🔥 DOMESTIC BBQ – Covina, CA Tucked into downtown Covina, DOMESTIC serves up California-style BBQ with a creative twist. The brisket and St. Louis ribs are smoked low and slow, and the bacon mac & cheese is a must-try comfort side. I loved the cozy vibe, friendly staff, and dog-friendly patio—perfect for a laid-back meal. Pro tip: grab the tri-tip fries and save room for their bread pudding. Portions are generous, flavors are bold, and the house-made sauces seal the deal. 📍 325 N Citrus Ave, Covina

Great place for BBQ!! Everything is made fresh and the meats are seasoned so perfectly! The deviled eggs were good! We ate the tri tip fries before I realized we hadn't taken a picture, it was that good! The pastrami burgers were out of this world! The fries were crispy and just right. Stephanie was a great server as sitting at the bar was fun as you could see all the dishes coming out and they all looked great!

Food was good. They were out of Ribs, Brisket, and chicken. Service was OK. Our server seemed to have a attitude but got better later. They were kinda busy though maybe that was it. The old fashioned was good as well.

Google
Good service and very friendly. Beef brisket is very good for me , I like beef fat. Cajun rice is surprisingly good , it tastes like Chinese fried rice. Pork ribs with BBQ sauce is good With a Big diet coke jar , perfect. My son got bacon mac n cheese, good too

Ordered the surf and turf dish. Steak was tough and the shrimp was under cooked. For me, the worst part was the shrimp smell and taste in my steak. The steak was floating in the shrimp juice which took away from the taste of the steak and that shrimp smell in the steak just wasn't what I was expecting. Should've stuck with BBQ, that looked pretty good on others plates. This seems like a great place to hang out, I'll definitely give it another try.

Google
Delicious bbq with Mexican influence, the pulled pork torta had a mouth watering salsa with enough heat to add flavor without overwhelming the other ingredients. We learned from our waitress everything is made from scratch including the condiments and the freshness and lively flavors come across. Will definitely come back again to try the rest of the menu.

The meal was amazing from start to finish, loved sharing it with the family and the food stayed warm the whole time.

Google
Went here on a weekend night. Was seated immediately. We ordered Tri Tip Fries for our appetizer, Pulled Pork Sammy with Potato Salad, and Classic Brisket Sammy with Bacon Mac N Cheese. The food was great and the price was reasonable. The stand outs for me were definitely the Classic Brisket and the potato salad. Tri Tip Fries and Pulled Pork were good. The Mac N Cheese was definitely the low point. It wasn't bad but I don't think I'd order it again. The service was quick. The food came out quick.

Yelp
I was here today to take my friend to lunch for her birthday. The food and service is top notch. They cut the meats on premises, and the marinade, sauces, and side dishes are also made in house. She ordered the shrimp po boy with Cajun rice, and I had the pork shoulder torta with DELICIOUS potato salad. We could only eat half of our sandwiches and took the rest home. Choose a combo plate, entree, sandwich, or salad. For a group, go for the family style by ordering beef, or pork by the pound, chicken 1/2 ($12) or whole ($20). All your favorite BBQ meats (tri tip, pulled pork, ribs, etc., are on the menu. They have a good selection of beer and cocktails. Ample seating indoors and outside with TVs for watching sports. Come hungry and thirsty and leave satisfied. Don't forget to tell 'em Rosemary sent ya!

Yelp
Great food, great service! Torta ahogada was kind of a random thing on the menu but my mom tried it and loved it! Everything we had was delicious!

Yelp
It was my first time eating at this restaurant. I love BBQ and they had good reviews. The name of the restaurant was deceiving as you would not think this was a BBQ place. I came with my husband and 2 friends for my birthday dinner and we ordered the family combo platter. Everything on the plate was delicious as well as the side of garlic parmesan fries that we ordered. The food was more than enough for 4 people and my 2 adult kids were able to eat the leftovers!! The restaurant was in a quaint part of town, downtown Covina and has a bar where you can watch TV. A lot of people were there to watch the Dodger Game. Everything was delicious!

Yelp
Always good food and great service. I had my usual pulled pork sandwich with Cajun rice. The bun was so soft and the meat was very tender and flavorful. I've never noticed this before, but it had pickles on the bottom of the meat in addition to the coleslaw on top. The pickles really added something to the taste. Service is always outstanding.

