As soon as you enter this bakery your nose will be filled with an incredible smell of freshly baked bread. Bakers work directly in front of the clients the dough of a great variety of breads and they welcome you with a big smile and an happy “guten morgen!”.
The cinnamon roll I ordered had a soft and comfy interior and a delicious, caramelized crust on top. The cinnamon and the humid part in the interior of the bun added stratification and sweetness to the roll.
I also took some bretzel and a loaf of bread to take away. The perfect acidity of the bread makes you salivating and increases a lot the pleasure in eating the dough, which presented a perfect crust and a morbid, warm and nice alveolar structure in the interior.
