakfast was very poor value for money. €25 for some pastries, bread, fruit salad and yogurt. Coffee was included, but the cappuccino was terrible. There were a few other touches that I thought were missing and that would’ve made the stay absolutely perfect.

Yelp
If there were sixth star I would give this place one! I hesitate to write too glowing of a review since there aren't any on here and this place is so good that it seems like an undiscovered paradise! This small hotel has only a handful of two-floor units, each its own structure that blends old world exteriors with modern design elements inside. The grounds are beyond amazing with views of the countryside everywhere you go. The sprawling grounds manage to feel small and intimate. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. The only snafu the entire time was a dinner that went on for hours and hours and we thought we were just being impatient Americans, but they apologized to us for how long it was taking and to other tables around us. When we arrived we had not just a small fruit plate, but a huge overflowing basket of the ripest tastiest fruit I have ever had, all grown on the property. You must make time to enjoy a massage here in a small hut on the property, to wander around and greet the chickens, check out the gardens and lay by the infinity pool. This place is heaven on earth and one of my favorite places I have ever stayed!
