Domaine Sigalas isn’t just a wine tasting, it’s a masterclass in what Santorini does best: breathtaking views, world-class wines, and unforgettable hospitality.
The tasting flight was a standout—crisp Assyrtiko that practically sings of volcanic soil, and a Vinsanto so rich and complex it deserves a slow, reverent sip. Each pour came with just the right amount of insight from the staff, who were warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the craft.
The setting? Unreal. Rows of vines leading out to the Aegean Sea with a golden-hour glow that practically begs for a photo (or five). It’s laid-back luxury without the pretense.
If you’re even mildly into wine—or just want an afternoon of stunning scenery and elevated sips—put Domaine Sigalas at the top of your Santorini list. Book ahead, stay for sunset, and thank me later.
