Spectacular grounds, very welcoming and highly professional stuff. We enjoyed everything from the Views, to comfort of the room, to great cocktails and very tasty dinner. Breakfast buffet was very nice, good quality food and impeccable service. Reception from check in to check out was incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. We love to come back and hope that weather would be nicer for us. But this is just one thing this hotel could not control. Thank you so much.

This place is quite magical; which we got to experience for a once in a lifetime wedding. The grounds are great to walk around, the service is quite nice, and the staff go above and beyond. Jonathan - who takes care of breakfast - is so attentive and nice. The pool areas are great to enjoy and the rooms have an artsy feel like many of the other spaces. The events they put on are special, like the marche Provençal they put together as part of the wedding festivities. It was oh so very unique and such a great way to enjoy. Also, it’s not too far into a small town Saint Saturin Les Apt, which was cool to explore for a run and the ruins. Some other hikes nearby were enjoyable too. All in all, a special spot, that you might have to travel far to enjoy, but a place you’ll remember forever.

We had a wonderful soirée last night under the canopy of the tree house with friends. The setting is superb - service attentive and friendly and the food delicious. My husband and I live close by and we arrived on foot the other side of the domaine - staff happily gave us a ride in a golf cart which was a special way to arrive at the restaurant! Additionally, we misunderstood one of the menu items and so the chef sent us out a little extra to try, when we realised our mistake! I thoroughly recommend that you book a table - we attended the Thursday night Spritz and nibbles event at Le Platane.

Absolutely exceptional in every way! The staff were so polite and friendly, and couldn't do enough to make our stay really special. Every aspect was pure luxury ❤️

My entire family is in love with Domaine des Andeols! From the moment we arrived, it took our breath away. Words can’t describe how beautiful, serene, and magical the grounds and “Maisons” are. The grounds are immaculate… fruit trees, fields of lavender, vegetable gardens, hidden breathtaking pools surrounded by stunning landscaping, bamboo tunnels, a majestic massive tree with a tree house in the middle of the restaurant, gorgeous koi ponds…. too many things to list!!! It’s heaven!! |All of the staff were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, responsive… we were so happy with everything and I can’t wait to come back!!|We stayed in the “terrace maison” and it was amazing. We couldn’t believe it was our room when we first arrived and saw it. It is huge and looks like an art gallery, with beautiful hidden gems everywhere. Although it was not a typical hotel floor plan, we absolutely loved it and loved the artistic touches and flare. I saw several people commented on the lack of staffing, but we never felt like it was an issue, we received exceptional service and attention. |We loved how intimate it was, and did not mind waiting a few extra minutes to be served. It was well worth the time!|We had dinner in our room from the restaurant, and found it to be delicious. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the omelets. |Lastly, I would like to thank Joshua, who was so friendly and wonderful. He went out of his way to help me and I really appreciated it! Also the lovely woman at the front desk when we checked in. She was really warm and responsive, and made us feel very welcomed. We will definitely be back to this slice of heaven!

Many ingredients used in the restaurant come directly from the estate itself.||Cons|• Room mismatch without notice: The room we received did not correspond to the original booking. No explanation was provided at check‑in (not clear if this was meant to be an upgrade)|• Style over practicality: Many design choices prioritize aesthetics over function. For example, the sinks are elegant but impractical, with short taps that make washing difficult; and the restaurant plates, while attractive, are unstable and prone to tipping.|• Unresolved maintenance issues: A malfunctioning Japanese toilet remained unfixed throughout our stay; there was also no Wi‑Fi signal in our room, and minor wear-and-tear was visible.|• Discreet signage lacking clarity: While tasteful, the understated signage makes orientation around the estate more challenging for guests.|• Lapses in service follow‑through: We left our car key with reception to have it charged, but the service was not completed.||Overall Feedback||Domaine des Andéols is a visually enchanting and conceptually inspiring retreat that showcases strong values in sustainability and service. However, some design choices hinder practical comfort, and a few service and maintenance oversights impacted our stay. Efforts to enhance operational consistency—especially addressing room expectations, functional design, and follow‑through on guest services—would significantly elevate the overall experience.||As a positive gesture, the management acknowledged our feedback at checkout and offered a bottle of wine—reflecting a commendable willingness to listen and make amends.

This was our second visit to the hotel. We stayed for 3 nights in the Maison du Voyageur, a 2 bedroom ‘house’ which is attached to the hotel, and which we had to ourselves. Check in was efficient; we arrived a little early and sat by the pool for a few minutes with a welcome drink. ||That the Voyageur house is eclectic is an understatement. African themed, the downstairs salon which has a double-height ceiling includes a full size palm tree, a full size tiger (stuffed), a working kitchenette with a proper fridge but no pots and pans. But also the normal comforts for a hotel suite - a comfy settee, a big TV, a fireplace, and doors opening onto a private garden with a dining table and chairs for 6, a private heated swimming pool and sunbeds and umbrella. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, conventional except for African art on the walls, both en-suite, with one separate toilet. Note that each of the bedrooms has a bath but no shower, which we felt for a property of this quality was a serious omission. All the usual amenities were there and of high class. It was a real fun experience.||Breakfast was an extensive buffet, with eggs cooked to order. Very enjoyable. All the hospitality team were caring and enthusiastic.||In summary, a really high class hotel with no flaws - except the lack of a shower.

If there were sixth star I would give this place one! I hesitate to write too glowing of a review since there aren't any on here and this place is so good that it seems like an undiscovered paradise! This small hotel has only a handful of two-floor units, each its own structure that blends old world exteriors with modern design elements inside. The grounds are beyond amazing with views of the countryside everywhere you go. The sprawling grounds manage to feel small and intimate. Staff go out of their way to be helpful. The only snafu the entire time was a dinner that went on for hours and hours and we thought we were just being impatient Americans, but they apologized to us for how long it was taking and to other tables around us. When we arrived we had not just a small fruit plate, but a huge overflowing basket of the ripest tastiest fruit I have ever had, all grown on the property. You must make time to enjoy a massage here in a small hut on the property, to wander around and greet the chickens, check out the gardens and lay by the infinity pool. This place is heaven on earth and one of my favorite places I have ever stayed!
