Domaine Sontag

It was the first time for us in a winery outside Italy and it was a great experience! We were welcomed with kindness and sympathy and it was a pleasure to discover so many good white wines. I recommend everyone travelling in the area to stop by Domaine Sontag to have some great wine tasting. Unfortunately we only had hand-luggage for the flight back to Italy but we were so enchanted that we decided to buy a bottle and drink it in our room at the hotel before leaving. A big thank you to Mélanie for this great experience!!

What a wonderful and welcoming family run winery. Our annual mantrip this year took a small day tour; Beer brewery in Germany, Winery in France and Football in Belgium. We did not expect such great charisma and welcomeness Mélanie was meeting us with. When one of the boys pointed out his own small home wine production, where he starts saying he is boiling the grapes, Mélanie stopped him there and asked: "Why do you boil the grapes?" – we still laugh a lot about that today. The wine are also fantastic, and we are working on getting some boxes sent to Denmark. Would have liked to be able to give 10 stars, one for each of us who visited the place. It must instead be 5 stars for Mélanie and Domaine Sontag. If you're ever in the area, this is a lovely place to stop by. Thanks again Mélanie for hosting us.

Un petit bijou de domaine viticole en Moselle, tenu avec beaucoup d’engagement par la famille Sontag. Notre fournisseur officiel de rosé local pour l’été et de pinot noir pour l’hiver, depuis des années 🫶🏻 Très belle mise en valeur du terroir mosellan, n’hésitez pas à y faire un saut 🍷🍇🤗

Nous avons réalisé entre collègues un atelier dégustation portant sur les vins du domaine. Passionnée, Mélanie a pris le temps de nous présenter les caractéristiques des vins de Moselle. Un grand merci pour ce sympathique moment !

Avec mes amis nous avons réalisés une initiation à la dégustation de vin ce jour. Nous avons adorés cette atelier ! Les thématiques abordés sont intéressantes, et permettent de découvrir les bases de la dégustation de vin. Convivial, chaleureux avec beaucoup de sympathie, je recommande à 100% cette atelier (autant pour les novices comme moi, que plus les plus expérimentés qui souhaite découvrir autres choses !)

Le Rouge est leger et fruité. Un vin pour l‘été…