Yelp
Ordered take out from Domestic on Super Bowl Sunday. We ordered waaay too much for two people but all was yummy and quick to receive. We ordered: 2 meat combo with brisket and Tri-tip, full rack of baby back ribs, garlic parmesan fries and a side of Mac and Cheese. The location is in downtown Covina, very cute area for a date night. The restaurant has a good amount of seating and parking around the area. Service is always great when we come in, a must try for bbq East of LA! Don't open the garlic fries in the car, your car will smell like yummy garlic for the rest of the day.

Yelp
The food here is SO GOOD! Service and staff are the best. Stopped here for the family combo meal and we were not disappointed. Comes with your choice of meats, sausage and yummy side dishes. Be sure to add some corn bread -- the best! They have an excellent bar area, both indoor and outdoor seating, and several televisions to watch your favorite game. Great place to stop by before seeing a show at The Laugh Factory that opened a few blocks away.

Yelp
Love the BBQ! The family meal is a good deal. Brisket is always tender and the ribs are flavorful. I enjoy the choice of andouille sausages as well. Wish the family meal came with more BBQ sauce though. That one little cup isn't enough. Service can be kind of slow sometimes. The sides however need much work. Not much bacon in the bacon mac and cheese and the corn bread is quite pitiful.

Yelp
The food here is super good. The bbq is always on point, I don't think I ever had my meat dry or overcooked (tri tip and briskets), but some of the comments say they experienced it. Always great friendly waiters/waitresses making sure you're taking care of. The place is at a great spot in downtown covina. Great seatings both inside and outside.

Yelp
Domestic has some great barbecue. I am a huge fan of their sides. Especially their greens when they have them. Services is good and the ambience is also nice. When the weather permits, we prefer to sit outside. Great place to people watch, while you enjoy your food. I started going to domestic in La Puente and was not disappointed there either. I would recommend this place for barbecue and a night out on the town.

Yelp
I had seen advertisements for this place on ig and I had to bring the family to try it. Thankfully none of us were disappointed. The food was delicious the restaurant was in a quaint part of town, downtown Covina. The servers were awesome and hilarious. Recommend this place for anyone wanting good food and a nice place to sit. We sat outdoors

Yelp
Food was perfect. Portion was just the right amount. Definitely will come back. I just wish the brisket had a lil more smoke. Other than that no complaints. Service was amazing got seated right away and attention to detail.

Yelp
I came in recently just for a Sunday late lunch/early dinner. I got the two meat combo, opting for the brisket, tri-tip, and bacon mac & cheese; wanted to try the beef rib, but it is priced per ounce, with a hefty amount on one bone.... It would've come to around $50. I thinks that's very pricey compared to other bbq spots. I loved the brisket most because it was super tender due to the marbling throughout. The tri-tip was also good, as well as the Mac & cheese. The roll it came with was pretty hard but good once it soaked up the au jus. The bbq sauce is a bit on the sweeter side (I prefer more tang). Service was friendly and helpful. I waited awhile to come to this location even though I live a few blocks away because when I went to the La Puente location a couple years ago I only remember how salty everything tasted. I'm glad this experience changed my mind.

Yelp
Highly recommended by a vegetarian friend and excited to try! Located in the downtown area of Covina where there are tons of bars, restaurants, and other retailers along the strip. This area always has something going on. We were greeted right away, always a plus. Our friends were already seated so we walked right over and shortly after were asked for a drink order. We ordered a couple of delicious hard seltzers while we reviewed the menu. I had my heart set on a couple meet and side options but there was a new brunch menu on the table that caught my eye. We ordered Brisket Chilaquiles, a Breakfast Burger, and my friends ordered Brisket Bowl and Cauliflower Tacos. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their dishes. I loved my Brisket Chilaquiles. The Brisket had a strong smoky flavor, was juicy, and satisfied my BBQ craving. Plenty of eggs were served, I like them scrambled. I only wish there was more pico de gallo on the plate..it was the perfect compliment. I'll have to remember to ask for extra pico on the side. My plate was deceptively more full. I felt like I ate enough for several people but I had barely left a dent. Yay for leftovers! Fast and friendly service all around. I had a great time at Domestic and there's no doubt that I will be back. Next time for the meet and sides I was eyeing from the Yelp photos!

