Domaine Sigalas

We ordered the Volcano Diver’s and some water and they brought us out some food for free 🙌 The Vinsanto wine is 100% worth trying. It’s a bit sweet, but an amazing dessert wine (especially paired with the cheese) We also loved the winery’s cat!

Took the volcanic divers tasting menu experience. Our guide was superb, very knowledgeable & friendly. The food/wine pairing was superb also, couldn't fault it. More wine would have been lovely, but all in all, a really pleasant experience. Only thing we would have liked more of was the wine making process. The explanation was great but more about the wine making would have capped it for us

Enjoyed this wine tasting experience. The back drop is gorgeous. The service was not friendly, but I guess at a Greek level. I called 2 hours before and got a reservation in September. I do think the wine tasting portions are a bit low for the price (36 euros).

Wines and food were excellent! The staff were friendly. The visit to the vineyard was very quick and little poor on information. the restaurant ambience is ok, nothing special. Overall, the experience was nice due to the wine and food pairing.

We did the Volcano Diver’s wine experience where we had a tour and wine/food pairing - we had a fantastic time! Margaret guided our experience and did an amazing job - very personable and passionate about the wines and vineyards. Her passion and knowledge shined through. All the pairings were welll-matched and the food was very tasty with high-quality ingredients. For the vineyard tour, know that they will take you out for a short bit in the vineyard to talk a bit about the types of grapes and nuances of growing in Santorini. It’s not shaded so just be mindful of bringing a hat/sunscreen if you’re doing an afternoon tour. But it’s a very brief segment so nothing too onerous. For those looking for a full tour of wine production, it might be different than what is expected. I learned quite a bit though about the unique aspects of Santorini wine production, so I found it informative and unique from other tours in that sense. Beautiful vineyard with wonderful wines - would definitely recommend at least dropping in and checking out the Volcano Diver’s wine experience for something special!

We had the luxurious experience of visiting this winery, having the wine master explain the rather unique vines on Santorini to us before starting our lunch and tasting. I don't say this lightly... I don't think I have had a better meal in my life. Comparable perhaps. But never better. The wines we tasted were all excellent, and I really had to hold back from the offered extra tastes in order to still be able to concentrate on the food and additional wines. To say this is likely one of the best wineries in Greece is an understatement, and although I am certain there are others as good, I have yet to encounter them. I'd return to Santorini merely to re-visit Domaine Sigalas. Thank you for a spectacular addition to our journey.

We had an absolutely extraordinary lunch here today, with equally delicious wines. Angelina and all the staff we spoke to were so lovely and kind, and helped us select some incredible dishes (but I don’t think we could have made a bad choice) We had the cherry tomato confit, baked zucchini, the deconstructed moussaka beef cheek, and the meatballs with fresh pasta. All of them were so delicious. We had some sparkling, followed by the mavrotragano blend, and some dessert wines which were phenomenal. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon and making our visit so memorable.

We did the five course food tasting and wine tour. It was great. The food was really amazing. I loved each course with the wine pairing. Highly recommend
