Domenico Winery + Vineyards - Amador

We visited as part of the Big Crush event. Domenico winery exceeded my expectations. The food they served as part of the event was great (roasted pig, homemade BBQ sauce, salsas, Mac & cheese, coleslaw). Wines were excellent. We purchased futures on the Cab. We look forward to visiting again. BTW, I almost never give five stars.

We hosted my sister’s baby sprinkle at Domenico Winery in Amador County, and it was absolutely perfect. The event was intimate, beautiful, and exactly what we envisioned for such a special occasion. The venue itself is stunning, truly breathtaking. It honestly doesn’t require much decor at all because the furniture, layout, and overall presentation are already so elegant and thoughtfully designed. Every corner feels warm and inviting. A huge shout-out to Molly, the event planner, who was incredible from start to finish. She was super helpful every step of the way, responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making the day seamless and stress-free. Working with her made the entire planning process enjoyable. If you’re looking for a gorgeous venue with outstanding support for an intimate celebration, Domenico Winery is a wonderful choice. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will cherish the memories made there.

Patricia is the best! She led us on adventure! We were members in San Carlos and now moved to this region. Came today with sandwiches and our pups…what a lovely afternoon! Started an w a delicious rose barbera with lunch, tasted amazing line up and finished with the mamba. Don’t hesitate. Go taste and enjoy the beauty!!!

Thank you for a wonderful pizza night, the pizza was delicious! We enjoyed a bottle of the estate 2020 Syrah and it was wonderful. Thank you Anne and George for your hospitality. It is always nice to have friendly, experienced and capable hosts at a tasting room. We will be back!!!!

Beautiful place! My favorite wines are the Montepulciano, Barbera and Petite Syrah.

Had the baby shower of my dreams at Domenico early January of 2026. What an absolutely beautiful day & STUNNING venue. We couldn't have done it without Molly's help. She was beyond accommodating and made it a stress-free experience. Everything was perfect and almost every guest (there were about 60 of us) was raving about how beautiful the venue and landscape are, on top of asking me how the heck I found the venue. They have a really nice bridal suite as well that I was able to get ready in which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. If you're looking to have a wedding, baby shower, birthday celebration or just a relaxing place to taste wine among beautiful scenery; I highly recommend Domenico. They treated us like family from the moment I made the 1st call to the owner and we wouldn't hesitate to return. 10/10 recommend Domenico Winery in Amador County!

Went to see a co-worker perform Frank Sinatra hits and really enjoyed his performance at this winery. The Pinot Grigio was excellent and we ordered the white sauce pizza with truffle, lemon, arugula and asparagus. The pizza was delectable and done right by Italian standards. Service was great and the winery was decorated well. The acoustics was not all that great as people were talking throughout the performance which made it difficult to hear the singing. I will definitely like to come back and do the wine tasting here.