Yelp
The food was good and reasonably priced, I would visit again for the BBBQ . The 3 Start/ a OK is mainly on the service side. Party of 5 for Friday night dinner, the server came took the order, and then see him again when he dropped the check. The drinks were never refilled. When I got the check, I was asked to walk to the cash terminal to pay, the gratuity options were 18%, 20% and more. There was an OPTIONAL KITCHEN GRATUITY added to the check ( about 3% of the grand total), however, the Optional gratuity was added to the total, making it not an option! For dinner, we got the family meal, surf & Turf, kids meal and pulled pork sliders. The Family meal was more than enough for 5 adults and it was my fav. dish compared to the steak and sliders!

Yelp
My wife and I have lived so close to Domestic and always wanted to try it for the longest time. We got a chance to go and honestly their BBQ is really good! I have come by a few times now. First off, staff here all had good vibes and very attentive and willing to take time to explain and recommend their best options. As far the food, I think for first timers the 2 Meat + side combo is the way to go! It's $26 and it's worth the price point because you'll probably need a box for leftovers. I highly recommend trying the Brisket, the Ribs and the tri-tip. The BBQ is delicious. The best side is the bacon Mac n cheese. If you have room to try it get the cornbread as well. There's plenty of seating inside and outside of the restaurant and they have plenty of TVs to watch the game inside. If you're craving some really good BBQ for a good price. Come by to Domestic!

Yelp
Came in for a beer before a comedy here in Downtown Covina. Pretty dead in here for a Friday evening. Our server Juan was nice, suggested a blonde for myself. My guy ordered a mango hef by garage which was really crisp. We ordered the Brussels sprouts and they were tasty and an order of tri tip fries, or shall I say sprinkled with tri tip. All in all, relaxing today. Not over crowded and noisy. DIdn't get a chance to take a picture of the Brussel sprouts, my guy started to eat them before I could grab the phone.. LOL

Yelp
The space was pretty nice with patio and indoor options. I liked the space itself and it wasn't too cramped or anything. The drink options were also nice with a large selection of beer and a liquor bar. The service was really slow for us. People were walking around a lot but no one asked us if we needed water or anything. When the server finally came around to take our order, he seemed to have trouble hearing our orders and didn't really know what beers they had on tap. I actually had to walk over to their tap and point at what I wanted since it was a new tap that wasn't on their menu or written anywhere for their seasonal. The expeditor for their kitchen was not doing their job right and you'll know why when I talk about the food. Food was delivered in a very weird order. First came the broccolini, before any drinks were even served. They were grilled with some raw peppers that were super spicy with a squeeze of lemon juice. I liked that they were still crunchy rather than burned or just soft. Then came the half chicken dark meat. Don't ask me why it was only dark meat because I was just as confused ordering. I expected a bbq place to have white and dark meat for an order of half chicken, and actually serve half a chicken on a plate, but nope, just 2 leg quarters. They were generic just grilled with bbq sauce. No smoky bc flavors whatsoever. 3rd thing that was served was the ribs. I really don't think they smoke them or something. They were tender and tasty but not smoky at all. A lot of oil dripping off with every bite. They were good enough, but I've had better. The last thing to come to the table was the tri tip fries. First of all, the tri tip fries was an appetizer, and it was served last to the table. Honestly the dish was just not that special. Tri tip was actually smoky of all the things we ate, the sauce was the saving grace of the fries since it was just plain salty with no complexity of bbq flavors at all. Oh and we were served an extra chicken leg quarter at the end and we had no clue why. The server was just like the expo just told me to drop it off. All in all, I probably won't return for a 2nd time given how the first impression went. If my friends want to go, maybe I'll give it a 2nd shot but I won't willingly go by myself.

Yelp
My first time at this restaurant on Friday night 11/10/23. Food was great, atmosphere great staff beyond great. I had an unfortunate incident with another person in the restaurant, which no fault of the restaurants at all. The staff at Domestic went about and beyond to check if me and my aunt were ok. The bartender & owner even came over to us and checked leaving their busy stations. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Yelp
Food: Tri Tip, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Mac n Cheese, Brisket Flautas This isn't your backyard bbq type of restaurant. I would put this alongside restaurants similar to Lucille's. Honestly, all the meats were good. The best meat would have to be the brisket. It's not your normal brisket as it is grilled after it is smoked giving it some deep flavor. The tri tip was good, it went well with the sauce and au jus that came with it. The pulled pork was good, and has a carnitas type of fattyness to it. The wife said the Mac was one of the better ones she's had, and we both agreed the flautas were mighty tasty. Restaurant / Location: Find the restaurant is easy, but parking can be a challenge. We got lucky to score a spot along the side. Inside the restaurant is nicely decorated and has a large bar that takes up a lot of space. There is patio seating that may be nice in the spring or fall. Notes: Prices add up quickly here, but the food was all worth it.

Yelp
Yassss. Pastrami and brisket are delicious. Skip the charro beans tho. Mac n cheese is GOOD!

Yelp
My husband and our three children tried this place last night for the first time. Food was delicious and service was great! We want to thank the staff for being so wonderful and accommodating with our picky eaters. The waiter and waitress were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you again! We will be back soon!

Yelp
Came here for lunch. Had the hot wings, deviled eggs, chicken sandwich, and a sweet ice tea. Everything was really good. Looking forward to coming back.

Yelp
Food is excellent, best smoked menu in the area. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, steak, great appetizers, combos, and full bar with craft/IPA beers. Must check out! James is great and very cool.

Yelp
Stopped by Domestic on Saturday evening after strolling downtown Covina with our dog. We were in the mood for some small bites so decided to stop and try Domestic. We ordered the flautas, tri tip fries and the macaroni & cheese to share. We were impressed by the flavor in the flautas. The tri tip fries not pictured were delicious! Loved the shoe string fries as many places don't have them anymore. Also really enjoyed their Mac & cheese as it had a nice smoky flavor. Overall, it's a nice little spot, not a whole lot of seating and service is minimal. It was a bit busy on Saturday night and looked like they had about two servers for the rush.

Miguel A.

Yelp
I recently dined at Domestic and sampled their pulled pork, tri tip, ribs, pulled pork sliders, and garlic fries. The vibe of the location did not disappoint and was extremely welcoming. The meats were exceptionally flavorful and juicy, living up to expectations. However, the Mac and cheese fell short, being dry and lacking in taste. While the menu boasted a variety of drinks, my initial two beer choices were unavailable. Despite this setback, the staff offered other options to choose from. The sides, apart from the Mac and cheese, were fresh and satisfying. Overall, while Domestic excels in its meat offerings and fresh sides, it's best to steer clear of the Mac and cheese.
google avatar

Teresa M.

Yelp
We were in the area and looking for BBQ food and we found this gem! The staff were friendly and the service was quick. The quality of the food was amazing. They offered military discount. We don't live in the area but would definitely return to Domestic!
google avatar

Yelp
This was our first time at this location and it was awesome! This location has private parking and plenty room to sit plus TV's inside and out. Getting to the food I had the Sausage full plate with Andouille and Hotlink sausage and both were very good. We also ordered the Angus Beef Short Rib and that was so tender and tasty. One of the best beef short rib you will have. The bacon Mac and potato salad were also good as well. Our server was Mari N. and she was great. Very professional and had a smile on her face the whole time she was taking great care of us and providing awesome service! Cannot wait to come back.

Yelp
WOW!!! everything from the service to the food and the service is amazing here. the restaurant is so cute, they have great music and the interior is wonderful. the food .. oh my god.. i have been wanting some good barbecue for so long, and they really gave me what i wanted. i wanted to try the brisket and the tri tip but i did not want to spring for all that meat hehe.. so i got the tri tip fries and the brisket flautas. they were soooo good. the meat by itself is sooo good, but in the appetizers was another level. the flautas had a great fry that were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice tender brisket. the tri tip fries had a wonderful flavor and the tri tip was sooo soft, but be warned, the salsas are spicy, specifically the verde!! everything here is just simply cooked to perfection, my boyfriend got the Tri Tip Sandwich with a side of tots and the tots had a perfect fry, like absolutely perfect. they also gave him a cup of broth for his sandwich and a side of their amazing house made bbq... all-in-all everything was amazing. we were happy to come in on a wednesday afternoon when it wasn't too busy. the food was great, the service was top-notch and the location is lovable!! i love downtown covina and have slowly been trying what they have to offer, and domestic is at the top of the list. if you're thinking of stopping in i definitely recommend it. great bbq and great service in a wonderful atmosphere.

Yelp
Be warned....I've never had a worse experience w a local restaurant than I did today. So this restaurant decides to go on KTLA and advertise their business to the public with no preparation for the traffic that would come from it. Ridiculous. We drove 20 miles, we waited 45 minutes to be seated, and all of a sudden were turned away because they weren't prepared for the traffic that came with advertising on TV. They said they may be running out of food, so they can't seat anyone else, mind you it was 1:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. To make it even worse, the owner can't even come out to speak to the patrons herself, they send a server. What a joke...do better. Not to mention we had two children with us, but who cares.
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty awesome grab the brisket was tender, the pork ribs were pretty good, they made me a great Martel, and the beef rib had a great rub, and was large enough to feed Fred Flintstone! Love the sauce. Full bar. I fort and outdoor seating. Will repeat!

Catherine R.

Yelp
Hi everyone! Just walked into this wonderful place and hit the jackpot!! Beer on tap, fullbar, and wonderful service!! James was our host we ordered food go to. My daughter and I love the food we ordered. Brisket flautas, i had bbq sweet wings.. Trip tip sandwich with coleslaw and mac and cheese! Domestic plays great classic rock music!! Come by, you won't be disappointed!! James, you did outstanding!

Yelp
This place is pretty cool! Very small but the food is great! Big portions for a good price! The service was quick and very professional. But the only down side is the run out of certain beers but no big

George L.

Yelp
3/08/2024: Came back for the sausage platter. I've asked several times if they are deep fried. They keep saying no. The ones I had today were very crispy. No way they were not deep fried! Very disappointed. Will not be returning - so disgusted eating something deep fried in grease. How hard is it to cook on a grill?
google avatar

Bartholomew M.

Yelp
Food here is amazing! And it's a family owned business what an amazing thing! The food here is amazing, a must try is the tri tip it is amazing. The service is quick and very nice. The ambiance of eating Bbq and listening to great music is so great. MUST TRY BBQ EATS

Patricia M.

Yelp
When Domestic first opened in Covina, they were great! The bbq was spot on, and the sides were terrific!! Very Authentic! I frequently encouraged friends to go there instead of the bbq chain restaurants. But, I recently visited Domestic in Covina and was really disappointed.. The ribs were just so-so - lacking flavor. But most disappointing was that they took collard greens off the menu. This was something they really did right - they were sooo good, and were a big reason why I would recommend this place. One of my friends loved them so much he would always order an extra side of them to take home. The greens were replaced with uninspired grilled veggies. Really?? I know greens require more work and time, but they added so much "character" to this restaurant. I am not planning on returning here - too bad, it used to be good
google avatar

John C.

Yelp
My friends and I decided to meet here for lunch. The vibe was cool, they had games playing in the background and were playing classics overhead. Our waitress was also very nice. I ordered one of their burgers and it was actually pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. The only knock I have is what I paid for my meal was ridiculous for what I received, $22. The burger was good but it was about the size of my palm. I still ate more when I got home because it was so small.
google avatar

Laura O.

Yelp
It was ok I came to try for the 1st time and was not impressed. I don't think I will be returning. On to the next I guess.

Sammy S.

Yelp
Arrived at 640pm. Ordered Food at 650pm. Table of 14. All of us ordered at the same time. I ordered for myself and my 3 young kids. Everyone got their food except for myself and my kids. We eventually got our food at 745pm. More than an hour after being seated and 30min after everyone else at my table got their food. I tried to cancel my order but took it anyway as my kids were starving. The tri tip dip was cold to the touch. Keep in mind this was supposed to be a hot dish. Then when I went to go pay their manager behind the bar and another waitress were talking shit about me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand. Completely trash customer service. No attempt was made to make it right except for the waiter making excuse after excuse after excuse. I wasn't gonna complain or even make an issue until after they were talking about me thinking I didn't understand them. NEVER AGAIN
google avatar

Steve V.

Yelp
The development of this place is OFF THE HOOK cool!!!! Never have we seen anything like what they've done here...even through the Bourbon Trail, which is pretty darned cool. Lots of seating in a campground style with fire pits and huge warehouse decor. Bug beer selection and lots of other drinks as well. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are tasty as are the Brussels and garlic fries. For those complaining of prices and tips, you're paying for a lot more than just FOOD. And, if the 18% suggested tip bothers you that much, you can ask to have it changed.
google avatar

Trevor G.

Yelp
Both the food and the service were excellent. I had the two meat combo with pulled pork and Louis style ribs. Erika was a most gracious and accommodating host.
google avatar

Kiki C.

Yelp
That Beef Rib!!! It was unbelievably delicious! We got four type of meat and they all tasted amazing! I like how they use foiled tray for takeout which is really helping the quality of the food stay well! I highly recommend you share the beef rib with others because it's huge. This is the place to go when you are craving for BBQ meat.
google avatar

Kimberly C.

Yelp
I came for lunch on Saturday with a party of 4. It didn't seem too busy and we were able to get seated right away. Our party split a family meal and added some additional coleslaw and wings. The ribs were def all of our favorite. The brisket was super tender and we were able to pull pieces off without a knife. The meal was plenty for me and my friends to all feel stuffed at the end. We really enjoyed it :)
google avatar

Anne C.

Yelp
Great food and service. This is my third visit for lunch. I was happily surprised that they also serve Sangria and it did not disappoint!
google avatar

Winnie B.

Yelp
We came here for lunch on a Sunday and were seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and recommended the crispy Brussels sprouts for our appetizer and OMG. Best brussel sprouts I've ever had. They were very crispy and the flavor was *chefs kisses*. My bf and I couldn't stop eating them and finished them up immediately. For the entrees, I got the tri tip sammy with shoestring fries on the side. My bf got the brisket and st Louis ribs combo with a side of mac and cheese. The meat was so tender and juicy. I've been served really fatty meats at other bbq places before which I don't prefer. This was not the case at Domestic! This has become my go to BBQ place now!
google avatar

Ruben A.

Yelp
Was there Friday with friends, food was great bad part it took forever for my wife to get her Tri-Tip sandwich.I had a Jack n Coke can't mess it up but everyone else's drinks were horrible,So instead of having drinks they had Ice water,a beer and regular ice tea, Two of us have been bar tending for over twenty years so the way the drinks are made is very important, we will never go there again.
google avatar

Richard R.

Yelp
Lets start with location, nestled in the heart of downtown covina lies this Wonderful Bbq gem on the corner. Walk in and we hear "WELCOME" from everyone working(nice touch) and told to seat wherever we would like. We ordered the beef rib, the brisket, pastrami and pork ribs. Everything was cooked to perfection, beef Rib was so tender, juicy and had the right amount of bbq sauce. The brisket so tender and soft to the bite. The pork ribs had a generous amount of meat and were so soft and fall off the bone. Pricing is fair especially compared to the other CORPORATE bbq. This Family owned bbq joint is doing CALI BBQ RIGHT! My whole family enjoyed everything and we definitely will be returning soon.

Delicious BBQ spot in the area! Really cool spot to hang out with some friends and eat some bbq. We split a bbq plate with chicken tri tip and sausage as the appetizer Everything was tasty especially the sides. Love their French fries. Overall: will return to eat again!

Yelp
A decent BBQ place. My husband and I shared brisket flautas, 2 meat +a side, and corn bread. Brisket Flautas (5/5) definetly try this when you go here. It is to die for!! Very delicious tender brisket inside and the tortilla outside is thicker than normal but so delicious. It taste like a pastry breading. Corn bread (2/5) The bread was dry and the bread was drenched in honey. The only plus is that there are corn inside the bread. But it isn't the best cornbread I had. 2 Meat + 1 side (4/5) We opted for the brisket and the ribs, and the mac & cheese bacon. The brisket is delicious and tender. The ribs on the other had is more tougher and dry on some ribs. For the side, mac& cheese bacon was delicious. Love the cheese and the pasta is a la dente which I love. Plus the bacon has a nice touch to it. Overall a great place to dine. They have great selection of meats, appetizers, sides, and burgers/sandwiches.

Yelp
Barbecue done right. I had a brisket sandwich where they grilled the brisket quickly after what had to be a long, slow barbecue that gave teh meat a nice, crunchy exterior to the goodness inside. Everyone's food was well executed, and they have a nice selection of local beers on tap. Friendly service, we sat outside on the patio. Hard to find a better barbecue place than this one.
